This was really impressive! All of the mechanics worked really well together, from placing upgrades on your ship to seeing where enemy shots are going to land. I would say I managed to get pretty far without upgrading cannons, also had no idea if my ship had health or not. A simple musical version of a sea-shanty tune would really elevate the experience, as well as melee-combat sounds. Cool game, could definitely be made into a bigger, more polished product!

@deadjolly Thanks for playing! I didn't manage my time well and it really got down to the wire, I was super sad not to have time to add music D: I'm glad you had fun!

cool game, keep up the good work
This is a very cool game. Management of the ship is what you need. Hiring a crew, strengthening the ship and buying and selling booze is addictive. I really liked it, I hope the project will develop.

Great game, add upgrading ship and selecting a route then ship as full game :D One point it's kind of hard to lose anything, but still feels hard somehow. Good entry!

Good game you made , impressive amount of content you made. Scoping is super hard for a short time we always think we can do more :) . I had a lot of fun playing it.

@chuckiee Both of those were features I wanted to get in! I had ship upgrades mostly ready and probably could have gotten them in with just another hour. Time management is hard!
@senso For sure, I had to cut a lot. I didn't scope super well, and there were other issues I ran into from not being super familiar with C# + Godot (my fault), but I think I got a decent amount done considering. Could have been better!
