For the mac and web version se couldnt make them because one of the main mechanics of the game revolves around the rumble at the beginning. If anyone could help us on how we could make the controller rumble on webplayer or in Mac we would be grateful
Sorry about the menu, pausing was buggy and se devided on its removal by the end. Sorry about not being able to play, I fins it weird. Dos You play it with at least 3 players? One of them is supposed to turn into a big monster within a minute of gameplay
For games like this there should be a six star overall
Amazing game, one of the most complete I've seen. I absolutely love that you could solve people's problems in multiple ways... But some might lead to them to even more problems.
Played on a keyboard since the start, great game. Not challenging at all, but not all games need to be. Excellent work.
Hey, very interesting game, the abstract art reminds the one I made. The controls are a little bit frustrating taking a little of the fun of the game.
Good stuff. Pretty incomplete, as you said, but it seems like a good basis for a solid game. As fun as the shooting SFX is, it does get repetitive after a while (especially when you're pumping a ton of shots) and you get to maximum stats quite fast (shooting a ton of pellets and killing enemies with one hit). Try finishing the game up! I'd love to see a more finished version.
Top notch. Version 2 is fairly doable once you get the hang of it, and I imagine it'd be quite easy once you memorize who can be where. It only loosely fit the LD theme, but everything else is about as good as you can expect. Great job.
Great game, I really liked the concept. One suggestion would be the camera be a little bit zoomed out, so you could have a big picture of the level. Anyway's currently one of the best games =)
Great audio =)
Pretty cool game, very innovative. I loved the micromanagement aspect of the game. Unfortunately I couldn't micro properly because there was some lag between clicking the minimap and the camera moving, as well as selecting the units and commanding them to move. A shortcut to switch between modes would be nice, as well as a ground indicator to where they are moving currently (maybe even the ability to queue actions, or patrol?)
Maybe the delay was only there because I'm running it on my shitty laptop. I'll try again when I get to my desktop.
Good work!
Pretty great game, very polished. The shooting sound got a bit repetitive by the end of the game, and the screenshake was a bit too much, but it was very fun. I actually found myself shooting at the destructible bushes while walking between maps, and if you designed that on purpose, kudos!
One question, though. Why is the final boss a computer?
Very interesting playground, great for OCD haha =)
Very nice pixel art and a lot of content for a jam =)
Nice, but kind of hard to figure a goal and as people said it would benefit a lot with different gameplay between shapes
Very fun game =)
Always fun to play a little text adventure. It is okay, but lacking most of what really makes this genre shine, that is, some kind of puzzle element (random rooms took that from the game) or humor or an exciting story the player has to piece together. While the mechanics were alright, the game got repetitive fast and it was basically luck if you found the keys you needed before getting lost.
In fact, the second time I played (in which I beat the game), I kept track in notepad and just methodically went about the rooms until I randomly found the exit. Kind of underwhelming, but alright.
Also, at some point I tried going east and got a null pointer exception on my command prompt. It didn't actually mess up the game (simply showed up as no room being there), but you should probably check it out.
Great game, I really liked the idea =) Hope you continue this, improve on it and make new levels =)=)
Great aesthetics, best use of the theme so far, really creative =)
Cool idea, but the game falls flat after a couple minutes. Also, grass seems seriously underpowered and the seemingly random shapeshifts make the game a bit harsh, especially after a bunch of NPC's start showing up.
Maybe if you make it into a agar.io style of game it could work. But as a single player experience, it needs more content, something to spice it up.
I really liked you let us play around with the attacks in the tutorial. Kudos.
REally nice game, I was actually trying to go fast. I liked the tutorial and the overall idea. Congrats!
The concept of the game is promising, but you didn't deliver because of the gameplay mechanic you chose. It is no different than a normal shoot-'em-up, which is a bit of a shame, really.
Good effort, but think more carefully about how your game will be fun before you get straight into coding.
