Hey, I've spent almost an hour on this one, it does certainly suck you in. Not really challenging, also the animations after ending can get really long if someone happens to put spinners everywhere (). It's also really hard to read if putting one element near other will result in a desired combination, or should the second element be put first, I think that the arrow misleads in some way, would love for it to be clear. Besides that the gameplay is top-notch, there are so many ways a game can be played, love it. It's astounding that you have made all this by yourself, great work!
Great! The base mechanic gives a lot of fun, wish it took the idea even further. Audiovisuals are so consistent.
Protip for players: by scrolling the game down you'll find a fullscreen mode button, toggling it results in a much more comfortable experience as website rendering does not mess with the game borders.
The idea is good, i like the ricocheting. Unfortunately the problem is that the usage of these rounded walls makes your every shot unpredictable, which results in lots of frustration. Graphics are great, i like the colors, wish that there was some soundtrack in the background though. I like that you've experimented with the ricocheting and made all those different rooms, each with their own special properties that bend the gameplay in their own way. Remember not to put that many random factors (I'm mainly talking about rounded walls) at once - the last level is nearly impossible to beat without luck and gargantuan patience.
Yoo what are these house so scared of? :)) just playin'. For real though, ~~why do I hear raindrops if it's sun outside B)))~~ last one, promise. The game concept is fresh and neat! There's a lot of ways it could be expanded, I really like it. I'd love an undo button though, many times when I placed a tree and realized about a better tactic, or accidentaly placed something wrong. Other than that, it's so good to see unique ideas, congrats :)
The game seems to break itself after destroying some amount of grass, it is possible to finish it on the web version if you try to break as less grass as possible. Maybe the windows executables don't have this behavior, I'm on linux and couldn't open them through wine :( But hey, I really liked the game! Shame that it's not possible to know the whole story right now, i got really invested. Love the idea of gathering the metal flowers in order to fix the items scattered around the map. Visuals are consistent and set the atmosphere right. The story and writing is really impressive. Looking forward to play the fixed version and see it in its entirety :)
Bana bakapu!!! Bobogop lel dunug lyp kok!! (great game!! really unique concept!!) Dod homa bakom gagagat a jakesulli a gandalf butudut (awesome that you invented a language for a game jam. Cameron and Tolkien would be proud) Deus meus kosmadeus i morele baks (it's challenging but the ending is worth it. The only nitpick I have is that it could be indicated more clearly that the x button needs to be pressed and held in order to harvest the crop, through first few attempts I couldn't quite get what should I do for my energy to increase. But I've had a lot of fun, great game!)
This was even better than the Christmas Philharmonic Orchestra :) The graphics are charming. Wish that there were some audio in the background, also it would be good to be able to end the game before 14:00, I finished every house by 12:00 and had to wait (just nitpicking, not sure if I didn't miss anything though). I like how the houses differ and the characters tell you whether the house is profitable or not, this mechanic definitely has some potential. Overall a pleasant experience, made me think about when I was younger doing the same thing :)
The atmosphere and the graphics are very impressive. Flipping through the notebook wasn't that bad at all for me, it adds some immersion actually. The nenuphars were the hardest to locate as they are only in one location (at least I only found them near the silo), they weren't in the lake next to the "bench behind the lone tree", which made me think that this is some different kind of nenuphar I'm looking for, and thus was confused. Found them out in the end, so no problem, just took more time :) Also all these buildings tempt with low-positioned roofs and tractors near them allowing for a quick parkour action, yet they do not hide anything (at least i didn't find anything. Bear in mind that it isn't bad or anything, just saying :) ). Overall really nice game, the mood is top-notch.
Yoooo soo cool!! Visuals are sweet, writing has got some humourous depth and I really like it. Gameplay is fire, so fresh. Wish it was more challenging, and it definitely has potential for some more mechanics. The game is possible to beat without getting into fights and I think that most people will beat it that way for the first time (at least i did during my first playthrough), maybe add some herbs only obtainable through fighting? Anyway, that's the first game I'm like https://watch.whatevertinfoil.de/watch?v=ioPt1dY6Pyc in overall on this jam, amazing job !!!
