Yeah, it doesn't work. Same issue as @tobiasnl! Looks like a really interesting game! please fix it :)
Wow, I was really impressed by this. Delightfully surreal, threatening tone. Funny, fucked up writing. Choices with consequences.
That said, it took me a minute to figure out how to play, what to do, and what the controls were. Adding a quick tutorial message in game would be nice! Also the camera can go all the way upside down, lol. (played with controller).
Anyways, neat-ass game. Probably my favorite I've played so far.
I added the OpenAL32 to the project, hopefully that'll fix your issue. I recommend trying to download again. If you still have issues I'll hotfix ASAP
Tells me the application was unable to start. The Game looks intriguing, so if you fix it ill come back and play!

Should be working now.
I couldn't get it to work. Just a white screen, one sound effect, then nothing. When I leave the window, an error message tells me that it stopped working. Looked interesting though.
Alright, it is working now. It is a fun game, and it surprised me a few times. Is there supposed to be sound in the game? because it was completely quiet for me.
If your game plays without sound you'll need to install OpenAL (https://www.openal.org/downloads/) It's way better in sound I think. Glad you enjoyed it, make any regrettable decisions?
The character looks so funny!Graphics are great!
Well that was a surreal experience. I had no idea what was going on, which I think was the aim of the game? Well you had me when the dog started applauding. While I don't really see the execution of the theme, you nailed the humor aspect in this one. The blacksmith glitching out and using the wrong side of the hammer had me cracking up. I didn't play that long, because it ran really slow on my laptop for some reason. Also when I closed the game it crashed, but since I was closing the game anyway, cracked me up again so you'll get bonus points for humor!
@meneer-guus thanks for your words. The idea is: 'more money, more problems'. The gameplay changes if you hold on to your blacksmith bucks. You'll find that the blacksmith's life gets 'worse' as your wealth increases.
Ayyyy, I loved this game. Got the give-everything-except-your-last-dollerydoo ending.
Wish I could play the other routes, but it crashes now when I restart (or is that part of the intended experience and I'm not supposed to change my story?). Either way, this is exactly my type of game, 10/10, I have no regrets in my blacksmith life.
Can't get this game to work. Won't rate until it does. Will revise this comment once fixed (upon attempting to open the game, I hear the opening jingle and can hear swinging when I click, but it's a black screen every time for a few seconds before crashing entirely)
Concept looks interesting, hope you get this fixed!
Great game keep it up! don't forget to check out my game too :)
Couldn't get the game to work, looks amazing, shame it wouldn't launch.
It's fun to play, the peice of the dead dog and crow blocks the anvil. Game crashed when i got one ending and pushed esc, don't know if this is the correct operate. Gotta figure out if it happens everytime.
I don't really could play because of this warning. And by the window name I think that I really don't have to... That's bad, cause I liked the overall look.

@hiyek I wish I knew what the issue was there, do you have any extra details about your system?
@pur3 Sorry, buddy. Any details on what happened when you tried to run it?
@pecolyte The 'close' is pretty buggy for all users I think. That's something I can probably fix without breaking jam rules
@decipator oh yeah, I've seen some systems without draw parameters. I think I could make a workaround for those.
Really enjoyable game, graphics are really good.
This was so flippin weird, I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it randomly crashed for me at some point. The dog came back for a second time and the lights were dark, he was in the middle of telling me he needed all my cash when it just froze and shut down. Unsure if that's on my end or something in the game, but worth mentioning.
The only thing I'd say is the text boxes were a bit hard to follow sometimes, I missed a fair bit of dialogue from not realizing I couldn't see the textbox because I wasn't looking at it. Something to ensure the player can always see the dialogue would be great.
Otherwise, boy I loved this. Great submission!