I liked the game however, it can be really improved with addind some minor new mechanics and sound effects. Would be a great mobile game to pass time =)
Very nice game! was a little bit laggy on my browser, but loved the idea and I feel if it was sharp it would be an amazing coop =)
Awesome, loved the idea of the mechanics of not shooting, could make an amazing strategizable top down shooter
Really hard without knowing the hitboxes, I kind of feel I was damaged unfairly =(
The sound, art and mood are amazing. It could've been one of the best games I played if it wasn't the thightness of the hitboxes, it made most of my deaths feel unfair more than some mistake of mine =(. If you adapt this to a two finger mobile game (making just a tiny bit more fair) it would be amazing =)
Amazing, huge content, wasnt expecting something this level of goodness in the LD =)
Very interesting =) Could become a full fledged game if there is more strategy involved.
About the audio, we entered more because of the overall audio design of the game (silent gameplay only with the effects) and for the fact we really spend time deciding audio aspects of the game.
Sorry about the keyboard scheme, we added it on a rush, the whole thing was mostly designed for joystick.
Great game, really liked the mood and use of the theme =)
Nice job =)
Very good game, great character design =)
Cute game! Shame it was a bit short. But the aesthetic was great and had some cool features.
Just a heads up, you should probably disable the buttons during the watering stage because when you click the buttons and leave the stage, you keep the ability to hose in other areas of the game. If you do it a few times, suddenly the foods cannot be clicked and the game has to be force exited.
Awesome game, love deck builder. unfortunately it bugged just before I wanted to go to the Dragon =(
Pretty good game. Unfortunately there seems to be no reason to morph into speed, and once you figure out defense form takes no damage, it becomes a matter of patience.
Good effort, though. Maybe by balancing out the forms and having one or two new mechanics you can have a pretty darn good game going. Keep it up.
Very good use of the theme ^^
Nice music =)
Very interesting. One thing though is that I at some point though that the safe strategy was to never shift shapes and just get less point but live more.
Interesting game, can be better explored to become a really good physics puzzler. Level design and learning curve was interesting. Just thought the audio was not fitting the theme of the game. Nice entry =)
Pretty cute and fun game! The art isn't amazing, but you kept the theme throughout the game, and it has its own charm. I think you absolutely nailed the little human sound effects, they're really fun!
I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to save the picnic though. Any combination of insect/bug spray/repellent didn't seem to work, and a net or water only made it worse :( Also, I don't get why we need to wait 7 seconds between stages. Any specific reason?
Apart from that, kudos to getting synonyms. Alarm instead of clock, handkerchief instead of tissue... Good job!
Loved the aesthetics, sound design and graphics are great =)
Very interesting mechanics. The UI is a little bit confusing and it's kind if hard to see your bullets. but I really liked the idea =)
The sword swinging animation is beautiful! And I liked the "herp derp" english for the comedic value. I understand the time was tight, but I didn't even remember I had special powers until after I beat the game, plus they weren't all that useful when I finally tried them out.
Maybe making something you can't beat as a human would also give some meaning to your shapeshifting?
Finally, the music was good, but a tad too short, and the loop too evident. Try adding some sound effects too!
Good work!
Really nice game, multiplayer games are my favorite. You should play mine if you like local ones. If a good netcode for mobile was possible this would be a really cool game to play on my phone
The music is cool and the graphics are okay, but the controls don't seem to work for me. D turns me intro a square (and moves to the right), S turns me into a triangle, 7 (?) turns me into a ball and P pauses. So apart from moving with either WASD or arrow keys, not much seems to be fully functional. That means I couldn't get past the first white wall and couldn't really judge the rest of the game.
Maybe clear up the inputs and then I can have another go?
Also, having a way to quit the game is nice so I don't have to alt+f4
Great mood, almost made me cry
I downloaded all four zips and extracted them to the same directory, then ran wildrunner.exe... and nothing. A command prompt pops up only to shortly close and nothing happen. Maybe build a proper installer?
Very nice art =)
The graphics are really awesome! I had some issues with controllers not being recognized so I couldn't actually experience the game =(
Funny concept and nice aesthetics =) The Shininess could be a little lower though.
