Unexpectedly addictive. There are some bugs which don't let me finish the mission, just cant conquer the final castle but in rest game feels very smooth. Audio is impresive, graphic is decent and overall mood is hight. For sugestions, i think you should rewrite dialogs for shorter ones,it just donest motivate you to read more then a half. Overall very good job.
Smooth sound, graphic and overall feeling. The only suggestion i have is map shape, it feels clunky. In rest, my appreciation.
Unexpectedly addictive and fun. I think this game deserve to be polished and released on Android and IOS. Continue your work and have fun.
Very impressive, smooth gameplay and graphic with a solid audio accompaniment. This game looks like it only need some levels and its ready to release. Good job.
Sorry, can't let a quality review, don't have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.
I agree with other, background hurts eyes and also cuz of it you dont feel the move right, some times its even hard to predict enemy speed rate. To improve a think you should use another color palette and zoom out the camera for at lest 50%. Overall good game, especialy audio, nice work.
Sorry, can't let a quality review, don't have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.

Good use theme, smooth image and overall gameplay. I would suggest to change camera perspective because some time i don't understand how to place blocks, and also background fell too empty, add at least some blocks with forest/city/mountain theme textures. Nice job, keep going.
Actually this one was quite original, didn't expect a text based game with theme. The game itself its short and on the point, nice work.
Sorry, can't let a quality review, don't have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.

Nice little game with solid gameplay and graphics. The only suggestion i have its control, it is not intuitive first few minutes and i think you should somehow fix it. Overall good job.
Sorry, can't let a quality review, don't have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.
Quite original use of theme with nice execution. I liked the game but i think control should be smoother. Overall good job.
Sorry, can’t let a quality review, don’t have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.
Smooth cartoon graphics and good use of theme, sad it doesn't have any sounds but ok, good job.
For only 48 a very solid game. Very nice sound, 3d models and overall feeling, except frame rate, mine was very low.
@royale-with-steez Windows 7.
Nice and smooth gameplay, solid graphics, decent sound. I enjoyed the game but for some random generations i get game breaking bug, can't pass through. Overall great job.Bug.jpg
I think you should use 4 elements instead of 5 for better user understanding of rock, scissor, paper system. Also it is a problem with with aim but i think the main issue is not the control itself but the camera perspective, i just can't predict where sphere come from. In general solid game, especyaly if you did audio solo. Good job.
Simple and cute game. I think it should have more responsive textures on hitboxes but overall good job.
Look at this, one of best game i've seen this LD. Small and polished, as it should be on game jams. Also i dont even know what to say against this game, just 5/5. Only think it misses is the amount on content but this is literaly just a little drop in the sea. Well done.
Beautiful game, easy and nice to play, great work. Also i don't think you should worry about theme, it is only a not necessary choice which does not matter when you make with love YOUR vision of game. P.S. Help please, don't know how to finish. Almost.jpg
Very simple and well crafted game. Perfect match of the theme and overall high level of execution. I think you should just add more levels and a progression system like achievements and the game is ready for market. Good job.
Sorry, can't let a quality review, don't have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.

This game surprise from the moment you read the title. Funny interpretation of the theme and overall nice execution. Only complain it's leaf physics on the edge of the screen, hard to take them out. Overall good job.
I know that feel bro, I as well tried to make kinda big game and lost first day on traps wich 80% of people didn't see at all and huge levels that in the end remained empty. Overall i feel some love and hard work invested in this game and its very impressive. Personally I think you could improve this concept in like 3-4 weeks of productive work and made a nice casual mobile game with some deep progression system and maybe a scoreboard to maintain attention. Overall nice game, especialy made in such short time. Good job and congratulations with your first LD.
Good job for a compo short time restriction. Graphic is enjoyable, the game itself is clean and overall left good feels. However i would suggest to to raise a bit player movement speed, if the enemy get too close you don't have time to run or to try shoot him down. Also try to rate and left some feedback and other games, otherwise you wold not get any attention wich will be a shame. Nice job, keep going.
Impressive smooth gameplay with nice graphic and audio. Overall i enjoyed but i think the game need more much variety. Good job.
Nice use of theme and overall mood. I did it pretty far and would like to see a more polished version of this in future. And also, sound get annoying very quickly. In general good job.Screenshot_2.png
Sorry, can't let a quality review, don't have enough time, just want to help to get out of danger zone. Overall i think game is good, keep going. Happy Holidays.
