Thank you for your kind comments people. Yes, I agree on both your points. The planets are way to pricy. I'll upload a new version when the competition's ended which'll fix both issues. And no, these are not lemons haha, but they definitely look like lemons now you've mentioned it:P
Thanks for all the comments folks! I see that the game is a bit to hard on you guys. I do agree about the gameplay, but once you get used to it it isn't that hard. Just fly in circles! Anyway, I'll add a second control scheme in the upcoming version so you guys can complete at least the first level=P And I'm terribly sorry, but I'm not able to convert my game for Mac user. Here is a gameplay video which shows u what I mean with 'flying in circles'.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=5fdPffvZhT8
It's from the new version though, which I'll upload when the competition's over. Thanks!
Got 29th thanks to you guys. Thanks!
Here's a link to the new version (which will get updated in a few days)
http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?showtopic=539334&st=0&p=3954282&fromsearch=1&#entry3954282
Nice gfx, but I didn't find the game very entertaining. The hotkeys didn't seem to work, so I had to click the tunnel button quite a few times:P I'm using Firefox. I like the map on which you can see the ants looking for food.
Worked smooth and was pretty fun to play. It only lacked something like a timer to add to the challenge. Nice entry!
Nice game man. Good to see a fella gamemaker user;P I was actually shocked by the gamemaker watermark thing. Back in the days it was only during the loading.. Anyway, nice graphics, cool idea. The game itself was pretty fun as well!
I could not run it:(
The gameplay was very weird... however when you get a new weapon the game gets somewhat easier. I did not find this very enjoyable though. Graphics were good!
Nope, did not run here as well.. I have win XP 32 bit.
Good entry, I really liked your ambient-music. I also loved the bunny's graphics. Although the gameplay did fine it felt sort of buggy, not sure why. Nice entry! (I kept dying on the spikes at the last planet, bad karma I guess:P)
Jeah really loved this one. The SFX rocked butt and so did the music. Cool idea as well:)
Nice, but the controls are and the overall image are lacking. I did get used to the moving system, but ONE click would be better. I 'completed' the game in one run, and as ratking says, some sort of message at the end of the game would be enough to satisfy the player.. A timer would be perfect;)
Pretty cool and dang hard. I did not like the 'whole restarting' after you died twice mechanic, as you die a lot. GFX were fun.
Nice, but the controls felt kinda static. Yet once you got used to it the game played pretty fresh:)
Haha pretty nifty idea:)
Same as Shifty said
could not run it:(
Didn't find the gameplay that fun. I just started slashing the lads and jumped to some other planets which were placed in each other. The warping was kinda vague. I did like the slashing though, and the gfx did their thing as well!
Haha you can fly be rapidly pressing the jump button. Completed the game within a few minutes. I liked the ant-stomping shoe. It didnt get me though;P Cool concept, not so cool music.
Nice graphics, needs a lot of work though. Good job:)
It doesn't load the game. I'm using Firefox.
Figured the goal out within a minute.. as well as the wall jumping. I kinda liked the music and the sounds. The red lines were kinda vague to me though.. do they appear when a white line hits you?
Good stuff man, very strong atmosphere. Loved your gfx as well.
Thanks folks for all the positive reactions! I Really appreciate it:)
Future versions of BE will feature more stuff like weapon upgrades, tight ass evolutions, a resolution change option, and more. I might add custom controls too if more people complain (it's a pain to add at this point, you see). Once again, thanks for playing and rating!
Thanks for all the great reactions people!
@Fanatiko: You can switch to windowed by pressing F4;) Forgot to put that in the read me file.
The 'after competition' version will feature custom controls, an easier strafing mechanic (character turns instantly) and some additional stuff like better effects and perks.
The game got dull after a little while, but I really liked the style and as sclark39 said the evolution integration was done nicely. Sounds were awesome :P
The game was pretty easy, I actually died only 4 a 5 times. It is a pretty cool though, nice graphics and music.
The controls however were a bit weird, Z and X were fine, but C to shoot was one button too much. I only ran and jumped though, which worked great :P Good job!
Nice presentation + Simple yet effective gameplay = Awesome entry.
Job well done! Especially the tiles are nice.
TobiasNL
Cool stuff. Missed some country music or the such like though.
I liked the 'evolving' aka upgrading part of the game. The gameplay could've been better, but it was good enough as it was. Yet I missed some sound effects/music, now it all seemed kinda blank and empty. Good job anyways!
