This is one of my favorite art styles I've seen in the jam! Everything from the buttons, icons, to attack animations looks so thematic, and the concept of the game is great.

Excellent graphics and audio! I am so bad at this game lol, I don't think I quite got how to play it.
Those are good sprite animations. Gameplay is pretty fun, lots of different enemies and abilities. Good work!
Absolutely love the style, the game looks gorgeous
Awesome style, great execution of the selling hp idea! I'm gonna save this game to play occasionally :)
This was awesome! The art style and interface you guys created was really cool. Definitely took me one or two deaths before I actually figured out what was going on, but it was pretty fun! The animations and different enemy types were also really cool. Overall, really good gameplay and style - the audio was alright but didn't really lend much to the game, but other than that, I'm a huge fan.
Art style is awesome! Very good game!
It1s hard but with 2 or 3 times I canned arrive for. A beautiful game.
Love the art style and the gameplay was great. Good job!
Amazing art direction, lots of visual content for a jam. Too bad you didn't have time to implement some feedbacks on the spell buttons, like you did for the menu. Other than that it can be very addictive ^^
Okay, I'm in love with this!! The graphics?? AMAZING!!! The music, interface, everything!!!
It's just amazing! The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is very enjoyable. Nice work!
OK this is the first Ludum Dare game of 44 I am playing and I have been sitting here for 45 minutes trying to win. I can't quite do it so I'm moving forward. Your game has an incredible, and I daresay insane amount of potential!
Love the art style, though gameplay itself is nothing uncommon.
Impressive. I want to buy it :D
Incredible game. Art, music, systems. Truly elegant!
one of the best art style / animation feeling I've seen ! good job
The game is super pretty and simple but it works super well ! I was already thinking of strategies to solve it like a puzzle.
I have two (really minor) complains : * I was just a little bit boring waiting for the mob to fight, maybe it wasn't enough quick ? Or it need some action to get some bonus ? * Also I'm not a fan on the music. I don't have the feeling it matches with the game design.
It has a big potential and I'm seeing me already playing this type of game during my home to job traffic !
Best art style I've seen so far
I'm in love with the artstyle o-o Amazing entry all throughout!
Very great Art - and great idea. Loved to play it.
For its casual look, the game is much harder than I anticipated. All that can be said about the game was already said (impressive graphics and audio). The only thing that its a little bit off is game balance, you somewhat can't understand from the very beginning if you have some advantage over opponents or not (and random dmg amplifiers make the situation even worse). Overall, a very solid entry. Keep it up, guys!
Art style is amazing. The drag to sell mechanic didn't really see any play for a while so maybe introduce that earlier on? Really nice graphics though!
This one is really amazing, just rework the music and it will be a perfect entry :D
One of my favourite so far. I really dig the graphics and the animation. The gameplay is simple yet quickly addictive, i played it ten times ! I really liked the music too. Great job !
Lovely! Nice artwork and sound, it fits well together. All in all a nice and polished game
Wow, all of theme comments about the art style and polish are definitely deserved! One bit of feedback I have is that it would maybe add a bit more strategy satisfaction if, while you were buying your next upgrades, you had *some* information about your next opponent. Thus, one could make a slightly more informed strategic decision about whether to play it safe with what you have or gamble for a better powerup. Maybe just one or two of their abilities. However, one could just memorize the ten different fights so this feedback is more relevant if you end up implementing a larger set of semi-randomized encounters in the future.
It took me a while, but i won. Super addicting.SnĂmek obrazovky (27).png
Amazing art style and gameplay, found myself trying to beat the game again, and again, quite addictive.
Great entry! Possibly the first one that actually felt like a challenging and complete game. Incredibly addicting, I actually took the time to beat it. Absolutely loved the graphics and the art style. The balance was quite good, a few of the foes were phenomenal and had a lot of personality in their movesets and designs. Great job guys, keep it up! Only one tiny bug though: after a few attempts my guy had a constant visual effect of being stunned even though he wasn't. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Very well designed visually, it looks incredible. Your colour choices/graphic design come together so well. Good choice of music. I think you could definitely take this game a lot further, but the 'spending health for upgrades' element doesn't seem very logical, but does fit the theme of course. I would get rid of that and turn this into a badass fighting/strategy game, or some form of RPG :)
Hey, that was quite an addictive gameplay! Very well done! Still trying to find which combo does the best.... image (3).png Yeees! Made it!
With 4 level of stun, poison, fury, vampirism (health + mana), regeneration (health+mana), attack, crit chancee, health steal (-120 health at once, wow)
Great addictive completed game!
This game really looks and feels great to play. One thing that I would add if I could choose would be to remove the automated attacks and let the played choose what would be their next move. This would also add a little bit more interactivity which I think is needed. Other than that it was fun to choose what I want my character to be like and to choose which skills I saw fit for the next fight
great art style
The art and music is great, but I wished there was more gameplay. I don't know how much is random, but my level 3 boss had high defense. So even while having the +8 hp per turn ability and like 120 hp I still lost from him, while he had like 60 health (down to 30 when I died). Perhaps the gameplay can be more engaging if each turn the player can activate one of his abilities.
An Awesome entry with aamazing art direction and lots of developed and implemented mechanics in such short time.
There's a lack of sfx and it would enhance the user anxiety as an "expectator", like dama sfx and skills sfx, some grunts before releasing an attack, a sfx whilee playing the attack animation and another to sfx to reflect the result of the action, like the opponent emiting a pain sfx, and another sfx to reflect the contact of the attack (like some shaking armor and metal clinging on the armored enemy). Some of the passive skills are also unoticed without an animation and a sfx for them.
I really enjoyed that. The game is difficult as it should be, great audio and the graphics are very good! Challenging and simple, I spent some time playing and I really liked it. The balancing of this must have taken a lot of work... Great job!
