very cool! some of the graphics felt very cactus inspired for some reason, but overall good work!

very cool! some of the graphics felt very cactus inspired for some reason, but overall good work!
i found this pretty difficult, but very solid gameplay and cool audio.
neat idea, but holy heck does it need some polish!
the minigames were very cool, not a bad game!
you got me. we had similar ideas only you pulled it off much much much better than i did. love it.
a lot of depth to this game, and i hope you work on it more after the compo, you could make this into an excellent game. not to say it's not good as it is!
big fan of the ascii! incredibly simple game though, however your code seems to be something amazing so who knows.
some of the best graphics i've seen in the competition! great stuff. i agree with the earlier comment about the dialogue being hard to read though, some tweaks for later i guess!
a haunting but very interesting game. reminded me a little of Today I Die. nice little play, and an interesting take on the theme! i'm a huge fan of portraying stories in interesting and meaningful ways like this, and you did a good job of it!
this is great! a very interesting idea executed well. the controls were a little stiff sometimes, but i really liked this. nice work.
the whole atmosphere of this game is wonderful. the eye is creepy as hell, and the game is extremely challenging. i didn't manage to escape but that whole tour of the plateau was interesting and yeah, this is a great game, especially for 48 hours work!
very challenging game, but a very cool little puzzle game.
i love the "succum'd" fail messages. nice little game.
i am terrible at platformers. still, this was fun, if a little frustrating. the collision detection was a little strange but the music was cool and if i had, i dunno, BETTER GAMING SKILLS i'd probably have enjoyed it more. the lava was really nice though.
don't really have much to say that hasn't been said. a neat idea and a good start for something that could be very cool. just uh... lose the installer.
this might be the last game i rate but it is awesome
really really cool game!
apart from the resolution problem, this game is terrific. the atmosphere especially! i was nervous playing it!
great visuals!
apart from the problem with the bombs, this is a nice little game.
if there's one thing ludum dare has taught me, its that i need to learn unity. very nice game.
LOVED the music. cool game, loved the battle towards the end.
really stiff physics i felt, and some of the collision detection was pretty buggy... in spite of that, its still a pretty cool little game, so well done!
outstanding, considering the timeframe especially. really enjoyed it, looks slick as anything. also did you really rate all 598 games? yikes on a trike! double props!
cute, very enjoyable game. feels very polished, and although it took some getting used to the controls, it all came together. great work!
nice little game! would be great with some dick dale-esque soundtrack. seriously playing miserlou in the background increased my enjoyment of this game tenfold. try it! great work!
i bet this would be fun as hell with a light gun. what you achieved in the time limit is utterly staggering. amazing work.
very charming little game.
this was an incredibly interesting game. i hope you work on this after to work out the playability issues/iron out the bugs mentioned in the comments here but i think you have something very solid here.
fantastic art style!
i didn't really like the physics too much, found it hard to control explosion jumps but it was a cool little game to play through.
some interesting mechanics! nice little game!
very cool take on the theme, and i look forward to seeing what you come up with next time!
played this for a while, very cool game.
although the graphics were a little too small (maybe i am blind though) it was a neat little game. not a bad job!
this is great! very nice physics game, can be frustrating but still very fun, and really dark too! the audio is really atmospheric.
interesting little platformer. the graphics and audio make up for the somewhat frustrating jumps and quick and certain death (thats probably just me though). not bad.
started off extremely well with a good atmosphere but to be honest i just got bored. the end was cool though
not a bad little game!
made me smile. great idea, took a tiny bit of working out (i was playing it like breakout) but an overall satisfying game.
breathtaking. the music was perfect. everything just felt right. one of my favourites of the whole competition.
quite difficult, but a brilliant idea!
i really love the style of this game, and hope you finish it!
i think its a little difficult or reliant on luck, but a nice idea nonetheless.
this looked and felt really smooth, the graphics were really nice, but i found myself stuck in traffic far too often. though i can't help but feel games of this genre have kind of been done to death...
too frustrating for me, sorry!