The wasteland scene was indeed a little short - the alien just vanished haha. I did like the mood of the game and the music gave it a epic feel. Some quest! ;P Nice job man.
Pretty funky. I really liked that your character's weapon changed at a level up. Gotta love the rock throwing sound. It was also a very big level, nice add.
Haha cool.
Ha that was cool. It took me a while to figure out the walking system but the gameplay was actually pretty awesome. Liked the jumping mechanic. Looks pretty nifty as well. Good use of the theme.
Got to 438. Nice use of the theme! (shrinking for the win).
Haha that was great. Very strange and atmospheric. Gotta love that anti climax ending. Good job man, love it.
The hardest entry i've played yet. Nice idea and well executed though!
Quite simple, but well made.
Pretty cool stuff, liked the growing/shrinking. The big lad blocked your sight a little though.
I really like the basics and idea of your game, but it needs more effects, music and sounds. The game itself was a little slow paced but it worked well and it was fun to play:) +1 from me.
Ahw, didn't run. Made in XNA probably? It's probably windows XP.
I really like your graphical style, +1 for that.
The game itself is pretty funny as well. The only thing I did not understand was what the game has to do with evolution :P
Pretty cool gameplay concept. 'L' was a pain in the butt though, ruined my keyboard during that level:P Job well done.
Nice stuff man, cool concept.
Oh bummer, did not run here. I'm using windows XP, guess that's the problem as you probably used XNA. Looks nice though!
Looks great, very moody music.
The game idea was good, I did not however find it very fun to play. I missed some sort of ending. Good job anyways!
That was pretty cool. I liked your simple graphical style.
The random generated levels were also a nice touch. +1 for me.
It lacked sounds and enemy variation though.
THE best entry I've seen yet. Good graphics, sounds and music.
The game mechanic are also very original and well made. Kudos for you, sir.
A very artistic and original entry.
Movement was great, but I don't see the evolution theme in your game. Maybe it's just me. Overall it was nice and smooth.
Haha unlocked the true ending, nice. Loved your cut scenes.
Decent graphics, simple and fast gameplay (I choose not to shoot but to focus on collecting the green stuff which worked great). Your game shines with it's audio, job well done!
-I'm actually voting a full humor bar for you, sir.
Lol nothing happens. I like the idea though.
Hehe loving the title and title screen. Gameplay was simple yet fun. I missed sounds and more stuff going on though. Overall job well done!
Can't start the game, missing d3d10 (direct X 10 I suppose). Screenshot looks nice though :)
Nice style. The game itself got boring fast though. I really liked the grenades (and the hand throwing it), nicely made.
I find 35 cells to collect a little too much - I died at the snake part because I collected the wrong stuff, so I died and had to find 35 cells again (which was no challenge at all, but it took forever). The rest was pretty cool though.
Awesome man. Tight stuff.
That was awesome. Very intuitive! Liked the physics of your game, very responsive.
When I started yout game I had a film in mind and it actually turned out to be just that film, 2001: A space oddeysee! Nailed it!:P (yes, I've completed your game). Anyway, lovely graphical style, really. Gameplay was smooth and responsive, and the usage of the theme was brilliant. Job well done sir!
Haha, that was funny. Really loved your audio. The title screen was comical as well
Didn't saw the game actually features 3d side view graphics. Cool. The game wasn't that spectacular, but it eyed tight. The turning platform was a bummer though... it looks the same like all the others and you can't jump off once you've landed on it. It should look different. Other than that, pretty good work!
Loved that pixel art. Very funky ;) Pretty good entry man!
I really like the random gametype aspect in this game. The animations are smooth, and the game is pretty fun too play. The game is lacking a variety of sounds though.
Thanks people, really appreciate your comments!
I think I'll continue working on this. It needs some fine tuning and more various enemies.
Wow, thanks all! :D
I'll consider all suggestions... I might implement them later!
@adnzzzzZ: Haha that's a pretty wild score man. You win :P The game should indeed feature more challenge (more varied enemies?) as it gets too easy after a few rounds playing. I'll look into it after the competition!
Wow you guys all are winners haha... DAT SCORES!
I'm working on a post compo version as we speak, so keep your eyes open if you like this game :]
My concept on the theme is, that there is only one gun. Meaning that the enemies can steal the gun, and you have to try to steal it back.
