Great respect for making a 3D game with this period @thatsnillet!
The atmosphere in the dungeons works very well. The Jump and Run parts are difficult but funny! And those Precursors were really creepy in the dark  But the movement and camera control doesn't feel right at the moment.
But anyways congratulation to this cool entry
Yay! Another 3D game :D! Those lil buggers in the dark are pretty creepy. Minor gripe - it seems to reset to fullscreen when I enter other areas :/ kinda annoying but ignorable. It'd be good to some indication of where I'm meant to be going though. Overall cool, but lacking a bit of depth. Maybe compress your ideas down for future jams as I could see this being fun as a Mirrors edge style dungeon crawler! Keep it up :)
This game freaks me out! Those alien-zombies are so creepy... It almost made me recall the horror of the FLOOD when I played Halo 1 at the first time.
Jumping between pillars is too hard though.
Anyway you guys really created the mood!

The idea, graphics and mood is amazing. But there is three issues that makes the game too difficult: - The night and inside the pyramids it is too dark too see nearly anythings. - The jumping mechanic makes is really difficult to control where you land. - The zombies is too difficult to avoid and defeat.
But overall is the game great, and I would really like to see a more polished version of this game.
Nice work, the game looked really great and the creatures that chased you were really quite terrifying. I got a slight shock in the labyrinth temple when they were chasing after me. The game also sounds really good, and the effects work well, with the motion blur and similar. I did have some troubles with the jumping and the ledge grabbing and outside you move way to fast, but other than that nice work, and nice mood.

Apart from having trouble grabbing ledges, it was a very creepy and interesting game. The music and day/night cycles really added to the atmosphere, and the creatures actually scared me the first time I encountered them.
Overall good work :D

I like the idea. You did a good job with the creepy atmosphere. The menu was weird. The buttons collision boxes weren't on the buttons or something. I had to wave my mouse around until I found where it would let me hit the button. It was also kind of laggy. Idk if this is something wrong with the game or my computer (it seems to happen to most unreal engine game for me). The idea is pretty creative though.

Good game. Aiming kicks is a bit tricky, and there were several times that I thought I'd killed an enemy, only to be mauled by another one. The shadows (like the side of a temple opposite the sun) seem too dark, but overall the graphics are nice.
Not bad, while there are definitely things that can be improved, I actually played it all the way through despite dying many times.
I think the atmosphere of the game is done pretty well with the eerie music and the ruins, however the music loop is pretty short and gets a bit repetitive after not too long. Additionally, the models could obviously be of higher quality if you had more time to make them, but all things considered they work fine for the game.
Gameplay-wise, I really like the inclusion of the ledge grabbing; even though it was often somewhat unreliable, it made the platforming feel much more forgiving considering how unforgiving dying is. However, I felt like the kicking wasn't necessary at all as I played most of the game before realizing I had never used it. I would suggest either making some puzzles that put the mechanic to use or just ditching it and focusing more on the story elements.
One other thing I had a bit of an issue with was the creatures. If they kill you in 2 attacks, I feel like you need to be able to hear them walking or something so you know if one is right above you on a ledge (etc.). That plus some noise to indicate them becoming aggressive would be nice.
The graphics could also be cleaned up a bit as the light model placement seemed a bit haphazard and the rocks were of varying degrees of polish. Plus some materials had nice normal maps whereas some were simply diffuse and nothing else. Again, limited time, I know, but just for future reference.
All in all, a very nice little game that has potential.
(I played the ldjam version btw)Holy cow a game with an options menu! This game definitely stands out, probably because it's made in unreal and its first person. So I give you credit for that. The music is good and sets the mood, however, the game really could have used some sound. The idea of the game was fun and the dungeons were pretty cool, I especially liked the jump-kick mechanic. Making one side of the planet was pretty cool too. Nice game overall!!!
Great game! I especially liked the graphics.

Really nailed the mood with this. The aliens gave me quite a turn! Wouldn't want to run into one of them on a dark night. I rather enjoyed trying to outrun them hopping through the areas.
I feel the FOV could be a bit wider, I had to stop playing near the end as I was feeling queasy. :< That could just be me though!
Jumping was a bit floaty. Ledge grabbing made my life a lot easier but it felt a little unreliable at times.
It was nice having the text pop up that I already had an item when re-entering somewhere. A minor thing but appreciated none-the-less!
Great job! :D
Oh ps. I played the jam version

Ouuh, creepy! I don't know what you changed in the post-jam version (played the jam version), but here are the things I suggest to improve: * The rooms are too dark; it's hard to see anything and platforms may be too difficult to notice at times. I get that you went for a creepy atmosphere but it made it a bit too tedious to move. * You move incredibly fast in the outside world. Not such a bad thing cause it's not the part in which you need precision but it felt strange * I like dropkicks but it felt weird to attack this way. Also, jumping is slow so it's not easy to time your attacks right. * you die pretty easily. Zombies tend to be unforgiving and sometimes they are too hard to see; collision doesn't seem so accurate (or weird) so it can make it harder.
Overall though we can feel you put lots of efforts in the game! The atmosphere overall is great and the game doesn't look bad at all :)
Kicking the one precursor off the ledge in the one dungeon was definitely a highlight. I had an issue where the cursor wasn't locked, though, which meant that it'd go off to my second monitor and switch tasks on me when I tried to use the mouse controls.

Cool concept, nice vibe but the gameplay is a bit frustrating. In the maze dungeon, I could jump on top of the walls (which kinda felt like cheating) but once I got the key I couldn't jump back up there and got stuck :P Music contributed really well to the creepy mood, although some sound effects would have helped. Refining the level design & gamefeel could make this pretty great. Nice work!
