So some advice:
1. Controls are badly explained, I didn't know spacebar was jump until I tried it and mouse was to shoot. I also can't jump higher than a given height so level 2 and 3 are unbeatable without some more explanation on controls or the game.
2. Decent art and Direction of the game, and it is playable, so good job there.
3. If you want more feedback, you need to login and play some other games and rate them yourself, as you rate more games, you'll show up more in the search functions and we'll rate your game more. 20 is the goal, so you and your partner would need to rate a total of about 22-23 games to get to a full 20 ratings by Tuesday.
4. Music, even if it is not your own, is good. Just opt out of sound rating and we will all enjoy your game more :)
5. Great effect(s) on the gun btw, that was well done.
The menu animation is pretty cool. It is not clear what the power ups do. Level design is not that bad
I liked the screen shake!

The good: - The gun is super satisfying to shoot - Nice platforming controls - The objective is clear
The bad: - I had no idea what any of the power ups did - The spikes instakilling you without checkpoints can feel unfair

The animations and effects are really cool. Unfortunately that's all that was really going for me. Controls were very hard to use as they translated to the player. Not really any explanation as to what things do. I'm also not really a fan of the art style, but that's more of an opinion that I won't really hold against you.

What I Like
Great entry. The game is pretty fun! The level design is not bad, and I like how the screen shakes when you shoot.
What I Don't Like
I think you should have spent more time on the graphics and audio though. When you play as the doctor, if you press W and S the player moves normally, but if you press A and D the player sprite shifts too much. Also, the restart button doesn't seem to work unless you click the lower part of it.
Some Advice
* It would be nice if you could see how much health you have. * I'm not sure what the power-ups do, I think that should be explained somewhere in the game. * The window should be resizable as the lower part of it gets covered by the taskbar on my screen. Fullscreen support would also be nice. * You're able to shoot even after you die, that probably shouldn't happen. * Perhaps the game should have a pause menu. * The UI feels a little strange; there is no back button in the about page, and all text and buttons are way too big. * If you move the cursor the the left side of the player, the gun is held upside down which is a bit wierd.
Overall
I think think that this game is alright! With some work it could turn into a pretty interesting game. Nicely done! You should also go give ratings and feedback on other games to increase your game's popularity.

Kinda like the art, but some of it could use more work.
The games or LD/itch.io page does not inform the player about all the controls. I had no idea I could shoot, until I accidentally click while I was dead. The gun feels good, nice use if cam shake.
Two of the levels felt broken, there was jumps that seemed impossible, not sure if there is suppose to be a double jump or something, but could not find away through them.
There is no UI for health, so hard to keep track of your lives, would also be nice to use the screen shake when you take damage.
I assume the hearth power up gives more life, but have no idea what the other one does.
Agree with ArtemFTW, with some more work and polish it could be nice game.

This was a cute game. The screenshake and shooting felt pretty good.
I found the art a bit endearing even though it clearly wasn't that great.
The level design and controls were a complete mess. The controls were really wonky and hard to get used to. The levels weren't set up that well and as everyone else is saying, two of them are not beatable.
Very nice entry Love the screenshakes the game was fun to play. well done. Keep it up. :v:
