Interesting game, I liked the graphics and the music. But I had a problem with the screen size, the UI bars were almost entirely gone.
Nice graphics! Although it would be nice if in game you would show some indication that i can interact with an object
The graphics for this were honestly incredible, if basic. I really love this style and I think creating this level of atmosphere in such a simple and quickly-made game is a real achievement. The audio loop only added to this and was super immersive. I agree with the other commenters that there needs to be some sort of indication of object interaction, even if this detracts slightly from the overall feel. I think it would be a lot more fun if there was an objective to survive until or even just a score system - there isn't really an incentive for me to play beyond just the ambience.
Nice game. I actually got involved into it. Beautiful graphics. I didn't actually knew what to do sometimes. But I got the fire going a few times. The things I would change, probably is the same as you would if you had the time  Nice job.. (Lazy King - https://leonmff.itch.io/lazy-king)
Pretty good art ! I think you need add more audio feedback and maybe an UI when you can made an action. Good work !
@siegmayer Thank you for playing :D I am fixing the UI bars as we speak :D Hopefully I can upload is soon today :)
@risist Thank you very much :D I will definitely take that into consideration :)
@arcayn Thank you so much for playing Enkindle:) I really think I should add a goal for Enkindle should make the game more incentive and fun :) But I will do that after the competition since I am planning to just do fixing bugs, since the competition stated to only fix bugs and adding no more content. If I understood it what it meant :)
@siegmayer Updated the UI. Let me know if it is till giving issues, please? :)
I really liked the art style, good job!
@nurk Thenk you for playing :D Can you help me understand about the audio feedback, please? :)
@leonardo-fraga Thank you so much for playing Enkindle :D I am working on a way, as we speak, to help the players have an indication to know what action to do :D
@r3d3r When a enemy flee or when you do an action, a little sound improve your success for example. :)
Ooo, this had atmosphere for sure. Really like the textures on stuff, just wish it was all a bit brighter so I could see more.
There seems to be a delay between when I add to the fire / fan the flames and things actually getting brighter.
I really liked the atmosphere and loved the character designs. I also enjoyed the core gameplay, just wished the dificulty would increase over time, like adding more things you need to do to keep the fire alive or bigger and different ememies. But considering that this is for the jam, it's very well made. Good job! :D
This game really reminds me the game which our team made for the previous Ludum Dare :) Nice style, simple, but awesome. The mechanics and the control are intuitive, that's great!
I discover that the character moves diagonally faster than straight. Also there were some strange blinks of light sometimes. They were not connected with the fire changes.
It would be cool to see more interesting enemies and mechanics in the future. Nice job!
It is very dark but despite that it gives a great atmosphere to the whole concept! The scetchy lifebars are also a great choice for the game! Wish you good luck on that.
Love the gameplay immersion, graphics and controls. Wish the theme was a bit different as everyone is doing the keep fire alive premise. But good job!
good atmosphere and style, but lacks a bit of animation. nice :)
This looked and sounded very nice. The models all seemed detailed and fitting. The music was pretty good too, although really repetitive. The lighting levels were also very nice looking.
It seems like the actual gameplay is kind of lacking. I appreciate that you made the game a balanced difficulty, but that mixed with the stagnant difficulty makes the game get really repetitive after a minute or two.
Thank you everyone for playing Enkindle. It means a lot to us and we are working on to improve the game before the deadline ends. Work has taken over sadly but we are doing our best :D Thank you so much for playing and keep on making amazing games :D