Very nice aesthetics and nice use of the theme =)
Couldn't understand what blocking did =(.
When doing things that really depends on precise hitboxes and not precise physics I would really recommend trying to implement stuff from scratch instead of using unity's defaults =)
@DarkGrisen this was my first try on level design and I wanted something tutorial-less, but the design is not as good as I thought during some playtests.
@Nichii the sensitivity as far as I know depends on the sensitivity of your actual mouse, people had the same complain as yours and I find it reaaaaaally low on my computer.
@kyyninen thanks for the input! Sounds were definetly in the todo list, but was on lower priority =/
@Yngvarr Thanks for saying that, made my day ^^
@leondryaso I spent more time polishing the levels than the mechanics (actually more time figuring out what to do with the mechanics) so sorry about lack of polishing
@LenonKramer Really sorry to hear that =/ You should give it another try by knowing that the mousewheel does zooming, had some playtest and figured that this is a necessary instruction.
This isn't really clear on the game, but you can only teleport to something you are focused (aka: in the center of the camera), and I forgot to add a dot in the middle to help. I am kind of proud of the overall idea and might make a better version of this game in the future (VR is coming!! =))
The effects and characters looks really really polished, so I would guess there was no time to make a "spoof" animation as good looking as the rest of the game.
Really liked the mechanics and art =) You should definetly fix the bugs and make a full game out of this =)
Fantastic game, add more features (probably could become and idle/tower defense thing). The mood is so good =) One of my favorite games so far!
Please make this a mobile game somehow with more levels more weapons, etc. Loved the mechanic, would make an awesome dungeon crawler
This game is great in all aspects but gameplay, I really really think it is an idea with a lot of potential, if you make the controls feel better and more progression. Great idea, polish the gameplay a lot and I believe this can be an amazing game! =)
Could have better aesthetics. Nice concept, more levels and mobile are a must. Some juice and polish and this can be a very neat mobile puzzle game! =)
So good =). An advice for life is to make your spike hitboxes a bit smaller than the actual spike, making it less frustrating to collide with them (see all super hard platformers and you'll get what I am saying, their death things are almost always super fair). Great job!
The game has A LOT of potential, add some juice to the animations, make things smoother and faster, add an UNDO button and make a ton of levels. Make this a mobile game please!
There is a lot of polish that needs to be done so the platforming part feels smoother, even with the drop shadow it's reaaaally hard to have any sense of depth. Would love to see the concept go forward =) Gorgeous game
This game is very very polished, nice job. I wish the cartridges were easier to buy (probably just randomly generated game names would be a funny touch), especially since there is no difference between them. I also did not understand that I had to buy cartridges again every day, so I lost on day 2 feeling kind of frustrated. Awesome game nonetheless =)
@aaranos, Sorry about the full screen thing, I developed the game with a given resolution and only realized it didnt work at any other one when I made the webgl build (9pm ish haha), I might disable the fullscreen button thing.
To everyone else, thanks a lot for the nice feedback, I am super happy =)
@didactilos, your phone charges when you are at home (the different house you start at), and heavy apps usage drain your battery, so you have to come back home to charge your phone (otherwise battery dies and with no uber, how do you get home?? You could try walking, if you know the way)
@gengi, thanks for the constructive feedback, will try to remove the sour notes in a future patch, I feel like our keyboard was badly tuned, sorry.
Not sure how to solve the laser part, however I really liked the main mechanic, I think the battery being consumed over time removed a bit from the puzzle experience of the game, it could do something like the game Fidel, where you can undo your actions. Overall a pretty good game =)
I could not find any other players to see their wines, but I really liked the concept =)
Very nice mood, I didnt enjoy a lot the fact of getting kind of lost on the labyrinth, however, i did enjoy the idea of having the messages scattered for you to recreate the story. Nice entry!