i really liked the graphics, but i'm mad gay for anything "hand drawn" looking. i couldn't really figure much of the game out beyond trial and error. pretty hectic.
fun, if slightly frustrating little game. liked the graphics, the music seemed pretty well suited, i think you did a good job here!
very difficult, but polished gameplay and graphics make up for it.
the audio was great, though whenever i got near cheese i could just imagine you sniffing at a microphone... other then that, its a nice and short little game.
i liked the perspective, and it was fun to play!
cool idea! took me a few tries to get past the scoreboard but yeah, nice idea done well.
i thought the graphics were quite charming.
it was very polished, but very difficult to control and far too easy to accidentally hit the escape portal yourself to end the game. nice little game though, just needs a few tweaks!
so very very charming. good work.
excellent P.I.S.S. and C.R.I.M.E. physics engine... very good game!
i like the system you made for a text adventure game, and i'm all for surreal games, but i think this fell a little short. also huge size!! yikes.
deserves far more ratings! very nice game!
yeah, don't forget to include the http:// part of the link!
very interesting mechanic, but i found it pretty difficult, especially the later missions. took several goes each time and i got pretty frustrated. overall though, a very nice game. cute writing.
fun little puzzle game! quite tricky and a bit trial-and-error but worth a play nonetheless
i kind of liked moments of it. congrats for finishing!
i can't get this to work, sorry!
visuals remind me a lot of the Mighty Boosh. really nice looking.
nice work in such a short amount of time!
i am so glad someone made a music game. really really good fun.
i enjoyed placing him in very compromising positions. im not very good at it but i enjoyed this nonetheless.
it was enjoyable but those explosion sounds were really loud! kept making me jump.
this game is so gorgeous and i really like it.
always good to see 3d games in ludum dare! nice work!
made me a little dizzy but very polished and a cool little game!
the graphics are sweet as hell, i love the brightness even if they are incredibly simple it still works really nicely.
a perfect interpretation of the theme.
heck yeah!!
yeah, i get something similar to hazard i'm afraid! can't get it to work!
i forgot to comment on this but yeah i absolutely love this game frankie!!! the amount of content you managed in 48 hours is pretty staggering and the tiles are really good!
oh this is super pretty! nice job!
the audio and graphics really work well to create atmosphere, the game ran pretty poorly on my computer unfortunately though.
one of my favourites. stunning work.
i'm afraid i'm not on the right system for this! a video would be cool, like other said, to get a feel of what the game is like!
well when i rate this i'm giving you full marks for theme because your game reminded me of how alone i truly am
cool graphics and an interesting concept, and a staggering amount of work you got done in one weekend! nicely done.
looks very nice and polished! quite hard but that's okay by me
great fun!
i found this pretty difficult, having to play through the levels a number of times (the zombie shooter really stumped me for a while) but its not a bad little puzzle game all in all. the turn based, commanding type mechanic is a nice little touch.
5 hours? amazing. would have loved to see a full weekend game from this, definitely potential here! it was cool once i figured it out!
that was a little tough for me but a nice entry nonetheless.
wow, this is one dark game. i love the atmosphere and i had a lot of fun just looking around. nicely done
always good to see a 3d game being made. i had a little trouble getting it to work at first but made it in the end. some better hotspots would be better for sure, but as it is its still very pretty and an interesting game for sure. nice work.
i don't know if this was the intention but a lot of the collisions didn't work so i was just walking and jumping through walls every level. sometimes i'd restart and spawn outside the level or inside walls (which would make things easier). it made me feel like i was good at games though so i kind of enjoyed that.
another "i can't play" from me too i'm afraid!
gonna have to agree with the guys here, though the 4chan/reddit/whatever humour is a real turn-off also, sorry.
i got it to work! its neat, and i love isometric views.
i liked this a lot. amazing amount of work for 48 hours! nice stuff!
holy heck, this is extremely polished and looks fantastic. nice job!
this was a fun little experience :)
very neat concept! i think someone mentioned already having seen a variation of this in magazines/newspapers and you made it work very nice in game form.