To slow from start but it's entertaining on the end. Also idk how but I really enjoyed sound effects and the game overall. Good job, keep going to study new stuff and you wil make it.

One of best submission on this Ludum Dare. Small, smooth and enjoyable game with very beautiful graphics and smart use of theme, as it should be on a short time for jam. Overall great job, don't stop on that, it has poteantial.
Nice use of theme. I liked the amount of interactions in game and how whole it plays. And the dark side is sound design, idk why all those noises only irritates. Overall, very good.
Very good job, simply, fun, addictive. Only complain its sound, its need music and more sound support.
Nice anime taste mate. Now about the game. Good graphics and gameplay, however it feels a little clunky and that might be a huge problem. The narrative element it’s interesting and I will repeat again, good taste ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Overall, nice work.
Lol, i am dumb af, i managed to screw up tutorial several times. Overall, game feels very atmospheric with original gameplay, good sound and artstyle. Hovewer, my main concern its the game dynamic, it feels very slow when you got stuck or dont understand what is happend and all narrative driven motives to play just evaporize. Overall, very nice piece of work.
Amazing, this game it is kinda original and actually very fun to play. Strong main concept and right music choice, very good recipe. The only problem I see right now it is the lack of some “unique” art style. After you will find one, you can easily continue the developing to a complex game with much more content. Good work dude.
I do not think this game serve theme very well, but at least it is fun and easy to play. My main concern are audio, the lack of music and effects are too laud. Overall, nice work.
The game seems fun, but holy moly, the control its very non intuitie, and this its the main concern about the game. In rest, good work.
One phrase, “Absolute mayhem”. Fun game, very original art style, good sound. My only concern was that I could not understand some time if I play the game or game play the “me”, messy chaos. In addition, player acceleration and deceleration was too high and made navigati0n a little harder. Overall, very original and well put game, impressive work.
Cute little game. Idk, it was my problem or control feel a little clunky because character movement it is related to mouse instead of keyboard and sometimes I rust run in circles into zombies hug. Overall, I think it is a nice game, but you should consider control calibrating.
Just 2 questions. 1) Why this remind me of Hotline Maiami 2) Why i did not even tought about elevetor space when i made my game? Very solid game, with with heart and brain. Good audio, gameplay and mood. Overall, nice work. I dont even know how to improve it without radical changes, so keep up in the future.
Clever idea, I like it and find it both challenging & rewarding to think trough. Minimalistic art style work very well, but I think some good audio could boost very much your game
Good game but I think as ma y others tell you, keep the game simply or at least give people a proper tutorial. Gameplay and sound are good and graphic enough simple to make game understandable, overall, nice work.
Not bad. I like the main concept and how the game physics play a huge part on overall perception. Laconic and well putted. My main concern was game “randomness”, a lot of the time viruses just fall right on your head with little time to react. Overall, good job.
One word, overscope. I see how you tried to make the game much more complex, but this is not the best strategy for game jams, especially for compo. In addition, first, I would suggest to consider some HUD tweaks and a proper tutorial. Overall, nice submission, keep it up on the future.
Just to be sure, if someone encounter any critical bugs (like black screens) let me know pls, I'll try to fix as fast as i can. Thx.
@fireslash @derek-volker @johnyf Thank you for your feedback.
@beelzeboss So you get and felt the idea of hard IRL management.
Thank you all for feedback.
@siridakis Nah, you literally just have just to try like 3-4 times, the game it’s hard only because you get surprised by new mechanism, not because new mechanics are hard.
@demn Sneaky and very “evil” when you have to drop in panic all control and type the sentence, and then reorganize in little time your fingers. What a mad men am I.
@r3c0d3r Creepiness for the feelings, you cannot reject “good people”. And yes, maybe more members would be nice, but we all know how easy it is to over scope a game, some times less its more.
@keyurrana As a game jam prototype, I do not think so. People usually do not play same game more than 2-3 times so I just created 1 good 60 seconds experience. One ticket ride.
@freso Only if you have less than 2 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).
@dragojt No, just to type with keyboard. I know, the better way would be “Type: Leave me alone”, but I preferred to way to let people a little bit confused.
@awix The music was randomized, not a big fan of music editors.
Thx for your attention and comments, I appreciate it.
@dark-roast-studios know, the game its the work of the devil to make people to suffer from finger pain, lol.
@thedouche I prefer hardcore games, so I make myself hardcore games.