I really liked the concept and use of the theme, nice idea, I wished it explored the thing even furhter by removing more powers, such as ability to acquire points, ability to see, etc. I also dont like the health system a lot, punishing me in the future for past mistakes. Other than that very nice idea, would recomend. =)
Interesting concept, hard to know what to do. Nicely polished =)
I found the main mechanics to be pretty interesting, however I could not do anything to recover my energy. Nice concept, could be pushed further for a very good game =)
This game is super polished, I can see this working as an alternative to Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes or Spaceteam, if this was a multiplayer game. Loved it! Nice job with the visuals =)
Lovely graphics =). The controls feel kind of heavy, making it hard to move to where I'd like to move.
I wish one day I can evolve my paint drawing skills to get an aesthetics as good as this game. This looks super good, very well done =)
I can really see the mechanics in this game evolving and getting even better, really liked how the less battery you have the shorter your jump. Good game =)
I really liked the game and main mechanics, I think you should go even deeper and make every aspect of the game revolve around gaining and losing energy (e.g: not having enemies that kill you, but otherwise remove some of your remaining energy). I don't like the fixed jump height thing a lot, but the game felt good even without that. My favotite part was when I realised that I died from falling because my energy ran out, and not because of a kill box. Nice job =)
I liked the main game cycle, although I feel it will only get really good with a lot of upgrades for all the things, other than that bullets, life and money being the same currency is awesome and you should definetely polish this idea to have more upgrades and weapons and missions, it can become a very cool project. I feel like the wall clinging thing was not intentional, and it felt kind of clunky sometimes, however it did feel badass to wall cling and kill monsters from above.
Amazing game, very nice storytelling and mood. I loved the metal music on the block part =). I did not understand the ending though, so I didn't feel it fit the theme, other than that it is an amazing game, definitely showing to other people, nice job!
Probably best mood in a ludum dare game ever. Really liked the helpless feeling after being trapped. =)
I really liked this game as a toy, the climbing mechanics felt pretty good when I was trying to go up as fast as I could. I did not get the rest of the point of the game, and just tried to go as high as I could. With some better level design and some interesting platform mechanics, this could become a very good hard platforming game =)
This game is so good, its hard to believe it's a jam thing, the sound design is super nice, the mechanics and idea feel super well thought. Very nice job, thanks for the game =)
I really enjoyed the main mechanics, however I felt there were too few checkpoints and became frustrated after having to re-do a really hard part again for a dumb mistake I made much later. Would definitely play a more polished and balanced version of this game, lots of growing potential for the mechanics =)
@plukers We did not have a lot of time to balance everything, so we did focus on making it better for the aliens the more aliens were playing, but we will definitely try to make it more balanced.
@fork0 I don't understand how is this possible, the download link on itch.io seems to be working on all computers I tested. Can you try again to make sure? Thanks!
Hey @demn, @player-2 and @s-knight you can play with keyboard only if you have a number pad. To start the game you'll need at least one player to join (press the jump button), and a portal will appear. Once a player joins you can press space bar to start the game. It really feels unintuitive, will definitely change this in a later version.
<3
Nice game! I love these twists on tetris, and this one feels really fresh. I just with the game was a little bit faster (with something like a instant drop?)
Congrats =)
Awesome game, I love games that explore these weird things we can do with our computers. It's a solid game even without the gimmick though, and I had a lot of fun for the time I spent playing, and the map is not large enough so I could get lost and frustrated.
Congrats!
Amazing entry! My favorite game so far in the jam =) I just felt that it was too hard and couldn't understand why the boxes started breaking. The game looks absolutely amazing, congratulations on that! How did you make it?
Congrats!
Even though I couldt understand how the scoring worked, I loved the game! Would love to have an endless mode where I keep filling a lot of papers, or a 1 hour test =)
Nice entry! Really liked the low fuel mechanics and how you have to fling yourself from one planet to another! Nice idea, nice implementation =)
Wow, I did was not expecting to actually cry while playing a game made in this ludum dare. Congrats, your game is beautiful, the writing, the music, the art, everything together makes this a marvellous experience. Please share this to the world, and make more things like this.
