Certainly beautiful looking use of voxels. I found the controls a bid fiddly with the mouse, I would have liked controller or keyboard support personally, and on the second level i was getting totally overwhelmed. Pretty cool though, good job.

Incredible art and lighting! This is the best implementation of 'rotating world' idea.
great looking game! i really liked the art. the portals and world rotating were super cool too and i liked the music a lot. made me feel like i was going on an epic quest! the combat system was frustrating though. i wish there were some way to avoid damage. it seemed that no matter what the player had to just continue dying and running through all of the worlds to deal a little more damage on the wizard guys. great submission overall i was impressed!
Good looking indeed. The voxels are a clever choice with this rotating system. It would be great to have a defense system for the fights, but the die&retry gameplay is pretty funny on its own.
This is a beautiful croissant by the way. On valide à Paris, bravo !

Good game, good graphics! Maybe a little easier or more damage point to the player would be better, I think. Good Work
beautiful looking game, seemed like spawns carried over to next levels and made level 2 impossible? It looks so good though

The graphics look really nice and the music is quite good too. The effect of the view rotating as you switch between different areas is cool. Using the mouse to guide the player works quite well, but the combat is a bit awkward. I also had the problem of enemies spawning infinitely after I died, both lagging the game and making it almost impossible to progress (I restarted and finished it the second time).

The voxel graphics is awesome, but I couldn't find the way through the second level.
Beautiful art! a damage mitigation system would be nice =D

Wonderfully cute voxel art! This is remininding me of stonehearth, if stonehearth ate a Teddy Bear with holding a knife and went berserk :)
The gameplay is fast pace. Very nice music. Clicking to move around is cool, but I don't think I had the best experience with the webgl player. When clicking super fast, I think my chrome browser refused some of my click.
I advice to download the game and play outside of the browser.
(You can see me playing this game for the first time on the vod https://youtu.be/_Upt3PIzndo?t=2h29m54s )
_I'm bad at this game, but I should try to improve. I tried it a bit tired and without the developer being present anymore on the stream, so I had to do it quick not to make other dev waiting_

Thank you all for your feedbacks!
@togis Sorry I coud not stay longer to watch the stream, thank you for playing it anyway :p
I love the graphical style of this game. The gameplay was very solid as well. Only complaint is on the one level near the end there are enemies that shoot tons of bullets and not only are they super easy to confuse as actual enemies you need to shoot but there are just too much of them to make it through the level without multiple respawns. Other than that good job!
I like the color schemes in each level and the concept of flipping from level to level. The dialogue was pretty funny too. One thing is that the character always starts out walking in some random direction in each new level (which I assume is the character navigating to the point you last clicked on the previous level). Otherwise, really solid game.
Really liked the look and artstyle, great job there! The controls were a bit flimsy, but otherwise a great job for an LD entry :)

The art and lighting are extremely nice looking. Having a bunch of little rooms with one enemy making more enemies in them was a good idea. It was kind of hard to hit an enemy without getting hit though and at one point when I wen't through a portal thing it crashed the game. I have to point out again though, the lighting and art was amazing looking.
Nice art style but the gameplay boils down to rushing towards the boss of each stage and mashing right click all the time, die and repeat. I can't avoid getting hit which might be something I missed.

Beautiful game, I have a fondness for voxels.
The gameplay is a bit rough but it doesn't really punish you for the swift deaths so it all works out. I actually got an error at the end when I went to grab the croissant so I don't know what the ending is.
I think some block or dodge mechanic would make the gameplay more exciting.
If it helps for error replication I had defeated all the enemies on the last level, or so I believe. Yet I died when I touched the croissant and I got the error when I went back to the last level to try to grab it again.
Do you have any link to the actual jam release or just to the postjam?

nice art and music, though it is kinda hard to not get hit. fun game, nevertheless.

The art takes the cake here, especially that croissant o_o. Running around beating the bosses is pretty fun, though keyboard controls might be nice. Dope game tho.
Art is really nice! Combat is a bit difficult but otherwise great game!
Great art and sound. The controls were a bit odd and took away from the gameplay - feel like the fire button should be more responsive. Overall a great effort!
I played this on Livestream a Few Days Ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiOC3F43xF0
Lack of an HP Bar hurt. I didn't quite understand when I was about to die, and the camera shifting made it hard to understand where exactly I was headed. Decently fun, and I managed to beat the game!

