The voice-recorded sound and music are fun.
There isn't much to do here, but that's definitely still something.
LA LA LA LA LA LA LAAA LA LA LA
cool game but there needs to be more to do.
Cool sounds, but the game is a bit boring.
It's not bad, though.
As fresh as the music and sounds are, it gets kind of grating after 3 minutes.
Nice idea, but gameplay needs more tightening (controls and collisions especially).
Nice graphic effect with the vignetting, maybe a future version could use the audio cues in order to "see" in the dark better. (In this version, you hear the "help"s when the survivor is in visual range.)
Good work, keep it up.
Great audio. Are you rescuing zombies? :) At the beggining I didn't like the idea of reversing your boat after a collision, but I think it could be a great gameplay mechanism.
I like the "music" ;)
The "press down to do a 180" usually doesn't work because it's continually flipping around while the button is held.
Awesome music, alas the game itself is rather boring. Not much todo or to do wrong.
Not bad, a pretty solid implementation of the concept. I found the visuals pretty painful though, and it was really annoying when my boat got caught on an island.
I liked it. The sound volumes could've been tweaked a bit - I turned up the volume for the "music" then blew my ears out with the rescue sound. I think you could have an addicting game if you add some clue where the drowning people were and used a shorter timer that refreshed as you rescued (to increase urgency).
I loved the 'Hooray' sound effect. Also, took me a while to realize that new people were spawning when I rescued old ones.
Awesome sound effects, I love the little chuggy noise of the ship, and the very gravel-voiced people in the water, perhaps the use of the down arrow was not needed and the collision needed to be checked a bit more, but the game is pretty cool otherwise.