Thank you =)
Awesome game, the mood is amazing, I spent almost 2 hours exploring the land. Loved it =)
Amazing game! I loved how intuitive it is, would love to see more levels exploring even more the mechanics. Some minor feedbacks: in the beginning I had some trouble figuring out where my character was (it is pretty similar to the red squares) and where the ending of the level would be (my screen brightness is pretty bad), so if you could make some minor changes to colors and/or geometry, it would be even better!
Congrats!
Loved the storytelling in your game, the moment where the SalaryMan swarm the whole thing was really nice and meaningful. I would love to see this game with an improved soundtrack, and really agressive industrial sounds for the salaryman action. Loved the concept! Conrats!
Congratulations, your game is gorgeous and the soundtrack is amazing! How did you do the soundtrack, is it procedural?
Thanks for this amazing interactive audiovisual experience, my first 5 star this LD!
Very nice entry, I have only one major critique: a scoring system makes no sense in the narrative, once I ignored it and just roamed around I finally could feel the climate change winning, specially in the *spoiler*
Great idea
awesome colors and drawing, really loved the way some planets animated only when talking to you, I love these bitsy tricks. =)
its a fun mechanic =)
Interesting toy to play with =)
Awesome palette choice. I enjoyed the impactful ending =) Good Job. Bitsy <3
Wow, I loved your twists on the bitsy platform, bitsy with colors are amazing!
I liked the cookie dialogue and the final wait a minute was wonderful, I had that exact though and it was very funny to read it. However my favorite part is the doormats, I really liked the concept of describing one's house by her doormats. Awesome seeing a twine game in the jam, nice job!
What an amazing game, it's very similar to a concept idea I had in the past, but it's so well executed and polished, I am amazed, congrats!
I really like the idea of the game, especially the part of building up the story of the frog, however the "gamey" part of the game detracts the attention from the story building too much. I really wish this game was more about making a story by choosing wordless cards, and less about adding and subtracting and figuring out the optimal path. The art is too good for me to be able to just take the game as an interactive mathematical system.
Nice job on the concept, I really like the overall idea, it just falls short while trying to become a game, when it is also an amazing build your own adventure mechanic =)
What an amazing concept, I would definitely buy this as a mobile puzzle game, just make the platforming controllers tighter and explore the HUGE ammount of possibilities this mechanic creates, congrats!
You might have just given me a great idea on what to do on mondey morning... This hit so close to home, thank you!
The live link should be working now, sorry guys (it's still the same game though)
Heeey, really clever game and use of words. I loved typing around and seeing the words fall while I read the text. It made me feel very clever at a point, I my cleverness was also useless, and I liked that. Very interesting and personal game, and if you save the names of your players somehow, I'm Mut, happy to have some condensed milk someday =)
Awesome concept, loved the very different things you did with so little mechanics. I think this might be the best terminal game I've ever played, congrats!
Very lovely, the art style is amazing, would love to see this kind of collage art style in more games. Very unique concept, bringing make up and dress up to a story game, I liked that. I hit some bugs, I'm not sure, I couldn't use any ornaments =( I also had to play more than once to understand that I had to mix the things to make new things, and I ended up just mixing everything with everything, so I wish I had some better way of telling. Lovely game anyways, very away from the norm, and would really like to see this pushed further =)
Really liked the take on the theme, very creative. It didn't run very smoothly on the browser so I guess it would be nice to also have an option to download the game. Good job =)
As everyone else is saying congrats on the art style, it's perfect. This game is textbook JUICE, and I like how the progression of it is basically adding more and more juice, I can almost feel like you could take some extra inspiration from the talks "Juice it or Lose It" and "The art of screenshake" and make your game be a playable version of that (which it kind of basically is already, but you could go further). You took a base concept that I am mostly tired about (nuclear throne like?), and brought some interesting fresh air to it, reminded me of playing flash games on newgrounds and kongregate and finding some gems.
Congrats!