@mustiman You can, when “Leave me alone” appear, the game slow down, so if the “character” it’s far enough, you have the time.
@swini You mean keyboard & mouse.
@necromic Lol. Idk why but I laugh every time when I see the part with “horrible family” in your comment. And I would not say horrible, for many, this its average :/.
@paulo-augusto Not perfect, but at least entertaining and for the most, a fresh hardcore air.
@mcarrera You can’t actually lose, you just win more or win less. In addition, if you find my game easy you might have very good reaction or adaptability, nice for you.
@rosden I know, but I tried to make at least one “aha, I get it” moment, so I spelled SAY instead of TYPE.
@speedysloth99 I struggled a lot with background and in the end I decide just to take something very neutral with some minimal fit.
@chaitae Yeah, I did not made a good game, I a good and authentic game experience. I wished the audio could be better.
Yet again, thx to all for playing my game, now about ur feedback.
@robowarrior1982 You mean this screen, lol. http://prntscr.com/kjbns8
@shp I made an interactive experience like horror games, but instead of fear its anxiety (or w/e).
@coomzy Its hard to enjoy being f**kt when you don’t like it. Some do, some don’t.
@jerripo Yeah, I realized too that 2-3 minute games play and feels much better than 20 minute walking around with no clue (like my first LD game). About text, that was half-intentioned, half my bad. It was supposed to be difficult to read because of speed, not because of font or color, sorry for that. Thx again for playing.
@korso At least you get the idea that you have to write, “Leave me alone”, consider that a merit. In addition, yes, I am a little devil who like to make people suffering, and funny enough, some people enjoy this. JK, I just make games.
@inateno You have to write it, not saying. That was kinda the point, to get the idea that you have to write down, but maybe it was not enough obvious. I should re reconsider what to put there.
Much appreciation. In addition, yes, I tried all games from all users on comment section. @p1nkmaria @stefan-jovanovic
@valter Secure by typing.
@nam-nguyen Indeed, must be a bug. The game isn’t so fun to play, but at least it triggers very strong good or bad emotions to most of the people, and that is the only think that matter.
@talops I always prefer to lack content in exchange to quality, overscope it’s a bitch at each game jam so I try to never forget about her. And no, no need for uppercase, just simple type.
@void-productions I think I need a research for how many people scream and how many type at the end.
I will not be original and say as everyone one else, the graphics are amazing and the gameplay its very smooth and clean The main “problem” of the game it’s the lack of content like idk, power UPs or enemy diversity, however, what you have done, it’s done very well, nice work.
Brave move to try a full 3D game at Ludum Dare, this take some courage. Tbh, I do not like horror game so I don’t enjoyed as much as I could, but at least I can appreciate the effort you put in this game. Nice work, I think you should make the game a little bit easier to understand, and you will bi good.
I always liked when someone take some classic games and improve it to Ludum Dare theme. Overall, the game its good, but the lack of a interesting art style and audio make game a little bit worse. Still, I think it is a solid submission, nice work.
Nice little game. Overall gameplay and mood are nice, but I think you know better than me that this graphics are very hard to assimilate. Try next time to choose one specific art style, concentrate on programing, not waste time on visuals, and just stick to what you know the best. Overall, nice work. Keep working and you will find yourself very soon much better developer than you can imagine and good luck.
Yet again, the audio make all the difference. The game is very solid, fun but lack dynamic. I think you could improve it very much just by speeding up the tempo or by adding some diagonal or random moving objects. Overall, nice job.
Good work, really enjoyed the graphics and how clean the game its. Nicely done.
Nice little game you have here, and thx God you tried some original art style and setting (yes pixel art, I am looking at you). The game was nice, but I don’t really understand your control scheme, I needed some time to get used to. Overall, nice work.
I knew it, i knew that i am not the most original dude on this Ludum Dare and some else will use this implementation of theme. Overall, the game its good, but i think you should make it much smouther, right know it feels a little bit cluncky. Overall, nive work.
Very cute game made with a lot of work. I think everyone will tell you what is good about your game, so let’s talk about what you can improve.
I think you can easily port this game to mobile because the control do not need good reaction and the game overall it’s very meditative. Health bar of any kind because getting oneshotet with no warning it’s not fun at all. The character could be faster because the game territory its already big enough, no need to make game tedious. Different wood for different effects or enemies, I sincerely think this feature alone can skyrocket your game for several steps.
