Love this game! The letters and newspaper articles really flesh out the backstory! Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing more of your work!
I really like this little game's simple aesthetic and retro sound-effects. The sheltering mechanic when standing in front of buildings is a cool addition and I love the inclusion of the Wilson scream when NPCs die!
Wow, what a heavy game! It's good to see another narrative based game out there, especially one as polished and simply effective as yours! I look forward to playing more of your games - keep up the good work!
Awesome game! Almost perfect in every way! Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing another of your submissions!
I love it! It's fun, the graphics are nice, you can play it with two people and it's got a good soundtrack - what more can you wish for!? Keep up the good work - I look forward to playing more of your games!
The game worked perfectly for me, and I loved it! The multiple endings were fun to replay and discover. The art style was simplistic and effective, and the writing was pretty well-done. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing your next submission!
Brilliant game! I love the dialogue between the two characters and the Rick and Morty references are hilarious. The gameplay mechanics are really fun with the way it ties into the storyline. Keep up the good work - I look forward to your next submission!
Extremely polished game, albeit generic gameplay. Really relaxing soundtrack, and a nice game overall - keep up the good work!
Nice little game. Cool work!
Nice game! Good job!
What an awesome game! I love the little cutscene at the beginning, where the really quite unique concept is explained to you. The sound effects are really nicely done and the gameplay is really smooth and looks brilliant. Keep up the good work - I look forward to seeing your next submition!
Really nice game - an awesome spin on 2048!
Wut. How even. This game is ridiculously good - by far the best game I've seen this Ludum Dare. Keep up the good work, I really look forward to seeing your next submission!
Awesome little text-based game! I really like the UI and the way the text appears gradually on the terminal screen.
This game was incredible! The gameplay was brilliant, the idea was brilliant, the bugs were brilliantly hilarious. Overall I absolutely shrekking loved the game. Good work!
Nice idea for a game, but unfortunately it's quite confusing! The death sound-effect made me jump when it suddenly sounded as well! Good job though.
Looks can be deceiving - the game was actually very fun! I liked the funky fresh beats!
Very fun, unique game! I loved the mechanics and each mission had an interesting backstory! Keep up the good work!
This game is absolutely brilliant! The graphics are really good, as are the sound effects and the game mechanics! I played it through a few times because it's so smooth and fun to play! Overall, a really polished project - I can't wait to play your next game!
Awesome game! The graphics and animations are really nice, and the gameplay mechanics add a nice touch to the endless two-button genre. Loving your work - I can't wait to see your next project!
Very funny and unique little endless runner! I loved the physics-based mechanics and the overall idea is hilarious! Keep up the good work!
Really nice little game! I like the art-style, and the death animation for the knights is brilliant! Keep up the good work :D
Really cool little game! The controls are suprisingly smooth and easy to use, the soundtrack is simple but effective and the gameplay mechanics are really nice overall - I like the ability to disarm your enemies before destroying them :P Keep up the good work!
What a fun game! The graphics and animations are really nice, and it's always nice to see another game bringing back split-screen gaming! Unfortunately the direction of the race was a bit confusing, but in a strange way that added to the chaotic fun! Keep up the good work - I look forward to seeing more of your projects!
Really nice graphics and a cool idea! It took a while to figure out, but once I understood the game, it was really fun! Keep up the good work!
Great little puzzle game! The gameplay mechanics were entertaining and interesting, and the art-style felt very smooth and polished. Keep up the good work!
What an incredible little game! The art is fantastic, and the humour is brilliant as well (the conversations with the skeleton is the best)! Keep up the good work - I look forward to seeing another piece of your work!
Fun little game! I think if the flying was a bit more physics-based it would have felt a lot smoother to play, but otherwise it was a fun game overall! Keep up the good work!
The mood and graphics for this game were absolutely incredible! I need to know how you did the art! Unfortunately the gameplay was a bit confusing. I look forward to your next submission - keep up the good work!
Awesome little game! I love the art-style and the gameplay is really entertaining and replayable! Brilliant game overall. Keep up the good work!
I love this game! The idea is absolutely brilliant - seeing the different routes the life can take is really funny and entertaining, and the art adds a lot to the game. Keep up the good work, I really look forward to seeing your next project!