Lovely game, the start of it is very nice and captures the theme in a super interesting way! I liked this as a different form of a maze game, and it made me enjoy playing a maze game (which is not something I thing I'd usually like) for a while. Good job!
damn this is good... Have to brush up my vocabulary game to get all the achievements, but it was incredibly interestintg and a super interesting way to limit possibilities in an interactive fiction while also keeping the freedom and possibility of trying to get "out of bounds". Very nice job!
Wow, very interesting game, and very well executed as well. The character hitboxes felt a bit unfair at some points, but other than that I had a lot of fun and some cool a-ha moments when I understood what to do. Not sure if I can get through your end though is it possible?
Wow! Really interesting, I kept wishing that those things made weird sounds to make this an even weirder and dreamy composition. I really really enjoyed how thing changed without very much explanation and having to figure out and just play. I love when people make their games be fun toys.
Good job!
I really really loved it! The big bang becoming numbers and then words is so good!
Damn, it gets hard very fast! Lovely pixel art, controlling the character feels very good, good job!
Beautiful art, these are some very though choices to make, feels like a short poem in game format, and I really like that. =)
This game is very hard, but I managed to win 6 battles! Yay. Took me a while to understand the core mechanics and understanding how I can manipulate the map to make things better for me (tryied being super clever, but the beetles can go through diagonals, damn those beetles). Really liked the concept, it looks simple, but might be possible to get super deep =)
I wish I could always see the recruitment window, since I dont usually know how much the things costs so I can know what to focus my attention during the round (although I feel its usually water)
Awesome entry!
beetle.png
The real sisyphean task was me hoping there was a new joke. I'll never know I guess...
Awesome game! Would like to play a full blown version of this, getting upgrades and new skills would be interesting. Nice entry!
I really loved the concept, could develop into a much larger thing, it even has some clicker/idle feels about it, combining yet another unusual genre. I hated that there was a timer going down, I was really really enjoying myself in the game and suddenly I saw a timer going down and knew my fun was going to be over. But exluding that I thought it was an amazing entry!
@Yngvarr have you played any other battle royales? Like @Quarter Up Studios said, there is really not much to do, as expected from a single player battle royale. You will eventually win (or lose however you feel like it) the game since there is no one you can kill or be killed by. Just waiting for the inevitable end of your life.
@aaranos Sorry about your bad experience =(. We did not have time to make it resolution independent, so we can only guarantee the game working in 16:9. The parachute not working is actually just a joke, there is no parachute implemented, but going through the ground or sliding your way out is not intended.
@TheLucky the parachute does not work intentionally, I think we should have made that a bit more obvious since you are not the first one to complain. Sorry about that, the whole concept is kind of the frustration about what a single player battle royale means.
@Sapazu Thanks for the nice words! Not being so in your face might actually have made the joke even better for those who got it!
@Lost Dutchman Software Thanks for the feedback, I am not sure about the blur, because from what I can tell I did not enable any of this, but this is not the first complaint about it. Sorry about that, thankfully the game is short, and you dont have to spend 40 hours for your first chicken dinner.
@icxon Its really cool to see someone else playing the game, specially you really wanting something from our useless loot boxes. Thanks a lot for the video, and you actually found one of our easter eggs!
This is so much better than I expected. Really one of the best takes on the theme, frustrating as fuck as expected from the combination of the genres. My suggestion for you is to make this more like the endless runner thing of flappy bird, but you have to plan ahead. It would become much more frustrating, but there could be leaderboards and people really really good at predicting the flappy bird position. Congrats on a unexpectedly good entry!
Wow, what an amazing entry. First game so far that I actually tried to beat. Everything is so polished and sounding good. Nice job!
I loved the visual of the game, actually the whole aesthetics combined with the music felt pretty good. As said before, it was kind of hard to understand if I was hitting things (I actually thought that the flying instruments were my friends until the point I had to mindlessly kill them after getting the O skill). It is a fun concept and a fun twist on the rhythm roguelike done in Necrodancer, I would love to see this game developed even further. Nice entry!
