These graphics are exciting!
I see Ahri and Eve, I like. Pixel art is brilliant, game was intuitive and well executed. Well done.
Fantastic graphics, really polished, and fun easy mystery to solve. Not a perfect theme fit, but close enough!
****SPOILERS AHEAD**** Maybe I didn't understand all the clues, but I threw everyone out at least once and they all gave me the same answer as to if I was correct or not. Is it supposed to be that ambiguous? Awesome mood and art, the music fit very well. Our team actually thought of doing a similar story at first, but then we changed to something more comical.
Wow! I didn't expect so good plot in a game jam game. Graphics looks awesome too. Wel done.
@idesigns That was intentional.
Best game I've played so far! The polish is super noticeable, and the art is great. The mystery was fun, and I loved the dialogue! I'm rooting for you!
Cool story, I choose Mack as a killer, don't know was it a correct choice or not but I'm was intrigued al time playing the game. Well done!
interesting game ^^
The great art and writing make for a really gripping mood. A super solid and well polished lil' game . I take it that the numbers at the end are collected from people playing the game?
@antti-tiihonen Thanks! And yes, it's interesting to see how they end up. (probably going to make post about that after the LD is over)
Graphics are really great! And I certainly loved the mood. Though, was there a correct answer at all?

what a beautiful art, congratulations, the game was really cool!
Very neat game, great graphics! Loved everything about it honestly. Keep up the great work. Also I chose Fiona haha
Art? Check! Theme? Check! Mood? Super Check!! Only in 72 hours. This is amazing. Well done guys.
fun and engaging, I would love to play some more
Nice little mystery game, great work with the artwork and the writing. I guessed the killer correctly easily.
Ludum Dare should have a story category You guys nailed it on that department
Thanks for rating my game @arzi so I thought that I would return the favor. WOW what an amazing game you have done with your team. Very good graphics and nice mood + plot. Super well done.
Great mood, nice graphics and very cool story! Good job!
Great game, reminds me of Read Only Memories and an old adv game called J-E-S-U-S. I just wish there was a bit less pixel hunt. I liked the cute girls too.
What an Art! What a ladies! What a pixels! Visual part is outstanding! And it's about space, so i like it a lot!
Amazing art and theme, I could see a full game of this.
One of my favourites. Story was cool, graphics were beautiful, and music was nice. Fitted theme greatly, I really felt, like I was sacrificing someone :)
Really wonderful style, very enjoyable game with solid gameplay :D Totally support the suggestions for a "narrative" rating, you would top that one XD Only minor thing: if you click on the machine room after discovering the body, you are "called" to the machine room, instead of just starting the scene^^
@zugai89 Yeah, I noticed it, but since it didn't really break the game and fixing it would have been non-trivial, I just let it slide :P
Realy like how this game feels, art looking great!
The art was amazing, and I enjoyed the game overall, but I felt that my choice really wasn't very meaningful.
Game looks good, and the premise is solid, but at the same time I am a bit annoyed that there wasn't more interactions and evidence. I am curious if there is an *intended* answer to this. Anyways, really solid entry.
superb graphics and so much work has gone into this! *kudos* for finishing, and thank you for making this fun little gem for us to play!!!
Oo, tough choice! Nice art, and I liked the map, made things really clear. Other than that maybe some indication (a highlight or so) of what you could click. Nice job!
Excellent pixel art :)
Really neat graphics and story! I included it in my compilation video series of games from the Ludum Dare, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/SIjkcYjuHDo
I love your art style, such a beautiful pixel art :). The story is addictive, this life or death choice really made me think about all the clues. I'm amazed that you have achieved this in just 3 days!
Absolutely gorgeous game! It was a fun little mystery, and the end leaves you more confused than the start, haha. Really nice touch on having the "?" question mark pop up with a delay at the very end. I also like that you can shortcut to the sacrificing so that you can check out all endings.
I love the animations and pixel art and the sound the letters make when they appear ... it seems and sounds like those old megaman cutscenes ... great work!
