LD34 — Two Button Controls / Growing

OH GOD NO by shcromlet 2015-12-15T21:31:00

Very good use of the two button theme. A bit to difficult. Making the player slower and the bullets slower would help a lot. Well done though sir.

BoltStorm by Kuality Games 2015-12-15T21:39:00

Fun... I could use a bit of polishing. The The graphics were great.

Mazes of Random by fragileannihilator 2015-12-15T21:29:00

Good concept. Nice graphics.

Dig Runner by mikedurn 2015-12-15T21:48:00

Very good concept. Very difficult. The bad part is that most of the difficulty came from the controls.

LD35 — Shapeshift

Galaxy Shifter by Willsr71 2016-04-19T15:11:00

This was really fun. I like the idea of it. I have no idea what was going on it the background. It was a bit easy. I got fourth place. :) The sound was pretty bad though. The mechanics were really nice though. Good job. :)

Shapeshifter's Quest by allstar602 2016-04-19T19:20:00

I liked it a lot. :)

Tesselate by kitcar2000 2016-05-01T21:30:00

It was fun. :) My main complaint is the screen gets a bit cluttered on some level and it makes it hard to see.

Shapeshift Horror by Neyjay 2016-05-02T13:16:00

Good job. The mood was very good. I couldn't do anything after I went to the basement. I tried clicking on everything but there was no sign of progression. Sorry if that wasn't the end of the game.

RGB Escape by Mieeh 2016-04-21T01:05:00

I really liked it. The "art colors separate thing" was pretty cool. :)

Deershifter by bluszcz 2016-04-20T18:04:00

This is relate able.

xXShapeShooterXx by karln 2016-04-21T01:35:00

I really liked it. :D

Polymorph by dsmeathers 2016-04-20T17:55:00

Good job. The game was a bit dark though. It made it very hard to see what was going on at times.

Bluboy by Falak 2016-04-19T15:05:00

It was fun. It was a bit confusing and the controls and collisions are pretty bad. It was fun though and the idea of it was cool. Good job. :)

LabSwap by Mr.Chippy 2016-04-19T19:32:00

Thanks :D. The game was very inspired by half-life.

LabSwap by Mr.Chippy 2016-04-21T23:17:00

Thanks :). What do you think needs balanced?

Family Slime by themadknights 2016-04-25T01:24:00

It was fun. The controls are a little annoying at times.

Outterspace Minions Game by gandoulff 2016-04-19T18:12:00

Good Idea. The game was fun.

Robot Snake by eduardogacn 2016-05-02T12:17:00

This was so much fun! The music and graphics were very good too. :)

LD36 — Ancient Technology

Pen and paper by RasmusErik 2016-08-29T23:21:00

This was really cool. The art was really cool. The AI is really hard. Good Job.

The Purple Room by Dehayat 2016-08-29T14:45:00

Good job. It was a lot of fun.

CollectTheArtifacts by Pvpman 2016-08-29T22:15:00

The concept would be fun with a bit of work. Good Job.

Blowin' Around The World! by Coomzy 2016-08-29T23:13:00

That was really fun! I honestly have no complaints. :)

Old Man's Sky by Geared Games 2016-08-29T22:29:00

It feels very smooth and polished.

Thank you for saving me 60 dollars on No Man Sky.

Compass by Flygamer101 2016-08-29T14:39:00

This was really fun. Good job. The music and art style were both great.

Clockwork man by jacobturn 2016-08-29T22:35:00

What did I just witness...

It is impressive that you made this all by yourself. :)

Lost Temple by Dietrich Epp 2016-08-29T23:44:00

Fun game. The art was nice. The audio was really good. The controls were a bit weird. Well done.

LD37 — One room

Nuclear Arms 3: Atomic Reckoning by Logicon 2016-12-19T02:54:00

I really like the humor and the game looked really nice. It was a lot of fun. It was well explained. My only complaint is that It took a long time to load so dying was kind of annoying. I really enjoyed it though.

One room away from success by Gulyasarni66 2016-12-14T18:07:00

That was fun. The puzzles were not, "How was I supposed to do that?" puzzles.

HourGlass Collector by skorpyo 2016-12-15T15:24:00

Congratulation! You managed to make weird annoying platforming work! :D
This was a really fun creative idea.

KILLOBIT by bitslap 2016-12-16T17:11:00

This was a fun challenge. I only got to level three because it was way to hard for me, but it was hard in a good way. I really liked the art.

This room leads to happiness by Bejk 2016-12-13T01:32:00

This was a lot of fun. I really like the art style and music. The rocket launcher was a creative weapon choice. It was very difficult.

Don't Stop You! by Kevin_B 2016-12-14T16:13:00

I enjoyed this. I really like the concept of the game.
It was very fun and challenging.
It would have been nice to have sound and the background looks kind of weird next to the MS Paint looking art.
There does seem to be a bug where the player get caught in the platforms sometimes and can't move. Besides that I really enjoyed the game.

Maze_No.6 by NORRIMO 2016-12-19T12:50:00

The idea was really good. The controls were pretty bad. I got stuck in the walls a lot and the camera was frustrating.

One Night by freyby 2016-12-15T17:00:00

I liked the art style. The enemies had to much health. I like the idea for aiming but the enemies were to fast for it to work.

The Coin Collector by mediocrity 2016-12-16T22:21:00

Good idea. Dragging the balls was a little bit annoying. Once I figured out how to use money machine properly it was fun. The motivational text was a nice touch. It really helped me get to the end. :)

Infinifight Room by PixelFrosch 2016-12-22T13:03:00

The art was really nice. The music was horribly repetitive and got really annoying (you did warn us of this). It would have been nice to have some effect to show us that we or an enemy took damage. Like particles or knock back.

Laser Panic by ACCBDD 2016-12-13T01:38:00

It was fun :).
The grappling hook was a good idea.
It was a bit floatly. That made it kind of hard to move around.

Rebirth by bplane2 2016-12-14T20:24:00

That was a really great game. It was actually creepy and had no cheep jumpscares. The mood was great.

Da Vinci's Revenge by jaxturnmir 2016-12-17T15:09:00

The link doesn't work.

The Studio by KevinTheTuna 2016-12-18T03:25:00

I really liked the feel of the game.
It was extremely laggy for me though. It was a bit to confusing and I wasn't able to get to the end.

Just One More Room by Tommy 2016-12-13T19:35:00

It was really hard.
The art was nice and everything moved at a good speed.

Evil Udolfs Room by bigteddy 2016-12-22T15:06:00

It looked really nice. The voice acting was great. The idea of the game was good. The hit boxes were a little weird and it seemed like the enemies only does when it hit the bottom of them.

A Climb. by Ansjh 2016-12-14T03:41:00

When I click on the link to download the game it just takes me to this page. :/

Quest of the Wizard by Linear 2016-12-19T02:45:00

The mood and audio were great. The graphics where pretty good in a somewhat terrifying way. It was very hard and buggy though. The first time I played it the doors wouldn't open. The third time one of the doors suddenly put me it this weird flat area where I couldn't move. If it was easier and more polished it would be really fun.

