I struggled to figure out how to capture the organisms, it took me 80 seconds to long-press the right button and charge the rope, but then I beat the mother and even saved some organisms. Very innovative idea! I would like to see just a little more explanation at the beginning or prompts to the user.

nice idea, sounds like first phase in spore. however it's hard to figure how to capture organisms

A very interesting idea and setting, but there are serious problems in implementation. For example, throwing a rope: there is no indication of the increase in the throw, which is why you may not realize that you need to hold the button (even though the tutorial says that you need to hold the button), in addition, the player does not know the degree of increase. I would also like to note that gravity acting on the rope looks rather strange and is not appropriate in this setting.
This is a wonderful and meditative game. Sounds, music, effects and animations combine perfectly. Good job!
Interesting - I was attracted to this because we also built a world in a petri dish :) Took me a minute to figure out the ropes would only go down, so you have to get above the organisms to capture them, but it's a decent mechanic.

Solid entry. Easy way to get hits with the rope was shooting it directly up or down, no need to worry about the gravity then.
Its a cool idea! The rope mechanic is fun, but a bit more guidance would help. Great atmosphere with sound and visuals. Gj!
Very cool! Solid game with great atmosphere
I beat the game, mood was the best thing this game has going for it.
I agree, it was a little confusing figuring out the rope mechanic. I figured it out that the longer you hold the button the more straight it goes, but I would've probably preferred just shooting in the direction you were aiming with the mouse instead of having any gravity. Music and sounds fit the game well enough as well.

Probably one of the most unique and creative ideas I've seen so far. The art style is simple, pretty to look at, and fits your idea very well. The soundtrack really adds to the mood. The only difficulty I had was figuring out how to shoot rope after completely ignoring the instructions, however I still managed to beat the game first try. Also I like the idea of gathered organisms as lives. Thanks for your contribution to the jam man.
Thanks for the game, I really enjoyed playing it! Despite the simple graphics, it’s super atmospheric. The sounds and overall vibe reminded me a bit of Ecco the Dolphin. It’s a pretty interesting concept with solid execution. Great job!
innovative roping mechanic! There seem to be some problems with the full screen, but the atmosphere is great!

Good! We need an upgrade system here! ^_^
@broheartttv @titblond @okely @nikolas-van-rus @picttarge @samuli @nazariglez @pachino55 @beeb-gamecodecompany @abex @co5monaut @creeper-nade @yanato I'll agree that the rope mechanic could be better, but its as good as it could get :) Rope/chain was pretty damn hard for us to implement, and it took one day of failed attempts to create it the way we wanted. The idea was going to be abandoned, but we managed code to it in, sacrificing 1/3rd of the second day, and by making the rope physics work differently in between the stages of the rope shoot. The "hold to charge" mechanic isn't clearly mentioned in the in-game tutorial, sucks that we missed that, but hope you understand, we were working really hard to get other things done :) Thanks for your feedback people!
Wow! The game is so wonderfull! I can play this 10 hours straihgt! Keep making games!
