without the shotgun perks it's impossible , i just awkwardly evade all the enemies until i have it. i love the perks system you made tho .

well polished game . with good art style and music , it's very chill . Just had to check sudoku rules .
the game has good graphics and has an original gameplay . i tested the game alone the controls are difficult to take in charge at first but you get used to it and your movements become fluid. however since i'm alone right now i will wait someone to play a real party to give a fun rating .
not only the idea is great the mechanic is good too . not too challenging at first(you still have to put in orbit your first satellite )but it becomes tricky once you've launched the first satelitte it allow us to aprehend and understand the controls before serious business arrives, the first rocket is a tutorial on it's own .
Anyway it's fun .
the game seems great but i have a bug that make the buildings invisible for me .
@adamsmccall now i feel the difference and yeah the game is great , the fast fps genre match well with limited spaces i like arena shooters .the buildings implement also is a good idea because it adds tridimensionality . it is quite paradoxal that the limited space in your game push you to change layer vertically so you create new space indefinitly .
@adamsmccall i don't know if i can ask that but is it possible for you to give me your feedback about the game i made .i need to have an exterior opinion from someone with more experience .
if you accept , i will ask you to be purely honest , if the game sucks say it , if there's a problem in the gameplay or whatsoever say it ,i'll take any advice .
your game gave me stress like none other did in this jam . I didn't see the bandage at first so i melted my brain to figure out how to escape in time . does the game has multiple endings ? i didn't see what to do whit the axe .
@deltamain about getting crushed , if you don't increase room size , the space will be so tiny that you get ejected from it . you can't move and all the ennemies will spawn at the same point in space .
you made my day with this game , funny af . @gettingrekt commentary made me realise that the voice were a tutorial , i think the voice should be a bit more loud, i thought it was a sort of narrator like in Stanley parable .
too bad , i can't play the game . you should put the pck file and the exe on a zip file
the idea is great but i encountered a bug . whatever i do , i don't lose life . Also i don't know if it was voluntary but i can on the boxes placed previously , i think it's a bug because all the puzzle design you've made would be useles as we can fuse all the boxes together , i don't see other people talking about that so maybe something on my pc broke the game . Or the problem may be with the way you glue the boxes side in contact, when a box is within an other it glue the nearest sides of each other making that problem .
i don't know if i clearly enough explained it
i really like the the audio and design in general it's simple and we understand immediatly what to do . Not difficult at all in the first part , i guess it serves as a tutorial for the second part which reveal all the potential of the game with a timer it's immediatly more difficult , i died many time before finishing the game .
the savestate is really appreciable .
I played until i reached the day 37 .
first of all i like the concept of generating money at cost of storage the game is not only a shooter but also a management game . some people in the comment already pointed out the fact that it would be nice to upgrade the antivirus(something like increase the damage we make towards viruses ) . another thing is that we don't see the damages inflicted by the viruses nor which of my box is getting attacked(actually not a so bad thing). showing the can help us decide whiwh box to defend the most valuing up a bit more the management side of the game .
Also i saw in your source code this "src/winScene.js" . WE CAN WIN ? HOW ?
Joke aside , what tools did you use to make the game ? which game engine ? did you code all the game with JS ?
i did not understand how to play , more precisely didn't know what to do in the game . i go to the next events choose an option but anything seems to change , or i don't see how it changes . i saw on top that features disapeared during the exportation , maybe it's because of that .
to be sure , can you explain to me the gameplay ?
thank you for your review @adamsmccall
concerning the art style , i'm not a good graphist so i chose to do a minimalist design instead of drawing ugly sprites. raylib has functions to draw shapes but i think that if it didn't i still would have made the same design by adding square sprites .
it is true that after the first minute it's very difficult to anticipate your next moves
the rotation system you're telling me is possible but i have to clean the code and redo my colision system . a little dash is also a good idea i didn't think about and it's easy to implement it . i thought of a capacity that allow you to change the player direction without bouncing as a last resort but had the idea 30 minutes before the end so i gave it up . another idea in my mind was that you have points if you are close enough to a bullet so even if the box is small and the score is freezed , you can still manage to increase your score . i could have made visible your best surviving time in the game over screen the score is not the only important parameter a player care about .
" i could've done this or that or add this ..." are frustrating thought . my brain is full of ideas afterwards .
thanks again for the feedback . Also the game and all his component including the dll files are in a zip , THAT is quite an achievement , i finally know how itch.io works .
@qayndecim @matt-blake @treblecolby @adamsmcall thanks for the feedback guys maybe i should continue this game a little if it has that potential . i'll improve my skills with it for the next jam
@duckwings thank you ,i don't think a bouncing sound for the red boxes is a good idea , after 1:20 there are seven of theme already , their sound could quickly become unbearable for the player . But playing a sound made for them when they appear is a good idea .
@slimefriend hello and thank you for your feedback , can you be more precise about what happened ? maybe you tried to reduce the box more , the box has a minimum size .
tell me how did you play if possible
@kleinzach @phobos001 @slimefriend . Thank you for your feed-back the box size problem that you had came from a keyboard norm problem between qwerty and azerty . it has been fixed . Also the game has been updated and the movements of the box and its resizing are faster , globally i think the game is more fun that way .
maybe you can try the new version and give me your opinion about it
i think that the projectiles and the player are a bit too fast and the jump make you go to high because when you're on the high platforms jumping = getting hit by the spikes .
the game seems fun i love parkour games , i tried my best but it's unplayable for me . There is a huge performance problem , the game runs at 20 fps .
the game mechanic is great but the collisions (and controls but i see the idea behind it) are a bit frustrating , sometimes the game change gravity even tough i didn't touch the torches . I like the art style but some platforms are nearly impossible to see as they are too dark , making them fade in the background .
