GuettoCraft by DanielParra 2015-12-16T16:15:00
Really good art style, and interesting music. I like the metal theme and this game could be very cool. I've encountered bugs which can be game breaking such as how the unit selection stops working after you talk to the first viking and how the level wouldn't load at the 2nd level. Ive exited to the menu and tried to access the level from there but it still doesnt load. After that somehow even the first level stops loading. Super amazed on how you could pull off an RTS in such a short time though. Congrats :D.

No Pyramid's Sky by DiegoCTorguet 2016-08-30T16:16:00
Nice pun, I adore the art style, super clean and does what it needs to. This is a pretty solid game. I can't find an issue with aside from the arubt intro but it was not a huge issue. Good luck in your future games!
Space attack by stenol 2016-08-30T16:01:00
This was really well done, the only thing I wonder is how does this relate to the theme? If you're doing it by retro gameplay, that is a nice twist, Anyhow the feel and everything is there it is good. The shooting mechanics was good on its own and the art style matches really well. The difficulty curve is great and the final boss was quite the challenge. I actually flinched once in a while when I almost died. Good work overall.
Seeker of Knowledge by gogo199432 2016-08-30T15:45:00
The controls are very clunky, the character keeps getting stuck in palces. E doesnt seem to work, at least it doesnt show much to show that it's working. The controls are very unresponsive and there isnt much to show that you are damaged aside from some numbers at the bottom left. Good job on the environments and the models. Music was ominous, that's a plus. Good luck on future projects.
Optica by Resonious 2016-08-30T15:27:00
Interesting on how you've managed to get the reflection system going. Would be cool if there was a goal or puzzles accomodating this. Good job as a test run with unreal engine. The model is pretty creepy i should say. Reminds me of those art games.
Anechoic Chamber by TheLaw 2016-08-30T15:19:00
No offense but this is a slideshow. Visual novels need more to be good but this is far too little really. I know it's only 3 days but there's little to no options here and there are a bunch of pictures which I assumed you've taken yourself which was a good twist. The sound effects do make it immersive.
Ancient Darkness by ursagames 2016-08-30T15:07:00
This is really good, the dialogue was interesting, the world was fun to explore and the combat was fun enough. The only problems i have is the lack of sounds for the boss, the really slow stamina regen and the shield is almost useless. Finally I can't seem to die and I somehow one shotted the boss to death. Hope you'll continue this because it is a pretty interesting concept. Good job overall.
rocket pug by AngrySquirrels 2016-08-30T14:44:00
The 3d models were good for their purpose. The level design was good until the 2nd one. There should be a safer way to let players know how to control their rocket pug. It took me a long while to get the controls right but once i had it figured it out. It was a lot of fun. Also sounds would have been a nice addition to the game. This being your first 3D game, i have to say. Well done indeed.
Ancient Race by Kerr 2016-08-30T14:32:00
The game is pretty broken, it is hard to see where you are going with the camera not facing the right way. the lap system isnt working and i'm getting 3rd place despite being infront of everyone. Also the AI seems to get stuck in this small pit. This game does have potential. Imagine a racing game with controls like this. The powerups are pretty confusing to use and I dont get what half of them are for since they either miss or dont do anything noticeable. Nice to make a game of this size though. Good luck in future projects.
Lunar Defense 3000 by mccarlp 2016-08-30T14:18:00
The controls are really confusing at first but I've gotten used to it shortly after. The major problem with this is the blue ship that just ruins your jumps. There's almost no way to dodge that if you're unlucky. The car will also flip and crash when jumping and there seems to be no way to avoid that if you're unlucky. The difficulty in this game felt really cheap. One thing though, your models for the cutscenes were great and it is very interesting to how you attempted to get voice acting into your game.
Charioteer by TheFlyingSatan 2016-08-30T14:08:00
Has potential but the game's difficulty curve is too steep. The guns feel really weak. The ammo is too limited which makes it rather useless considering how you could just run over enemies, the move speed is too slow to avoid a lot of rocks and the perspective makes it hard to judge if you're safe from the rocks. Good job in completing the game though.
Come Forth by Starlight by Chris Bode 2016-08-30T13:48:00
Collisions are a bit wonky, sometimes i die despite landing on non hazardous platforms. There is not player model/sprite. Good job getting a game to completion. Also level design that involves dropping down and hoping that you do not fall on to spikes feels like a cheap way to add difficulty so I might advise to not go that path. Kudos to completing a game though. Hopefully you'll expand this.
