I won (and I'm awful at platformer) and was pleased by playing your game. I feel a kind of Game Box Color art vibe too.

Why the bullets don't go straight ?
Hard to tell what is going on and what is interactive, then you clic somewhere et you don't know what you have done ahah...
As other say, a board game based on these ideas could be neat.
Good idea, the balance could be better. Maybe chosing the number of operation than a not-explicit "easy/medium/hard" ?
Got a laugh !
Bonus point for Game of Life ahah.
Your screenshot didn't give it all ahah.
Nice effects, I don't know how to use the spear :/
Cool ending ahah !
What do I do now : http://imgur.com/ANAyjQL ???
Not bad.
Using a key to unlock just a key is kind of weird ahah. Good intro and overall a good job in not so much time !
I guess it's a roguelike, you start over at level 1 :)
I didn't know how to think like a pinguin, I guess you have to use the thoughts bubbles.
Sick animation !
I got a laugh :)
Well done, I like the added use of the Sokoban mechanichs. It's hard to tell where the Litoxyde is going, I guess it's the point ahah.
That thing is gorgeous.
As other says, it's hard. I'm sure you can use it to train micro in RTS ahah.
Of course the soundtrack is awesome !
I played the v3, good and smooth platform moves, well done.
Managed to make a high score of 15, that thing is very enjoyable !
Pretty well done, it's an interesting mechanic.
Nice concept, maybe without scrolling it could be more confortable to play with.
I like the music. Real sadness ensues when you lose :(
Using the upgrades screen before even playing the game one time is hard to apprehend.
A couple of solid things, like the background music and animation. I could go through the first level just by holding space down and waiting though.
There is only one spot on each type of ground to plant a seed ? I was always replacing former tree...
I lost my ship out of frame at first ahah. Neat graphics, I like pixelart.
HUGE file !
A bunch of fun/weird mini games, hard to win points though...
That black thing freaked me out at first ahah. It do no harm but it block the door right ? I didn't know what to do against it...
Funny, even if it's hard to tell when you got an axe with you or when a catapult is down.
Not bad, good art.
I thought at first that the ship shoot an bullet or a missile... so I was surprised by the weapon.
It's fun and has an engaging music, well done !
Did you tried to add the last Ludum Dare theme to it too ?
I was already sold from the pun in the screenshot !
Fun writing, I loved replaying again, good job.
That gratuitus mysoginistic step take me off guard ahah. I hope you'll make up for your meta Twine game by rating a bunch of games !
Chara design are not my style (the mom scares me ahah) but pretty well done.
The music background creeps me out a little, some of its mechanics are a bit frustrating, so I didn't find a lot of fun ...
Maybe add more of it as a sim game where the player can add one simple "script" to the rover (like "Go South and Stop if Meet ore")
That a great game, waoh. I want to play it with a controller during a insanely number of hours.
Just one thing : the scrolling feels weird when you go back and forth too fast.
Funny and enraging in the same time. It's one the best I played here.
One more thing : that final screen slow-mo animation is amazing.
Shiiiiieeet that game is hard. Fun and funny, as other already said, it has a Crash Bandicoot vibe, good job.
Tricky, but funny eheh.
I'm currently struggling to make an executable...
I tried py2exe, cz_freeze, pyinstaller, upgraded and downgraded version of python/pygame, no luck...
Lot of executables give me that error : "pygame.error: Couldn't open facelook_background.png" and I couldn't make it through.
Somebody get an insight about that ?
Very good job, it's fun even to crash ahah.
I didn't hear any music, even clicking on the toggle music button...
But I completed it, good work, maybe a different background on each room could explain to the player the rotating effect ? I think at first I didn't understand what do the red squares.
WERI FUNN I LAIK ITS GAM I WAOUL BY IT IF IT KOST MONAI
Oups... sorry I got a fun stroke. I was very pleased to play this, it's fun at the start when you dash back and forth eheh.
I liked the mechanic a lot. As others say, there is something here worth building !
Ahah, didn't find the winning combinaison, but got a laugh.
I played it alone sadly. A lot of cool things : the background music, the shooting effect of the harpoon, the low-gravity moves. Not bad.
Too much randomness as other says.
A basic gameplay, but as a fellow first time ludumdarer, I congratulate you :)
I like that you can put the yellow dot somewhere, then get the vampire to go on it, like a trap.
I like the idea, I was alone to play it sadly.
I think it's lacking a time feedback about your 2 seconds synchronisation, to help the player waiting.
And as Jarnick says, using keyboard to play it could be great.
Beware : there is a huge spoiler on the screenshot !
At least the theme is here : 111x111 pixels. Good luck with that.
I played it with bots, is it intended to play with others ?
I think it's in a very raw state, maybe get a couple rounds of "attacks" and not showing the other players immunities could be interesting.
As other say, a little more feedback could be appreciated eheh. The plain blue background don't help to navigate (hard to tell that I'm falling)
Amazing art work. I feel a "Another World" vibe, good job.
You're my 100th entry rated !
A lot of things going on in the same time in your game, very fast (even with the easy seed) so hard to play it. Maybe adding keyboard shortcuts ?
Hi, i'm from http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-28/?action=preview&uid=21047
You didn't play my game cause of all the work... I shortened the process, now the file is executable :)
Thanks for your feedback !
About yours : I liked the squared dancing guy between the level ahah, good use of the theme.
Controls a bit clunky, but a bunch of good level design ideas.
Very well done, got a Fez and Bastion vibe at the same time, impressive.
Welcome to the land of green people : http://i.imgur.com/wjxK6ir.png
Fast concept and catchy music !
My tips :
-Use the first 2 levels to grind money with controlled spreading of infected
-To cure, go to the isolated zombies first, so they can't spread more (it's easier to cure a bunch of concentred infected)
It's impossible to cure zombie when they got stuck on the shop aera, just push them out of it (thanks to Unity Phsyics !)