looks really really nice! the sound is a little shrill and the movement isnt suited for some of the more precise puzzles (the pushing the buttons to fill the gaps over lava level for instance) but its a nice little game!
cool puzzles but pretty unnecessarily cruel
after a little while i couldn't turn around and so was stuck facing right trying to punch everything. cool little game though
yeah definitely atmospheric. a nice entry i thought, liked the art style a lot.
been trying to get this to work but every time i try it just either shows a blank applet or crashes. this is probably on my end (read: definitely) so i'll try get this working some other time.
very fleshed out and polished for a LD game. always interesting to see puzzle games made in 48 hours and you came up with some good ones. overall, pretty nice game.
once i got the hang of it it was a lot of fun! i liked the irc client under the game and it was an interesting game
oh this was great! dark and beautiful, and the audio is on another level. i loved the whole experience too. really really nice game man. good job.
oh this is great! i love word games! excellent execution!
back here playing it again aaaaa
i liked it. the humour wasnt really my thing, but i liked the idea of having a strange little scene play in front of you in which you have little control over. it reminded me of the Mog mini-game in final fantasy 7 which was pretty bizarre itself.
oh this was very nice!
the sound was a little grating and i agree that it got repetitive but i'm sure that was down to the time limit. i liked it though!
this was a cool little game, excellent use of audio
it was interesting, after beating the enemies you were completely alone left on a suspended platform in the middle of a blood cave. i like that
not bad for a game made in such a short amount of time!
i keep getting crashes too, which is a shame since you obviously put some work into this. a nice effort though for sure and i hope you release a post comp version!
the graphics reminded me a little of earthbound. overall a nice little game!
dang, what a spooky game! nice work
the music was sweet as hell. the game itself was very sweet! i loved the dark tones and the little coloured parts that found their way in later in the game (the flowers). it was a little slow but i don't mind that. nice job!
a gameplay vid would be cool if possible!
i couldnt run it either which is a shame because the graphic style looks really interesting :(
GREAT sound and mood! very nice entry!
i'm afraid i don't have an iOS device :(
pretty difficult but the hand drawings and audio are very nice. i liked it!
this was very nice! hope you continue development after ld!
i liked the slide physics, just charging through levels was a lot of fun. the physics and collisions obviously need some polish i guess but who cares, you have a cool little atmospheric game here and i also respect your use of geometry. nice entry
that was really fun!
well, congrats on finishing your first AS3 game at least.
i'm sorry, that was a little dickish of me. i did mean it as a serious comment though. the game itself worked okay, but it was inundated with those horrible 4chan memes which really ruined it in my eyes. also i entered the manual and then played the game and the background stuck to the comic.
yeah i have no idea how to play this, sorry!
web version doesn't work in opera for me, so i downloaded it. wasn't sure what to do at first, but got there in the end. definitely unfinished, would like to see a post-compo version or even a post-mortem!
i'm afraid my wooden pc, for whatever reason, decided to freeze up completely on trying to open your game. 6 year old badly treated laptop so i'm afraid i can't play, sorry!
an arena shooter huh. i felt like the player was far too slow and unintuitive to use, in arena shooters they have to be quick! bouncing all over and firing rapidly! i liked how the uh, enemies? targets flowed nice in time with the music, was that an algorithm or were they just scripted that way?
i'm afraid i can't play, sorry :(
interesting idea, and i found it pretty difficult. still yet to reach 10/10, the pigz kill me super quick! congrats on your first LD!
yeah button mashing didnt really work for me! enjoyed it all the same though.
the camera pans too slow! especially when you pick up gas! kept running into enemies off-camera and dying. nice job on what you have though. the art is fun.
few problems with controls and camera, but overall pretty cool!
although the concept isn't new, you pulled it off smoothly and i really like the style of the 2D/3D aspect. nice submission.
had the same problem as jiddo, far too difficult, sorry lads
it ran a bit slow on my computer but that's just my wooden pc. cool game, would have liked a bit more variance in the objects you collide into but it was fun all the same
it kind of hurt my eyes..
