Funny and fun :D
Nice graphics, bit confused without instructions/demo/anything in the game.
Looks beautiful, bummer it wasn't done in time!
The immediacy and vibrancy of the graphics is really fun, and the music is nice. I didn't have much sense of progress, but it was a fun click-stuff-see-things-happen game.
I liked your lighting effect, really added to the mood!
Fun and I love the graphics. Not sure how it fits the theme.
Definitely needed some exposition on plot and connecting to the theme, but the art and animation look great!
Really great! So elegant and fun :)
Cute graphics, gameplay is fun and challenging. I found the music unpleasant/offputting and didn't match the cute bright mood, sorry!
Cute graphics and music. Really did not get how such cheerful mood translated into fighting depression, or how the game connected to beneath the surface.
Nice art!
Very cool - a bit tedious and as KumoKairo mentioned, the user interface, while it does have a distinct "feel", could have been better optimized for human players' eyes :)
This is lovely! Great choices on color palette and sounds, just pitch-perfect and beautifully simple.
Wish it wasn't a full install - screenshots look cute, but that's a barrier to me.
Appreciated the instructions on the first page. Fun to explore around and see your humor!
Fun!
I like the music and the colorful graphics. I wish it was a little easier on the eyes - I get that you're going for edgy serial killer, but the strobe effects in the beginning and the fast gameplay are tough at the end of LD! Maybe it'll be easier to play tomorrow :)
Great work!
Cool! I too would have liked a little more handholding early on. Great work!
Not working! Link points to a blank page with text "The developer has not uploaded a game yet..."
First game to make me laugh out loud with joy! So much fun, nice job :)
This is so creative and the audio is great. I loved how you hit the theme so well. I wish the visual style was a little more cohesive, and as ccglp says, mmore levels please!
Oh this is really fun! I liked the combination of surface adventuring and beneath the surface puzzles, and the cargo graphics were so unexpected and cute! Nice job!
Peaceful and beautiful, nice job!
So charming!
Cute graphics, gameplay is very fun! As you note, you don't see much connection to the theme/story.
Pretty fun!
This looks cool, I hope you guys finish it!
Art and music are adorable, I wish the controls and movement were a little more intuitive and immediate! I loved seeing an avalanche game though, nice creative idea.
So cute graphically and musically. Wish the mechanics were a little more forgiving at first, I lost patience but was intrigued by the story!
Whoa, quite cool! The sense of depth was really tangible, nice job.
Beautiful and so nice to play! I like the intuitive controls a lot. I wish the clouds matched the cute cartooney theme, but it's a tiny gripe!
Really playable and fun! I liked the ability to "sneak" as well as outright smashing, and the UI and controls were super intuitive. Wish it had highlighted a little more beneath the surface, but great game!
Really great, rates high from me on all counts!
Love it, great work!
Awesome! I definitely had the browser size bug and almost gave up, glad I read your note!
This was really fun, and scores big on humor for me!
Would have liked to have played, wish the web link was a working copy of the game.
Pretty, but seems lacking a purpose, and I don't feel a strong connection to agoraphobia or beneath the surface.
Looks nice and the humor was there, but I needed a skip button for the long audio!
This is so fun and crisp! I am a little lost on the connection to the theme.
Bummer I can't play!
Made me laugh and laugh, great job!
Sorry, I can't play this, Linux and Web only.
Cute game. Amazing music. Strong graphics. What did this game have to do with "an unconventional weapon"?
I'm sorry, I can't play this, Linux and Web only.
Charming!
Unfortunately I cannot run this, Linux and Web only.
My pet programmer and I loved this entry. Also, the soundtrack kept me PUMPED for DEBATE, which is more than I can say for my highschool debate coach...
Great job!
This is so great, love the art and audio, and how easy and fun it is to pick up!
GREAT AUDIO
The gameplay is really interesting! I wish there was more of a "win" or an end, but it's fun and sort of relaxing to paint with your little friend :)
The sound effects are wonderful! It was fun and intuitive.
I click the "Linux" link, and wait, but nothing happens.
I think I figured out how to work it, but I agree that once I was ready to do stuff, it seemed really slow! Love the music and mood though.
I'd like to play this, but I don't see how to navigate to the web game from the web link.
Really cool idea!
GREAT audio and music. Amazing!
I couldn't see any particular relationship to the theme.
Sorry Windows and Java don't work for me, Web or Linux only.
I'm sorry, I can't play this - Linux or Web only.
./Chessboard Death Race.x86: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I don't understand how to run this (on Linux).