Good work, I'm awfully bad at that game though ahah.
Nice music. It feels good to always win eheh.
Trust that journalist !
Interesting mechanic, the fast scrolling when teleporting is a bit annoying.
High score : 256 !
Nice job, pretty cool intro music :)
It's the best multi-crazy-ending-text-based-adventure-with-red-balls game I ever played.
Cool game, well done ! In my first playthrough the killer was waiting for me behind the door ahah.
Interesting.
First impression : pretty annoying way to read the texts while displaying (cause they appear from the center)
Last impression : a short and emotional story, I was stressed to find the shooter ahah
L'intro qui donne ton CV aurait pu être distillée au long de la partie plutôt que faire une longue "cinématique".
Courage pour trouver un stage, je suis attelé à cela également !
It's definitely a surreal experience.
I totally completed it.
I guess it's a nightmare of Level Design to add new levels, it's a solid puzzle game mechanic nevertheless. Good job.
Pretty well done for a compo game.
Looks interesting, but unfortunately no iPad.
Maybe you have a different keyboard, but it was not comfortable to play it. I like the art style though.
I could finish it. As others says, good level design of using this mechanic. Good work.
Well done, cool idea, captivating simple game eheh !
My personal high score : 1400 points from 71 happy customers.
Good "twist". Fairly polished, well done.
I have the same missing .dll as others... Some googling tells me it could be about the Visual Studio mode of compiling, and that dll is one debug's dll of Visual Studio.
Btw, having the audio in WAV format gives a heavy file to download :/
Ahah nice screenshot.
Huge inertia and no air control, it's unusual.
Played it nearly blind for a bunch of time, so it gives me not much to enjoy the art style ahah.
Simply fun, looks already polished.
Hard to play the first phase, the UI could use a little more work.
Only played web version, the FPS give it a turn-based feeling...
The slow pacing and the subject make it a wearing experience. I lost 2 people but managed to graduate.
It's hard to tell with the UI how the upgrades work.
Very well put (I also read your blog posts) and how you use the mechanics at the end is clever.
Technically speaking, I don't know if the slow auto-scroll is intentional (to give a little break between steps ?) but sometimes it lost me a little when I started reread previous chapter during the scroll.
Too short but gave me a laugh !
I give you some feedback :
-First, if you want more rating and (more importantly) feedback, you have to rate other games !
-Sadly the control are told not in the game or in the Ludum Dare page but in a text file
-There is no way to tell you can skip that (ridiculously long but fun to read) intro...
-Simple idea, on overall it's well done
Entertaining to watch the shoot going back and forth between the ships !
It lack a bunch of stats and events I think. You can slack all week, then work one day to make back your boss happy, then going back to slacking ahah.
One thing : the box of stats appears at the start of friday, should it being at the end of friday ?
Not bad, but hard.
First impression : urgh the font is hard to read !
Last impression : urgh only one year ? I want more !
Crash after I hit Enter to play.
Show the potential to become a Cookie Clicker, but it's in a very raw stade. F**k the paperclips...
Like a 15 puzzle ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/15_puzzle ) but you are the one who arrange the blocks first !
Weirdly, you go back gome before all the car get out for the day. It's a good concept, and the lunch event is a great idea.
BTW, it could be used as a way to recall how to read time with mechanical !
That game is HARDCORE ! The spacebar's surprise is a nice touch.
Well done, interesting mechanics.
As others said, it's hard to light the match, and I was stuck behind the background tree. But everything was on fire !
The score didn't move at first, because I had the help screen not toggled off, I don't know if that impacted my score.
Didn't tried with the xbox360 controller.
I got the same error than Dikkop.
Interesting thing.
wat
Poetic an amazingly well done. Good job.
Ahah I didn't get all the fun of it, I guess I'm not a masochist :)
I missed some of the easter eggs, but I think I'll play it again because I only get to play Pachinko now...
Not totally intuitive, I like the "shadow" effect when dashing. I got a Mass Effect wibe with the audio, good job ahah.
Amazingly cute and impressively well done.
Good fast feeling, I like that the building are moving, a little psychedelic vibe.
The camera could give motion sicness I guess ahah.
I didn't think at first I was going to playing it for so long, usually I dislike going back and forth. But your replay mechanic (a la super meat boy, as others say) keep me playing. Good job.
Inusual way to use the theme btw ahah.
I didn't understand at first you have to go back on the bus. Pretty well done in 48h.
I got a laugh, thanks.
As a fellow Pygame contestant I have to try it ! I runned it with Python 2.7 (and Pygame installed of course)
You could make an executable of it by the way... at least tell which Python version you used to make it.
It's an interesting mechanic, the controls are a bit clunky.
Riveting is the appropriate word.
I can bounce a lot without anticipate the crash at first (because there is A LOT of friends) then you die and your friends trash you, ahah.
It's not a totally original idea, but it's fun and pretty well done, so good job.
Hard it needs an installer for it...
The camera don't move equally when you reach the right side or the left side of the screen, so it's hard to predict your moves.
I liked it, simple and good.
The music kinda don't fit the genre I think. The one-way to slide your car is a good twist of that kind of game (where usually you can going left and right).
Maybe I'm slow, but the energy bar runs out very fast !
Good way to use the theme.
Tips : The bulldozer is not intuitive to use at first, you have to hold X to use it.
I'm not good at this...
I like the "choice of sense" concept.
Pretty hard, I like the display of former trajectory. How to play is a bit confusing at first, I didn't understand why I couldn't move both ways in my first play ahah
I have to say : F***** these weeds !
Good job ! I played it for a long time, even with the basic sounds :)
"Mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."