this was wonderful, took a minute or two to understand but you've created an extremely polished and addictive game here. nice job!
was fun playing around and seeing the effects of having and not having certain things. kill all lupines and enjoy your new ocean of water. fun game! great concept.
the link to the web applet doesn't seem to work!
well, i'd be really interested to see a post-compo version because as of right now i don't really know what's going on!
nice job!
i'm afraid i don't use chrome, and it doesn't work on opera! so i can't play.
i love the cave graphics, swirls of colour.. lovely.. the game is pretty cool but the sound effects are kind of loud.. my only problem with it. good job!
ran really bad on my pc (my fault, its old as hell) but from what i could play it wasn't bad. lighting effects were nice.
ah, didn't work for me either i'm afraid. i got to a grey screen with buttons for "attack" "green" etc but clicking them did nothing and nothing happened.
firstly, high five for rpg maker 2003 entries! only you completely blew mine out of the water. i love your entry. everything sounds and looks and feels like it was made in the bbc radiophonic workshop in the 60's, with the dialogue of the Mother games. i adore it. i would love to know how you made some of the music! the snake planet in particular is a favourite of mine. but yes, this game is beautiful and lovely and i really enjoyed it!
slowly figured it out. the engine seems smart and i think the biggest problem is definitely the learning curve. i thought it was well executed though.
congratulations on your first game! even as a first go it's fun and nice. i like the concept a lot and hope you work out the bugs. nice job.
nice! i can imagine this being really fun to play with a friend.
not bad, a little tricky to understand at first, but a nice effort nonetheless. always cool to see a CCG game
the controls were really unresponsive to me but i guess that's the wooden pc i have. still, i got quite far. the humour wasn't really my thing, but it was okay!
same problem as the others i'm afraid! sorry!
this is nuts. great job.
i liked the mechanic a lot, and the game itself was cute!
i really liked this. the physics and controls were pretty difficult, but the concept and artwork is promising, so i hope you clean it up and release a post-compo version!
also could not run, vista here too, sorry!
hey this was good! very impressive amount there, even for a team effort. ran smooth as hell. the controls were pretty unresponsive and clunky but that might just be me, i'm pretty bad at games. i liked it though!
a good effort, would like to see it expanded and cleaned up.
this had a nice atmosphere. reminded me a little of intelligent qube/kurushi, but it hink that was just the sound effects. it's an interesting concept.
this was good!
when i ran "run.bat", it opened and closed straight away. will try reinstall python and will come back to this!
this is cool! very stylised, very slick and nice looking. the music is nice too, if a little repetitive. overall, nice job!
i really liked the background. with some dreamy music it'd be super. overall, nice little job.
audio didnt work in opera. the game is okay, sometimes you collide into the squares a little unfairly i feel. you have to click rapidly around them or click at very precise angles. all in all though, good job.
this was great!
incredibly polished, but far too difficult for me. i think the cloud cover was a kind of cheap challenge. really pretty game though.
very interesting concept, runs like hell for me though, sorry.
hell yeah!! this is great!
i liked it! the art was good, especially in the scenes. i didn't get too far but i'm gonna play this more a bit later.
had to strain to see and read a lot of what was going on, but that might have been my eyesight.. i think its a good idea, and a little tweaking and some clearer explanations would really help it.
it's an interesting concept, but uh, i can't get over the fact that you used nazis as a prevalent theme/device.
liked the little inhabitants. at first i thought it was some sort of reflection until more and more started to consume me... cool game.
i couldn't find anything to do bar fetching max a coffee and saying hello to axel. i got tired of clicking things so i gave up, sorry.
i don't have a mac, but it's a shame you didn't finish! hope you get a post-compo version finished :)
could have done with the player being a bit more buff...
great job though seriously
you must really hate your mother...
i liked the idea a lot, and it was fun, it was just so very easy to die. there'd be times where after resetting i'd get into a battle and immediately get slain. but its an interesting concept and i'm sure if i managed to progress further it would be a pretty good game!
