Very cool, I friggin LOVE alone in the dark and the old resident evil games. You guys did a terrific job both technically and capturing the mood from those old games! For not liking the theme you certainly did very well 😛

Very original concept! It has one of the best moods in any game jam I experienced. I think though that if there was a little more interactivity, some more things changed it would make the game alot better. Right now it feels a bit unresponsive and players will probably quit early.

the graphics are cool, I think it would be even more fun if the attacks went a little further and there was some sort of combo mechanics, but I guess that would expecting too much for a game made in a game jam.

Great art! and I liked that you lumped together several themes, saved some time during game design I bet. I think the pace is a little slow though, its hard to avoid the projectiles and the shots are slow so its hard to hit the boss.

I think it would be more fun if the firing mechanic was a bit more engaging, higher rate of fire and more bullets to kill enemies. Movement is a bit slow too.

I wasn't really sure what was going on, I kept dying on level 1 for reasons unknown. I also didn't get how the scores work, and the jumping is a bit awkward.

the graphics are nice and the game plays tight. its frustrating though that you go back to the very beginning when you die.

very smooth and intuitive gameplay. Sound was good but music was missing. It actually took me a bit to figure out what I had to do lol, maybe a bit more hints as to what the goal is for numbskulls like me would help.
