Its quite glitchy, but the atmosphere created by the music, the visuals and the animations is super pleasant, good job. PS: it doesn't load on Firefox.
Really like the concept, the art and the music. Not sure I was playing well though, as I got killed by a bear trap and kinda expected to either avoid it by not ended the turn on it, or be able to undo my death with the back-to-the-past cards. Very nice anyway ;)
My crew grew during a shortage for some reason and died 2 seconds before getting a big batch of carrots XD. I agree with others above, it would be nice to have a way to increase the number of asteroids you can visit at the same time. My favourite thing is how you split the tutorial into different sections to be read while already playing, which I guess will lower the amount of players that close it right before playing because of long verbose tutorials. Visuals and sound are very nice too. Great job!
Left the game running in the background as it has no pause and my flatmate asked for help with some chore, when I came back my crops had disappeared completely. Instead a big crowd of locusts remained, and it was really fun watching them bump and climb over each other as they raced to eat the new crops. Besides, you can do backflips with the camera XD 10/10 would breed locusts again
Wow the difficulty goes up pretty hard with each level haha I can't get past lvl3. Very cool other than that, fun concept and really pretty pixel art :D
Hi Beth I'm sad to say that I wanted to try your game but I can't xD I was reading the rules, found the story very alluring, but not so much the constant weird names for everything. Then arrived at the "moving over the cards" mechanism and I thought "wow, thats so clever, I haven't seen that before" just to later realize I don't have standard cards at home so I won't be able to play XD
Btw I have a medium shelf full of boardgames and I don't have enough dice in 3 colors XD! Wouldn't this work with just dice of any colors assigned separately to each row?
I was a bit confused at first by the idea of using Bombs to mix colors. Mixing itself can feel kind of grindy as sometimes you need to do it a lot to get enough of a certain color (ie black). It would be cool if the mixing and painting mechanisms were somehow more interconnected, but it is quite interesting nonetheless. And the music is also nice!

Finally got to try this. Nice concept and incredibly polished. This might be the 2º prettiest game I've seen on ld52. Good job Aplove!

- Doesn't load on Firefox, does run in Chrome. - Controls feel a bit floaty - I really liked the atmosphere and background music.

Its simple but had a very pleasant time with it. Sometimes its easy to forget how fun the classic mechanisms can be. Extra points for having cats haha
