Interesting game. Maybe the first part was a bit strange. After some time it clicked.
The music definitively helped. Even if it's not yours, it's still a nice fit.

Pun intended :v: :smile_cat:
Yo, i cannot rate your game since i don't have a windows desktop machine, but hell. My game is named Slime, music and portals. Please let me have a linux build of yours! @steffo :smiley_cat:
Thanks for the build! The switching mechanics is kinda awkward and i'm not sure about the sound. Don't know if it's too creative or done in 30 seconds :D (like my sprites and programming in the last hour of ludumdare :D).
I think the gameplay was fine overall. Keep up the good work :). Coesive and creative pixel art.
It's actually surgeon simulator, but with better artstyle and game design. It's a nice puzzle game. I wasn't certain if in the end you would have to perform some strange surgery operation. Glad i stick to the game to find out
PS: The artstyle is really good.
Very impressive. The gravity is a little bit too soft (still it could be good since it's a reaper ghost i guess  )
Gameplay was definitively its strong point. A lot of thinkgs to experiment with. As other said, the controls were a little bit clunky but overall i enjoyed it. (didn't finished tho).
Awesome mechanics. I liked the transition between both worlds.
Both music themes were good.
The game was a bit too easy. I think it would have been balanced if it was a competition between 2 or 4 players, but i guess you guys already know this (As far as i can tell with the four portrait on top). SFX were a bit on the loud side. The graphics was spot on, except for the tileset for the ground. That feels a bit strange. Overall it still looks nice.
Graphics is a little rough, but hey! Still a 3D games in 3 days, good work!
Those are good sprite animations. Gameplay is pretty fun, lots of different enemies and abilities. Good work!
That's a cute cat :cat2: Anyway, maybe it's my screen but sometimes birds were too similar with the background. Probably it's me that i'm blind  Love the sprite!
The game felt a little bit slow. Traveling to the the other island takes an eternity  other than that, the grabbing mechanics is good! The graphic is really appealing, apart from the UI.
Buttons are strange in shop, probably the textfield is taking the event of the buttons. Still, solid gameplay. I don't like too much tower defence genre but i can see that, with better graphics, it could work.
EDIT: Still in time, but i changed WAV music to OGG since it was huge
@hubol it should be webgl 1.0 Anyway, on the itch links there are also files for the builds of each OS below the page.
@hubol I'm not sure actually what is causing that. It seems that sometimes it doesn't work, even for me. Download the native build i guess.
EDIT: Put a warning on the HTML5 Build that seems to have problem with some browsers.
@norris-eldridge Try the native builds below the ITCH page, or use firefox. Refreshing the page seems to work sometimes. It seems to be an issue with the engine.
@twan-mul Download the native build, link is below the itch.io page :)
@toasterbath Ah no worries, it's just unfinished. You have to take the double jump and stay on the higher ground. If you go down there's no way back up. (I rushed the last hour sadly :) ). The only things that are written in the end are "Thanks for playing, we'll be trying harder next year"
The slime were cute  I don't know why but it's the forth game i've found (mine included) with slimes in it. Must be a recurring theme  Gameplay was functional. The tradeoff with time was good. Moving walls are a nice touch.
I would have put some sounds, that's it.
Highly relatable  Nice pixel art!
This is the best interpretation of the theme as of now. That was amazing, great idea. Also the soundtrack was pretty sweet, characters theme are so spot on.
On linux it seems to be working for me. I used a bit the easy mode to see the next waves, i'm not that good :smile_cat: I liked the player spirte a lot!' I would definitively include some music in the backgroud.
The artwork is surprisingly good. I have to be honest; The gameplay wasn't anything special, but still i appreciated the mood of the overall game. I don't think it needs better graphics; I would have rather have a small non-intrusive soundtrack and a little bit more polished gameplay.
Definitively love the style. The bow mechanics is pretty sweet. The soundtrack is also simple and very catchy.
The jump timer really slows down the game pace  I liked a lot the character and the shooting mechanics.
Hey, that's amazing. Can't imagine me doing anything of this in 3 days.
This game brings back old memories. A pity that there is no sound. Art style on point and solid gameplay. Maybe the accuracy mechanics is a little too simple. It's pretty hard to screw up.
Wow this is difficult :bear: I can't get past the first 30 seconds
Good: Overall nice design. Golem animations were very good. The music was on point with the game. And, it is made with Godot  cheers. To Improve: A bit too easy, but the last level actually gave me some headache.
The concept is really nice. As @faiorb said, it feels a bit slow. Also the life bar of the coin and the hearts decrease toghether, is this correct? I feel like they should go down as you use the correct object.
Overall a very nice entry. Definitively nice and simple pixel art. I can see why there's no audio in the game, you had to implement a lot of stuff.
I think the gameplay was its strong point. I found that the camera was a little too shaky for my taste, but i saw others and they liked it, so it's probably me  A soundtrack could have helped :) Overall, nice!
Page not found! :(
The music is awesome! Overall a good game. It only needs a bit of polish on the level/obstacle spawn design; I would include different objects.
Doesn't work really well on chrome on linux (countdown text gets cut sometimes), probably it has some problem with webgl. Firefox however is working perfectly.
Other than that, i would have done some preloading of the resources you're using. I had substantial stuttering initially (every time a new type of object spawned). After that, it was a smooth sail
The theme interpretation is questionable, but i liked the game ! At least it's finished, unlike mine :v:
@phi Archlinux, Nvidia 1070, Intel E3-1275 v5, x11 DE, Chrome 66. The performance issue is probably due to Firefox or Nvidia binary blobs(396.24)
A lot of stuff for a 48 hour. The gameplay is also really nice, just a bit difficult. Loved the sounds. Ah also, i feel like the smokes beneath the characters is a bit confusing, especially if it's bigger than their sprite. I would have put a smaller fx :) But that's just me.
Liked the idea, a bit confusing at the start
Hey @Adrenallen, when i toggle the music the character keep walking left! Check if there's a bug :v: maybe it's only for me.
Interesting idea. It is also difficult, just like bullet hells ;)
You're using unity3d right? You really should export your game for WebGL, Linux and MacOS. Only windows usually doesn't get played that much
Anyway, cool design, i liked the graphics.
I love the graphics a lot on this one! I liked also the sound, it's not that bad.
Nice music! Wish it looped a bit better, but hey it's good!
Not a fan of memes; I liked the spatial audio usage  good job.
@Moczan Thanks for the comment and the brilliant suggestion, i really appreciate it.
The idea vastly surpassed the execution sadly. I had in mind the following feature: - A good tutorial. - Reverse Date (The goal would have been to lose after discovering some truth about the other character) - Having the enemy and player units to interact
Instead of all that, i did a parser for a 25 lines dialogue o/
