The tutorial did a brilliant demonstration! Glad that I know how to play. The graphics and music are engaging, I like how the EAT system works.
Love the graphic! Summons are super cute
The spirits are cute! It's also fun to figure out the combination of stuff, sometimes a bit puzzling to me. It might be a good choice to add audio into the game, which can keep the player playing for longer.
a pretty underrated game,I enjoyed playing the game and the process of figuring out how to play :P. I'm still a little confused about how the fighting system works, every round I just kept sacrificing my opponent's card (not sure if it's a bug, I was playing on the web version btw). But all in all, I love the vibe and the gameplay
POV: immune system
Using javascript to make browser based game is obviously something novel! The game itself is fun to play, I suggest you could probably improve on graphic? Tho minimalism looks just fine.
cool game, sure it's gonna be so much better if there were more time
cool concept, it's a pity that it requires 2 players ;-;. But i'm sure it will be fun playing with friends
Somehow I feel like playing Roblox... Anyways 3 games are playable, I believe there could be improvements in graphic
love the intermission music
WOW! The graphic is perfectly rendered, I really like how the ship slowly shakes! The voice of each NPC is also funny and fits their character!
The pixelated graphic is pretty cool! However, in dark areas, I could barely see things, which is kinda hard for doing puzzles. There could also be more guides and hints, sometimes I don't really know what to do :(. But overall the game is good
Friend~ship~is~ma~gic
The graphic is fabulous(็ฎๅ็ๅฐ็ๆไธๆป็ไธ้), I believe it was super time consuming to design all the combinations and implement into the game.Great work!!! btw, I welcome y'all to can can word:)
basically, it's like a treasure hunt game, you type questions on the Ouija board and get hints for the target position. When you feel you are close to the point, press the spacebar to evocate. If a ghost appears, it means you succeed.
ok, i apologize for not making this clear in the game. "IDK" is a default answer to anything offtopic. However,You can try asking these question listed below
1.Are you here?(Gives yes or no answer based on whether you are in the same area with the destination)
2.Are you close? / Are you near? / Are you around? (gives yes or no answer based on the distance between you and the point)
3.Where are you? (returns either east/west/north/south)
4.How old are you? / Whatโs your age? (returns their age)
5.How did you die? (Has a chance to return their cause of death, which is useful for determing which area it is in)
you dont have to exactly follow these questions since the game detects keywords.
The map is splitted into 4 parts , each ruled by a special ghost, you can find their descriptions above.
Im planning to upload a full playthrough vid, when it comes out you can check it on youtube. But before that, I highly recommand you to read the description and my comments.
I've just posted a playthrough video on youtube! Check it out if anyone is interested :)
@zuhairghias do you mean by the input field (the yellowish box where you enter text)? There shouldn't be an on-screen keyboard appearing since the game is for computers only. If you are playing on pc, and don't have a keyboard connected, then I guess you can enable the On-screen keyboard in the settings of your pc (sorry we'd never considered this case ;-;).
@monroelabs ok I've tried to adjust some settings of ui, not sure if that works since I don't have an ultra-wide screen, but it looks fine inside the unity game window. You can find the new version above (1.02 resolution hotfix)
Great concept!!!
"I can do this all day"
cool concept, the ui is kinda broken tho.
Great work! The intro story is adorable. For the gameplay, it's kinda hard to get used to the controls, for most of the time I was spinning & glitching at a corner, but I assume it's where the gameplay gets innovative.
the mechanic of typing the spell is novel, the graphic looks pretty good as well!
Not used to games with only plain text(+ plus a few images), but the plot and dialogue seem to be quite funny and interesting. Good job on your first attempt!
lol I layed my fingers on alt+f4 for most of the time in case there are some sudden jumpscares or chasing scenes. The atmosphere is awesome, tho the flashlight perhaps could be brighter since the room is fairly dark

online multiplayer game??!! It is very rare to see this kind of game on game jam! I enjoy playing it, sehr gut
Simple and fun! Really like how y'all incorporate 2d sprites with 3d models!
most enjoyable game I've played so far. It's amazing that y'all managed to make so many unique items and foes! Great job!
Impressive! The difficulty perfectly increases as the game progresses, and I especially love how it guides me to start the game! Everything is so smooth and dynamic.
The gameplay instructions could be clearer if they were added inside the game. Despite this, fortunately I've checked the LDD page and figured out how to play! The game is genuinely fun as it tests your responsiveness, and your hands cannot rest as the difficulty is increasing. By the way, the pause menu is really interesting; it makes the game much more immersive. Great job!