188 seasons on my first playthrough! Once you get the copy/paste mechanics the game gets definitely easier and faster. Not much of a gameplay, also some basic CSS would be appreciated instead of raw default HTML elements. Still kind of satisfying, would doom-play during work hours waiting until 5PM :) Edit: that's exactly what i did, new record 99 seasons :)
Ultra hard, especially these nenuphars, however I managed to get past the two scythes when I first encountered them, felt pro B). Really needs some engaging soundtrack in the background, and maybe some more obstacles. The pixelart is cool! Great job!
Had to replay it multiple times because it kept glitching out, especially after dying. Not mad though, that's the charm of 72h game jams :) The game feels good to play, once you get the dash mechanic (protip: when encountering an enemy dash him sooner than later) you can juke 3 enemies in a row, extremely satisfying, you could add some combo meter to explore this further. I did not expect this ending at all, nice picture and also explains the moody tone of background music :)
I became a millionaire, unlocked every item, still couldn't get the last reward. I even make 1,2,1,2 because I thought it may now award me for bravery instead of restart but that wasnt it, guess someone else will need to find out the secret :) wish that the game progressed faster at the beginning. very nice :)
I like it. Is there a way to get through the lava blocks? These were the only obstacles I couldn't pass no matter how I tried. I like the powerups, wish there were more of them. Congrats, great job for a first time :)
Solid gameplay there. Visuals are simple but effective. Hooked me for a lot longer than I thought it would. Super giera men ;)
The audiovisuals are just beautiful, really love them. Wish that there were more riddles or interactions like with the mice. Slow text wasn't much of an issue, I happily clicked through everything multiple times to see the art and see what my decisions have led to. Great game.
Really simple yet engaging. I like how the forks stay in the golems. Wish that there were more attacks for the protagonist. Lol'd at the pun on the ending panel, great job :)
The bear is so cute! Wish that there were more mechanics involved, or perhaps some more stages, though. Really like the writing.
Hey, I like it, the minigames look Undertaley :) the overall idea is great, but getting $1000 for the loans takes way too long in my opinion, I've bought every tool and maxed out tanks by the time I reached $300 and for the next 20-30 minutes I had to farm the money, the gameplay became repetitive. Also, is there any way to harvest the heart? I couldn't find the tool for it unfortunately. These are my only complaints, but I've been having a lot of fun discovering the new harvesting methods. I like the stock market mechanics and the fact that it is possible to rearrange the room to my liking. Very cool :)
Just saying, the bar going immediately full on the second character is not a bug :) Also, being unable to quit to menu or retry the game was caused by lack of time, game shited the bed every in such unpredictable ways while quitting to main menu that we decided to remove this, in post-jam version it will be fixed. In the meantime, please launch the game again in order to replay it. Sorry! :)
@schnodelfactory hey, try to open the game using commandline and see if any errors appear. Please try to wait, the game may need to load for some time before it starts.
I did it! I got the good ending! I don't know how though, It's difficult to assume which activity and what amount of it is "righteous", and the game won't give any hints on that. The audiovisuals are OHH YEA. I really like the humour, laughed out loud when I got to the based house because I danced 4 times in a row, and even harder when I did nothing for 3 days and they let me out with the caption "time flies when you're having fun". Respect!