This is amazingly great. It's so slick and well-done, and fun! You should be really proud :)
Sorry, this doesn't work for me, Linux and Web only.
What a good idea! I liked the atmosphere.
I'm sorry, I can't play this, Linux and Web only.
Great tutorial level and gameplay, such adorable art, and the sound was great! You should be so proud, this is wonderful :)
Lovely old-school game!
Is there a way to see the source code? I don't know PICO-8
./Emotional Magic Linux.x86: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I don't want to install 7-zip to play this game.
Unfortunately I cannot run this, Linux and Web only.

Is the name a reference to Project ORION?
I liked that the aliens got more and more frequent over time - but they could perhaps try to avoid one another.
I like the game, but I LOVE your copy.
Nice graphics and cool audio.
So cute!
Cheerful, but it felt like you shoehorned "I practiced this run cycle dammit" into the theme.
Nice! I liked the distribution of problems. I saved Frank!
On my screen the updownleftright symbols showed as boxes.
It's really well done in terms of graphics and movement. The art style is nice. It's a bit grim and unguided for me to spend much time in, though, and I'm not sure I see an unconventional weapon here!
Yay, I killed the king! The clingy banana projectiles were pretty obnoxious/challenging. I like this idea, and it was well executed!
This looks interesting! But I can't play it.
This was a pretty cute idea. The sound effects were a little uneven, and I was missing a lose screen/message after the POP!, but the gameplay and bird flapping are nicely done.
I loved the art style and music, really nice assets. The game is pretty fun, but the controls seem a little sluggish to me. The gameplay is a little monotone. Maybe on a faster computer than mine it runs a little quicker and feels more dynamic.
I loved the art style and music, really nice assets. And an unusual, fun idea! The game is pretty fun, but the controls seem a little sluggish to me. The gameplay is a little monotone. Maybe on a faster computer than mine it runs a little quicker and feels more dynamic.
I liked this a lot! The view-drag was a little cumbersome, but it works. I enjoyed the music, it added a dreamy, meditative vibe, and the tool tip instructions were perfect.
Neat, I liked the badass style!
Fantastic. I got fired so much and came back ready for more.
Well, you did say it would make me mad.
I liked the music and it looks pretty polished... well, the first little bit that I saw... over, and over, and over again!
This looks cute, but the Web link is broken.
I'm sorry, I can't rate Windows games!
So well done! The art looks great and performs really well.
I don't think I'm able to play this? Chrome on Linux, seems to show a white screen.
Liked this a lot! The art looks great and the concept is really interesting and unusual. Really impressive compo entry!
I like that you used Ren'Py. But the lack of interaction turned me off. "Something grew inside us... It was our self-actualization"?
Maybe visual novels aren't my thing.
Sorry, I can't play Windows games.
Super impressive, it looks great and is fun to play!
Well this is just adorably ridiculous, my favorite type of game! The sound effects add a lot, and I liked the zany animations and characters. Well done!
I can't run this entry...
I'm sorry, I don't have Unity and I run Linux, so I can't play!
I'm sorry, I'm on Linux, and I can't rate this.
I liked the sound, the story was great, and the game design is really unusual and fun. I agree with other commenters that more lives and a faster restart would be great - it took me a bit to learn the controls and I just wanted to dive right back in after game overs!
I'm sorry, I can't play this (on Linux).
Very pretty!
Lovely rocks and explosions.
I can't play windows games, sorry!
Nice pixel graphics! I apparently don't have the reflexes to even get past the first two horizontal birds. =P
Nice!
I can't rate Windows games, sorry!

I'm sorry, it tells me that "The unity player does not run on your system" - Chrome on Linux.
I get "The Unity player does not work on your system". Chrome on Linux.
I'm sorry, I can't rate Windows games!
I'm sorry, I can't rate Windows games!
I can't get this to run (in Chrome on Linux). Sorry!
I'm sorry, I can't play this on my computer (Linux).
Sorry, I can't play Windows games.
Hard, but nice style and feels good to play. I really like the music, it's great with the theme.
Love this style, and the music puzzles are really well done and satisfying!
I love the look of this, very crisp. The music and sound effects look nice too.
I liked the audio and the pace. I'm not sure I played it right, but I enjoyed it up til the buzzer!
Cute intro, gameplay is fun but a little small res! Hard to see what you're doing.
Plays really well, the audio is great and I enjoyed all the little touches - the intro, the monster eyes, the polished level-to-level screens. Nice job!
Cool interpretation of the theme!