Thanks all! :)
I've added a post compo version which adresses a few balance issues and adds more challenge to the game. It also features more music and a new enemy!
Wow, that lava! And I love the smoke effect. Good music too. The collission were.. unforgivable. Sometimes I couldn't jump, pretty frustrating. The game itself wasn't very original, but still fun to play! Pretty cool entry. I just love that lava effect :P
Didn't start/boot :(
The most fun entry i've played till now. Effective graphics, simple but good sounds and a fun gameplay mechanic.
Goed gedaan man;)
Haha, that soundtrack was indeed pretty funny. Funny game as well. Good job
Good athmosphere, and the gameplay was also solid. The music really gave it an 'emotional' touch. Good entry!
Haha, love the idea! A one turn, turn-based game :P Has something comical to it as well. The music and sound were a pain though. The game itself was challenging and pretty fun.
Too bad it can only be played with a controller.. I sure wanted to play!
Dat bum-bump was fine shizzle maty. Love the game man, and was that a sneaky reverense to Lost? Good stuff!
Good animations, and I really like the idea of a hovering pizza deliverer :P
I love good athmospheric sounds, and this game has just that. But the game itself.. it's not really a game. The ghost was fun at the start, but when I discoverd there were no other things to find in the house all the fun dropped. Good sounds, and well made for 48 hours for a first project.
Oh, I wonder how you made the sounds? Did you record them or..?
Good stuff, loved the music and the graphics. The fist was also a good touch.
Haha, wheels in space. Guess there was a massive, intergalactic car crash^^ I giggled when I read the instructions. Do this? You die. Do that? you die!:P The game itself was quite fun to play, and the graphics were simple but effective. I like the idea of shutting down the game once the player fails. Nice entry man!
Good game, loved the gameplay. Simple yet effective graphics. The music wasn't too good though, atleast not for a longer play-run. Nice job man
Good stuff. Liked the Ninja the best, he's fast. Loved the Knight with his cannonball as well. The game would've been better if had featured more challenges.
Haha good twist on the theme. Funny graphics as well, and the music fits right in! Got to 9.
Soothing music, nice physics, good entry! I Like the concept too.
Pretty nice mechanic!
Liked the athmosphere. Especially the sound from the enemies.. had something scary to it. A mini-map would be nice though.
You deserve this long list of comments, it's a great, solid game.
Haha pretty cool. Although spamming space will get you far. Just two levels though? Hoped for a more challenging level! But hey, 48 hours ain't much. Job well done!
Hey good game man, really cool idea. The sounds were also spot on. The only thing I missed was a soothing soundtrack - although the game is fine without any.
Nice! Good sounds and music, and the gameplay mechanic was very smooth and interesting. Really like the gold turtles (which I think should give more points when they die) Got to 910.
I really like the graphics. The game lacks polish though, you don't get the feeling you're actually hitting the wolf and the collissions are somewhat buggy. But I like the idea, and I have to say it again; it looks very nice!
Pretty cool, soathing water sounds are always a good thing :]
Cool stuff, like the graphics and gameplay idea. Jumping sound was indeed a bit dull. Didn't fit in.
Pretty good, liked the lane switching. the warping itself felt a bit slow though, but that could be me.
Loved the menu. The pixel art was good as well.
The controls however sometimes were a bit buggy. The game was hard, but not too hard. Good stuff:)
Cute graphics. But I cant recognize the theme in this. Just the ability with the ships? Loved the spaceship's gfx though :D
I like the idea of this game and the chain sound when the player walks. Pretty cool entry!
Indeed nice lighting! I liked the cloaking. I found the tunnels a tad too dark though, but that's me. +1 for the tutorial.
I really love this game, the animations were very nicely done. The concept is actually very original and I enjoyed playing it. Too bad the game doesn't have sound, I think sounds would make it much, much better (it could add to the humor as well). Good entry, rating's up! ;)
Amazing graphics and audio
I like the idea of this game! Pretty cool :)
Pretty good graphics, and I liked the voice acting. It added some extra humor to the game. As for the game itself - quite hard - unforgiving yet quite fun to play. The crazyass music fitted right in!
Haha "lags way too much" :] Love the idea of 'one'frame per second. It worked quite well, although my head wanted to burst after playing it for a while. The music is, well, not that good. Thanks!
Good stuff! I always like experimental games.
Haha the ceiling running is fun. Cool stuff :)
Too bad you don't have sound, I have the feeling the game would feel much better with sound. Loved the smooth scrolling, and the idea is also pretty good :) The 102% bug was actually pretty comical :P
Pretty rad! I like the idea of this game, makes you think about every move you make. The graphics were good, especially the background. Job well done sir!
I really like the wall placing. The game misses overall polish, but it's pretty solid for 48 hours. A bit repetitve though! However, good job.
Bwhaha loved that voice acting man, so funny. And not that bad either!
The game itself was pretty good. Couldn't wait to pull that trigger - so I did - and once again the voice acting got me giggling. 5 on humor. Good entry man!
Cool! Quite addictive! And a very good game for your first Unity project :)
Love the sounds and the overall presentation. The gameplay felt very solid as well. Good entry!
Cool little game, that laser sound was not that pleasant though. I think rotating the platform would be better with the mousewheel - but that's me.
Simple but pretty fun. Not very original though.
The game looks fantastic. I didn't found the game very challenging, but I sure enjoyed the fight with the santa claws and the reloading system. The theme incorporation is not that original though. Job well done!
Ahw.. wanted to play this. Whenever I press ENTER in the main menu nothing happens.. the screen stays black. Ran in Mozilla.
Haha, 'Clubman'. Good stuff. Nice graphics, pretty cool concept.
Got 53.
Haha, I like the idea of 'infecting' the zombies. GFX were smooth, music was ok. Job well done! :D
Pretty cool concept, I like the cathing, and it wasn't too hard either. Still very challenging though ;)
Solid gameplay once you get used to it!
Would be great with somekind of parry mechanic. This was also pretty fun though. Well done!
Good stuff folks! The graphics and music really are impressive! Smooth gameplay. It might be an idea to add a 'charge throw' mechanic, that would be nice I think. The game itself was quite hard, but fun. Job well done, nice entry!
Hahaha, love it. I didn't find the solution though! :O
I really like the simple, happy music, and the blunt pistol sound. Then - after the tragedy during this happy music - text explains the situation in a very comical manner, which is great. I missed a restart button though! Good stuff! Humor's up ;)
That light in the beginning of level 2, dang!
I thought this would be a athmospheric game due to the background, but it's more a gameplay game, with good gameplay. A hard game, but very addictive! One of my favourites gameplay wise!
That light in the beginning of level 2, dang!
I thought this would be a athmospheric game due to the background, but it's more a gameplay game, with good gameplay. A hard game, but very addictive! One of my favourites gameplay wise! Loved that engine sound as well, prrttputputput :P
Haha yes! That was good stuff. The music really added to the mood of the game. It actually was sort of scary :P Rating's up!
Your game is quite big in size, I don't think lots of people will download it. Just saying:) You might want to make it smaller. I liked this game, it was very athmospheric. The 'putting on masker' animation was cool. At some point however I felt through the ground, beneath the surface :( The game itself had a very good/dramatic feel to it due to the sounds and music. Which is definitely the best part in this game!
Good design, liked the thing you can throw or use as a shield
Can't move the guy! Looks sweet though :]
I really love the graphics, and I really like that birdsound.
I especially like the overall mood of this game. gameplay wise there isn't much to do though.
Pretty cool! I like the momentum thingy. My entry features the same kind of thing :]
Pretty cool, nice graphics.
The screen size was a tad too small though.
Well made entry!
The aiming was indeed hard. Loved the graphics from the sea though! Game looked pretty good overall.
Very interesting concept, very hard to get used to it gameplay wise. But once you know how it works the fun starts to rise. A well made game it is! job well done!
Pretty cool, I like how the 'one bullet' thingy forces you to puzzle.
Very nice graphics, and the gameplay mechanic was also pretty cool. Collission were a tiny bit buggy though.
Pretty rad! Fun concept :) You could also make that the player has limited path blocks to use, making room for extra puzzles.
The gameplay was a bit buggy, but the dragon and the rest of the graphics made up for it. Loved that dragon, very terrifying :D
Haha nice, love the style
Thanks for the reviews folks! @ Nassi: I used a Logitech Rumblepad 2 :)
The aiming was a bit off, and the gameplay was somewhat flat. Overall a pretty good entry though, and thumbs up for the whole 3d thing! :D
def one of the more interesting concepts, too bad it wasn't that strong in communicating it by having a bit buggy rhymesystem. OVerall nice atmosphere, would recommend for a play.
Good stuff, cool concept. The graphics and animations were smooth, and the music was good. The game lacked sounds though. Overall a good entry, had fun playing it, although it was a tad too easy.
Great style, good mechanich and it felt real finished, That crying sound though :P
Loved the style, gameplay and graphics. It lacked a bit variation though. But that style was awesome
Pretty cool game, lacked challenge though!
A very solid entry! Good take on the theme and the game itself felt really solid and finished. Well done!
Loved the idea of making the gameplay unconventional instead of the ingame attributes. Loved the concept, the initial difficullty might scare some people of.
Pretty cool, I like the idea of this game and the gameplay was quite smooth. It lacked feedback though (hitting an enemy, no effects etc) and was quite harsh for a beginning player (my game is too though :P)
Quite good, but the weapons missed a little feedback. They lacked 'feel'. Well made though!
Very good graphics, but it doesn't connect to the theme imo. Did manage to find the b*stard though ;P
Very touching. I just lost my mother so it struck me extra hard (in a good way). Well made:) Goodluck in life, you'll manage!
Good stuff, the gameplay was addictive and simple. This was the first game I've been playing for a longer time!
Quite nice, good graphics! Gameplay felt alittle buggy, but it wasn't, really. Something in between :P Fun entry!
Good sounds, and I really like that FPS camera thingy. Gameplay was ok, it was a bit unclear which gravity field pushed or pulled though, same for the HUD display. Overall a nice entry!
Very solid entry! Everything was good, bummer redirecting the bullets didn't feel as 'powerful' as I hoped, maybe making them a bit faster on their return and making the turrets 'explode' harder. Nice stuff anyway!
Very good, the mechanic worked nicely (although I had to get used to the curve from the shots). Music was great as well!
This was a really great experience. The athmosphere was top notch, and the camera work was like the old days when I had a psx :P (silent hill stuff) Anyway, great horror vibe and I liked your game in any way.
Too bad they didn't try to run into the grinder, now the game lacks a bit of challenge. Graphics were good and the gameplay was solid. Cool entry!
The graphics were good, and I really like your destructible terrain; it feels good to shoot through it. The game itself lacked a little challenge though, and the theme interpretation was well, not bad, but not very original either. Cool game though! :D
Pretty cool, I really like the idea of the 2d - 3d thing, and it was executed pretty well. The intro was also funny, and that yoyo shuriken thing was kind of epic as well haha!
Pretty cool, really like the idea of a sticky stick as a weapon!
Cool game, funny concept. Too bad it didn't feature any sounds. The game looks very good though!
Great style, as usual ;) the game itself was well made,'al worked smooth but there wasn't much challenge to it. Loved the beginning of each match.
Good stuff! I like the gameplay and the simple music loop. The interpretation of the theme was a little less strong, but the game itself made up for that.
Pretty cool! Music and a sound pan system would benefit the game
Good mood, and I liked the style of the game, but there wasn´t much to it, and the ending was a bit dissapointing
Nice idea and the gameplay was cool, but it lacked challenge. You have too much slow motion power so you can slice 'm all :P The game would benefit with a greater difficulty.
Cool design, nice physics. Feels like on of the more finished games. Definifly cool, steering was bit clumsy though.
Looked like fun but my gamepad din't work. Might consider to do something less risky;)
Origninal concept en a truly unconventional weapon. Good have had some music and tension. Great job for the limited time!
Cool man! That's sick, crushing zombies by dropping trees haha. Well executed, well made! Would be nice if those trees needed a few hits extra before using them, would add to the gameplay. Nice entry
Pretty cool, but the gameplay was a bit flat. Had some fun though! :)
Very good concept, yet buggy. Liked the style as well, your logo is cool
The game looks great, nice models, but the gameplay was a little flat. Nice entry though!
Wow nice art style man! Your gameplay mechanics are great as well, really liked the floating with the umbrella when aiming upwards.
hahah this cool man, played a few rounds with a mate, will be playing a few rounds more. Addictive gameplay and nice graphics.
Cool game, but it lacks sound effects. That would make this game way funnier, if you know what I mean ;P Good game man!
