You should submit the 'build_Data' folder, that was generated by Unity next to the executable
@Marcellus @scorched Sorry guys! This was my first time uploading and I didn't know about the data folder. Its there now, though
Pretty cool! Music and a sound pan system would benefit the game
The first thing I noticed was that the cooldown time for the fire weapon was *way* too long. It resulted in 70% of my time wandering aimlessly, waiting for the heat to go down so I could launch my next shot. Also, the big green blocks didn't seem to hurt me (and weren't very smart >.>)
Loved the lighting!
Pretty neat idea. This was very entertaining overall, although it took me a little to realize I could light some pedestals (at first, I shot above them and then when they didn't light I assumed they didn't light). Thanks!
Nice idea, pretty similar to what I've done. As someone said, the cooldown time was a little too long. Good luck in the judging.
Cooldown between shots a little too long. A few AI issues - I had a good laugh when I saw that one of the enemies had fallen down and was wiggling on the floor. On the second level with water in it, I died to the water, where I didn't in the first. Still a pretty cool game; the lighting was neat, and the mood is great.
I'm sorry, I can't play this, Linux and Web only.
Really liked the idea. Felt really good to play despite being unable to have the cursor lock to the screen. Great work!
You are using Unity. Why couldn't you port the game to Linux? (and Mac probably, lol)
Controls are really floaty. Didn't realize using the flame gun was killing me until I read the comments here. Few issues, but overall I decent attempt.
I liiked the idea, and i loved the lighting! *--*
Liked the concept. The fact that you have to staying in the dark, between shoots, is what gives the game the right scary mood. I think the mouse turning is too fast.
I think it's a cool concept, but it needs a bit of refining. I like the lighting mechanic, but I feel like it'd work a lot better if the green enemies were a bit smarter - they seemed to love walking into walls a lot! At first, I didn't realise that throwing fire before the cooldown had reached zero would kill me - perhaps instead of killing the player, just don't let them throw fire during cooldown? As others have said, the cooldown's a bit long. I think if the enemies were dangerous, then the game would feel much more tense - not being able to see all enemies at once - and would boost the Mood score by a lot. That said, the artwork was very nice for the pedestals, fire and the text. Good job.
I am frankly horrified by the lack of safety features on the FireShot 4000, why didn't you upgrade to the FireShot 4000 model B which simply refuses to fire until it cools down rather than straight up kills you. besides that good job!
Nice game. Good graphics.