Tomb Room by popogames 2016-12-14T19:27:00

The game looks really nice and it is a good idea. I couldn't complete it. It was too confusing after a few of the puzzles. Besides that I think it was fun.

The Coldest Cabin by Brian Mayberry 2016-12-14T12:53:00

The game looked really nice. The wind was a nice addition.
It was very challenging. For some reason the shotgun didn't work one time.

OctaRoom by muriel 2016-12-17T18:38:00

That was a good idea. The concept was really good. I liked the controls. The voice was a bit terrifying.

Tiny Escape by DMajor 2016-12-13T02:29:00

Congratulation on doing the compo.
The controls were very slippery and it was really hard to make most of the jumps. I gave up at the guitar part because I couldn't manage to just to the guitar. The checkpoint system was nice though.

Treasure temple trouble by IcyLava 2016-12-17T15:07:00

Good job on the art. The game was fun.

Violent Rom by eruiz00 2016-12-15T16:43:00

That was fun. It fulfilled its goal of being a really hard bullet hell game. My main issue with it is that the death noise is extremely loud. It is a small issue but the game would have been more enjoyable without it.

Souler by Slowian 2016-12-16T14:56:00

I like the idea. It felt a bit slow. It was nice that you included instructions in game.

Alien Night by edve98 2016-12-17T15:21:00

I really like terminal games like this. The game was fun. It was really slow and a bit too hard. It was a good idea though.

DISK by Kuality Games 2016-12-14T19:06:00

That was fun. The graphics were amazing even though they killed my computer.

AREA 51 by Megalink 2016-12-16T14:12:00

Really Fun. The pixel art was really nice. You used lighting, screen shake, and particles well. I don't think it did the theme very well. It wasn't extremely difficult, but it felt difficult which I really liked.

The Leaky Ceiling by SoulBound 2016-12-16T19:28:00

Good job on making something that the humor category applies to. The catching water droplets were creative. I am not completely sure of what the goal was but it was fun.

I Lost It by nicruo 2016-12-15T15:40:00

I liked the art style. The shadows were really hard to dodge. It was interesting though.

52-Card Pickup 2000 by KJB of IBwWG 2016-12-15T15:52:00

This is one of the most exciting thrilling games I have ever played! Picking up each card was an exciting adventure! Good job. :) One of the cards was inside the couch for some reason but besides that It was really fun.

ZROOMERS by neontropics 2016-12-13T20:29:00

I really liked the art. The game reminded me of the battle mode in Mario Kart. However, I do think the enemies were just a small annoyance and the game would have been pretty much the same if you got rid of them and the shooting.

ZROOMERS by neontropics 2016-12-13T20:31:00

I really liked the art. The game reminded me of the battle mode in Mario Kart. The hover-y bouncy feel of the game was really nice. However, I do think the enemies were just a small annoyance and the game would have been pretty much the same if you got rid of them and the shooting.

White Room by MementoGames 2016-12-18T03:09:00

It was a creative idea. The art was really nice. It was a lot of fun. Good job. :D

R00M by OuichesDoctor 2016-12-14T20:55:00

It was a good idea. The bullets were kind of weird and it was hard to hit thing.

LD38 — A Small World

Space Balls by Dejvo 2017-05-05T21:53:46Z

Good job. It was a pretty interesting idea. Going really close to the atoms and flying past them was fun. Adding a restart button might have been a good idea because sometimes you would get stuck in the gravitational pull of the atom and have to close the game or wait until you lost.

Saviour by ALeal_Dev 2017-04-29T17:38:01Z

Good job. The weapon ideas were really creative.

Legend of the Mountain by Zathnic 2017-05-03T11:47:13Z

I left clicked on the file a few times but it wouldn't run. Is there something else I have to do?

SUPER METROARIO by puppetmaster 2017-05-14T18:27:27Z

The controls were really floaty and the jumping was pretty bad. Its usually not a good idea to add in hard jumps unless your controls are really polished. Otherwise its kind of frustrating. Secret passages are almost never a good idea. At one point I ended up just jumping into every wall to see if it was a passage. Despite these things the level design was fairly good. Some of the art such as the vines was nice while other stuff such as the player or the tiles were kind of bad. I did end up playing this for a while before I get stuck so that probably means that it is somewhat fun.

Icarus Isolation by King Kujito 2017-04-29T13:21:54Z

The art and music are really nice. The controls were kind of hard. When I died and then tried to collect the crystals it wouldn't let me. edit: ok, I just read your thing about the updated version having fixed the crystal but so never mind about that.

Picto World by Phaix 2017-05-11T13:57:40Z

I like the idea of the game. I upgraded a few of the houses but then I kind of lost interest. It was mostly just grinding wood and rocks. It would have been nice to add some challenge to the game and make getting resources faster. Some sort of enemy or trap would have been nice. I liked how the planet worked and the random generation was a good idea. The collisions were kind of weird. Sometimes I would be clicking on a tree and it would mine the rock next to the tree.

A Perfectly Lovely Expedition by cerno-b 2017-05-14T18:46:54Z

This was a nice little adventure game. It looked really nice. The night and day stuff was creative. I really liked the length of the game. Long games can be a bit annoying in LD.

Submersible by kleinzach 2017-05-03T12:02:42Z

You did an amazing job on mood. The game was also very nice looking. Especially the fish, they were really cute. You did a great job on making an immersive atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that clicking over and over again on the buttons gets a little annoying and it might be better if you made it so that you could hold the buttons. I agree with everyone who says that this has potentiate to become a really good game.

Planet04 by geck0 2017-05-11T18:37:46Z

That was fun and really challenging. It might have been a good idea to make the timer slower. It was kind of laggy. It looked nice and the truck was cute.

Gnome Digger by bobsleigh 2017-05-11T22:42:46Z

I only clicked on this for a Keemstar Gnome meme, but i'm glad I did. This was really fun. The music was great. The different layers of rock give it a sense of progression. Sadly when I was close to the goal I attempted to do a dramatic entrance. I place down the dynamite expecting it to explode the final few rocks between me and another gnome, but then it falls through the floor and something pops up on my screen. "Fatal Error [i don't remember the rest of it but it was something about -1]". I begin to weep uncontrollably. The Gnome I named Danial Keem will never be able to get to reunite with his friend, the dynamite is dead, and the rest of the world is dead with it...

I did actually really like this game, good job.

Naarrow by Ace17 2017-05-03T20:23:31Z

Great job. The simplistic art and audio really help the mood. Some of the parts were kind of frustrating. I really like it though.

Critter by Skruffye 2017-05-15T12:55:36Z

This looked really really nice. The music and art created a great atmosphere. Combining the water and lava was enjoyable. Some things were a bit confusing at times and the animal seemed to focus on eating while everything else ran out which got a little annoying.

Yet Another Zombie Wave Shooter by urfbound 2017-05-19T13:40:50Z

Good job. The weeaboo secret was very innovative. It would have been nice to have a bit more of a damage indication when you hit an enemy. Like knockback or the punching sound you used on the blocks. It did get very laggy after the third wave. Everything about the menu truly is beautiful though. Good job.