Haha nice stuff man, loved that pimp-hand dude walking across the street slapping folks. Good art style too! The game was a bit buggy but I enjoyed it. The 'hitting' effect and the overall challenge lacked a bit though. Fun entry!
Interesting art style! However, it was quite confusing as well!
The gameplay itself was pretty nice, I liked the steering which felt smooth. The collisions were still a bit rough on the edges, but it was mostly the view that made the game really hard. Try increasing the view size so you can actually see the bends coming. The graphcis were pretty nice, and the music was okay too. Pretty good job man! :)
Solid! It was a tad slow, but the mechanics worked well and the style's nice. Only thing I had a slight problem with was the music, being quite neurotic. Good entry though!
Smooth, fitting music, and a nice camera system! The game itself was quite fun to play aswell, although when you fail you have to start all over again, which over time gets old rather quick. Nice entry though!
It looks amazing, but sound and gameplay wise I feel it's lacking, and wasn't entertaining me to much. Like the guy above mentioned, I think this game will be great after the competition, but for now it has little to offer apart from it's awesome style :)
Pretty good, I like it's style!
One of my favourite LD entries so far. Great vibes. I did get an error though, when I walked from the bridge to the shadow guy on the left (at the hill) he killed me, from which I kept 'spawn dieing' at the bridge and I was unable to continue my path. However the game itself was superb!
Very good!, looks good, funny sounds and the gameplay was pretty solid as well!
It looks amazing, sounds really good but steers a bit snappy. Having sensitive controls is fine, but this bike is off the charts! Apart from that a very solid entry! Well done!
Haha original conept, really. Gameplay was okay and graphics were done well. Good entry, humorous concept!
Pretty cute game! Nice art style, fitting music and an overall smooth experience.
Lovely style and nice music! Camera was a bit on the tiny size though, making dodging the cars a little harsh.
Whereas the style of the game is really nice, the gameplay itself is a bit to simple (for me anyway). The shooting mechanic works well, but it's just that, resulting in spamming the mouse button. However I like the vibe of the game!
Good vibe! Nice environmental sounds (although the footsteps were a bit harsh on the ears due to the panning in the sound itself). Your take on the theme was a bit vague though. Would like to play in fullscreen!
Good music! I liked the background as well.
Really dig the music. Liked the view cone, but the game was a bit unclear.
I was just wondering how a tornado grows in size because of boxes, haha. I like that idea. Game is okay, nothing fancy. The music was a bit too much, maybe try usin some lower tones next time because this was pretty harsh on the ears :P
Really nice weapon sprite and effects. The game itself was quite original too and fun to play for a while. Although I hoped for a little more variation enemy- and environment wise. Still, good entry!
We're in! Better late than never! We'll be using Gamemaker studio, Photoshop, Cool edit pro & Ableton. Goodluck everyone!
IMG_20171202_124020476.jpg
We have resolved some issues concerning the spawning mechanic! Thanks for the feedback guys, we really appreciate it!
@leandre-renouard: I fear we cannot make it run in a browser or on a mac for the time being. Try emulating our game through a windows emulating tool for Mac. Could make the game more heavy for your machine though...
Thanks folks for the great feedback! We indeed have to tweak a lot, we'll change things like the hitbox, firepower and foregrounds in future updates! We are sorry though, we feel really honered that you guys tried so hard to beat it but actually there's no ending yet. We lacked the time to make one. Joke's on us :p
@rosik apparantly the black screen error goes away when booting the game in windows 8 mode. Quite strange indeed. Also enemies will get a small charge animation before attacking the player in future updates :)
@nokuse You enable windowed mode by pressing alt+enter!
@all
Thank you all for the support! We've decided to continue this project and have already released a small patch solving some issues and featuring new content:) You can find it above in the main post!
Game looks really great! Haven't had the chance (yet) to play this with a controller, but the keyboard controls did feel a little awkward to play. Not sure if the player instantly resetting to its former position is something I have to learn, because it made it harder to ideally flip the food towards the dragon. I do see a great potential for a couch multiplayer game!
Not too shabby, nice sounds. Except for the pickup and snake sound, those were too loud. Controls were a bit weird, but worked well enough.
It did not boot! OpenAL32.dll not found :/
Funny game idea, and I liked how you could take position behind the turrets. I think that the music doesn't fit the game though; couldve used a more atmospheric sound. It's space after all! But that's just my opinion. Nicely done!
