Mineral Hunt by ping78 2017-12-23T16:04:00Z

The enemies look really cool, especially the spider type. I also liked the hitscan approach to this game because the player will get swarmed no matter how much he/she fights back. Someone already noted the dodging-approach to this game, which was the tactic I was going for as well since the enemies had a little bit too much health and accuracy for my taste. Anyway, great entry!

Yard Time by tangiblegames 2017-12-11T22:43:13Z

Nice game! Voice-acting is always a plus, the theme is executed nicely as well, nothing bad to say about this game! Only thing I had trouble with first was selecting the prisoners, clicking the head didn't seem to work for me. Great job!

Hyper Looter Shooter by Drury 2017-12-06T22:57:22Z

Huge props to the music and graphics. It's got a Nuclear Throne vibe to it, and the environmental hazards make up for an interesting arena shooter! The weapon variety is nice and compliments the enemies as well, though it would be cool if you could upgrade the weapons in terms of range/power as you collect the crates. But given the 72 hours, this is a really well worked out game!

Farrison Hoard & The Cave of Coins by drkr 2017-12-23T16:30:04Z

Physics platformers are always a plus, especially when humor is slapped onto it (with physics, that's hard to avoid). The idea of having to carry the treasure around you was funny, and jumping off of it made the game even better, albeit a little bit easy. Once you have enough treasure, it's kinda hard not to fly towards the end. Having (gravity-defying) lava above you could solve this issue. Great and funny execution!

Hebe the ScOre Hunter by jamioflan 2017-12-06T23:21:53Z

The mood is really great in this one, reminded me of Wall-E. The music was really great as well, and the smaller robot-scorpions were cute. Cracked me up when I saw a bunch of them chasing one carrying some wood down. Actually jumped once when I was carrying 5 ingredients and one of them phased over my screen, snagging away one of my items. Really impressed with how this turned out in 72 hours! Well done :)

Just Make It Work by Hurlu 2017-12-06T17:53:26Z

It's a little bit too much information overload in the beginning in my opinion, but after a few tries the different controls started to make more sense. I like the idea of having this uncontrollable machine with loads of different mechanics you have to keep track of, but I'm still not really sure how to operate the water pressure on the left side. The boss is a good addition as well, though the second time he showed up I just mashed the S button a couple times which made him stop leaving and screaming in agony for eternity. Nice humor, I think if the player slowly learns the different mechanics this could be turned into a fun game, even to play with other people!

Tosser by Mik3 2017-12-06T19:58:53Z

Hilarious game, difficult at first try, but completed it on the second try. I love the execution of the theme; the clutter makes you rush while you have to maintain a steady flow. I think you can make this into a more full experience, and like someone above said it would be good for VR. Also, was the idea of not being able to move around intentionally left out? I think running through your clutter, making stuff fly over the place, would be an even more hilarious addition. Great job man, one of the best games I've played so far!

Birds Birds Birds by Versatile Box 2017-12-06T19:41:59Z

The theme is nicely executed, has nice graphics to boot which makes this a funny timekilling experience which I think would be perfect for mobile phone users. The difficulty is a bit too random for my taste, because of the delay in which birds respond to your popcorn while there are already 2+ birds coming from the other side. This together with a slightly awkward throwing makes it a bit too hard. If you tweaked around with the delay I think this game could be a huge hit on mobile!

Toxic Towers by MiltonNH25 2017-12-11T23:12:28Z

Well I think I got pretty far, but Act 3 Level 8 (I think) was where I gave up. I think you're supposed to jump behind the player's health bar? Anyways, I gotta say gameplay wise it's pretty tight, the movability of the player kept me going but most of it falls a bit flat due to a couple questionable game design issues, like not-so straightforward level design, blind leaps of faith and having to manouver behind the player's hud. The audio wasn't too great either, especially the cracking sounds when defeating an enemy. Sorry if my criticism sounds a bit too harsh, but I really enjoyed your game. Stumped I didn't get to beat the third boss :(

Temple of Greed by fusionnist 2017-12-23T17:05:37Z

Like above poster said, reminded me of rogue legacy. Especially the risk-reward is nicely implemented, though a bit weird since I eventually wasn't able to climb ladders, but I was able to scale walls and dash through the air. The different movement abilities are appreciated as well, though walljumping was weird since you just slided upwards. Also, but now I'm nitpicking here, why can't the player just walk over the treasure instead of having to press space? I get that getting the treasure is optional, but since I had no problem traversing the level due to walljumping, it became a bit of a hassle. I don't want to sound to harsh because I enjoyed this entry, but these were a couple of problems I had with it

Who Ate My Pizza? by UnidayStudio 2017-12-23T15:27:18Z

Fun idea, pretty good execution! The menu is nicely done, and shows what to expect of the game. Never saw any friend of mine explode, though. But that was because I was frantically searching for the pizza's, swooping the camera left and right to search for any hidden ones. I think the camera turning and level layout complement one another, but the sensitivity was a bit too high for me. Anyway, pretty fun entry!