An interesting game with a kind of mechanics. I put a rating) Please rating and me, thanks in advance)
Art is top notch!
I'm super confused. After talking to everyone once and clicking on everything, I learned new information about everyone, but I wasn't able to use that information to start new conversations. Am I missing something, or did I really just click on everything only to find that everyone had a motive and I just have to pick my least favorite person to die?
Very polished game with a good presentation. The writing is a bit hit and miss because noone is taking the murder and the sabotage seriously (that is my impression at least). Also, there isn't much of a confirmation of what is in the file that Jack was investigating or I just missed it.
Very impressive though. Good job.
Really nicely put together. The art is amazing, and fits well with the chosen music (I assume not original music since you opted out of audio category).
The writing was nice - the dialog and information to work from was hazy and ambiguous, but I was forced to make a decisive choice, so I felt that overall the whole project worked well in service of the theme.
I felt unclear, but hey, I had to make some choice!
A couple of things that hit me in-game as tough: I couldn't read the file to see the content and influence my judgment. I wasn't sure how much to read into the wrench being put in my locker, for example does that reduce the guilt of Kate because she would have had to kill, then sneak into my room to plant the wrench, then go BACK to the murder? Or else sneak the wrench out right in front of me? I wasn't sure how much weight to put on "clues" since it seemed clear I would not have enough info, given the theme. Lastly, I regretted that I couldn't confront people about facts I had learned, for example Fiona about the file, the scientist about the DNA link, the mechanic about the milk and wrench, etc.
I won't say who I chose in the end, but I did think it was nice that you shared the results, and that the results were pretty even!
I was impressed by how well put-together this whole experience was. The claustrophobia of the ship reflected the uncomfortably small amount of information available, and it felt right.
Nice work!
Wow, this is very polished. A nice way to kill a few minutes of time. The graphics and writing was solid and the atmosphere was great!
There aren't that many improvements I can think of, and since there aren't that many choices in the dialogue it might not even matter, but darkening the ones that you had already talked about would've maybe been nice. When I had (supposedly) found all the clues, I was doing my rounds through the characters and wondering if they had anything new to say.
In the end though, I was kinda left wondering if I had done the right choice, but maybe that was the point of the whole thing
Great stuff!
@ilseroth @carraka @idesigns @zhanna @hunttis
I wrote a post-mortem that also discusses the ending a bit: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/43/room44/room44-post-mortem
Hi !, Nice game, I like the concept and the mechanic, it was fun ;)
The mood is so cool!
very nice job ;p
Not much I can add that you haven’t already covered in your postmortem. Overall a really great entry. The reduced interactions and the fact that characters do not change their dialogue options when clues are accumulated are a bit frustrating, but I obviously understand the time constraints… Maybe just a few objects here and there that are unrelated to the quest but give insight about the everyday life on the ship could have added some depth. Other than that, the graphics are really gorgeous, I really love that style. One minor nitpick: the pitch of the dialogue sound is quite high and distracting, I had to turn it down a little and then could no longer hear the music…
love the artwork. but sometimes the people follow you(bug)? people.PNG so who is the killeR?
Great graphics and mood, nice job!
Nicely done! i would just add more interactivity with the scenario and improve the visibility of the interactive objects
This game is absolutely fantastic. **spoiler** Personally, I think Fiona did it. This game was extremely exciting and intense for a point-and-click, and I really had a blast playing it. Are you going to make a sequel? There is a huge amount of potential here.
Art's really nice!
The game's a tad short, though that's understandable. Also I wish finding all the clues actually did something. (or maybe it does, and I just missed something)
Regardless, great game!
Really nice game, loved the art style, music & characters. Well mixed together, made nice paranoid atmosphere. In the end I wasn!t sure who did it, just assumed, that there might be more culprits, who cooperated. In the end I could choose only one :D
Only thing that bugged me a little, it was there wasn't much clues for what you can click on, so, little of pixelhunting was required. Other than that had fun with your game!
Very nice graphics! The plot was interesting. I guess we'll never know for sure who did it. I ran into some bugs with some components not being removed when I changed rooms.