well this was kind of sexist but the aesthetics and audio were really good. i loved the crudity of it, we're pretty similar in our approach to games, minus the BDSM thing. i think you did a nice job, in all.
hm, was it sexist? i'm not sure.. got me thinking..
took a while to get it to work, but i liked the atmosphere. the controls were horrible though, sorry.
wasn't entirely sure what to do at first but managed to work it out. it was kind of slow, are those square tanks/ships/whatever destroyable? anyway my final score was 6100. nice job on finishing!
this was cute. browser kept scrolling the page with space so i had to do it without using potions. i almost managed it too. good little game.
nice!
crashes when i hit start :( my terrible pc. shame because i wanted to check out the curved world!
i'm uh, well, it didn't really work on my browser. it felt incredibly glitchy, and like there was some sort of lag? i'm not sure, it's hard to describe, but basically i got stuck inside the platforms and the level would restart, and instead it was as if the doors weren't there. i just hit left/right at the start of the few levels and ended up finishing the game. i'm using opera if that helps. shame as i'm sure the game probably works and this error is on my end.
i think someone mentioned earlier but yeah, with some sound this would be huge on mobile devices. the game itself is fun as heck and i'm terrible at it but its still cool!
happy birthday to your son. it had a nice mood/atmosphere to it, and i kind of like that method of poetry/narrative but i guess you need some sort of solid way of doing it, and i didn't feel that with this. i still liked it, as a whole.
so much fun. i loved swinging round planets and just darting through levels. enough variety in the planet types and is very polished. great job.
this is lovely, managed 96% of the fruit. would be great on a phone. nice job!
i am terrible at games like this. i ended up giving up out of frustration but what i saw/what you have is very solid.
damn, that was a lot of fun! really nice!
ah, unfortunately, for some reason my computer completely froze up when trying to run your game, so i couldn't play it, sorry!
i liked it. finding the stars became long and tedious but the graphics were great. i loved the way the stars bounced around behind you. nice work.
for some reason this ran stupidly slow on my computer. gonna try and fix this and come back to it!
i'm afraid i only have windows! sorry
it was kind of hard to control, and the textures hurt my eyes (probably my screen though), and sometimes i got bad fps (also my computer) but in all i enjoyed it. i love wandering 3d spaces, especially eerie/strange ones so i think you did a really nice job on this.
extremely addictive. i really enjoyed it. only problem i have is the sound effect for the seconds dropping is hideous and really grating. liked the voice work though. overall, nice job.
this was pretty cool!
great stuff. i eventually gave up after bumping into too many wandering M53s but i enjoyed it until then!
i really enjoyed this! though i kept getting stuck with the fisherman. could use a way to drop items. very interesting concept though for sure. nice job.
the "best" part of the "game" lies outside the house, so try and stick it through until you reach the town. big ask, i know!
@character: thanks for noticing! i've fixed the bug and will upload a new version later on.
@cantorfew: yep! that's the "ending". i wish i had more time to put a proper one in but i finished it with pretty much 10 minutes left on the clock.
@graytest: ah i think you mean the static area? yeah i kind of regret putting it in there. the house and the tv are part of a mechanic that i immediately scrapped and started in a new direction... but yet they remain...
@Fireslash sorry forgot to mention, playing in windowed mode (F4) should reduce or stop it entirely
i fixed the bug after sleeping in the ghost house, "should" work ok now.
@Andrew: you need to finish the tv area, there's a few tvs and the statics move in that area i think. once you get back to the house you should be able to progress. in the lower room, you can just walk around the doorway and "enter" the house to leave (the actual solution is to walk to the right until the screen repeats three times but i don't think there's any need to do that)
fantastic work. looks and sounds great!
arkeus
this was interesting!
you have the basis for a nice little shooter here, so i hope you work on it post-compo! for now, my wrist hurts from hammering space but yeah, variance, a bit of balance, autofire, and i imagine this will be a pretty good game!
stunningly pretty. i liked it a lot.
