It took me a long time to work out what to do! First I filled in the correct number of bridges, but didn't realise you had to use them all. I then found a solution that involved visiting the same island twice, and didn't realise you weren't allowed to do that.
I'm not a big fan of puzzle games, but I found this fun once I figured out what to do. The music was awesome! And I found the childlike text fun. I found the scrawly graphics charming - I liked how the postits change colour.
Good effort!
Ahhh, Great. It´s very fun.
I suggest you tell players that they must cross ALL the squares as this was confusing at first.
Otherwise, nice puzzle game.
Very nice puzzle game. For some reason, the process-of-elimination solving seems like it has the flavor of sudoku. But different.
Cool idea, though I think you could've done the same with much less controls (it was weird to press enter to change between modes). I would never have figured out that you have to go through all the islands. After figuring it out, it sure was great fun!
An interesting variant on Picross. I just don't get why you had that ink mode, it doesn't really serve any purpose than to force the player to use the keyboard.
Took a while to figure out controls (left/right click) and despite the explanations, the goald was not clear. Managed the first few levels, but then there seemed to be several solutions, and mine weren't accepted.
Solid effort :D
More detailed instructions would have been nice
I love the transitioning music! In puzzle solving mode you have the simple mix which allowed for mental brain space to plan you pieces. More complex but rewarding as you take a short break as you prove you solved the puzzle. Simplistic way of adding and removing the music. Simple but rewarding and totally brilliant. Some controls need to be fixed and the previous comments mention the same thing I think there. Very well done.
An interesting puzzle game, and some of the levels were quire tough, took me a long time to beat it (though I finally did). Music was decent but ended up repetitive, eventually muted it. Some additional graphics may have made the connection to the heme a lot more clear; as is, it seems a bit of a stretch to relate this to 'islands'. And yes, more detailed instructions would have been helpful.
Clever. It was hard to figure out what to do, because generally there is not that much feedback (including why your solution was not acceptable, for example, I kept trying on the first level to make an otherwise legal solution where I'd visit one of the islands twice). One thing I really dug was the remixed music in Let's Do It! mode. (A smoother transition between the two pieces would have been especially slick.)
Great puzzle. Clearer instructions would be nice to help one out in the beginning.
I can't get it to do anything other than place a blob on an X. Nothing else does anything.
