Get the link working and I'll change my vote.
Yeah, I'm seeing broken links here :( nothing in the source link either? This looked cool anyways, I'll check back later.
Darn, it looked nice. :(
Couldn't find the game :(
Game is gone! Sad pandas.
Worked for me, but as you say there's not much of a game there. Graphics are very nice, but I felt the player character didn't quite match the style of the rest of the world.
Interesting idea, doing a procedurally generated world entirely in Javascript. The graphics are pretty sweet - that they were inspired by Lost Garden is obvious, but there's nothing wrong with that, Lost Garden is awesome. As for gameplay, well, there isn't any, but, given enough time this could go somewhere neat.
Ah, it's there! I hope this becomes something cool!
The link works now, but as you say, it's not much more than an engine demo.
It doesn't work in IE 8 at all (script error), and FF locks up when exiting.
Thought it wasn't working at first, then some islands showed after lots of random clicking.
Cool concept. At first I figured that the trees were procedurally generated as well; the style would've been easy to do that with, but there's actually just 4-5 set tree types.
