I had pretty hard time understanding, how the game works. I think having to actually drop the people into cauldron would go a long way. I was always accidentaly "dropping" them into first cauldron, because I just hovered over it.
I think the idea is neat and graphics are good. Gameplay was a bit tricky for me, but Once I figured it out, I played it a bit.
ps. the dancing devils are funny :smile:

Cool game) First of all, it is worth noting the audio: it is distinguished by its atmosphere. It really is like hell. In addition, the visual part is also interesting: the models are minimalistic, but correspond to the game setting. I also liked the color scheme (in fact, only 2 colors: red and black). In terms of gameplay: the camera is positioned so that only part of the scene is visible, so it is not entirely clear how to play. Hints for the player, some kind of training would be useful. But in general, respect from my heart)
Your graphics and audio are good but win/loss conditions aren't communicated to the player at all. The gameplay concept is too simple and the controls are kinda finnicky

Aesthetically and conceptually a very nice game. However, gameplay didn't feel very intuitive and took some time to get familiar with

Cool idea, had a hard time at first figuring out what I had to do when there was people on the boat though. And when I found out they all went in the fist cauldron cause the boat is at the same height than the cauldrons.
But appart from that, I had some fun playing your game! I just couldn't figure out what was the win condition as I couldn't see anything happening when I put people in the right cauldron.
@peterlebagarreur the main goal is to keep sending sinners in 1 of 8 rings of hell, when we was making the game we decide to make infinite game like sinners always coming in hell

the graphics and the idea is fun, however the realisation could use some improvement! i was drawn to this game cause we also had a hell setting and the guys were pretty much only tiny cause satan was giant, so it was fun to see another perspective on that. hope you improve your game cause it could be really fun to play!

really love the photobashy style you went for. the high saturation is super cool! the cauldrons could be a little more clearly marked though? maybe distinctive designs or higher contrast between colors? either way- great ludum game and a fantastic first entry from your team! welcome to hell! <3

Interesting ambiance! I think the controls could use a reworking, maybe a quicker transition between the two screens, and only confirm a cauldron once the mouse button is released? This way it can be a little more fast paced, and It becomes easier to try things and understand the game!

Was hooked from the main menu - definitely set the tone quite well. I do agree that the tranistions could be made a bit quicker and the controls need a reworking, but the style of the game is amazing - you really knocked this out of the park.

Good job! Cool idea and graphics :) But very little time is given to understand where to assign who, maybe it was worth putting more emphasis on the color of the cauldrons and writing the sin itself on them..

Cool game, i first tried putting them by correct colors then realized you need to put them into cauldron with correct number in list... good game tho, would recommend to make "satisfaction" meter grow bigger when u put it into correct cauldron

Game looks great and its immersive, the gameplay could've been a bit more engaging, it felt quite repetitive and with no 'goal' I had no incentive to keep going.

The decoration is top notch! We had a somewhat similar interpretation of the theme on LD 53 (Deliverer). Good job.

I think this has been said many times, but I have absolutely no idea if the counter is working. I'm doing everything right, but it's just going down. Maybe I'm doing things too slowly, I don't know. Plus, random boiler activations happen quite often. Now for the good stuff! The art design is just beautiful, everything looks great, I love it. The sound work is very nice. I could play a game with this type of visuals anytime. Keep up the good work.

The gameplay is harsh on the player - there is no room for error. Half of the cauldrons are shades of purple - it is difficult to quickly determine which is which. Part of the time is spent on turning the camera, which is annoying. It is inconvenient that the sin is on the top left, the description of the cauldrons is on the top right, and the numbering of the cauldrons is at the bottom - it is difficult to navigate. I liked the overall concept. The start menu looks funny. The models and animation of the devils are cool.

The game looks really cool! The sound design is spot on, too. The gameplay is okay, but there are quite a few little things that make it less enjoyable: - Controls: Often, you drop a person in the wrong cauldron not because of your mistake, but because you have to fight against the controls. - Feedback: There’s little feedback on your actions, making it hard to understand what’s going on. - Cauldron Distinction: It’s not easy to distinguish between cauldrons since the colors are very similar. Apart from changing the colors, you might consider adding colored steam above the cauldrons or at least replacing the numbers with the actual names of the sins. I think this would greatly improve the experience.