Yet Another Zombie Wave Shooter by urfbound 2017-05-19T13:41:40Z

Also, needed more jojokes!

Ragdoll Wars by bwalter 2017-05-03T13:50:54Z

Good job. The ragdoll was pretty funny. It was really hard. The audio was good. Moving was kind of hard because of the ragdolling and collisions with the blood.

The Taker by Epicsoft 2017-05-04T11:55:16Z

It didn't lag for me at all. The placement of things was pretty smooth. The art was ok(different pixel sizes bothers me) One problem that I had was at one point the camera wouldn't move to the correct castle. It would just sort of float around the start point. I really like the concept of the game and it was fun to play. Good job.

A Small World . . . or is it? by gamerjenn 2017-05-19T14:01:09Z

Uhhh I'm so confused... The models were good. The music sort of felt like a 6 second loop at time. It was a good idea but the camera shifting near the end was a little weird.

D4RK and the Small Worlds by abhimonk 2017-05-03T21:06:40Z

Good job. The animations were really nice. Some parts were really hard. The music was really good. The wall grabbing was kind of clunky feeling. Good job with the theme.

Newton's Cannon by xykvy 2017-04-30T12:55:38Z

It's really nice. The art is really good and the gravity works well. There wasn't much incentive to use your jet pack which made the dodging your own bullets mechanic not work well. Besides that though it is a really good game.

Planet Of The Precursors by ThatSnillet 2017-05-14T22:01:46Z

I like the idea. You did a good job with the creepy atmosphere. The menu was weird. The buttons collision boxes weren't on the buttons or something. I had to wave my mouse around until I found where it would let me hit the button. It was also kind of laggy. Idk if this is something wrong with the game or my computer (it seems to happen to most unreal engine game for me). The idea is pretty creative though.

Say Something by Houcine Chelbi 2017-05-14T17:58:56Z

I really like the art and the animations were good. Everything was very nice looking. The enemies were a bit overwhelming. It would have been nice to have some sound other than the music and an indication of whether or not you hit an enemy. The tree health bar was interesting... The movement did feel very solid though.

The Epic Quest For The Mighty Croissant by 0x0 2017-04-30T13:06:53Z

The art and lighting are extremely nice looking. Having a bunch of little rooms with one enemy making more enemies in them was a good idea. It was kind of hard to hit an enemy without getting hit though and at one point when I wen't through a portal thing it crashed the game. I have to point out again though, the lighting and art was amazing looking.

Brainstorm 38 by DocGeraud 2017-05-01T18:42:19Z

Great job. The art was really good. You did well with humor. Some of the cut-scenes seemed a bit to long but besides that it was really fun.

Deep Bottom by LMG613 2017-05-15T01:37:38Z

Great job. I couldn't find the girlfriend and I got stuck a lot but that seemed to add to the mood of the game. To an extent you seem to have taken things that are usually annoying and bad and made them help the mood of the game. Most of the time when people do that it doesn't work so good job.

Globe Trot by Richard Michael Smith 2017-05-10T16:04:44Z

That was a really fun ~~chaotic mess~~ game. The movement was really smooth and the controls were good. The camera was a bit weird. The audio added to the game a lot. Good job I really enjoyed this.

RC kitchen Throwdown by oxrock 2017-05-02T13:09:12Z

The sound was pretty cool. It was a good idea. The physics were a bit annoying though. Sometimes you would get stuck in the dog.

Space Raiders by Smeax 2017-05-04T20:28:16Z

Great Job. The graphics and lighting were really nice looking. It was a bit too hard for me though. It also would have been nice to have some sort of indication of how close we were to breaking iron or a tree. I really like the shooting effect though and the game was a lot of fun.

hand of god by janekx21 2017-05-01T17:06:49Z

Good job. The game works well and the gravity feels natural. One problem I had with it was that you couldn't see where the goal was on some levels so you just had to flick in random directions until you saw where it was.

Just Another Pocket Universe by Owen Davies 2017-05-14T19:24:06Z

The art style was nice and fit the game. It did freeze after a few minutes for some reason though.

Bill's Micro Adventure by NeuroHacker 2017-04-29T13:04:42Z

I feel like you did a good job on making enemies come out at a good rate. However, maybe you could have put a cap on how many were out at once, because it got extremely laggy after a while. A few seconds of invincibility or something would have been nice too. When you re spawn sometimes it will kill you instantly because enemies are walking over where you spawn. I do like the idea of throwing bear bottles at bugs and it was fun to kill a crowd of enemies with one shot. Good job on the enemy rate. That's hard to do.

LD39 — Running out of Power

False Game by PoV 2017-08-03T02:25:47Z

This so far is my favorite game I've played. The music was amazing and fit the theme well. The level design was far greater than even Shigeru Miyamoto could ever dream to achieve. The art was also amazing. It was almost as beautiful as the creator of this amazing game. Great job.

Robbery Bob by Yvanor 2017-08-02T15:50:32Z

#Robbob was good. I really like the art and music. The game was very cute and funny. It did get kind of boring to do the levels after a while since they were the same 5 levels over and over again. I did enjoy it though.

bzzt bzzt by Tymus 2017-08-06T23:57:46Z

My only problem with this was the size. Everything else was great. It had a very flash game feel to it which was nice.

Space Warrior by Pio 2017-08-08T11:18:23Z

The ship was pretty hard to control. The enemies had an extremely small hitbox which made it even harder. I liked the idea. It could have been better if the enemies didn't just fall onto the planet. The game was pretty ugly. The planet didn't look that bad but the ships were kind of ugly and the gui had some issues with the death screen not showing completely on screen. the idea was good though.

Blood Mechs: The Iron Eucharist by nuclearfriend 2017-08-03T23:02:06Z

This was really good. The voice acting was great and added to the game a lot. Everything looks really nice for a game made in 3 days. The controls were a little weird. I don't really understand why you went with that but it might have been nice to add in a compass or something to show you what direction you are walking in. Besides that the controls felt really good and collisions seemed much more polished than they are in most 3D ld games.

PutOuter by ginger9 2017-08-04T13:36:57Z

The lack of sound was unfortunate and the wall tiles seemed broken but the actually gameplay was good. It felt like a good puzzle-ish game. The length of the game was good. I managed to get to the end but died to the last robot. I then read some of the comments and realized that you could stop the moving platforms. It would have been nice to have a bit of an indication this was the case but it was a good idea those. I ended up getting the checkpoint version to try completing the game. Those helped the game a lot. Good job.

BatteryUnknown's PowerGrounds by udo 2017-08-05T21:40:23Z

Good job on a multiplayer jam game! This was extremely fun. I like the simplistic look of it too. I don't really have much to say about it but I really enjoyed it.

Plasma Arena by red-fan-games 2017-08-08T11:44:43Z

This was really fun. I liked the pushing yourself around thing a lot. It would have been nice to have a meter for how much ammo you have but besides that everything else was really good.

Artax by Flaterectomy 2017-08-01T16:33:01Z

First off, the art music and sound were all great. The robot was really cute. I liked most of the levels. Waiting for the liquid stuff to stop got a little boring at times. It might have been better to make that not last as long. I did like the use of particles on that though. On a lot of the levels I had to stop and think about what I was going to do, which I think is a good thing. The first level was a little annoying. I like how simple it was but the platforms should have been longer that one block to make it less hard to land on.