argh i can't play this one just yet, have my keyboard set up to japanese which doesn't recognise filenames with umlauts in, but when i'm done with my japanese stuff i'll give this a shot, so posting this as a reminder!
ah nice! was hoping to see some games similar to katamari and you pulled it off well!
as many have mentioned, i love the art style. please make this a full game!
this was cool, would love to see it extended.
the controls are way to clumsy and unforgiving! i couldn't finish it, sorry.
hi, could you explain the instructions here? there's nothing really in game that explains anything or if there is it didn't show for me. i found myself dragging the mouse across the screen arbitrarily to try and work things out. i like the zoom in/out sequences a lot, and think i played through a few times and ended up with a desolate ruined house with firing noises...
you are completely wrong. also your comment is terrible. and i DID take it personally. so thanks.
doesn't work at all in opera so using chrome. playing now! just thought i'd report this.
ah, enjoyable little game! shame you ran out of time, some cool atmospheric music, and some more journal stuff/possible story would make this game superb. still very enjoyable as it is!
took a few tries before i got anywhere. clever, fun little strategy game.
for some reason, Data Execution Prevention decided to close this so i can't get it to work just yet (my computer is pretty much dead) but i'm gonna keep trying because this game sounds fascinating.
lovely aesthetics and mood. quite enjoyed it!
well i don't have an android phone so i can't play, but nice work making a game entirely on a tablet man.
wow, this is one smooth game! nice job!
it was okay! i was gonna say maybe checkpoints would help but the game is too short for them, or rather there isn't too much of an issue without them. sometimes using the warps and holding a button would cause you to rapidly warp between the two screens. other then that it was cute and well made and polished. nice job!
the concept was cool, definitely needed an undo button but it was okay. i hated the internet memes though, not really sure why they were there?
yeah the music and graphics were very very pretty. interesting experience!
fun little game! would have liked it in a different format/engine, and the writing a bit more polished but i did like it. the battles were a little annoying at times but i guess thats just the nature of rock paper scissors (i'm not a fan and haven't been since alex kidd ruined my life...) but yeah, good work!
also 404'd, and i don't have game maker 8.1 to compile a version
this is great! love the art style especially, the battles were fun and creative. good stuff.
urgh, i seriously want to play this game, but it seems my graphics card is terrible and won't play. hopefully will get a chance to play it before the voting period ends, but this look sick.
i think its a very interesting concept. the music didn't work in Opera however so i couldn't rate you on that.
i liked this, sweet and charming, and the idea of a dark exit excites me to no end.
no android! upload a vid!
looks and plays nice, but there isn't too much there. it's a shame you couldn't get the sound working. the particle effects are nice though.
yeah, a link would be really nice!
this is super addictive. really fun game!
my eyes hurt from speeding through after getting the brain magnet high enough to be able to run through. thats fine though. i like your little comments in game. would be nice to see it finished!
definitely needs some tweaks, but not a bad effort.
it's a neat little puzzle game but should come with a seizure warning! too many flashes!
good concept, but very repetitive. the mouse control was a little difficult too. i made it up to the safe cracker minigame, the number was 4412 but for some reason it kept giving me 3 green lights and 1 yellow. the mouse trap was a great idea though.
very interesting concept. looking forward to seeing some polish and seeing how this develops.
very polished, though a little repetitive. good job overall though.
holy shit this is fantastic. i'm still on a comedown from it.
a cool idea, but i felt a lot of the 'stages' were just way too slow. but time constraints etc its fully understandable. you did a lot in a short time. good job.
absolutely adore the aesthetics on this. i felt the cursor moved around too fast but thats just me. really great game.
this is great! i love the atmosphere, and the voice acting rules. i guess you're a real chimp off the old block, heh heh... from the arcade onwards is perfect. i didn't have enough money because i spent it on the bread. i deeply regret buying the bread. excellent game.
very sweet and very well designed. the music was good too. liked it a lot!
i'm afraid i can't play this game!
this is so beautiful
this was great, made complete sense but the trial-and-error aspect really did me in. i got 17/20 on level 3 and gave in. really good though, look forward to seeing a post comp version.