Ancient Doors by Sparked99 2016-08-30T13:34:00
I am not sure what to think of it. On one hand, its a pretty decent puzzle game, on the other, it has a confusing level and changing of rules (maybe just evolving rules). The sound effects were too saw-y or sharp for my ears, but I'm glad there was a feature to turn it off. The game at certain point of time, does have some synchronization issues where the frame rate appears to be choppy. Also, I would have preferred a slightly bigger resolution, and maybe even allow for fullscreen since my monitor has high resolution and this game's window is really small and hard to see. Overall, pretty amazing tech under a small file size. I would give this game a 6/10.
CRTs are Ancient, right? by CliffracerX 2016-08-30T13:30:00
The game is rather poorly programmed, the stuttery elevator is one. It probably has to do with using transform.position to move the elevator while having the player as a rigidbody above it. Not a good idea. The console command system is pretty nice. Interesting design. Hope you'll proceed to fix this later on.
Light the Beacons by mike.cullingham 2016-08-30T13:08:00
Interesting idea, poor execution. The lack of sounds and feedback makes it hard to see if it works. The -50 didn't seem to be of use anywhere and the lack of endgame makes the game really pointless. Good on you for trying out new ideas though.
HighFly by TimHunter 2016-08-30T13:02:00
Controls are very floaty, the down key is useless gameplay wise because of this. Good art though.
The Unreal Odyssey by cushycode 2016-08-30T12:12:00
The map is pretty confusing to read and It took me a while but i still can't pin point the position I'm in. The art work does what it intends to do, good job on that but yeah this game isn't super good in terms of gameplay. It had a good idea, maybe if you flesh it out more then it could be great. Good luck on your next project. Cheers.
Tower Miner by Reyn 2016-08-30T11:45:00
Nice dialogue and nice first try, however the difficulty curve is a bit way too steep. I loved the texts that tell you what to expect. Unfortunately the mobs dont seem to make a difference except provide a different sprite display as far as I can tell. Also a way to rotate the camera would be nice. Good luck on future projects.
Faro by Alkrimil 2016-08-30T11:34:00
This is the most interesting boss fight I have ever seen. Good job on it. The only thing I didn't like about it were art wise the animations. Everything else though was pretty good. A proper death animation and such would've been a nice addition but more importantly, congrats on completing a game of this scale in such a short time.
Kill me now by Pierrec 2016-08-30T11:15:00
The dialogue was perfect, I was engaged the whole time. The flask puzzle was the hardest imo as it wasn't obvious but the game was solid in the end. Good Job
Monocular Rift by Ghust1995 2016-08-30T10:02:00
I have no idea what is going on with the game, and the mouse sensitivity is really high. Sounds like a good game but yeah, if this game is meant to show how the monocular rift works. It needs more output to let us know how to use it or something. Anyway good job.
Backwoods Culinary Basics by skreeb 2016-08-30T09:58:00
I like how this is a cooking simulator without retarded physics, it's pretty peaceful and the cooking system is done well. The time it takes to cook different things is pretty neat. I can't find any faults in this game as far as I know but yeah, good job with this game.
TI-82 DODGE by Jimbly 2016-08-30T09:41:00
excellent use of the theme, good job. I giggled from the concept of this. The gameplay is pretty simple but it finished what it strived to do so good job on that. Also the game runs well on windows 10 so good to know that the max os isnt xp.
Dino X by NEETsoftLD 2016-08-30T09:33:00
Art work is pretty well done, the view from this perspective is hard to determine where you are riding and what you are hitting. It seems to be impossible to lose the game since you can just hold down D and let him slide and pick up health along the way. Also too much going on to the point where I stopped caring to avoid them lol. Good job with the music and the sfx though. This game has potential, would be cool if you build up on it.
Ancient Island Simulator 2016 by TeslaCools 2016-08-30T08:29:00
The game feels pretty empty after all of the resources are gone. I cant figure out how to get new people. Food decreases but nobody spawns. After the resources are gone is there something else to do? Otherwise This game isn't really fleshed out. However, good work on completing a game.
Retro Player by justinooncx 2016-08-30T08:17:00
This is really good, Kudos for including Vivian James. The art and retro feel really works out. The controls were very innovative and I liked that. The only cons I can say about this game is the steep learning curve and how the game throws everything at you in less than a minute. Also the movement click is sometimes hard to click on due to its small size. Anyway, good job and good luck on future games.
Perambulator by sorlok 2016-08-30T08:11:00
The level design is good but it feels really cheap to have to restart the whole level because the blocks got stuck. It gets tedious. There is good gamefeel to it. Good luck on your next games.
