Great job. I like the title screen where you learn how to navigate. Most of the games let you figure out the controls and then the time is up .. ha ha ... Controls feel smooth. Everything is very enjoyfull. To bad there isn't audio. But I really understand about all the work that is involved.

The only tip I could/would give is that you spawn the enemies a little bit further away when the game starts.

Haha I've reached 30 pts, but then it went totally frantic with a lot of bullets everywhere and I couldn't even see my mouse pointer, but that's the kind of moments you expect from this kind of games :laughing: Nice game, the idea to have multiple food effects is a good one.

This a chaotic and fun little shooter. The visuals is good, and the gameplay idea is also pretty good. You have used the theme in a way interesting way, and having to collect food is a simple and good idea. Too bad there is no sound. Overall a good compo game. Well done.

Nice game! Enjoying the beginning with tutorial, looks great. My max csore only 20, the game quickly become pretty hard

So cute and well thought out! Having health, hunger and enemy spawning be the same mechanic turned this simple little shooter into a surprisingly mechanically deep game. Also the sprites were absolutely adorable and i loved them. It was a bit hard to follow what each veggie was doing, if that was clear i think players making choices around what you pick up would make this game even more amazing. Very impressive for 48 hours though

I got 24! Like all the different variations to the shooting from collecting power ups. I would always die by getting to close to the enemies. I like the premise where the slime is just hungry and trying to eat food but people keep attacking it. I think it'll be interesting if eventually you can then eat people for powerups... haha. I think I would have liked a but more different outline on the food (maybe thicker or brighter?) so that I can more easily tell the difference from enemies, and also have them always on top so I can see them easily. Nice job!

This was really fun! The snowball effect of getting a lot of powerups is great :). It was fun coming up with tactics on how to get a good run.

There were some parts that felt a bit unfair though

The most important upgrade was the banana, without it you'd be guaranteed to lose quick. Your movement speed really determines how powerful you can become. It would be nice if one banana spawned at least per X fruits. Another option would be to have the movement speed increase slightly with every fruit you pick up, and decrease the speed every time you get hit. My final tactic for the game was to first get a couple bananas for speed, and then always make sure there was at least one banana on the field as an emergency speed boost.

The knights also were a bit unreliable, since their attack speed and range is completely unknown. Many times it just felt like you died for no reason. And the sniper projectiles are super fast, which either means they're only dodgeable by luck.

And the background texture is a bit too noisy, which makes it slightly hard to see projectiles and things. Seeing your total kills at the end would also be fun.

It's a very good game though! I enjoyed it a lot, nice work :)

For some reason it's capped at 58

The game turned out really fun the moment I realized I was supposed to stack up the bonuses. I think I played it for longer than any other game this event. I think I played it for longer than 20 minutes till dawn (Steam)

My only complaint is that it's too much of a fruit slot machine. Drops should be more pseudo-random, and all bonuses should stack with themselves (i.e. getting too many carrots or cherries means death)

I didn't get much points, as I'm pretty bad for this kind of games, but it's simple and effective, and fits the theme well, so, good job!

Nice game. Your take on the theme feels slightly more unique than average. The graphics are good. A clear presentation of what is collectable and who is enemy. The health bars are a nice touch.

I feel the game could use some audio feedback and/or music. The emphasis is on sounds and giving feedback to player.

Cool little game, enjoyed the artwork. Interesting how imo eating all the food is not the best strategy, since enemy spawning is linked to eating food. Maybe if enemy spawning was unrelated to food and they dropped food instead it would have been better. Also I liked the way the theme was incorpotated.