Breath by sundr0 2017-08-02T16:28:21Z

The mood in this was amazing. Everything from the beginning really added to the feel of the game. It got a bit disorienting at times but that was probably intentional. I could see it making someone sick which you might want to work on. The movement was cool but sometimes you would get stuck on walls and it would be kind of hard to get to where you wanted to go. I spent about 30 minutes on this and got to the room with the suns. With how hidden some of the keys were it might have been a good idea to add a guide for people that want to complete it but can't figure something out. If you were to do that I would definitely come back and finish it.

Oh and I noticed the robot is flipping you off. That seems like a detail you probably wanted someone to notice so I have noticed it.

Blackout by 100th_Coin 2017-08-03T23:10:57Z

I like the idea of a fast pace dungeon crawler. The game was really fun. The enemies didn't feel like they had to much help or were frustrating. It could have used some sound effects but besides that it was really good.

Armless Kairo by thomas-olsson 2017-08-03T18:53:15Z

This was great. I am really surprised someone managed to make this in 72 hours. The art was all great. The levels were a nice challenge but weren't too hard. I really liked the length of the game because it wasn't too long but also was long enough to show all the mechanics of the game. My only problem with it was that it didn't really seem to use the theme much. I don't think I ever got close to even half of the charge meter being down. It didn't really feel like that was a major part of the game.

Mad Trax by boats 2017-08-02T14:19:38Z

Good a s t h e t i c. You should have slowed down the music for me a s t h e t i c. The game looked really nice. It would have been a good idea to have a bit of a tutorial because it got kind of confusing at times. This is a really creative idea and it works really well. I agree with the people that say you should expand it and make it into a phone game or something. I would definitely play that.

Socket Punch! by simex 2017-08-01T17:51:19Z

This was really fun. I like the look of the robots a lot. The voice lines were a nice touch. My only complaint is that sometimes it was kind of hard to hit the outlet.

Power Hungry Robot by Edmanbosch 2017-08-05T13:06:59Z

I managed to beat it without using the batteries farming thing ;DDD I liked this a lot. The gameplay felt smooth. While I couldn't tell at first you could jump on enemies I appreciate that was added. It wasn't the most creative idea but things like the battery being the same between levels and being able to farm batteries changed it up a bit. I though the enemy robots looked nice. Everything else didn't look that great. I felt like the music fit well with the simplisticness of the game.

Silicon Boulevard - A RoboNoire by ttocs167 2017-08-02T14:08:34Z

Good job, At the diolauge with the robot dog guy the game froze but until that I did enjoy it. It wasn't the prettiest but the music and audio were good and fit the game well. I'm aware that the combat system probably wasn't top priority but the hit boxes could have been a bit bigger to make it easier to hit the enemies.

daemon by bombjack 2017-08-01T16:46:12Z

I really liked the art style. The music was good but seemed a little tense for what was going on in the game. I only have one slight complaint about the art which is that on the spinning spikes it would have looked better with motion blur instead of the spinning. This is extremely small though and doesn't really effect anything. The gameplay wasn't very good though. It was kind of clunkly. It was really hard to get through some of the parts. The time you could last without any souls was to short. There wasn't enough time to react and go find a soul. At one point I managed to get above the level by wall jumping near the roof.

From Kingdom to Freedom by Studio RTV 2017-08-05T19:17:06Z

I liked the art for the king. I was one of the people who just sat outside of the collisions and waited for the level to end. It seems like it gets even faster near the end. There isn't really much time to react to the crates and even if you notice them in time the movement speed is to slow to dodge them. If you upped the movement speed and lowered the scrolling speed it would be much more possible to win. I did like the "Your majesty come back" and if I ever need voice acting i'm asking you now!

Lightbringer by Hugo Damiao 2017-08-03T14:39:34Z

I really liked the music and the colorful levels. The shooting was kind of confusing at first. It seems like when you shoot it keeps making a noise which makes it seem like your shooting a stream of bullets and not just one. The controls were a little slippery and sometimes would get stuck on moving platforms. I did like the level design, especially on the second level. It was kind of confusing to try to figure out what was going on, but with the style of the game I kind of enjoyed it.

Oppressiv Light by Yulirev 2017-08-01T18:21:39Z

Good job on the atmosphere. Hearing the monster but not knowing where it was felt pretty creepy. Everybody else has pointed out the controls problem so me doing that is probably unnecessary. Going through a dark maze with no indication of where to go does get a bit boring after a while. It might have been better if there was some sort of map or indicator. I liked the addition of the save zones so that if you ran out of power it was still possible. It would just be much harder.

When the world goes to hell, I'll be here playing Video Games. by Will Walters 2017-08-01T14:38:08Z

Good job. The little phone game was a good idea and the dialog was good. It got a little confusing with what was going on near the end though.

THE LIGHT TRAPPER by TRIGONOMETRIC GAMES 2017-08-01T18:03:34Z

Umm. I don't really know what I just went through but the idea was pretty good. Stuff like the game not restarting when you fall through holes and randomly getting stuck in the button on the last level are annoying but I think you are aware of them from your description. The piano that randomly started playing in my left ear on the last level was pretty good. Next time you should wait to apologize until after they download the game though. How horrible everything was is actually pretty entertaining so good job on that.

LD40 — The more you have, the worse it is

Rise Of Corruption by Wevel 2017-12-04T23:02:14Z

I really liked the concept of this. It was kind of buggy but you made all this in 48 hours so that's understandable. Even though the art wasn't great looking I kind of liked it. It was a little annoying having to wait for the workers because of how they would do something and then randomly go somewhere else where I didn't need them. If you were to fix the bugs and expand on this a bit it would be a great game.

Trapping Circles by Rialgar 2017-12-27T22:44:41Z

Nice game, I likes the look of the game a lot. It reminded me of old pre-installed windows games. There does seem to be a bug that enemies randomly fly off the screen and then it is impossible and laggy.

EPIC Racing by MrChippy 2017-12-05T00:20:06Z

@papacheech Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.

@wevel Thank you for putting up with that long enough to complete it! About the spikes, they don't make you blow up on impact. You have to be on top of them when they come up in order for them to hurt you.

@glock00 Yeah... I probably should have made it a little bigger. I think I'm going to go back and make a windows version that has a re sizable screen. Thanks for the feedback.

@gistnoesis Yes, that is exactly my take on the theme. The game does use pseudo 3D so that's probably why it seems like the collisions are weird. I definitely agree with you on the game size. I probably should have made it bigger...

EPIC Racing by MrChippy 2017-12-05T00:49:34Z

@wevel hmm, that's weird. Maybe it's because you were in an area where the spikes didn't hit you? I made it so that you could go between the spikes.

EPIC Racing by MrChippy 2017-12-11T23:40:37Z

@ciaranw Thanks, I'm glad you liked it :D Most of the music had that problem but I did go back and try to fix it. I guess I missed 13 when I did that.