Goblin Defence! by Senor Salty 2016-08-30T07:57:00
The music was hilarious, loved it. The problems I have with this is that the learning curve is way too steep for a game like this. The huge goblins are really hard to take down and they already begin to show up in the first level. Some of the goblins are so small it is hard to notice them. Also some more effects would be nice to make the arrow shots feel more impactful. If you have to spam arrows to kill the goblins, might as well make it full automatic so the player's fingers wont tire. Otherwise good job and good luck for future games.
Mammoths, Mammoths, Mammoths! by xiaobaobao719 2016-08-30T07:49:00
The game doesn't work for me. Sorry can't tell you much
Automaton's Paradise by JoJoX 2016-08-30T07:44:00
Interesting mechanics, the music became repetitive, the camera was really out of place at times. It is kinda hard to find the goal but Good work.
Pyramid Builder by iMer 2016-08-30T07:39:00
This is a really nice game, had a good time. Didn't see any problems. Good luck on your next game.
Knocker-Upper by Neonable 2016-08-30T07:35:00
The art style is amazing, the only issue ive encountered is that if you spam the menu buttons, things will go wonky. Good job
Grow by genluck 2016-08-30T07:28:00
I got addicted to this, good job. Only problem I have is that the game doesnt automatically end when you die.
Inventure by Mettra 2016-08-30T07:07:00
The sounds are so satisfying, the only minor issue I had with it is that the mouse looks like a y key. Good work.
The Collector by intXparts 2016-08-30T06:55:00
Good little game, most of my problems just come from the janky controls and how easy you get stuck to your doom. But that is probably the core idea of this game. Good job.
Rescuing Atlantis by Austinat 2016-08-30T06:45:00
beautiful scenery, good controls, good art. Only problems i have is it's a bit difficult to tell which tile is wall jumpable and sometimes the camera position makes it hard for you to jump down without falling into lava. Otherwise, well done for this jam
Lanterns Light by johnasebok 2016-08-30T06:28:00
I'm a sucker for turn based combat and this is well done for a short amount of time. A few things that might improve this imo.
1. auto move, perhaps selecting a player and clicking move would make it easier to move around instead of having to tediously click move.
2. more sounds for certain actions like moving and attacking
3. someway to know where the zombies are, it becomes a boring walk to find the next one and villagers will die which you can't do nothing about. Maybe add a death sfx and the camera point to where the villager die?
4.the text on the sides are a bit hard to read because they almost blend with the background HUD.
Overall, this is good work, nice progress and everything works well.
Foor by bigoss73 2016-08-30T04:41:00
Excellent game, the level design and puzzles were engaging. I would recommend having a scoring system and a way to tell if the cube is moveable again. Good luck continuing this.
Five Ancient Keys by Cody Hansen 2016-08-30T04:25:00
The puzzles are really unclear in this. The dialogue would be better if exiting uses space instead of enter. Nice art
Buried Maze by Thirzen 2016-08-30T04:13:00
Interesting world, the maze was nice, the movement was janky, the walking that is, it is hard to tell if you've hit an enemy, it is hard to pickup some of the gems. Some of the gems actually clip off and fall off the world (Add drag to the gem, maybe make them bigger cus they can be hard to spot in the pile of pot rubble). The broken pots' obstructs you once in a while (try increasing the mass of the player's rigidbody) and sometimes I die randomly because an enemy is closeby( I recommend making the death gradual or something to give off warnings?)
Idle Slave Master Clicker by mrwillowb 2016-08-30T03:39:00
The game really wasn't clear with anything, the slaves that move around makes it hard to click on them, it took some time to figure out what to do and I thought I was on the right track until all of my slaves disappear. It was also hard to tell if the slaves are working or not. Good job in making this in such a short time though.
Homecoming by adaFish 2016-08-30T03:27:00
The object pickup is a bit wonky, the wsad controls are quite floaty, the fps camera is good though. Some of the texts are too small to read. Also the goals are not so clear. Good work though.
BronzePunk by tintreas 2016-08-30T03:19:00
Excellent art, the game accomplishes what it thrives to be, the only thing I had trouble with was the last puzzle. I have no idea what the jvxyz thing means. Though i like how there is no need to drag your items or merge them.
Alien B.C. by kapezit 2016-08-30T02:58:00
Good job on your first game, I like how you made the first 3 purchasable items non auto build. So you're still forced to click on it before getting the auto terran generators. There's some innovative elements. TBH it's just a clicker clone but hope it acts a stepping block to more games eh?
