dragonsix 2012-04-22 20:03

This is so good.

evgis 2012-04-23 12:17

Nice, simple graphics. Good job!

andrew-marsh 2012-04-23 13:02

Nice game, liked the graphics and the atmosphere.

fireblend 2012-04-23 13:05

This is great! The music and mood seriously reminds me of the Mother games.

tentontoon 2012-04-23 13:15

Absolutely brilliant concept! I just wish you'd have taken it even further, making the game more open-ended.
An amazing starting point anyway! Congratulations!!

pierrec 2012-04-23 15:14

OooOOh! I didn't know you guys were on this Ludum Dare! Can't wait to play this game! (Oh wait...what about playing it now ? See you later)

pierrec 2012-04-23 15:56

OH...MY...GOD!
THIS WAS SO GOOD!
My eyes are still wide open with emotion!
You guys rules!

polar 2012-04-23 19:47

Interesting graphics...

dakowta 2012-04-23 20:15

Amazing game. love the atmosphere.

angrygeometry 2012-04-23 20:21

firstly, high five for rpg maker 2003 entries! only you completely blew mine out of the water. i love your entry. everything sounds and looks and feels like it was made in the bbc radiophonic workshop in the 60's, with the dialogue of the Mother games. i adore it. i would love to know how you made some of the music! the snake planet in particular is a favourite of mine. but yes, this game is beautiful and lovely and i really enjoyed it!

binary_girl 2012-04-23 20:32

great game man :) its an object - but i dont need it ;p

kevinzuhn 2012-04-23 20:52

Rather interesting. I liked searching around for the right things to combine and figuring out what shapes were made of. I felt like it stopped just as the mechanics were really getting used, and I was hoping for some really wonky images to replicate.

Still, moody and intriguing game overall.

mattchu 2012-04-24 00:18

Smooth graphics and really clever gameplay.

juniorus 2012-04-24 19:50

I liked the symbolism of the ending ;) And the music/SFX add a great atmosphere to the story.

intmain 2012-04-25 03:31

I really like this, feels great, looks great.

kharza 2012-04-25 07:29

The scope of this thing is so daunting! Cool setting and music, but I'd forget the object the second I left the room. I have a bad memory :)

cherrynukacola 2012-04-25 08:37

Keep having problems trying to download it :(

mortisghost 2012-04-25 08:50

Thanks for all your comments, our souls are full of happiness now.

CherryNukeCola > I don't understand where the problem comes, the link works for me... I uploaded the game on mediafire, maybe it'll be better :

kane 2012-04-25 09:50

One word: Excellent !
Thanks for all of this :)

tifu 2012-04-25 10:15

Different planets gave a few laughs :)
The "puzzles" would have been pretty good if they had been more open ended, but I guess that is too much for this many objects and this little time... ah well D

dukope 2012-04-25 10:33

Totally captivating. Nice work guys.

lukerissacher 2012-04-26 03:05

Cool - really loved the retro sound effects, probably the most interesting soundscape of any game I've played so far. Puzzle elements were interesting too - wish there were more of them to piece together.

olav_st 2012-04-27 13:34

Great game :D The graphics were cool and retro. The audio was cool at first, but became a bit annyoing after a while. But still, good job!

naufr4g0 2012-04-29 13:33

In the menu screen I can't start the game.
Arrow keys, space and return doesn't do anything. :(

trylle 2012-04-29 14:38

That was pretty sweet. :) Didn't have any problems finishing the game. Seemed fairly logical(!), fun dialogue and I actually liked the art a lot. I think the color fusion thing was the only puzzley thing I didn't quite follow (the green cross with the little circle on top for the ghost planet). I'm pretty sure I picked the wrong color combos for that, but it still accepted it.

skullsoft 2012-04-30 22:57

Very interesting!

cantorfew 2012-05-01 12:35

I liked the concept. It works fine in Wine (on Linux) But I didn't understand the ending (as to why you need/want to create this new planet or just exactly what happened to the old one).

chambers 2012-05-02 04:39

Too bad it's a jam, if it was a competition it would probably win the "mood" category. I love the earthbound style, sounds are the best I've seen in a LD game. Unfortunately I didn't get the ending. The graphics style is really innovative and dialogues are beautiful and very fitting to the mood. Congratulations!

alwaysgeeky 2012-05-02 19:12

I thought this was a very interesting game, shows real promise and have interesting unusual graphics! :) well done

maximschoemaker 2012-05-02 20:25

Lovely atmosphere because of the interesting graphics and sound ^^ this feels like a very complete entry :3
Pity the gameplay wasn't too interesting :/ but I guess it was more about the story anyway ;)

Shadow 2012-05-03 02:57

Love the attention to details. The game is quite polished. Loved the creepy/lonely mood. One of the few games I played to the end. Well done!

kylerhoades 2012-05-03 03:26

I couldn't play this game on Windows 7 64bit PC. When I open it, it goes full screen and shows the title screen with the dragon. The whole screen then goes completely black. Esc does nothing so I have to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to close program.

Have tried restarting, running it in Windows XP compatability mode and as administrator. Also, tried running it with 'Disable Desktop Composition' ticked on the compatability tab in Windows 7.

I checked the Windows error log and found the following error:

shifty 2012-05-03 12:37

Ambitious, conceptual, retro and original. LOVE IT! Great work!

ilo 2012-05-06 22:44

Really impressive! I especially liked the use of sound on the ship.

madflame991 2012-05-07 19:59

I'm glad I still see weird games like this... You could have added a bit more to the space exploration part

kylerhoades 2012-05-08 12:28

I played it on my Windows Vista PC and it worked fine.

This game had an incredible atmosphere. I loved the feel of it, especially the eerie music. The story was cool too. Great work.

knighty 2012-05-09 00:22

This game is pretty interesting. The graphics were really simple, but they worked well. The audio was great at setting the mood.

sonnybone 2012-05-14 00:53

Totally diggin' the ambient audio in here... WOW. This game put me in a very different mood, and I DIG IT!

csanyk 2012-05-15 20:12

This game was so weird, but I liked it. I'm not sure what I just experienced, but it had a childlike logic about it that gave it the mood of something invented by a 4 year old's imagination, that I found very appealing. Great job!