Super stylish, loved the art style! Your inspirations really shine though, and I'm really on board with poor Lewis' plight. Nice job.
I love interactive fiction like this, and this was such a slick, stylish entry. Super brave to do something this out-of-the-box and creative for LD, brava!
This was great, very stylish interpretation. I liked the graphics and audio, nice entry!
This was so beautiful and well done! Congrats, great entry.
Cool color scheme, and I liked the audio.
Loved the music, it really added to the mood! Great job with the theme, this feels like a fresh murder-mystery night.
Great interpretation of the theme. The starkness and hopelessness reminded me a lot of Papers, Please, which I hope is a big compliment!
Pretty cute, nice concept. It plays well, and I like the audio. I didn't see the same room in different times idea come through, so not a big hit on the theme for me. But it was fun to be a spooky ghost exploring what felt like a haunted house!
The art looks great, and this is a cool interpretation of the theme. I'd love to play the finished game!
Haha, I got swamped by Pokey Mans. What a fun, silly idea! It works really well too.
Cute!
Cooool! The art looks really nice, retro in a great way. The abilities are fun to play with. Nice job!
Sorry, the site keeps eating my link and I keep not noticing!
**If you have any trouble playing, click the (i) button in the upper right corner for help with controls and such.** It is just WASD-spacebar - navigate to an interesting thing, press space!
I loved this. It is hard and fun! The art and music are totally awesome, the style is amazing. Maybe I should go to confession now, though??
The music is so great. This is really fun and playful, I could see spending a lot of time on this one! Nice job.
You really nailed a retro feel, I love the style. Pretty fun, and gripping!
Really nice entry, and I loved how you introduced each new ability. Really smart!
Really love the art style, it's super great. A ramping difficulty would be good, and also a restart button! Nice entry. :doughnut:
The running-out-of-energy really adds a lot to Snake! Way to get it done last minute, that is clutch.
Great looking, cheerful, and the boss fight was great.
It looks like you got a lot of engine stuff working, nice! The music adds so much, it is super cute.
Ooh la la, mugged by barrels. Everything looks really nice, but I'm not quite sure what the point is - and the respawn is too slow! I want to play again and again, let me at them! Nice work, guys. :french_bread:  :french_bread:
Nice! I am awful at FPS games, so maybe the counted against my enjoyment a bit. The look of it is fun, and the sound effects really add a lot. Nice job, really impressive for a jam!
Really nice looking game, it's fun to see all the critters floating around with you - loved that the squids made ink particle effects!
Plays pretty well, the voice command is novel. The style is just great! Nice work
Nice job, guys! The art and music are really cute.
Really fun to play and very smooth. Nice work guys!
Liked the music and the slidey-floaty physics were really fun. Nice space game, be proud!
This is stylish and fun, and a tough platformer! I liked trying again and again, though. Love the art style, it's really great. :bulb:
This is nice, quite polished and fun to play, if a bit repetitive. I am impressed with how much good level design you managed to do, wow!
Slimes are chasing me and throwing spitballs at meee!
Super fun, plays really smooth. Nice work!
Ohhh I get it. COOL! What a clever idea, and well executed.
Wow, gorgeous. There was clearly some attention to making building the track really smooth and fluid. I would have liked to see two genres be combined - maybe the roadbuilding mode could be closer to Pipe Dream (build the road to connect A and B before the fluid filling the road leaks out), or closer to RollerCoaster Tycoon (attract as many racers to your road as you can). But regardless, the execution on the cyberpunk racer genre (like Distance) is great.
I wasn't able to traverse the pink geysers; my platforming is not that good. The platformer genre is definitely present.
That's impressive.
The graphics were charming.
What are the two genres that you were combining?
Nice work, especially without libraries. I would like to see more roguelike elements - maybe a procedurally generated map which is regenerated on death, or the opportunity to pause and think about the best next action. On the other hand, there is another genre, the "run and gun" games, such as Bloody Wolf. If you were willing to describe it as a run-and-gun + typing game, then there might be less to do - some side scrolling and a little level design.
Accomplishing 3d is really impressive. I wish the stealth half was more visible.
I'm sorry it didn't work out this jam.
The tank felt very physicsy - the separately rotating top component and the tracks really helped convince me it was a tank game.
I liked the crunchy pixels in the texture of the walls
The pipe dream / mech genre mashup is very clear, and doing 3d graphics is impressive. But it was too hard for me - I died 3 times from leaks without firing a single shot. It is almost like a demake Zachtronics's "The Bureau of Steam Engineering", isn't it?
