soooo cooool!
I was going to write about how the map confused me, but like an authentic player, I didn't read the directions or controls haha. Which is why my feedback is to make the two map buttons on the UI rather than the keyboard. Maybe use iconology to communicate more efficiently as well. Like the concept, though! I'm fascinated with seafaring and navigation and understood the two maps once I found the connection.
can't play :( any way to add simple bots just to check it out?
lol when that ringtone plays I can't help but smile.
The controls / movement feels nice but level 2 is too hard for me. Its too narrow for my dexterity to adapt.
I never know what my battery life is. Maybe the flip phone could have its screen deplete into darkness as your battery drains?
this has been the most fun game I've played so far. The demon souls drop tag messages are so funny. you should make this even get even crazier procedurally when you get further. I could see it becoming a spectacle in the streaming community like spelunky was. thanks for making this!
I love love LOVE this! I had a similar idea but it was in 3d and I couldn't get my unity ropes to receive the energy expected from the friction of the motor. Your execution though is waaaay better and efficient than what I imagined.
nice little sim :) I had a similar idea but I couldn't get my ropes to receive the energy expected from the friction of the motor. Were you going to take this in a puzzle direction?
Yaaay Ii wooon! My 3 third launch I hit the other catapault into the ocean and it was funny seeing it struggle to attack me from there. Fun game! I agree with @Volcanic Giraffe there needs to be some variation and some skill to account for it between each turn.
very fun! love how seamless it loops. The music mixed with the audio, visual, and time warp feedback make me feel like I'm a badass lol.
I did get confused at the beginning since the controls were given to me after ,y first joust so I spent like 3 minutes going around in circles blocking the AI jouster but I got the hang of it quick after.
You've got a good game loop going! It's a fun start right now.
What did the item at the top right do? I put a bunch of money into but couldn't notice a difference.