@occultone Sorry for some reason the health doesn't show up in the browser version... Still you managed to finish the game :D Thanks for playing!
Awesome art ! Nice to see other HEAJ students around here :p

It's difficult to find a negative point on this game, except the really short level. I want more, right now ! :P
I like this game! The only thing, that bothered me a bit was that it's hard to smash the enemies :)

Good game. Nice audio, art and graphics. Like aaranos I've also encountered an error - at some point the game music stopped playing, and after I've reached a teleporter to the boss, an exception was thrown. It may be related to the fact that one of the page resources in storage controlled by unity could not be found.
Incredible art for a jam! It would be nice if I could to avoid damage in some way. The music is a perfect adaptation for the game and it is a hardy build for a jam.
Great work!
Great work on this game! Really impressed with all of the environments, details, and lighting! Funnily enough I actually felt a bit sick from the level transitions which is weird because I don't usually get like that. The only downside is the controls are a bit too lose and I found it frustrating that you couldn't attack while moving! I think that keyboard inputs would really help (just my 10c). Once again fantastic job!
Beautiful Game Design, was made with care and this counts! Congratulations to the team!!

Beautiful game! :mountain_snow: The voxel art with the lighting and classical music makes for a great experience.
The controls, however, need a lot of improvement. A they are, the gameplay consists of running at the enemy swinging your sword and taking damage. It is also a little difficult to navigate around the level. I found myself bumping into corners as I tried to go through the little passageways.

A very cool and nice game. Love the graphics
Really cool voxel art. Didn't feel really satisfying to hit enemies maybe some knock-back would help? Nice game overall. If you get a chance check out ours https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/down-the-rabbit-hole
Nice art! but it is too hard to fight.

Really cool visuals, I like them a lot. The gamelay is pretty lacking though. There's no strategy really, you basically just swing your sword until you die and walk back, over and over. Eventually the game crashed before I got to the end.
The music and sounds were very nice, making each area have its own theme made the world feel pretty special. I could see this be a cool exploration type game.
Good job!
Fantastic voxel art. The music became humorous after multiple run-throughs of the same worlds. I felt a little helpless in combat just mashing right click as fast as I could and hoping not to die. But movement had a really nice feel to it.
Really nicely done I love the voxel graphics with more polished lighting. It's a great aesthetic, and the music seems to really reinforce this atmosphere.
I'm not in love with the controls. It seemed a bit clumsy to have the mouse for everything since you needed some fast paced action. Maybe a version with keyboard controls for the clods like me?

Whoa! the art was mind blowing, i loved it. Really amazing loving and beautiful! The music and audio in general was very cool too. Movement animations and enemies and models all looked very nice and fine tuned! Animations speeds were pretty perfect too. I loved the point and click mouse controls :D was the only game i played so far with point and click controls
Amazing graphics, Love the voxel style, the music is on point :D but the combat is a bit hard, really nice game that made me wanna eat some delicious croissants haha!
Great graphics, great gameplay, great AI, faultless really for what you've achieved in 48 hours.
Beautiful graphic, well done guys. "omelette du fromage" !
The visuals were friggin amazing! The color choice and the atmosphere together made it an awesome looking game. The only problem I had is the controls at first, but I got used to it on long play
I love the graphics and art style of the game. Great Job!

SO BEAUTIFUL!! LONG LIVE THEM CROISSANTSSSSSSS The spinning map mechanic was pure cleverness, the ambient transition is really well made. Sometimes the projectiles would fill the screen and the game lagged, but it didn't crash, so I could go through it to the end. I only wish the game was longer, had new swords, spells, online multiplayer modes, chocolate croissants... :P One of my favorites so far. Congrats!
The visuals are soo good. The game looks simply fantastic. The color, the blocky art style, the lighting and effects - everything looks great. The walking animation was also very neat and moving felt great.
The actual gameplay is a bit fiddly though. The controls with only mouse don't make for a very fun game. The combat didn't feel like it had much depth to it. It is basically walking or slashing. The feedback when getting hit is not always clear, same goes for how you communicate the goal.
All in all though, it is a top notch game for a 72hr entry. 5* graphics for sure.
Nice game! I love how it cycles through each of the classical music tracks (did you arrange them yourselves?) that fit the style of each level. I also like the graphics and lighting!! I would prefer not walking through every world again after I died, and the combat was really just spamming the enemy with right click, but the animations were good. Also the game crashed on me after I collected the mighty croissant  The transitions between scenes were really cool!
Good job
Nice graphics and music. As @drazil100 says, levels with boules de lumière are too complex. I liked the transition between levels. Congratulations.