Brick Racer by nekoballs 2017-12-17T22:40:27Z

This was really fun and creative. You clearly weren't focusing on graphics and audio but I liked the climbing effect. I liked the leaderboard too, it motivated me to try the game a few times. I managed to get 57.

I'm Driving My Truck by vilcans 2017-12-27T22:49:55Z

The music, art, and weird elevator physics all combined together were great.

Super Mailman by 0xDD 2017-12-04T22:13:38Z

I liked the movement in this. The bouncy/floaty feel fit well for this game. I know that I can't rate you for graphics but I also really liked the Paper Mario style movement. There does seem to be an issue where the game freezes when you go out of the window, which is pretty annoying having to restart it. Another thing is that while I appreciate the idea of flooding the screen with ribbons but it does get a little hard to see what's going on after a while.

Kitchen Things by wrexialmt 2017-12-06T12:54:59Z

I really liked Paper Mario looking art style. It got chaotic a little too fast for me though.

Escape the fans by AcsiD 2017-12-16T01:22:53Z

I liked this. I managed to get to 40 points. I thought the music was pretty good. I liked how the game gave you a bit of time to figure it out before the guard and the fans started to come out a lot. The bug with stuff spawning in walls was a little annoying. Controlling the guard was a little hard since sometimes you would run into it or have to go back to get it out of a building but that was also kind of fun.

Lucky Drop by svntax 2017-12-16T15:23:03Z

Great job. The main flaw in this game is how it isn't really clear that anything will happen if you lose. You can go on for a LOOONNNNGGGGG time without losing. If I hadn't seen comments about it I probably would have quit without finishing the game and just thought you make a coin dropping game.

Toxic Towers by MiltonNH25 2017-12-11T23:38:58Z

This was really good. I liked the mazy level design a lot. The art and music had a sort of "I Want to be the guy" feel which fit the game well. Despite this I felt the game was very balanced. The way your health goes down was pretty creative too. My only problem with it is that some parts had leap of faith jumps. Besides that it was really fun. Great job.

Never Enough [SCREENSHAKE] by Rumpffinator 2017-12-05T12:57:23Z

Unnecessary amounts of screen shake is something I can appreciate! Good job on the movement too. It really helped the game be fun. I really like how overpowered the shield break is. It's pretty funny to get hit once and then see everything blow up.

Asteroid breaker by smiley 2017-12-10T20:29:05Z

This was a nice idea. I liked how the upgrades gave you some encouragement to try to get through the game. The controls were pretty hard though. It would have been a lot more enjoyable if they weren't are hard to use.

Bleu's Heist by ckRobinson 2017-12-17T22:52:18Z

Nice job. It was a little too difficult for me but I liked the wall climbing mechanic. The theme was pretty well used too. Nice lava lamp.

Debt Crisis by Invixel 2017-12-23T13:26:05Z

mmm, fidget spinners.

Good job. I liked the art a lot. For some reason the bullets would randomly explode. Maybe there was a reason for this but it didn't really look like it. That was pretty annoying but besides that the game worked pretty well.

Basher Builder by Noxbuds 2017-12-15T22:17:54Z

Good job, I liked this a lot. The damage system was pretty creative. A lot of the upgrades, while overpowered, were pretty good ideas. If the game had more levels and more challenging levels it would have been a lot better. It seems like you didn't get the archers finished but if you did those would have been a nice addition to the game.

The Hunger Maims by SubZtep 2017-12-10T22:17:21Z

Nice job. The fox model was pretty good. I liked your sound effects. It wasn't the best looking game but had an aesthetic that I liked a lot. It would have nice if death just reset the level instead of the entire game. Besides that, good job.

Cairn by Talia 2017-12-04T23:47:02Z

It was a lot of fun to experiment with new ways to make the tower as stable as possible. I liked the water color art style and how the game had a sort of isolated feel.

Dead Weight by Marc Jones 2017-12-14T21:50:09Z

This was nice. I liked the idea of there being risk to having less crew but you can score more if you have less. It would have been nice if it was more clear how much you were allowed to have. The map looking art was nice too.

Cody by Sapazu 2017-12-05T00:05:39Z

I liked this. The way the player would fly around when hit was pretty funny. I don't really know how any of this fit in the theme but eh. I liked the art style. It reminded me of an old flash game. I'm not sure how the hit boxes worked but it seemed a little unfair at times. I appreciate trying to do achievements but it would have been a lot less cluttery if they didn't stay up there for so long. Batting people across the level made up for this though, so good job.

The Meek Prince Pixel by glock00 2017-12-07T19:33:49Z

This was pretty difficult. It was pretty short but I actually liked that. It fit the difficulty and made it so people would be less likely to give up. The art wasn't great but it was very consistent, so it felt like it had a style. I thought the idea of making the coins and gems be in normal coin spots instead of obstacle spots was nice. That set it apart from a lot of other games that use the same idea.

Armed Descent by Acr515 2017-12-09T00:09:23Z

This was really fun. It was a little too hard. It would have been nice if the health packs and ammo packs were a little more balanced together. I liked how the revolver spun around when you reloaded. The music fit the chaotic theme a lot which I liked. Good job.

HP Bar by yancharkin 2017-12-08T23:45:37Z

I really liked this. It wasn't much of a game but what existed was very polished. The music and art had a very cute feel to them. The anti-aliasing thing was pretty funny.

PuBg by Diddly 2018-08-14T15:13:23Z

Interesting take on battle royal games. I like the bees idea. The art was really cute.

Pool Watch by Plukers 2018-08-14T17:07:04Z

@sauski Thats woke.

This was a good game. The mechanic stayed fun and worked well. The graphics weren't great but they fit the style that it seemed you were going for. The jumping in the pool sound was a good jump scare at the beginning.

Interstellar Stupidity by Jono953 2018-08-15T17:33:30Z

That was crazy dude. My score was 36240. I had a hard time telling what was going on but for a game like this I don't think it matters too much. It was just fun to spray bullets everywhere. The music also fit the chaotic feel of the game and sounded really nice. You worked really well with the limitations you put on you're self. Only complaint is that while the floor disappearing is a creative idea it doesn't really affect the game too much since the levels go so fast. I never really felt the need to go near the side of the wall.

Anstorm by ShivArt 2018-08-16T16:19:49Z

Ok, first, the art is amazing and fits the game perfectly. It looks sort of like a painting which works really well for the abstract space mood. The actual game was really fun and was a good challenge. Some of the levels were a little harsh and took some trial and error to complete. Level 5 was my favorite since it was fast paced but it also didn't feel like it trapped me in areas I had no chance to survive in. Audio isn't the best. I kind of like how the music adds to the chaotic mood but it gets kind of hard to listen to after a while. I think it might work if you gradually added to it with more instruments playing the same thing.

Aviarium by AidanMarkham 2020-04-23T20:56:04Z

Great mood and art. This made me realize that I really want a bird simulator mixed with wii sport island flyover.

Everything felt very balanced except for the camera. Sometimes it was kind of awkward figuring out where you were going.

For how low res it was the crabs and sticks were very visible.

I really liked the crab model and the bird bouncing animation.