Woah, the atmosphere of the game is so consistently unnerving, i love it :D I get vibes similar to the first fallout, although gameplay here is much more dynamic, really engaging. Wish that there was some goal to pursue - after a while, altough very entertained, i was confused whether i was playing the game right. Great job, also the how to play menu is so relatable :)
I love the visuals. Although the music is a little off-key, it corresponds well with the overall silly atmosphere of the game. This is cutest fly i have ever fricking seen! The graphics are top notch, even the menu screen is pleasant to look at. The rotation of poop and the fly really sells it to me. The gameplay is simple. I wish there were more enemies or some more advanced layout that featured some obstacles. But it doesn't matter that much, as the rotation on this fly is just lovely! ~ Jacko
Cool idea for a quick arcade game, I like the random opponent knockout and cheese throwing system. ~Socio
The game has an amazing atmosphere, it is very challenging. unique is the way the gameplay requires a bit of dexterity. In the stage with skylights it stutters a little perhaps some optimization error. In my opinion, this is a nice game that should be developed further I think it can confidently succeed. greetings ~Socio
ideal for people with a fetish, music also elegant ;D ~ Socio
The game has a lot of potential, good assumptions while I think that 3 days to create a nice working demo is not enough. However, the project is worthy of interest ~Socio
Played on itch io Sometimes the lever doesn't work, when I redeemed things from the store and reset the store a couple of times it crashed the game xDD nice soundtrack and sense of humor. ~Socio
In short, the music fits completely out of tune with the atmosphere, the sound of eating cheese is annoying, the lack of fluidity in the audio manifests itself here. The graphics are downright gorgeous and especially those random shadow casting or light falling. Cats do not take damage despite standing still. For a game made in less than 72h I am full of admiration and appreciation because you can clearly see what time was spent on. All in all it's enjoyable to play and I guess that's the point. This is so far the only game in which I spent more than 15 minutes. Well done and good luck. ~ Socio
I like the concept! It's simple and really original at the same time. The main problem is the game is not as precise as it could be in some areas. I'm not sure how long should I spray the workers, why should I spray the workers more if just one-tapping the spray button clears them. I don't quite understand the purpose of spray-meter, should I spray as much as possible, or should I aim to retain most of the fluid. The visuals are superb! Thanks!

W1.PNG this game shows why it is not worth saving money on original parts. The title should be on my workspace when I'm on vacation. Overall fantastic game good job congratulations :v: ~Socio
I wonder why aren't there any whirlpools in this game, because this one has sucked me in ;) Controls are simple, and the gameplay mechanic is also easy to grasp. I like the dynamic and the challenge, the choice to enable the player to go to another level either by waiting a certain amount of time or collecting enough points was right, because it prevents "feeding on earlier levels, where the enemies are not difficult. I've encountered some bugs, points spawn in the purple octagons where it's impossible to grab them, and also sometimes area detection did not worked right, but it's expected in a game jam :) Seeing as you've opted out of rating the music I'll just say that it's alright. The graphics could be better, but they are simple and do not affect the gameplay negatively. The split mechanic is nice, although I didn't use it as much in the beginning as I forgot about it :) but I used it on further playthroughs and had some fun with it, although i find it tricky to use properly. The game could certainly be improved by adding more types of enemies or at least changing their pattern of movement. Thanks for a great game :) The most I scored was 105330!
A very relaxing, meditative game with cute character designs! I'd complain about the collision issues, but god knows wrestling with the physics engine is definitely not a task for a game jam lmaoo A game end screen would've been nice, though; I almost didn't realize I'd won the game :p
A lovely idea, I like the upgrades, they make freshen up the gameplay a bit between the levels. To be honest, I'd rather play one level of each "zone" than have 3 of them, they felt somewhat dilluted. At the latter stages I'd rush to the finish instead of collecting the coins and exploring the level. But the game certainly has a lot of fun moments, the bosses are cool, and the door switches encourage you to explore the stages. Good job :) ~ Jacko
really cool game :3 absolutely love the direction you went with it, easily one of the most fitting and fun games I'd played thus far, haha
Positively surprises by squeezing every last drop of juice out of the graphics and sound in order to create a nice smooth drink of jokes and humour, which you can sip while playing this game. Very nice idea for gameplay too, shame it's so short, but I'd rather have it short rather than diluted :)
I don't understand what is the result of 4-4, if not zero. "Nought" also didn't work :) It worked for me on linux after doing `winetricks vcrun2022` and also installing the unreal libraries from the popup when starting the game. But the performance was poor and there were some graphic bugs, so i encourage you to export to linux, unreal surely can do that.
Certainly one of the most innovative games this jam, I like it so much. I think that the quick way to make the player interact more with the room would be to place multiple computers, and only one would display a riddle at the time. At first it's hard to figure out what to do, especially when you get tricky questions on on the computer at first, it'd be great if the first questions were somewhat preprogrammed and featured some kind of tutorial tips. I like the small guys running around the room and the fact that you can interrupt their process of taking out your belongings. Just wish there was more incentive to do that, because when playing for a longer time, you tend to just sit by the monitor and answer questions as quickly as possible.