The list can go on forever, but I know from proper experience how destructive the perfectionism is so I will stop right now.
Overall, very good game and one of smoothest and most polished game ive seen on the moment, good job.
Funny and clever. I did not even thought about this when I made my game, kinda original. In addition, the best part is how smooth the game run, to only problem is that the game itself its very repetitive and too long because of that. Overall, good job.
It is quite amazing how much people can accomplish in 2-3 days nowadays, good gameplay, graphics, sounds and overall felling. However, I have two main concerns. First, its very week impact on enemy, I just cannot fell if I hit the enemy or not (even if they knock back and play a sound), they feel like rocks. Second concerns it’s the game dynamic (it may be because of hit boxes or hero speed) because I need to slow down very much every time to just not head-butt the enemy. Overall, good game with strong both thematic and conceptual design, good job.
Nice little game dude. You took a risky path by making a “table” oriented game, however I think this unique choice paid the price, your concept remain memorable, however you know how hard are this type of game to play without a proper -integrated- tutorial. Overall, good job.
Hard casual game, my favorites. I like how you implemented the theme with limited space and overall game, it have its own unique feel, but I think you could improve the game by much if you.
-Give to player more control. It’s hard, and sometimes I would say random to make the character doing what you want from him (which on his own would not be a big problem), but the player also don’t know from the start how next level will look like so he have to guess 1)what character will do 2) how level will look like. If you rebalance any of this 2 problems, the game will be more intuitive. -Some good song. I know, I have this sin too bc we don’t have enough time for this, but good audio can alone boost any kind of game.
-I feel like main charcter, background and the lines are from 3 different styles. You can easely chose 1 and go for it, any of this will suit you game.
Overall, I enjoyed you game and hope that my feedback will be utile for you and don’t sound like a harsh unargumented criticism, lol.
Looks like you try-harded as f**k. I see that you have some GD experience because the game isn't overscoped and have all core components in the right place. Nice work, good game to play with.
@nam-nguyen For "Game development" or "Game design", depends on context.
Now I know what happens when you chose quality over quantity, you make a good game. I really enjoyed and right know I think it is a shame that you did not used sound and music. These two components alone can bust your game like two or three time, but overall nice job, very simple and clean.
Clever use of limited space idea, but you concept have some problem with the element of random. The orbs just dont seem to have a consitency, and this its my main problem. Overall, good sound, graphic, feels. Nice work.
Cute little game with a unique art style. Overall the game it’s good but geez, the audio it very loud and distract too much from gameplay. Nice work.
1) Audio screamers are not funny. 2) I waited for some1 to clone Tetris.
Just kidding, the game was actually original and suite the theme perfectly. The audio part was only half a joke, but I think you will figure out how to balance sound. Overall, the game leave a good feeling. My main concern would be the game speed, it starts to slow (that is my personal problem, I just like challenges from start). Nice work.
Visuals effects are fun and add some spice to the game, but the control is not smooth enough. Sometimes I died only because I cannot properly control character velocity. Overall, fun little game with creative effects, good job.
The idea its good, but the desktop version suffer from screen resolution. Try pls to fix this and make the game with now height orientated. Overall, nice game with good concept, good job.
All that needs to be said about this game already have been said. Solid entry with high replayability potential. Nice work dude, with some extra content you could release this game on the market. Good luck with future projects.
Graphics fits perfectly the gameplay. Dark kingdom when you can get an instant lighting bolt on your ass for not being an blue hedgehog. Nice little game dude, you hit the mark with theme interpretation, hope you had as much during development as I did playing it.
What a useless piece of train! With enough determination, you could deliver all gold alone, by yourself! Ok, jokes aside, the game is quite original and what I like the most is that gameplay is very easy to grasp, you don't need a manual to understand the rules. And ofc, the rewards room at the end was satisfactory. In some way i miss some music (or maybe some dynamics, idk) on background bc the ride is very long and after the middle become tedious. Overall, great job.
In my opinion, the game lack some "impact", often is hard to judge if you are actually making progress or not and the choices you make not always lead to result you expect. Overall is a decent game, but the lack of sound make it harder to perceive (every aspect of the game is a new dimension, art, programming, sound and so on and even the slightest difference make a huge impact). Overall, congtraz with your game, hope you have learned a lot from this experience. Good luck.