Booyah Bass by Caffeinated Psychics 2017-12-06T18:08:30Z

Clicked because of the title that reminded me of Splatoon, but instead got this wonderful pun with fish soup. The premise is funny, the theme is promising and I really dig the music with the cat sounds. Maybe it's because of my greedy-ish playstyle that didn't get me that far however. My highscore was 4 soups with I think 34 fish, at which point an army of crazed cats chased me down, only to be outrun with sprint which eventually wasn't enough for me to keep up. The theme fits pretty well, but maybe have the enemy cats not chasing you after you delivered the fish? That way you can keep them on screen while you look for a quick oppertunity to grab more, but as I said again, that could be because of my hoggish playstyle. My cat-death was inevitable once I gathered too much fish.

Ricochette by Nathalia Hohl 2017-12-06T23:05:28Z

Friend and I had a blast playing this, because it was pretty darn hard to play it without involving twister-like hand positions, so desperately clutching the keyboard with two people was fun as heck. Like the poster above me said, it's a pretty simple premise, but because of the reason mentioned it was a pretty fun game!

I wonder if I had a younger sister by fangzhangmnm 2017-12-08T13:59:19Z

Pretty fun game, like other people said it reminded me of Undertale. Too bad that there's no music in this one, but the diversity of patterns make that up. Only thing I would say is the overall speed of the game, which could be a little faster because although the learning curve of the game is done right, the buildup is pretty slow. It's also nice that the patterns are based on the character's personality!

Great Deal by sunnray 2017-12-06T18:21:29Z

This instantly reminded me of Papers, Please. I really like the addition of different hand "emotions", though I'm not really sure what they did. I only know I didn't want to raise my middle finger, so switching to a pinky-and-thumb combination wasn't possible for me. The music really reflects the mood as well, and the ending screens are nice to read as well. I only achieved the same ending however, even when I gave everyone products while grabbing the money. Is there some secret underground hand gesture they use over there, which I don't know of? Anyways, there are a couple of slight bugs here and there, like grabbing the money if you move the cursors over it while holding a product, but nothing gamebreaking. If you make these days a bit longer, have more ridiculous stuff clogging up your workspace, I think this could be turned into a pretty funny game!

Scraps by gustavo.christino 2017-12-23T17:19:11Z

While the game idea is pretty fun, the physics made it totally random and hard to predict your jumps especially after dying a few times. The music, although it fits a clunky robot, is quite repetitive. All the best!

Unstable Space by FunkyHippo 2017-12-23T15:36:16Z

I like the idea of the planet growing in size; however the player is able to shoot through the planet resulting in me playing as a stationary turret. Also there's no enemy that is forcing me to dodge and move, which makes the game way too easy and static. The music is, frankly, not fitting the game but for such a short amount of time the total package was pretty well done.

Objectification by CaptainDreamcast 2017-12-06T19:15:35Z

10/10 would date shoeanna again. Too bad I couldn't get to know the fifth girlfriend :(

Instability by RevolutionGT 2017-12-23T16:51:13Z

I really like the idea of using voxels in such a way to make 3d pixel art. However the shooting was tiring as I had to push the spacebar constantly.

Bug Juice 🐜 by webthingee 2017-12-23T16:44:18Z

Wasn't able to get to my fourth friend because I had to go through the staircase of doom twice, which was a challenge for me because of the automatic wall jump ability. The scenery was cool to look at, the realistically sized objects were nicely drawn and the sound of saving a friend was funny as well. Although I get your execution of the theme, I find it a bit strange to be playing a roach which should be quite resistant to radiation.

Robot Runaway by Benjamin Bos 2017-12-23T16:34:18Z

Really nice addition, I eventually gave up on the third dungeon. The skeleton boss was a little bit too hard, especially since the game forced you to combine two unused skills with a (I think) new combo-ish system. The weapons were really cool and I had a lot of fun with them; the tractor beam combined with the boomerang was an interesting addition, especially since the physics made it really fun to experiment on the various enemies.

caffeine trip by meadjix 2017-12-23T15:49:59Z

Pretty detailed character model and a funny running animation! I liked how everything changed once I finished the 'tutorial'. The ending was as abrubt as the switch to the psychedelic level, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall a pretty nice entry!

Lord OF Coin by Rogue 2017-12-23T16:15:40Z

Pretty decent graphics, but the concept itself is what shines. The idea of the bag holding you bag is really cool. The physics itself work really well too. The game has a lot of potential in the sense of that you can add a lot of cool stuff like an ability to pickup up your bag while sacrificing your attack (for dodging purposes) or a shop where you have to spend your coins real quick in order to upgrade stuff. Very fun entry and really well done. I wish you all the best with your family issues :) Ciao!

The Blacksmith by darefus 2017-12-06T22:48:21Z

Well that was a surreal experience. I had no idea what was going on, which I think was the aim of the game? Well you had me when the dog started applauding. While I don't really see the execution of the theme, you nailed the humor aspect in this one. The blacksmith glitching out and using the wrong side of the hammer had me cracking up. I didn't play that long, because it ran really slow on my laptop for some reason. Also when I closed the game it crashed, but since I was closing the game anyway, cracked me up again so you'll get bonus points for humor!
