I like the way this game looks. I think the vibe could have been brought to the next level if there was sound, though. I also think it was a bit too difficult. I think this problem could have been fixed if the enemies moved slower. The explosion was cool.

Cool stuff, I would suggest adding extra lives, and maybe death animation, because it can be a little frustrating to die haha :D But overall game looking really polished, good job

Super cool game! I absolutely loved the idea and the gameplay! The only things I had some issues with was getting used to the jump and the gravity after letting go of space. It was a bit hard to control but overall amazing concept, one of my favorites so far

Really fun game! The concept is simple but original and addictive and the graphics are beautiful. I wish it includes an high score system ;)

Tough at first, but you get the hang of it. I really love the art style, especially the frog. At some points I felt overwhelmed by the enemies and couldn't get a hold of radioactive material, but that's part of the fun! A really solid entry overall!

Nice game. Blowing up a bunch of enemies at once was fun. The jumping was a little hard to get used to but was a nice touch for a frog jump.

It took me a minute to find the correct button to explode the frog. Speaking of the frog really enjoyed his sprite, specifically his crossed eyes hah

To a bit for me to get the hand of it but it was fun to play. It seemed like I should be trying to get somewhere, at first but once I realised I just needed to stay alive it made more sense.

Looks good! Just missing a few platformer QOL things, like not slowing down if you're holding a direction while jumping up the face of a wall, and things not spawning directly on top of you. But I really liked the mechanic, Loved blowing up large chains of enemies, and liked that exploding in air gave you an extra bit to your jump. Good stuff!

Great job on the game! The enemy design is really cool. Being able to jump on their heads and float up to stay safe while having to be incredibly aware of the sharp weapons is a fun dynamic. I think having the explosion push away would work well in making the game feel more unstable and force you to be more careful in when to use the explosion.

Was fun! The jump was a bit tricky to get used to but it was fun! The sketchy flies with their glass bottles were hilarious!

Blowing up and getting combo kills was a blast. The art is cool and the explosion was very satisfying. The jumping felt a bit random or unreliable on what height I was gonna get. Overall a fun game! Nice job :)

The frog art is cute and the explosive frog was well done. radioactive bar was hard to collect, and I wasn't sure where I had to go. Stepping on enemies for a ride was nice and fun. I wish the hitbox enemies knife boundary was a bit smaller or lower.

Nice entry!

Strong points: - **Art and character design** - The frog looks great! I love the little details like his throat puffing out when he's eaten a radioactive pill. - **Concept** - This was a neat take on the theme and the main mechanic was interesting.

The clearest area for improvement is adding an objective of some sort and communicating it to the player. Am I just trying to survive for as long as possible? Then put a timer in, and have it display the score when you die! That way you know how to get better and can compete with your friends for a higher number.

For a game that largely consists of moving around, avoiding enemies, and collecting things, you definitely want to make sure your movement feels good and consistent. It took quite a while for me to get the hang of the movement, which doesn't feel like a traditional platformer (for instance, your jump is really floaty on the way up, then you fall very fast). There are also interactions with walls, etc. that make it more difficult that I imagine you would have fixed if it wasn't a game jam game.

Overall solid entry! Especially for 72 hours with a small team.

i loved radiofrog! very satisfying to blow up groups of enemies.

i think that being able to either charge your explosions or collect more vials to explode even larger would be an interesting avenue to explore. otherwise, great job!

Cool entry! Great job on the animations. The jumping felt a bit too floaty for my tastes. The explosive frog was well done. Fun game! Enjoyed it.

This game feels like a testing zone for a really awesome exploding platformer. The elements are here for something amazing - the graphics, the *punch* to the explosions, the clever gimmick where you can stand on enemies without getting hurt - but I'm legitimately disappointed that there's nothing really to do except blow up bugs; there's not even a high score (or maximum chain counter!) to keep me playing longer than it takes to appreciate the core mechanics you've got put together here.

It's a little frustrating also that there are side paths you can't actually make use of, or rather there are jumps just slightly too steep to ascend - though given the noted issue where you can't jump to your full height if you're brushing up against a wall, I don't know for sure if that's deliberate.

Loved the art! The movement was responsive. Sound design was nostalgic. Collisions were where they were expected to be which added a sense of accomplishment dodging and landing on the heads vs. getting stabbed!

Art is really cute, and exploding is really fun. Wasn't too sure about where to go. You can stand on top of the enemies and fly, I guess that wasn't intended but I had a lot of fun doing it :P

The game was super fun and the visuals were really nice! It would be nice to have a score pop up at the end of your run and a high-score counter as well. Was a bit hard to know how well I was doing in comparison with my previous runs sometimes! It was really nice and well executed!

The game was fun I liked the idea a lot, the player controller felt a little strange sometimes and the insta death could feel a little jarring but I loved the froggo and the explosive radioactive rods

Very cool frog. I liked the game. An interesting idea, good graphics and cool music. The design of mods is simply embellished especially when combined with animation. But I would slightly correct the spawn of enemies. There are places in which you are driven into coal and you cannot do anything.

Getting a large chain reaction was very satisfying! The gravity on the falling part of the jump feels very dramatic for an otherwise floating jump and sometimes enemy spawns would be rather unfair. Interesting concept and cool use of the theme!