Well, the game idea was great, and visual its quite expressive but something is missing. Idk, maybe more dynamic gameplay or a more exciting goal than just collect money. Overall, the game is good, but it lacks some "spice".
What a missed opportunity to implement "Ah shit, here we go again" meme. Idk why but on my laptop, the game seems a little bit laggy. Besides "not knowing" what to press on some areas, the game is pretty intuitive and ofc, the voice acting rocks. Quite a unique experience to enjoy so much humor and sound with LD games. Impressive work, nothing more to add.
Dude, the graphics and sound design are amazing, but come on! The control of the game is very unresponsive and the lack of invisibility frame when you get hit makes it possible to get stunned locked. Besides these 2 things, the game quite good, especially with a cutscene. Idk, maybe next time make a mobile OR desktop game, not both. Good luck with your next project!
For its casual look, the game is much harder than I anticipated. All that can be said about the game was already said (impressive graphics and audio). The only thing that its a little bit off is game balance, you somewhat can't understand from the very beginning if you have some advantage over opponents or not (and random dmg amplifiers make the situation even worse). Overall, a very solid entry. Keep it up, guys!
Maybe it's just me but the game is too slow and easy. I like everything else, sound, graphics, mood, but these pace make it boring. I think the problem is related to HP regeneration, you are encouraged to engage in 1 vs 2,3,4,5 fight and after that, to wait. Don't get me wrong, the game is cool, but the combat system needs a core change. Overall, nice work. Hope you this Ludum Dare as much as I do!
@generalanimal @hypp @erikkire @synadiome @vanleiden @arimie @naruvan @fashionbatman and @every_one_else Thx. @anderssonkev I suppose you just got a lucky seed 😉. @lukein Well, we all did our best, I just like to remind people how awesome they are. @nisanick @aqws3 @chambre19 @tomasmunro Well, the clicks were meant to be weak, however, I run out of time to properly balance the game, my bad! @drunk-wizard A decent balance, enemy/tower diversity, random encounters, proper music, and decent menu, however, game jams don't work this way 😭. @somogy Thx mat, coming up with random "stupid shit" was always one of my "talents". Hope you find some inspiration in my game.
@chrisdugne Well, I added clicking for the sake of impact because I run out of time to properly balance the game, so yeah, its more like a cruth than a need. @velvetlobster The music was randomly generated so I don't take much credit for it. The color palette was generated too, but I chose how to use it properly. Now here we are, in the huge gap between random and random-calibrated.
@pkenney Thank you for your detailed review, I know how much effort it takes to genuinely make one of those.
I don't take credit on music/sound but I DO take credit on graphic because it made all by myself (with a generated pallet of my taste).
The game doesn't have a proper tutorial (a sad game jam reality when you waste too much time on dreaming lands). Also, it lacks balance and diversity, in rest, I find making it very satisfying.
And who knows, maybe I'll end up making an extended, post LD version of it for the sake of my own entertainment/experience. I'll see after the result.
Have a good fortune with your own creations.
Corners, I hate those guys! Nice game dude, I haven't seen many racing games so far on this LD. I don't know how exactly you made youк game, but a bigger map or zoom could benefit a lot (maybe there are some limitations but I am not aware so this is up to your judgment). Overall, the game is decent, especially the theme. Hope you had fun during development, good luck with future projects.
Games like this one are the reason why I even bothered to become a game developer. 5/5 on all, for me personally games like that are the sort of art/self-expression that people lack in other domains of life. Good entry dude, hope to see much more authentic games like that in the future, good luck!
Finally, somebody who had the time and patience to implement in THE GAME some healthy GAME DESIGN practices, like teaching the player step by step how game rules work by adding a new feature every level. I'll be honest, the theme move=life was overused this LD and I personally got an "intoxication" by these interpretations, but besides that, extremely good work. Good luck guys, hope you more amazing projects in the future.
Very solid entry with impressive graphics and amount of content. For my own taste, the game seems slow (idk, maybe bc of the player attack animation, maybe bc of the enemy speed). Also, besides the fact that you can't play it on the browser, the game is at the top. Very good job, keep it up.
A game within a game, OK. The idea on itself is not bad, however, I feel like the game lack a "challenge/punishment", it's straight up too easy. Overall, nice catch on this Ludum Dare. Have fun for the rest of the event and be proud of yourself, not everyone finishes their games.
