I enjoyed the gameplay, but I encountered a bug that caused the main character to be able to go through floors without a ladder, and at one point he just disappeared, causing me to not be able to finish the game (╯︵╰,) Even so, it's a good job!

Same as previous commenter. And i didnt reaally get how tuning work or is it work at all. But grafic is cute and the idea of managing the ship is kinda fun

indiealesha 2025-04-08 12:38

Looks absolutely awesome, though the tutorial still wasn't enough – took me a while to notice the minimap too! Didn't understand everything, but top marks for graphics and atmosphere for sure!

Hi, I really enjoyed your game and went all the way to the end. Obviously the game is not polished, there are some bugs and the pace and difficulty balance in the gameplay need to be reviewed. But I think the idea is brilliant. The sound, graphics and writing match your idea very well. The atmosphere is heavy, the minds saturated by fear, and paranoia sets in. A touch of dark fantasy with these black obelisks. No turning back... Thank you for this game :)

Really cool! sprite work is amazing, the concept is novel, good job on the dialog, if I have 1 complaint its that the game doesn't pause when a dialog box is up, so I never did get to read what the obelisks were saying

Good entry! I really love the graphics, and animations. Very well done.

One thing that would improve this submission is more ambient audio and audio effects. Even a simple pass of music or sound effects would really elevate this game.

jormundly 2025-04-11 00:37

Looks great, plays great, and I love anything even vaguely lovecraftian.

amolker 2025-04-11 00:41

@tobius thanks! We have a bug with sounds, should be fixed soon.

deruitda 2025-04-11 00:57

Looks incredible but I ran into a softlock. Cool concept though!

amolker 2025-04-11 01:15

@deruitda thanks! How did you get this softlock?

dans17 2025-04-11 10:16

I loved the pixel art and your take on the theme! I would like to play a version of this with more fleshed out mechanics for managing the boat.

This game looks awesome! The slap sound is super satisfying, and the little character animations are really cool. I played your Ludem version and didn’t run into any game-breaking bugs during my run. I did notice the sound effects stopped after a while, I think it happened around the first arrival of the squid. Great team you have here, really impressive game for a jam! Oh, the world map combined with the 2D iceberg encounters is a really cool mechanic! Props to the one who came up with that idea (love creative touches like this).

great graphics, cool idea. I didn't have enough of a goal, where are we sailing and is there even an end to this journey

halfdanthevillain 2025-04-13 19:26

Nice game, cool graphics. Very impressed by the compass and the interaction when you are stirring the boat.

amolker 2025-04-13 19:30

@platonenko thanks! You can follow the arrow on the minimap and visit targets there is an end of the game when you meet 4th target.

beehakou 2025-04-13 19:34

The game is really fun! I love how the tension slowly builds up over time — it really kept me on edge. That said, I wasn’t totally sure how I died at the end 😅 Also, I think I accidentally killed a crew member? My character was just walking around the ship holding the wheel, so I wasn’t sure what was happening exactly. Still, great atmosphere and a lot of potential here!

soul-grinder 2025-04-14 10:22

I liked the chaos of trying to drive a ship through icebergs in between letting go of the steering wheel to run around your ship to managing the crew who each actually help the ship in their own way. Cool idea and was fun to play, nice work!

surweaver 2025-04-14 13:00

Great game, you have a well-coordinated team!

The visuals are very good, the style of the characters reminds me of Stoneshard.

The gameplay loop is quite fun and requires close attention, but because of this I basically did not have time to look at the indicators in the upper left part of the screen. Actually, it turns out I didn’t need them :D

But it was really fun anyway! I like map and world obstacle correlation, looks really curious! Really creative

amolker 2025-04-14 14:21

@surweaver thanks! Yeah, stoneshard was the reference for the characters. I think its dark realistic style fits really well.

momotiktik 2025-04-14 15:52

I really liked the graphics and the mood of the game, and well let's say giving your fellow crew members a gentle slap in the face is a must in all games where the team plays any role :D I feel like the background music is a little too quiet, but I like that it provides a nice "feel" to the game. And I actually enjoyed squeezing through the narrow passages between the ice plates and icebergs. Overall, it's nice and has a potential, good one! :)

shadyshade 2025-04-14 19:35

That was so good adventure! Really liked the gameplay and graphics. Nice job, nice team!

designernap 2025-04-16 15:01

you know, I am giving this top marks in all listed categories here. it is a wonderful entry, excellent mood and writing, graphics really tie it all together. Wonderful.

devilxrom 2025-04-17 22:25

Very stylish game, the atmosphere hooks you right away. But the progression is a bit puzzling — you seem to lose a crew member each time, and that’s it? I didn’t quite get if there’s any further development. Otherwise, great presentation!

talan-huszk 2025-04-23 11:27

Amazing visuals and there is a fun gameplay loop, I really enjoyed the multitasking element once you start losing a crew member. Good job for making this game.

wyzal 2025-04-25 10:13

Cool art style and i really enjoy the ship-navigation system. If this game has a little tutorial it would be good. As a player, it took me a while to figure out what was going on and why I was doing it all. Great idea, good job!

garywiss 2025-04-25 13:03

Cool concept and take on the theme, I love the graphics and the mood of the game. Congrats !

egor-iv 2025-04-25 13:27

pipi.jpg cool game!

digital-bacon 2025-04-25 22:57