Save Frijole! by defectivemelon 2020-04-23T20:15:33Z

Good idea for a game. Everything was very simple and fit well for a jam game. The level design was a bit rough in a few places (some parts required a good bit of guess work and were kind of tedious) but that's usually the case with jam game.

Overall this was a pretty good entry.

@73N: KEEP. HIM. ALIVE. by OldPeculier 2020-05-02T18:23:38Z

It looked and felt very polished. The systems seemed fairly indepth for the time constraint. Like what everyone else is saying the text and placing system were a bit of a challenge. Maybe I didn't understand something in the game but it seemed like I was going to have to wait at the one gold pile to get the nine gold for the circuit board since there was only one gold pile.

Guard'ner by superjai 2020-04-21T20:46:11Z

I survived for about 2:33 The art is extremely nice looking. I especially like the water color looking tree in the background. The flowers also have a lot of personality. does make it kind of sad when they die tho :c

Iguanathon by Cord Gamedev 2020-04-21T20:12:58Z

It took me 3 attempts and 40 seconds. The models and shaders look really nice and put together. This was a fun little game, nice job!

Keep It Ticking! by auxC 2020-04-23T00:18:20Z

That was really fun and chaotic. I couldn't get past page 3 because the clones started to be really buggy (some just didn't spawn at all some times) but I had a lot of fun with the concept. I especially liked when they all bounced on top of each other and you would bounce around everywhere.

Life of the Party by jelch 2020-04-23T00:34:02Z

I like your use of the theme. It was all fairly well written too. Also some of the music was really good.

Enkindle by R3D3R 2020-04-29T11:38:04Z

This looked and sounded very nice. The models all seemed detailed and fitting. The music was pretty good too, although really repetitive. The lighting levels were also very nice looking.

It seems like the actual gameplay is kind of lacking. I appreciate that you made the game a balanced difficulty, but that mixed with the stagnant difficulty makes the game get really repetitive after a minute or two.

Hive Preserver by _for_science 2020-04-24T19:18:06Z

This was really good. Graphically and sonically it felt very half-life. I'm really impressed by how polished it all is in a 72 hour period.

Keep it Olive! by Nathalia Hohl 2020-04-21T20:26:59Z

Low-poly, trap beats, and rock throwing are all things I greatly appreciate. Everything felt fairly smooth too.

With a game in this style it probably would be good to add some sort of ending goal, even if it's just a timer, to keep things from getting really frustrating when the game become impossible(not sure if I got to that part of am just bad). I got 227 points.

Tracer by ctrble 2020-04-30T11:46:02Z

Excellent game.

I loved the look of the tunnel and the controls felt really good.

I started out on easy because I am a small baby but after my first attempt I switched to hard. I couldn't get that far but the speed felt more balanced and interesting.

I'd suggest adding screenshake. It would make things feel a lot better when you hit into obstacles.

This was really good. If you put it on mobile I'd play it a lot.

Orcs v. Trolls (HTML5) by David Greene 2020-04-22T14:53:11Z

The choices were a good idea. I really liked how everything was a little ball.

The strategy that seemed to work really well was picking meditation and spamming orcs near the troll hut. Of course, if I didn't get that power up one of the times it would have messed me up. That made for a fairly good risk vs reward system.

MandaTrouble by mineiwik 2020-04-23T20:34:46Z

I really like the idea of open tower defense. This is also a very solid use of the theme. It would be nice if enemies didn't appear immediatly because the thing your protecting gets surrounded before you're able to place down the tower.

Kaoamaru Kaiju by SplitPainter 2020-04-23T20:25:36Z

Loved the floating island.

Xen in half-life was the first thing to come to mind when I saw this. The song also had a very unsettling mood which worked well.

Of course there isn't much going on but what is is all really good.

It's Just a Burning Memory by Kent Reese 2020-04-23T00:25:14Z

Bard: Keep the Story Alive by polyducks 2020-04-21T12:18:51Z

The art is cute and polished looking. I liked how there were a bunch of different characters everywhere. The pixely sound is also very tasteful and fitting.

I really like your usage of the theme and mixing together typing and memory games is an iteresting idea but it isn't really that fun to play. I wanted to see what was at level 20 but really lost interest after level 5.

Ant by Nakami 2020-04-25T12:46:09Z

I really like the art. The puzzles were well-done too. Your added obsticles were interesting but understandable. The puzzles got too hard for me around third cactus level but I never felt like I didn't understand how the game worked.

Hatch The Plat by Arman_Dot_Com 2020-05-11T20:49:36Z

Nice job. The plats looked nice and the egg mechanic was a good idea for the theme. The art was really good except for the cut-offs on the grass tiles.

Orb Defender by Hej_Medister 2020-05-06T12:01:05Z

This is one of the funnist entires I've played. I tried it 4 times and would probably play it some more if I didn't have other things I have to do.

Shooting with the snipe rifle and explosive launcher in particular felt really satifying. The robot AI seemed to work well. The graphics looked nice and the particles were really good.

The HUD could use a little work, I thought the gun icon was just a big gun I could pick up for a few playthroughs and it would be nice to have a healthbar for the orb.

The game was really difficult but it didn't come across as annoying or unfair. The best I got was to level 15 before a bunch of minigun robots got me trapped in the corner.

Screenshake and audio would make this game feel even better.

Great job!

Insanitus by Saulo Rosart 2020-05-03T16:21:41Z

Nice job. Everything felt really good. Even though some of the platforms were really small they didn't feel unfair or annoying. I tried 3 times but couldn't get past the one high up orb. Maybe the orbs respawning after a while would be a good idea. That might get rid of some of the challenge to the mechanic but for jumps that rely on the orb the current system is way too unforgiving.

The Fading Fire by LudumDareDevil 2020-04-28T16:36:14Z

The flame and water dropplet were both pretty cute. The shrinking mechanic was pretty good too.

I would be pretty happy with myself if this was the quality of my first jam entry, so good job.

It seems that the collision issues are being adressed a lot so I'd like to suggest working on level design. The precise jumps and areas where you can fall onto a lower area make the level really awkward and maze-y (which is what almost everybody starts off doing). Learning more about level design and making more thoughtful levels will add a huge boost in quality to your game.

Lone by Kristian Kurktchiev 2020-04-25T13:36:07Z

Excellent audio and atmosphere!

This was an interesting idea for a game.

The candle looked really nice too.

Good job.

Hacker Boy by Connor0Wolf 2020-04-27T19:18:41Z

Great Job. Way too hard for me so I guess I need to get gud but everything seems very polished and throughful.

This is the one game where I feel that the Inconsistantly sized pixel art fits with the overall feel of the game.

All the audio was really good, especially the clicks.

Flop, Drop, and Roll by DMars 2020-04-22T14:27:56Z

This is a very creative and simple but challenging mechanic. I thought the fire was a really good idea.

One thing I would suggest is making the button bigger. I had to click around to get the mouse right on the collision box a lot, which is frustrating for a game that relies so much on precision and timing.

Spider's Food by 8BitCharlie 2020-04-30T11:52:49Z

Good job. It was extremely simple but pretty fun.

