Woah, I was not expecting that ending. I'm not going to lie, the initial scene and text didn't grab my attention massively but the more I played the more interested I got. Great job!

nicolasjl9 2022-04-05 12:12

Nice game, love the assets! Keep it up!

arthur-mairs 2022-04-05 12:17

I really liked this, props to the two writers! don't want to spoil it for others, but the ending was good. The modelling was nice too.

wobbleblocks 2022-04-05 12:23

That was a lot darker than I was expecting, good job!

adnovac 2022-04-05 12:30

The game is interesting, animations and models were well made. I'm agreeing with the previous user - at first, the game didn't grab my attention but in time it was getting more attractive.

Ultrawide is not supported - I have to manually change my display resolution to play the game. Buttons would be better if the width of them was fitting the length of a text.

lisyarus 2022-04-05 12:57

Quite a depressing story, good job!

bios3008 2022-04-06 10:55

oh nice that is realy good done it :O

lecloow7 2022-04-06 12:19

Very fun game

ccglp 2022-04-06 15:38

Great great work and for not having any programming experience this works like a charm. The more I played the more i got involved in the story so you did it :)

pquiskamp 2022-04-06 16:15

UI and text contrast wise a bit of a hard sell. But good job!

xayos 2022-04-06 16:39

Cool Game, liked it overall, but some background music would be nice and some imorovement on the UI.

aerloth 2022-04-06 20:14

Impressive for a team without previous coding experience! I enjoyed the story and the slow reveal - it's well put together.

The fact that the graphics are simplified invities the imagination to fill out the details - which works good for this story I think. It would be great to see the graphics and UI more polished, but I think that staying more vague/abstract with the style will be beneficial in this case.

Hope that you enjoyed the jam! - looking forward to your growth and future projects! :fingers_crossed:

Good story telling it had a Nice suspense. Some music good give it a better overall mood.

mrevilguy 2022-04-07 05:25

Cool little game. I liked how everything progressed going back and forth between the same things--and how that's integrated with the story. The 'go grab your gun right now!' part was nerve wracking hahaha. Good job.

@overall : My code skill are still rusty, and UI are not my strength at all ^^ I plan to add some a landing page and give to the UI some polish soon this week if I found some time. Audios was planned but we run out of time, will be for a post-jam, maybe in a few weeks with a visual upgrade too. @dean-isseyegh : Thanks for the feedback and give the game it's chance. ;) @arthur-mairs - @wobbleblocks : Thanks :) I noticed you work on the same game, I imagine one of you recommand the other => Double thanks ! :) @adnovac : Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to fix that on this weekend UI polish patch, as I said, I still didn't get all the UI subtilities in Unity ^^ @lisyarus : Haha, I don't know what ending you get, some are even worst ! We have a very emotional writer in team, she was crying while writing :o

@ccglp : Thanks for the writers, they did an amazing work, fixing every little details (all text have a lot of variables, was hard to keep up some times) @pquiskamp - @xayos : Thanks, UI is my main margin of progress ! ^^ I will work on that @aerloth : Thanks for this positive feedback, I won't lie, UI and graphics are like that mostly by lack of time, I wish I had someone with me for the coding :spy: We will probably continue and polish this one, and maybe for an other jam with some shiny new skills ! :) @mrevilguy : Thanks ! Glad you like ! Look like you get one of the bad ending ! ;)

The game looks great, good job!

I **really** liked this game! The writing is so good, and it kept me playing for a long time, trying to figure out what is going on. At first, the FOV was kinda disorienting, and I found it hard to look around. However, it really plays well with the feelings that the protagonist is going through. Overall, I'm interested to see more!

khaotom 2022-04-08 03:44

Interesting story, I like how it unfolded and surprised.

vixenmink 2022-04-14 19:23

The writing for this game is really nice. This game definitely borders on how someone must feel if they have dementia / Alzheimer's. I felt it was sad that the story kept looping as you tried to remember everything.

You did a great job at this game.

Only thing I would suggest is maybe slowing down the camera controls of looking around the room or having a locked camera.

At first I was totally lost by mouse movement, but I handle this. A little more of contrast of text box will be a good improvement. Othewise, I really liked the purpose, remember me of the old times rpg and point and click games. Well done!

danial-jumagaliyev 2022-04-17 08:18

Interesting game, I'm not really a fan of these types of games, so if you want to see my reaction I played it on stream here:

I was hoping that spamming toast eating would do something and I wasn't disappointed :D

leom 2022-04-20 10:31

@tudvari : Thx for the feedback, this one wasent on the first version (like the stop if you eat to much pills at start) but was added on postJam adjustments, our testers wanted to make eat a lot of food and pills... ;) Did you check at the hat ? ;) (probably our most complex -subtile- joke that nobody found ^^ )

tudvari 2022-04-20 10:45

@leom No, I haven't, but I'll give it a look for sure, thanks! :)

alpharock6 2022-04-21 16:38

A lot of great stuff going on here! So many interesting interactions accounted for. Very impressive amount of work for a jam entry :) Since this is so UI heavy, I feel like the text could have used a bit more contrast/scaled up to be more easily readable, but beyond that I don't have many criticisms! Great entry!
