Really enjoyed the art style and mood of the game. Didn't really see how sacrifice played into it but the game was very catchy once I got the hang of it.

Had some trouble understanding the deck but interesting idea.
It took a few tries but once I gave up on the mouse and only used keyboard to fly I found it much easier to control. Did I miss a way to control roll? 'Q' and 'E' didn't seem to affect it.
Very original idea! Artwork is excellent and funny. If I had 1 critique it would be that I ended up just smashing each of the buttons right away to get the information. Maybe I am missing something as a penalty for doing that?
Brilliant concept for a game! Addicting.
If you continue this project, add in a free-play mode and see what kind of ridiculous setups people come up with.
Brilliant idea, with great execution. Love the low poly style.
Interesting idea. Certainly a brain teaser when it inverts. Took 2 or 3 times before my brain could process.
Probably one of the more creative interpretations of the sacrifice theme I've seen...and may hit a little close to home. Great idea!
The endless (or at least appears that way) world was nice. There did seem to be some sort of movement bug for me a few times where I would release my direction key but he would keep running. Difficult game but I was able to find a way to win after 4 rounds.
@benbusby Thanks for playing! Yeah, the original idea was to have each character with a different ability so the selection of who to continue with would mean something but I quickly had to de-scope features so I don't feel I got the balance quite right.
@willbl3pic @bart-huylebroeck @zachz I designed it to be a mobile game but didn't have time to do a build. I may continue the project and turn it to a pure mobile experience. tapping probably works really well for this style of game.
@coleslaughter Thank you for the great feedback! Interesting you found the blue block as the optimal. I found that keeping the "castle" piece to the end and keeping the single move "pawn" early was how I got my high score. Getting the 5 points for the bomb racks up quick. The speed increases by time not score so try racking up as much as you can early, then just survive.
Thanks again for the feedback!
I really enjoyed the "balancing" aspect of this game. Really forced me to decide how fast I can go without it all going off the rails. Great game idea to go with the theme of LD43.
Congrats on the first game!