It did feel kind of up to chance at the later levels. The collisions mixed with how fast and chaotic everything was made me disregard the bouncing obsticles and just hope I'd get there without hitting into one.

Headquarters by SilentMrDave 2020-04-24T19:09:49Z

I really liked how the units moved together. It's a good idea that could probably be made into something really fun if fleshed out a bit. The chilled out music was nice too except for the bassline, which sounded kind of ugly.

Message by NoamRaz 2020-05-04T12:44:13Z

This was a cute little platformer. The theme idea was fairly creative and everything sounded pretty good.

The movement was pretty awful due to how slippery it was. Besides that it was just a fun little game. good job.

Bonded Crusaders by Joshachu 2020-05-07T14:16:38Z

Good idea for the theme. I liked the art style. It kind of reminded me of Kirby. It was kind of confusing but enjoyable.

The Eighth Letter by Warabii 2020-05-05T17:40:17Z

The music and art were really good. The writing was fairly good too but I don't entirely understand how the endings work.

"Life-Saver" Bot by Saleh ElHalaby 2020-05-08T17:51:33Z

This was a cute game. The screenshake and shooting felt pretty good.

I found the art a bit endearing even though it clearly wasn't that great.

The level design and controls were a complete mess. The controls were really wonky and hard to get used to. The levels weren't set up that well and as everyone else is saying, two of them are not beatable.

Burning Bright by Aimainiac 2020-04-24T18:54:35Z

That was really fun. The speed of everything felt very balanced. The boomerang was also a pretty creative idea for an obsticle. This felt more like a real arcade game than a LD entry, good job.

CaveFlame by Pretzol 2020-04-21T22:11:26Z

Mood is 5/5

For how silly the art graphics are this got me fairly tense a few times. I jumped a little the first time I noticed there was something in the pipe room.

The mid-way point was really fun and intense. How slow and boring the beggining is makes it kind of annoying after a few attempts though.

One suggestion I have is to make arrows of something to indicate where the next room is. It was kind of confusing which side I was supposed to click on to go to the other screens.

Overall it was a pretty good take on the fnaf-type survival horror game.

Propagate by ZipLockBagMan 2020-05-04T11:37:07Z

Great use of the theme. This is a really good idea that could be polished and expanded on. I got to 72 seconds.

Touch it! Do it! by JosephByam 2020-05-01T18:54:51Z

That water sounded C R U N C H Y

I have a soft spot this kind of map/art style so I actually really like that. I can see what your going for and it was kind of cool seeing the different cube enemies behaving in different ways.

LD49 — Unstable

Space Bees by MrChippy 2021-10-06T17:30:52Z

@cppchriscpp Thanks, that's the highest I've seen someone score. I'm trying to learn Unreal Engine rn so I decided trying to finish a game jam with it was a good place to start

Space Bees by MrChippy 2021-10-09T23:21:16Z

@geojax Thanks, I knew you could get the bees to carry you, I never thought of the hive though. I probably should have explained the point system. You get a point every time a bee passes through the level.

Space Bees by MrChippy 2021-10-11T15:59:15Z

@mighty-tiny I might use this.

@basset-romain Good idea, I'm planning on expanding the game so I might try this.

Space Bees by MrChippy 2021-10-15T01:18:19Z

@bbaf @jelch Thanks :D

Return To The Ranch: Project Freedom by jelch 2021-10-08T22:02:44Z

This was pretty funny.

Burning Down the House by doomshmuck 2021-10-08T22:07:35Z

Nice job on the attack pattern. This was really short and simple which works well for LD. Some visual indication of if your hitting an enemy would have been helpful.

Day Broken by UglySwedishFish 2021-10-05T21:00:14Z

I got really excited when I saw this. The visuals and mood great. As almost everyone else has said the difficulty and slow restart time make the game pretty frustrating, but with a little more polish this would be an excellent SCP game.

MechaShift by MasterProject 2021-10-05T00:44:58Z

Looks and sounds very good. The powers and the meters for them are really innovative. It's hard to keep track of it all but I really enjoyed trying out a game like this.

Void Jumper by Platyp 2021-10-04T23:57:41Z

Scoring based on destroying the platform was an interesting idea. It's a good concept but it is a little boring. Speeding up the camera and maybe also the players gravity would help. I got to 50 points before I lost interest.

Volcano Containment by Morris 2021-10-10T00:21:55Z

I liked the grappling hook. I only managed to get one extinguisher after player a few times but I think the concept is really appealing.

Rocky Rhodes and the Cracked Case by Brainloaf Studio 2021-10-08T21:57:21Z

This was amazing. Great job.

Purps by Str8griz 2021-10-06T23:44:44Z

The combat lived up to the theme. The art and music were nice.

Explorer, Beware! by Tiago Cruz 2021-10-05T21:03:49Z

Short and simple is a good thing for LD and this game succeeds in that. The mechanic is creative and fits well with the theme.

RadioFrog by Dylen 2021-10-04T23:49:09Z

Nice game. Blowing up a bunch of enemies at once was fun. The jumping was a little hard to get used to but was a nice touch for a frog jump.

Rogue Planets by Roboolet 2021-10-08T22:14:50Z

Looked beautiful and was really polished.

Un-stabled by Shaggy 2021-10-05T00:03:55Z

I scored 6953. Congratulations on using the theme in three separate ways. This was fun. It had a weird vibe to it. The background looked really good.

rUnstable by g5-leonardo 2021-10-06T05:06:03Z

Nice job. The controls felt good and it was pretty fun.

BLOP by ooyjian 2021-10-05T21:21:24Z

Really nice and simple graphics. Physics tetris is a good idea for the theme.

Unstable Ship by Aidan and seb 2021-10-05T00:31:05Z

Great job. This was a lot of fun and a perfect length for a game jam. I played it a couple times on normal and my best time was 1:53.

Abyss' Stare by Vin铆cius Pessoa 2021-10-05T00:55:20Z

I really like your take on the theme and the lighting looks nice. The timing is too tight though. It took a while to even get though the first room with an eye because of how precise it is.

Temple Sprint by chrishg12 2021-10-06T17:54:18Z

Janky physics platformer was one of my first ideas for the theme. With the audio and graphics you executed it perfectly. I was only able to get past the third section twice since it didn't seem stable enough to do much more than grapple and swing around forever.

Werlds by badmuchachob 2021-10-07T22:07:06Z

I think this was the weirdest entry I've played. I really liked the audio except sometimes it was a little to inconsistent in volume

W.T.R. by Artemy Zen 2021-10-06T17:38:41Z

I got 3:54. I think encouraging people to share their times adds some engagement and was a nice touch. The music and sound effects were all really good.

Battery Boy by JuniorA_ 2021-10-05T21:10:15Z

Nice job on your first game jam. I beat it after a few attempts on the second level. The visuals and music are good. The camera is way too close though. It made it really hard to figure out what was going on.

Gravitational Shift by OneSmallBoy 2021-10-10T00:29:27Z

I think the idea is fun and the difficulty curve is pretty good. I played until the 10th level because the projectile stopped colliding with the arrows for some reason. The graphics are pretty nice and simple too.

