Super cute game and concept! This would have fit the theme tiny creatures so much! Love the art! There is also a bug that the walk animation is just a big black box? and would be nice with something telling you the controls. Love the game though!

Cute art and such a cozy game! My only nitpick would be that the hitboxes for cats felt little offset so I ended up accidently clicking wrong cats

The black square instead of the heroine during the animation takes a little out of the atmosphere, but the art and cats are the cutest! It was very nice to play.
The art was very well done and it was cute, though it was hard to figure out how to interact with cats because there was no controls shown, but I figured it out eventually. The art was very well done.

Extremely cute, love the art and the animations!! I can see how you prioritized the visuals and i think they work so well. The gameplay is a little janky with clicks not quite registering at times, also it seems you can only take care of one cat's needs at a time? It would be a good flow to try and take care of as many as possible. I dunno, you're still working on it I guess, but it looks really amazing :D

The assets, the animations, just everything about it is great.
The gameplay itself has a lot of potential, but in its current state it was a little bland, but as you mentioned- limited content. I can imagine this being a great little cat-shelter-management game with some more polish! Keep up the great work and thank you for your submission!
Love the arts! But something about the controls is really frustrating: the character always gets in the way when I want to click a cat... Also the cat that needs to take a shit... I never managed to get there in time. Was fun though.
So incredibly cute, looove the graphics! The sound design is very good too, perfect for this type of game. Love these little cats. It was a little bit unsettling at first to not know the controls, but it's pretty simple. I understand the time limit but maybe I would have liked more interactions with the cats and more "limited space".

I love the art and the general mood of the game! It lacks a challenging aspect, I think, like a time limit or that the cats' moods change if you take too long maybe? But this game has potential!

With a bit of challenge like scoring with bonus and malus when you don't take the task in time for exemple, this game would be great !

Amazing art! Sometimes when I click on the cats, I dont pick them up. And as far as I can tell, this is more like a sim than a game, there are no win or lose states or progress, but I can definitely see how it can be expanded. For real though, you are a very talented artist/animator.
I love this art style! Cats and protagonist are adorable and they really cured me! Excellent atmosphere really gave me peace of mind.
Expect for some more specific motivations in your future version, also a clearer UI hint when selecting cats XD

Very adorable game! The hand drawn art is amazing and it's clear you put a lot of love into the art and animations. I know you said you're working on making it more of a game but as it stands now there's not really much "gameplay" to it. I love the little animation of the cat playing with the ball and would love to see that for each station. Also it felt strange that I couldn't micro manage a bit more to take multple cats to different stations at the same time. Perhaps some more engaging gameplay could be something like, you have to take care of X number of needs for each cat to be adopted out. Anyway, beautiful art!
Wish I could score more on graphics because this is adorable! Very Bee and Puppycat. It is a bit difficult to click on the cats, because clicking anywhere outside the selection box makes the character walk. Otherwise, super cute! Could stare at the animations all day

cute entry.. I played for a while but soon turned it off because I had a feeling that the game wouldn't end by itself. there could be an indicator of the happiness of those cats somewhere. but ideal for short relaxing games
Lovely game. The art+animation is stunning and the mood is perfect. Someone else said it on a comment and I also think the game would benefit on being a little more challenging, with time limits and difficulty progression... Maybe something with space getting more limited (by the amount of cats growing or the shelter having less room) to emphasize the theme... though that might be a little sad :(
This is the best looking game I've seen in the jam I think, everything is very carefully designed. I couldn't get the cats to go in tub though, they just sat on it.

Very cute art and music! Generally makes you feel really good and relaxed.
The only trouble I had is that it almost has no feedback on what you're doing? When you place cats to play the game, you at least can tell that they're playing, but when you place them near food, bath or med table, they just sit there with the same request bubble, making me question whether i fulfilled their request or not. At least some sounds when you pick up and place cats would feel nice, too.
It also seems to me that there's no penalty for not fulfilling cat's needs, so it raises the question why do I even need to do anything, especially if i can not tell wether i'm doing a great job with that.. I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to so with the poop request, tho. Is this perhaps a penalty?...
Other than that i see you tried your best to make a really nice and heartwarming experience! And I see it becoming a really nice full game once it gets done! So good luck with that! I hope you'll do great as well have a lot of fun doing it! <3
This game has truly won my heart. The art style, sound design, and, of course the adorable cats 😺 make it really cute and cozy. I could feel my soul refreshing while playing. I'll definitely want to play the full version of this game <3

A tutorial would have been welcome, but the prompts the cats give are self explanatory enough that it doesnt feel strictly necessary. The visuals and audio are very cozy too and the cats are ADORABLE. There isn't much gameplay here, but I like the idea and I look forward to seeing what becomes of this!

- Nice art and cozy atmosphere - I think it could benefit from some more gameplay elements, like having to bring the cats back, and if they are left at a station for too long they would get unhappy, since now they just teleport back. - it seemed like either all cats wanted something or none of them did, which made me go between panic and boredom, which I don't feel is what you were after.
Really enjoyed the art-style. looks super well polished but I wished that there was in game controls. (I know that its mentioned in the page but I missed it the first time round and expected a wasd type movement and was a bit confused, nothing major though. I think the main issue would be the lack of gameplay feedback. With no idication of what I was doing other than the image disappearing there was nothing to focus one. Perhaps adding elements to the room to add more jobs for he player to do. Overall I think you have smashed the visual aspect of the game now its just add some more gameplay options from here and it'll be even better.

Had lots of issues with clicks. Had to click multiple times to register to action.
At this stage it is more of a chill experience than a game (it is ok if that is what you intended)
'Keep the cats happy and healthy' is not a challenge as they are always happy. It probably needs a timer challenge to change their moods if you make them wait too long. For example they might escape if they get really angry, so you have to keep up with their demands to keep them in your shelter. And maybe some new ones join if you do really good. So you keep going until you have no more cats.(or when all cats are adopted) This opens the opportunity to have a time score so people can replay to best themselves or others.

One of my favorite games so far in terms of art quality, mood and animations! The style is lovely and the interactions are fluid and elegant. The music is very relaxing.
I'd only suggest to put more attention on game design in the future: the main mechanic is clear, but the player doesn't feel engaged in the game if there is no feedback about how are they doing, be it good or bad. Cats seem always happy, so you can't "lose"; neither there is a reward if you perform well.
Overall very nice entry, I think you have great potential :D
Beautiful original graphics and pleasant music. It's more of a preview than a game at the moment. There's still no challenge or much control over the cat I want to catch. But it's a great start