Found it challenging for keeping things alive, but I like the minimalist graphic and I enjoy watching those little creatures moving around!
best game I've played so far! I really love how smooth the animations are!
coolest game I've seen so far! It's definitely a novel idea to incorporate LLM into your jam game!
Nice game! It is rare to see a vertical-screen game amongst other LDD submissions. I would recommend adding more types of enemies and making it harder as the game progresses, though it is understandable due to the limited time. By the way, it is very coincidental that we also made a game about bacteria.
Amazing! The game fits really well with the theme, and I just love the sound and the music! It can be even better if there are clearer instructions in the game, since unfortunately I didn't really get what's the goal of the game.
I like how dynamic the graphic is! And I certainly can't wait to see the person choke on the giant boba I've created..
The game play is quite difficult to understand, and I was not really sure about how to play initially. However, the idea and the concept of the game is pretty fun, Great job!
The slope part is a bit glitchy which Hamilton keeps sliding off, but eventually he is able to climb up. It is indeed very fun to play and Hamilton is adorable !
Wasn't clear about the gameplay until I took a careful look at this LDD page, but I eventually figured it out, and I say it is a nice little simulation game! The music really reminds me of terraria.
Wow! I can feel that you've put a lot of effort into the music!!!
I found the game a little bit difficult for me, but I still managed to finish after dying an uncountable number of times. The "yipee" sound is indeed very funny, and the background music is chill as well! Good job
I absolutely love the graphic. The shader makes the whole game very visually appealing! The mosquito sound really does its best to show how annoying those mosquitoes are!
lol The idea does fit perfectly with the theme and is quite funny. I'm definitely going to give this game a high score in humor๐
Incredibly high-quality graphic! It's utterly fun to move the chamelon with his tongue!
innovative roping mechanic! There seem to be some problems with the full screen, but the atmosphere is great!
Oooo, love the design of those ghosts!๐ป
absolutely love the graphic. Not sure if the game has an ending, though the cardboard world still looks amazing!
the art style is certainly unique! Amazing work!
can't really figure out how to play at first, and the equipment is kind of vulnerable that they die with only a few hits. Despite all, I like the design of the equipment and the overall art
I like how your fov gets smaller as you go deeper. Wasn't clear of the gameplay at first, but anyway, it's a nice submission!
poor jam??? I say the jam version of this game could already beat various other submissions! The steering control is so smooth and the overall graphic is super attracting! Great work!
@fractal my apologies, i believe it was a mistake for labeling it as "HTML5". Our intention was simply to share our itch.io link and had never built the game in html5. I've noticed that we already put the link in the description, so I'll be removing the one you saw
@martta lol that's actually quite true  , I do agree with you on the idea of having a minimap. It is kind of easy to get lost sometimes and not know where your units are.
@asfdfdfd I wish you good health, remember to take antibiotics regularly as prescribed!
@knatt Maybe you didn't notice, but resources should be respawning randomly on the map after they have been depleted already, or else you will see bacteria ฮณ (collector) bugged since they do not have a target destination to go to if there's no resource on the map.
Good job! It's interesting that there is a short intro animation; btw the instructions are very clear and easy to understand!
The gameplay was kind of hard to understand. Despite all, it is still innovative, and I like the sprite of the lizard.
Great job! I really like the paper-Mario style of art, as well as the concept of the game!
short and sweet, simple and fun. It is indeed a nice entry! I believe the graphic could be polished a little more if more time was given. Good luck!
Nice submission you've got! It is fun to run around on the map, though it would be even better if the instructions and controls were presented in the game itself!
This is super fun to play! Although it is sometimes a bit hard to step on other slime, I enjoy playing it, and I like the dashing and blocking mechanics.
Not sure why the blue dots keep spreading out, which makes it hard to keep them safe. However I believe it is acceptable and the idea of the game is super fun!
evokes my Thalassophobia, the mood created is absolutely superb!
absolutely love how the physics simulates in this game!
I was stuck in the first room, and it was a bit hard to figure out how to use the slide/wall slide mechanic. However, I appreciate the ambiance and atmosphere created; the movement and control of the player are really smooth!
Love the atmosphere!! Cats do look scary from the perspective of a mouse. :smiley_cat:
Interesting game! Although I initially thought it was a combat game and I had to kill the enemy, I managed to figure out how to play, and I say it is genuinely fun!
I personally don't see the connection between the game and the theme, but it's totally fine! Overall, I really like the VHS screen effect; it makes me feel like playing a game inside the game.