Good game. Why? Because it's entertaining, that's why. It put a smile on my face with this goofy combination of graphics, sounds, and gameplay. Solid game. If I need to chose 1 aspect to improve it would be the game "action feedback". It lacks impact, but besides that, nice work. Enjoy your craft!
S.M.O.O.T.H. The game is amazing, however guys...2019... Web implementation is the king, and this is a shame bc the sole reason why your game won't be played twice as much is the fact that you can't play it on the browser. Besides being short/easy, I have no other "complain", great work.
Lol, did not expect that. Very short and juicy game. It's quite satisfactory to reply over and over again. Idk what you could actually improve to make it better because the core gameplay is solid, maybe only adding more content. Overall, good job.
Cute little game. I do like the devil quotes and theme, however, the sound design is way out of balance (I think you are aware that some sounds play only on left ear and alien collision sound is way too delayed). If you fix sound and game pace, I could become much more appealing. Good luck, hope you had fun making it!
Nice game, a new touch for the classic design approach. During the playthrough, I got a few bugs (box collision was off and chest refuses to open) and a soft lock (an intentional one, if you use all your boxes on a precedent level the game get stuck). Glad you managed to add sounds bc a lot of games lack it and it makes the whole experience a little worse. Good job and have fun with future games.
One of the most innovative games this LD. Really enjoyed how hard yet simple the gameplay is, and also the fact that all other parts (like graphic and sounds) don't stand against the game as usually happen during game jams. Nice work, keep it up.
The game seems a little out of balance. The beginning is too easy in comparison with the late game. Overall, a decent game. Tbh, ill try to improve sound because of its too loud and noisy, and the game background, besides that, good entry. Good luck with the next one.
The game feels promising, but I have encountered the same bug as above (can't upgrade) and imortality (Idk if this is a bug or feature). With bug fixes and some balance tweaks, it might become a fun risk/reward to challenge both player skill and luck. Also, you have a typo.
Screenshot_1.png
@fictions @radgegames @konomizure Not including a high score was an artistic choice (to not overwhelm the game field with elements). I know that without one the game feels "meaningless" but with one I would feel less "authentic". Anyway, thx for the advice.
@jajakeim Thx, I hope too that it will be a next time :D.
@danielcmcg Thx, the visuals took 100% of my soul with this game, and gameplay took 0%...
@dqmhose @mutuware @p-r @mountday Thx. I think you all have noticed where I putt all my attention, but yeah, the game is dry af. @hcursino C2 has its own limitations. It's very good for fast prototypes, but in the long run, it fails. If you have enough time/desire I would suggest to find out a better engine.
An original take on the idea and really fun to play. Do you have more ideas on how you could expand this into a full-scale game?
Wow, a whole cutscene, without any irony this is impressive. Besides some minor font/scale bugs, the game feels very solid. It's sad it looks sound, they usually enhance by a lot of gameplay. Your style reminds me very much of Downwell, which is also a very simplistic game with some good design behind. I personally don't see how you could improve your game at a core level, but new content is always a choice when you feel stuck (like unicorn comets from open space with lasers and rainbows). I hope you had fun, good luck.
The game is curios to play and have a good pace at the beginning, but it becomes tedious too fast. I think the best way to improve your game is to let the narrator tell a long story when it comes to 1000 clicks segments. Even if the player doesn't enjoy clicking, at least he can read what "God" has to say and would want to know "the end" of the whole adventure. I don't think you have to compromise anything else, overall a nice entry, good work.
@konomizure Maybe you can consider this as a very good opportunity to learn something new.
Don't trust the pixel art, this game is the creepiest one on this Ludum Dare (thx, now I have a nightmare after chicken decapitation  ). Joke aside the game is nice and smooth to play, can't you give much advice, it's just solid. Maybe by adding some guffy dialogs, you can actually have a very high score on humor (if you plan to develop further ofc). Overall, a good job.
@igoreshka It's hard to tell if is worth as a commercial game (good platformers are very hard to make) but if you like the idea you could give it a try.
@igoreshka As long as you don't get attached to high expectations and have fun during the process, you are good to go. If you really are going to do something beyond Ludum, you can find me on FB or/and Itch.io (i have the same nick as here). GL HF.
Beside slow/clunky control and lack of audio, the game is very solid. It's fun to look after the narrative and see how advice is an integrated in-game world. Beside first 2 concerns, I can't add much more "critique", good work.