this was surprising, i liked it.
i love that you made a mega drive game. the game itself plays well, it just needs more to it!!
this was nice but really complex. wasnt sure what i was really doing. made a lot of creatures unhappy.
i liked it. it took a few tries to figure out what was what and i'm terrible at these sorts of games so i didn't finish, but i like that the boss attacks in time with the music (or it seemed that way?) but yeah, nice job.
andrew i love your games and this one is especially good
ah yeah, that isn't supposed to happen... oops! i'll fix that but yeah, thanks for playing guys!!
there are three endings! once you gain all four forms, it's a good idea to save and go exploring for the other two! they're quite hidden.
thanks for the feedback guys, and for playing my dumb game!
verrrrrry steep learning curve, but i stuck through it and enjoyed it! good work.
yeah, make sure you have your files in the 'public' folder or else they won't show up. 403 here too.
the times between evolving are wayyyy too long. gets very boring, very quick.
it works! the full thing wouldn't fit in my browser window, not sure if it is just on my end though.
oh god i am terrible at games like this. this is super tough! i died like 20 times before giving up. its fun though.
this was tough but i enjoyed it nonetheless. nice and smooth, variance in enemies is frightening (the blue guys to the red guys for example) but yeah, nice job!
this felt very atmospheric, and it seems like you put a lot of work into it. looking forward to seeing how it develops.
i played the heck out of this. was a bit too difficult for me but couldn't stop. good job.
i really like this! excellent graphics, really good and well executed ideas. just a damn good game
played it to the end. really cool entry!!
this is great!
i really love your games bentosmile. this one is great.
really excellent mood. i love the letters a lot. a cool take on the theme! i liked it.
shame this was so short, would love to see this idea expanded on. very solid little piece though.
this is really polished, feels pretty nice to play. lasers killed me a few times (got trapped falling into them) and i'm bad at platform games but enjoyed it. nice one.
your games just keep getting better and better. holy heck. i love this. when i die i hope it is at the hands of cyberqueen.
very impressive for the time it was made in. you should check out glorious trainwrecks :)
really interesting controls, very cool concept.
ha, that was cute! very nice.
fun game, love the graphics, so much.
very cool!
this felt really nice. i liked it.
nice idea! some of the mechanics were a little clunky, but it all worked.
i love this. it looks, sounds and plays wonderfully.
great idea!
cute game! lots of fun to play. good work!
i really love how consumerist goods are detrimental to your health
this was a really cool puzzle game!!
jeez, you guys got so much done! this plays great. i really liked the ending, running around in a void.. but the game was good!
this is really interesting. i was typing nonsense into the fields and to have them used back at me in interesting ways was very cool. really like this.
i thought this was great! extremely addictive. i like the balance and scarcity of resources, means trap management is important. died on wave 8. great game!
somehow forgot to rate this one. played it some time ago and really liked it. played it again just now and still enjoyed it.
this is good! nice little puzzle game, well executed idea
this is great!!
i really appreciate this entry. sadly i am Without Friends to try it but would love to see a browser version sometime. good job though, glad you made this!
i give this game... 666...
ecosystem murder sim... really cool. love pushing villagers into the woods to murder them.
i love the idea and mechanics. light based games are wonderful. ghost/possession based games are wonderful, and sadly there aren't many.
this was nice! only issues i had is with the web version, sometimes the tracks play twice over each other, the collisions are a little strange etc. but overall, nice job!
thank you so much guys!! i am completely overwhelmed by the positive feedback!!
@youdonotexist sadly rpg maker is rigid and as far as i'm aware, not compliant with mac or possible to port.. but i might make a mac version in the future.