Certainly one of the most innovative games on this jam (and one of the most original I have ever played on any jam), great work! Will surely check out your future releases :)

@broheartttv @titblond @okely @nikolas-van-rus @picttarge @samuli @nazariglez @pachino55 @beeb-gamecodecompany @abex @co5monaut @creeper-nade @yanato I'll agree that the rope mechanic could be better, but its as good as it could get :) Rope/chain was pretty damn hard for us to implement, and it took one day of failed attempts to create it the way we wanted. The idea was going to be abandoned, but we managed code to it in, sacrificing 1/3rd of the second day, and by making the rope physics work differently in between the stages of the rope shoot. The "hold to charge" mechanic isn't clearly mentioned in the in-game tutorial, sucks that we missed that, but hope you understand, we were working really hard to get other things done :) Thanks for your feedback people!
cool awesome addictive game hitboxes funny works GJ ~Socio
Challenging, Annoying and frustrating, but really sucks you in. Graphics are top notch, everything is smooth, and the gameplay mechanic is original and engaging. Really good game, the only thing I'd nitpick on is lack of description for the seals, I'm not sure whether the blue seal removes enemies, because at the latter stages it doesn't really do much. The game is ultra hard, and also it's hard to get the titles, the best I could do was 530 points. I think it's worth noting that you can enable fullscreen in the game files, it plays a lot better that way as the mouse won't accidentally unfocus the game window when playing anymore. Thanks for this game!

IT'S CALLED A RIGHTEOUS ACTION GAME, IT KEEPS YOU IN SUSPENSE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, EMOTIONS UNTIL THE VERY END gg wp ~Socio
A nicely polished game, you can see the amount of time and work put into this game. good work GG WP ~Socio
Cool vibe, good sound, interesting concept a little bit hard to play but in general I like it GG :v: ~ Socio
I really like this entry because of how many scenarios you have managed to create using only this limited set of rules. Very nice, I like the level where the riddle is located in the top right corner, wish there were some more mechanics that would be similar, perhaps some obstacles or teleports for the cheese itself :)
Not that the labirynths themselves weren't enough of an obstacle! Oh boy, did I swear many times when that block of cheddar got stuck between the walls, which caused one of the mouses to move the crate 1 pixel further, so I couldn't move it from the top because it was stuck, and then I had to restart and watch the mouses move the crates again with unsatisfyingly slow speed... yeah, the game at its latter stages is pretty annoying. I really love it, it's one of my favourites in this jam because the mechanics and riddles are really thought through, and the visuals fit together tight (even though the soundtrack has only one looped track, it is long enough and does good job for the overall mood). And it's understandable and alright that you couldn't make the movement and physics work perfectly and smooth because of the time limit. Just please, next time... be more merciful :)
Thanks! ~ Jacko
THE BEST MOMENT OF THIS GAME IS WHEN YOU THROW A STUN AND THE BOSS DOES A BREAKDANCE AT THE BORDER ANYWAY GG WP <3 ~Socio
Looks sweet and plays alright without any bugs, but I wish it featured more innovative gameplay, and was longer. Still had fun when playing it, thanks!
Pretty innovative idea for gameplay! The farthest I managed to get was 8000 meters, it gets pretty difficult at this range. I like the management mechanics, although sometimes the game seems too dependent on luck. But it's understandable, as you said you didn't have much time for testing. The graphics are simple and add much to the atmosphere, to be honest, lack of audio in this scenario also adds to the mood, although obviously some SFX would be welcome. THANKS MEN!
~ Jacko
While the gameplay is nothing new, I gotta admit the shooting feels punchy and satisfying, and the aesthetic is really snazzy!! For your first game, you did pretty darn great :)
Though, I gotta echo Andriana's sentiment about the clashing style of the sprites, the stylistic contrast between them does feel a little jarring, even through the VHS effect.
It's nice. The atmosphere is the biggest strength of this game, I like the graphics and the track in the background is well fitted. If anything, the characters/interactables seem a bit out of place, I'd personally make them darker. But perhaps that's only from my perspective, the game still looks cool though :)
It's obvious that you haven't had enough time to make the story notes and the toad riddle more consistent, if your next game's gonna be story and puzzle based, then make sure that it gets more priority. I like the concept, but I don't really get how to solve the riddle on the toads back. I know I can press circle->triangle->square and that does it, but I don't know how to deduce that from the sheets I read. I have only read two sheets, perhaps there are more, but couldn't find them.
Thanks! :) ~ Jacko