LD41 — Combine 2 Incompatible Genres

Minigulf Gods by Joror 2018-05-12T18:15:10Z

Nice job. The golfing was really smooth. The audio really worked with the atmosphere of the game. My only complaint is that how I was supposed to attack the other islands got a little confusing. It is a very creative idea though, the two genres don't really complement each other at all which works very well for the theme.

Sleeping Cat Drumkit Defense by iMer 2018-04-24T12:43:33Z

This was really create and I liked it a lot. There was the flaw that the tower defense section couldn't be very challenging because it would make the rest of the game way to hard but besides that good job. I got to practice my ability to keep a beat :)

Birder x Runner by Local Minimum 2018-04-26T20:27:50Z

Good game. These are two of my favorite genres. I really like games like this that have scoreboards. I think it makes it more enjoyable.

@Solrun You're review makes me really happy, I'm glad you liked it.

@Flameo326 Thanks. The original idea was for there to be sections where you would have to speed up or slow down but after a little bit I realized it would be funner to make it so you could go as fast as possible.'

@Joror Thanks. This is the first time I've ever made a game that someone complemented the difficulty : D I didn't think of doing a time record thing but that does sounds like it would make it more fun. Thank's for the idea.

@unfinished Thank you so much for telling me about the windows thing. I changed it as soon as I read this. I should really try to work on figuring out how to use the html build in gamemaker better for next time.

@Pond Loach Thanks

Logicatory by zgragselus 2018-04-28T16:09:28Z

This looked really nice. With a little sound to sort of tell you what was going on it would be really cool. With a little polish and some sound this would be really great. Some advice for the floor glitch is to make it possible for the player to kill them self. The game not restarting when you died was great and kept it from getting frustrating. The floor bug was really annoying and if there was some way to restart the player when it happened it would be a lot less frustrating.

Dungeon Kart by Nikolaj 2018-05-10T01:36:39Z

I like the idea of sort of LoZ x Mario Kart. The controls were really hard to use because of how fast the car went. The idea is good but it needs a lot more polish to be good.

Frogger: The Jigsaw by loveapplegames 2018-05-10T01:30:08Z

This was a really creative idea. The game was too hard for me but it was really fair and fun. Trying to find the right place to put the puzzle while dodging stuff was really challenging at times. The music didn't work for me in chrome but I did listen to it in your video and I think it sounds really good.

Frogger: The Jigsaw by loveapplegames 2018-05-10T15:38:11Z

@loveapplegames Thanks, and I did rate you on audio. From what I heard it sound great.

Alien Holes by bazld 2018-04-27T19:25:32Z

I played it for a while not realizing I shouldn't shoot the balls directly. After watching your video I came back to it and got a score of 6. I've had the idea for a fps soccer game for a while and I was really happy to see something similar to that. I think it may have been more successful with normaler fps controls since these controls made the movement kind of hard. I would love to see something like this more polished out and with a level system.

Underground by Solrun 2018-05-12T01:12:38Z

I really like this. It's a pretty funny idea and is sort of like car bowling. Besides one time when I fell through the wall it was fairly smooth too. Good job.

SocceRPG by Lazzor 2018-04-24T19:10:51Z

I like the idea but I don't think the themes were combined very well. It seemed to focus more on being an rpg than a soccer game. It would have been nice if there was more to the soccer sections.

Super Word Knight: Searching for Courage by Stamperino 2018-05-04T12:59:20Z

I like this. At first I played easy and then got bored and went to hard. I was really happy to see that the way you upped the difficulty was adding more words instead of making the enemies attack more or something. The art style seemed fitting for a game like this. It sort of seemed like an old educational game, which worked. If there were some changes, even just visually to the enemies maybe it would have stayed interesting longer.

Chrono Blaster by CG_Fred 2018-04-26T20:45:52Z

This was really fun. It didn't feel frustrating having to play levels over again. While the graphics weren't too impressive, they still looked clean at least and I really liked the explosion effect. This game was also a great length for LD, good job.

The not-so Correct Platformer by notpresident35 2018-04-28T22:15:26Z

The gameplay is a little rough but the music was great. I am going to try the post version that is more polished up.

The not-so Correct Platformer by notpresident35 2018-04-28T22:22:59Z

Ok, I just finished the post jam version. I think the crab is harder than the final boss but besides that it was great. Good job.

PROTECT by Maloy Quinn 2018-04-24T15:48:20Z

I really liked the music. The game was really hard mostly due to the collision boxes being a bit to big it seems. Sometimes I would lose when it looked like I didn't touch the enemy at all.

Flappy Soccer by Teo SK 2018-04-30T20:51:42Z

This was a really creative idea and definitely worked with the theme. It was way too hard for me and the farthest I got was two goals but I can see it being really fun if you took the time to get better at it. With some polish and maybe lowering the amount of blank space until the first goal it could be a really nice mobile game or something.

Kinesis Test by Kami 86 2018-04-27T19:07:02Z

Good job. The artwork was really good with the animations. The gameplay was a creative idea but got a little frustrating because of how hard it would be to get the right card sometimes especially at sections you hadn't done yet on levels where you already completed a hard obstacle. Maybe this could be fixed by some sort of way to pause the movement. It was satisfying to make multiple moves and get through an area all at once. The cards seemed to be kind of slow to respond at times which made a game that relies so much on timing fairly difficult.

Chalk Racer! by PSiv 2018-05-02T22:28:52Z

Good job on getting a game finished for the first time, especially a fairly functional one. The car movement felt pretty smooth and it was really fun when you got a few right back to back. Good realistic car noises.

Space Faze by Pond Loach 2018-05-12T18:24:32Z

This sort of felt like the ship levels in math blaster. I think you did a good job at making it difficult but not too crazy or unfair. While mixing different resolution bothers me I think the art is really good. It might have been nicer to have the math problems appear at the top of the screen or something and disappeared after they are over because it got a little confusing at first if I was supposed to do the bottom one or the top one. My best score was 500

Catchinko by Team Yarn 2018-05-02T22:40:55Z

Good job. I would like to see how rouge-like would have been incorporated into it. Bouncing around was fun and I liked the music a lot. I though the exciting piano music was kind of funny with the rainbow cat game.

Car driving angry man. by SNOK TROK 2018-05-07T20:45:33Z

It took me a little bit to figure out what I was doing but I really enjoyed it. The car had a lot of control-ability which makes it feel good for driving through the obstacles. The music was really nice too. It could have used some more sound effects to show when you are being damaged and the demon should have been more T H I C C.

Adventure Pong by TomPK7 2018-05-12T01:25:43Z

I really like the serious tone this has, it makes it even better. The text is all really well written too. I think it would be nice if this had some more commands to keep it interesting. While there isn't really much for art, I think the aesthetic is very fitting for pong. Good job on this, I'd really appreciate if you would check out my game, it's still a bit under 20.

Deadly Coin Demo by John Timora 2018-04-24T19:26:26Z

I liked flying around with the grappling hook. The skeletons got really loud after a while though. I'd suggest making it so that there is a sound controller or something that plays the sound instead of each skeleton so that they don't overlap so much.