What a great take on the theme. Made for a very fun game concept. Could definitely evolve into a less arcadey more objective oriented gameplay thing, so it makes more sense to get the harder plants. Congrats!
Awesome idea! It can get really deep with some strategy involved in picking better hands. I think it could become a great game if the pacing was just right so you should think what cards to get and be worried about being found. PLEASE ADD A GIANT PELLET THAT DOES SOMETHING AWESOME!!
Wow, amazing mood and disturbingness, especially for a jam game! I really want to see this idea developed further into a even more disturbing and deep story. It's a very interesting point of view for a story, being both the executor and the victim. This gave me a lot of cool ideas, congrats!!
The game looks and sounds awesome, congratulations. However as noted in some other comments it does lack some kind of feedback to have a better idea of how good my jump will be. I would also suggest adding some time constraint or a better solution to make the flow of the game better. Congrats for the entry!
Please make this a online coop game where you have to shoot ingredients to your peers to make the final product, it would be awesome, and potentially even a cool VR idea!
Wow, this is such an amazing entry! I made a simple patch using your thing! Loved the concept and made me want to make my own plugins for this! Congrats
Here is my patch, just an experiment with your thing: - Made the palette hits trigger a noise drum-like sound - Scoring moved a sequencer up and down a scale (depending on who scored), and the speed of the game increased or decreased. - The x position of the ball controls a filter so it goes whoosh when the ball moves closer to you. - Used a PO-20 arcade for the chords and some background effects.

The comment above where they could sing as a band seems like an awesome addition. I liked the main mechanics of the game, trying to figure out how to handle you hand order previously too the fight is interesting. I just feel like it could have more musical concepts related to the attacks to really make the musical part shine! Nice entry!
Amazing entry! If it wasn't for the not super polished platforming controller I would see this game as a full fledged itch.io game. Make the controller smoother, make the hitboxes better looking and this game can actually become a great hit. Would definitely buy it if the platforming felt as good as, an example, "The end is nigh"'s. Also love that it adds some puzzles into the mix! Congrats on a very good idea execution!
Amazing entry! I love this very weird controlling games. Add multitasking to the mix and its awesome. Congrats!
Wow, really nice use of the theme! First entry so far that I've played that got it this good. I could definetely see this growing with even more things to do on the date. Congrats!
Probably the best grade I have ever given to a LD game. Congrats, three amazing combinations of genres in such an amazing format. Very well done! Make more and more and more games like these. We need them
Very interesting idea, I would love to see this developing further, or maybe just polishing the thing you already have. Congrats!
Great idea, super polished. It would be awesome if it was also musical while shooting the notes!
At first I felt the clicker part of the game rather arbitrary (and part of me still think it is). However it does change how the game feels, there is this constant clicking pressure and if you stop, you die. To make it less arbitrary I would love to see the clicker part of the game better explored, it could even become an even more nonsense clicker mechanics, but adding depth to it would definitely increase the quality of the game, or show that the genres are very incompatible (which is the direction I would like to see the game going). Other than that, I would add some visual/audio feedback for when damage is taken, since I only realized that the glitchy things damaged me after trying the game with the G key. Loved the visuals, would love to see them explored to become even glitchier (perhaps clicking could make the game more or less glitchy). Other than that, congrats on the game!
The voice acting is amazing, it takes the game to a superior level just because of it. Could really do some rebalancing to make the flow of the game more interesting, other than that is an amazing concept. Did 600 points on my second run, what is a good score?
Wow, what an amazing concept! If there was some feedback back to the pinball board, upgrading it with new things so you could have an even better farm and keep upgrading everything, this game could become an amazing mobile thing. Hope you go on with this project! Nice entry =)
It's awesome how your game fits in the theme so much. The genres are definitely not compatible, making this a frustrating yet hilarious and smart idea. My highest grade in theme so far, and one of the most fun I had in the jam games yet. Congrats!
Wow! This game look and feels so good to play, I would love to try this on an actual DDR pad, it might feel so awesome. Really nice entry!