To my surprise, the game was much more fun to play than I anticipated. I would suggest doing something with spike segments, they are overall frustrating, but besides that a solid entry. Try next time to make the level harder, not longer. The game "should" feel like a puzzle, but it feels more like a generic platformer. If you work on your level design it might come out as something very entertaining. Good luck with your next project.
Impressive. One of best compo game around for LD41. Very smouth, cute and easy to play. My advice, try to play around with ball elasticity, sometimes ricochet don't fell right. Overall, good job.
Good game. For now, this game have the best mood and overall good feelings. However I think you should add some "walk" animation and change projectile from frog. Good luck.
The main problem with this genre it's balance and level design. It's quite hard to react, especially because react speed of character it's slow, not critical but still a problem. Overall I enjoyed the game. Keep practicing, we both know you can do better.
When you get **the idea**, the game become fun to play. Nice theme realisation and overall work. My main issue is that frame rate drop to 20-25 for no reason. Double check code, maybe it's a browser problem, maybe something else (I played on Chrome).
I really enjoyed the game. Control feels a little bit off, but overall, a solid 4+.
Fun game with smooth mood. Only problem I see right now it's the lack of high score/end game screen (not game over screen). Overall nicely done.
Fun little game. Idk why but for me this **turtle** look like a **tank**, even after some time playing. Maybe you wold consider a walking tank game? Anyway, good job.
10/10. This game resonate perfectly with my state of mind. Very impressive.
Music right after loading screen its very annoiyng (for some reasone, intro work only in right headphone). Even after several tries, gamplay still remain a little ocnfusing. Howeever, without doubt, graphic and mood are on the top, good job with these 2. Theme and innovation are good as well, but humor wasnt for my flavour. Overall, impressive work.
@John Darrington @Eldemarkki @harusame @Shoj92 @Rolf Rothgerber Thank you for warm comments. Some say the game it's stresfull, some say addictive, at least no one remain indifferent. Hope everyone will practice in continue, to improve their GD skill and have some fun.
@SvartTand @Talops I know, the game its kinda repetative, but at least is short, beatable in 5-10 minutes and its **NOT** overscoped as hell. First LD I felt very tired just beacause of huge scope, this time, was much easier (even if i spend like 2-3 hours less tha last time). So yeah, still room to improve.
@ludum1118 Maybe. I tried to keep cards as simple and memorable as possible. And also i personally don't found emojis very funny. A good idea could be to make cards with different human silhouets, like "funny jokers" or w/e, but this would consume **too much time** for compo submission, however, this its a good idea for Jam.
Very fun game. Visuals and mood are great, however audio get very fast a little bit annoying. Overall, good game.
Camera still shake too **much**. Overall, the game have a very good mood. Nice work.
Good job. I personally don't like control scheme from top side, when you have to control like in FPS, but at least it feets theme very nicely. Good luck with your next project.
Nice mood, it feels very polished. Good job.
Ok, main problem, humans don't have 3 hands. I think you should change **jump** button to **up arrow** instead of **space** & maybe down arrow to interactions, not so sure about this. Second problem, bullet projectile its quite hard see. Overall a decent game. Good job dude.
Nice job. The game it's easy to understand (which not happen very often on LD) and humor it's quite good.
I feel too **dumb** (or tired) to finish this game. At least I can say that overall it's awesome, just tweek sound on Construct 2 with -10 or -20 DB and the game will fell better.
For the moment, the most fun idea for a game this LD. I think you'll get high score for fun and mood. Nice work.
Fun little game dude. Personaly, I think the control are a little **too icy**. Cube slide too much. Overall, nice work. Congratz with your first submission.
Actually scarier and more atmospheric than most Steam Greenlight (Direct) horrors. Nice job.
My opinin. The game it's good, howeever it's not enough **gameplay**. Art is awesome, audio too. Level transations are too long. I think this style it's better suited on interactice comick book (wich it's esentyali the same, just with another name). Overall, I enjoyed, thank you.
Nice game dude. I think you will get enough advice for this one game, but still the best advice you can get its to never stop. Practice more, its actually the best think ever you can do. Eventually you will get, how to make best games you are capable of. Congratulations with your first Ludum Dare. Удачи мужик.
Impressive. Very specific yet very fun **type** of game. Minimalistic and smooth. Nice job.
Very good realisation, personally I think you should make a alternate control scheme for keyboard only, could be fun. Overall, good job.
Nice job, simple and smouth. Almost every LD game have sound issues, try to make it less loud. Overall i enjoyed.