@ Pierrec there are sadly a few bugs in the pre-compo version.. the post-compo version fixes most but i think there are still one or two lingering around :(
thank you for playing and the comments and the review and everything else! i really really appreciate it.
i put a link to the soundtrack in the main body so if you want to check it out, do so!! its very good!
no linux, sorry!
excellent idea!! sadly i am Without Phone to play it but it is great that you guys pulled this off!!
this is cool!
this is pretty good!
good stuff, i struggled a little without a mouse but i'm pretty slow anyway. good job.
this is the best.
didn't get a chance to try multiplayer, which i think would be a different and possibly better experience. cool idea though.
the artwork is ridiculously good. i found myself dying a lot though. the boss was intense!
this was neat. cool stuff.
definitely feels like more of a puzzle game than a traditional tower defense game.
this was cool!
i love this, so much. its pretty challenging! the colours are so good. kind of need an mp3 of 'whoa nice crystalll' in my life.
it feels like i've been waiting for this game for most of my life. ever since my first public toilet experience, and my young obsession with piss, pubes and toilets. finally, that void has been filled. thank you.
this game is very good, i love the mood of it and the graphics are grotesque yet cartoony. the audio is super as per usualllllll. yeah great game dweedes!
this is so cruel. i think i got 1.62 after 80 tries. i like how quick it is to get back up and going. fun game.
adorable and brutal. great game.
challenging, but rewarding. i liked it.
this is a lot of fun!i like how when you finish a task early the day doesn't end, so you can look around the area for future tasks. good work.
that was really cool, i really like that game (i don't know the name but i know it as 'werewolf') and your twist on it was solid. the aesthetics and mood are great too.
this had a really good feel to it. enjoyed it.
this was pretty cool, i think i was trying to conserve fuel too much at the start though, which made it more difficult
this is frantic! really like it, well designed but extremely difficult game. made it to level 3 a few times but was never quick enough with my mouse. would love to try this on a smart phone.
this really was merciless!
once i figured it out, i had a good time. good job.
crazy use of unity, worked out really nice
outstanding, hope you develop this further.
wonderful. the whole mood of the piece is astonishingly good.
the dragon animations are wonderful. there's a few bugs but this is a fun game, good stuff.
that had a really nice vibe to it.
some of the animations are really really pretty. i'm terrible at games and couldn't work it out, but i enjoyed it still.
so frantic!
i destroyed the cops
i experienced some strange slow-downs, but that might be on my end. it took a few tries but i think i got it in the end. a nice idea.
had fun, felt like the levels repeated themselves a bit though.
i'm a huge advocate and admirer of both piss and filth. great twine game.
this is ridiculously good. seriously.
i thought this was good! very polished, a good concept well executed. cool game.
this was great!
this is wonderful, really intense. really appreciate this game, a dark but great interpretation of the theme.
jeez, that was really neat. would have been cool to know what each item did beforehand, but other then that, fun game.
i needed this
i always enjoy light based games. great music helps, too.
this is wild, i love it
this game is wild, i love it
this is wonderful, really really.
i think i'm going to come back to this a lot in the future. simple but fun.
i thought this was wonderful, so much fun!
cool game, way too tough for me though, started getting frustrating, especially when getting caught on edges trying to escape, or accidentally holding a direction when spawning and immediately getting seen. could be i don't have the patience though.
the interpretation of 10 seconds was really interesting. unfortunately i'm terrible at these types of games.
thanks for playing guys! the phone part is pretty dumb, the clues are 'H', 'menu' and 'escape'. should have made them clearer but my mic is terrible. hope this helps!
thanks! and nope, the sound puzzle only requires knowledge of rpgs i guess, its mostly about where you're looking! i'm writing a post-mortem, so will put the answer there for everyone who is stuck! there's a lot more after the sound puzzle i'd like people to see!
thanks a lot for playing! i'm really glad you enjoyed the mood.
the solution to the phone puzzle is at the end of my post-mortem

it's in stars so you can find it easily! i hope it helps you understand my silly mindset when making it!
this game was really interesting to me. i think the interpretation of the theme is pretty excellent.
it is bonkers how good this game feels to play. a spectacle to watch too. i love the rude, damning messages.
i like games like this. good work.
once i figured it out, i enjoyed it. graphics were really nice. simple and fun, good game.
unbelievable work. i adore the hell out of this!
