Guess you had too much time on your hand when making 3 games in one

Wow! That's a lot of content for a game jam.
The gameplay mechanics in this game are so intuitive! It's like the controls become an extension of your own instincts. Plus, the art style adds a unique flair that keeps you engaged throughout. Definitely a gem worth exploring!
Great job making three games, we've barely finished one! But I don't understand, how to beat a "Minion battle", tried it five times or so and each time it gets only worse
At first I thought that it was an agility game which requires player to play 3 games at the same time. But it is not. It might be better if these games can be conbined in a more innovative way? It does show your undertanding of the theme from different prespective after all.
It is a good point that you've implemented three different games within the time of one JAM. And they just work well. XD
Nice work.
Somehow I feel like playing Roblox... Anyways 3 games are playable, I believe there could be improvements in graphic
yes, thanks @creeper-nade because we decided to do multiple games, we took less time with graphics. Something to learn for the next game jam, I think in this one, multiple games was much too big a scope and thus quality was sacrificed across the board.
Thanks everyone for playing!
I think the idea of making a series of mini games for a game jam is a great way of learning how to scope! (Trial by fire haha).
I think the major thing that the game would benefit from is a slightly more thorough "How to play" at the beginning of each mini-game. That's something thats commonly overlooked for game jam games, and makes a big difference.
Also in the games with very repetitive sound effects (particularly the alien defense one), a good way to avoid the SFX being so jarring is to have a pool of like 4 SFX it can pick from (or just pitch shift the audio for every shot also works, or both!).
Overall great work, keep it up!
thanks @ohfiddlediddle yeah, "How to play" is always a nice to have, we should get better adding that in as we go, instead of leaving it out, or rushing it in afterwards.
Thanks for the suggestion on repetitive sound effects! I've tried to avoid it by randomizing the pitch a little so it doesn't sound exactly the same, but a pool of 4 SFX would make that even better, appreciate the tip!