Really nice game! I love the artwork and the corruption mechanic makes the game really interesting! The soundtrack is pretty cool too, so keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing your next submission!
10/10. Hands down best Ludum Dare submition.
Brilliant little game! I had a lot of fun with it. The only let-down is the annoying jump-noise, but it's not a big problem. Good work!
Nice little idea for a game. Becomes slightly tedious by having to wander around for a long time before finding all of the objects though!
Would it be possible to publish a web or windows build? The screenshots look brilliant and I really want to give it a play!
Cool idea for a game. Like the scientific aspect of it! Took a while to understand, but it was pretty fun. Good work.
Wut. How did you even. SO GOOD.
Really fun little game! The dialogue at the beginning is hilarious and the gameplay mechanic of switching between the two colour-schemes was really interesting. Keep up the good work - I look forward to your next submission!
Brilliant little game, love the gameplay mechanics - it's also a lot of fun to play with a friend! Keep up the good work!
I got the game working, but I'm sorry to say it's just not very good :P. I noticed your sprite was a bit blurry - you can try turning off the compression for that sprite to make it clearer :D. The humour was quite funny, and overall I think it's a fun little game. You have potential so keep working at it!
Interesting little game you made! I like the gravity-change mechanic, it's really unique. Also, welcome to Ludum Dare! I look forward to seeing another of your games!
The graphics are simple, but really effective. The gameplay is also really fun and the map is really well-made. I love it! Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing more of your work!
This game is actually awesome. Keep up the good work!
Awesome and unique little game. Keep up the good work!
Awesome little game! Good to see VR is a thing even in Ludum Dare. Keep up the good work!
Very nice. Keep up the good work!
High score of 16! Great little game, keep up the good work!
What the fuck even is this. 10/10
Really awesome game. Keep up the good work!
Really cool and interesting game. Look forward to seeing more of your work!
I love this game! It's really challenging when you have to memorise the letters and time them correctly. Keep up the good work! (I got up to a score of 119,130 :P)
Interesting game, it really screws with your mind :P
Really cool little physics game with a surprising amount of substance and replayability. Good job, keep up the great work!
Cool little game. Keep up the good work!
Really cool game! The background art and gameplay are utterly fantastic, I only feel that the werewolf sprites and UI let it down a little bit (but hey, it's Ludum Dare).
Keep up the fantastic work!
I'm a big fan of Thomas was Alone and your game certainly hits that high note! My only qualm is that it's very short (and doesn't have a majestic narrating voice) :P
Keep up the good work!
Utterly hilarious and awesome, unique gameplay... FIVE STARS!
Keep up the fantastic work!
Awesome game! I'm surprised you managed to make so much with so little time. Keep up the good work!
Awesome game! Keep up the good work!
Really nice little puzzle game, very challenging. Keep up the good work!
Great game, keep up the good work!
The game looks awesome, but it crashes when I try to launch the .jar :P
Cool little game. Keep up the good work!
This is absolutely the best game I've played so far this Ludum Dare. 5* on all :D
Keep up the amazing work!
Great little game! Love the death screen, reminds me of dark souls :P
Keep up the good work!
Fantastic little game, absolutely love it! Keep up the good work! (My high score was about 700 :P)
Awesome game, I love it! Keep up the good work!
Very cool little game. Love the lighting and music, although the golem seems a bit overpowered and the dragon a little underpowered to me :P
Keep up the good work!
Nice little puzzle platformer. Keep up the good work!
Love it! Awesome game, keep up the good work!
This game is absolutely brilliant! My animations seemed to glitch out a couple of times, but keep up the good work!
Nice little game! Keep up the good work!
Really, really cool little game, I loved it! I thought it was 2D until the camera spun around, and it sort of blew my mind!
Keep up the great work!
Really cool game! Love the graphics and the gameplay is super awesome too. Would be nicer with some sweet gun-shooty sound effects but at least there's some great music! Keep up the good work!
Cool little game with a great atmosphere! very melancholy and a bit creepy. The ending comes a bit suddenly, but it's a great plot-twist! Keep up the good work!
Nice little game, very hard and super addictive! Keep up the good work!
Really cool game, especially impressive since it's made in flash! Love the little sound effects and the final battle is amazing. Keep up the good work!
Really nice little game! I love the graphics (especially the little wireframe birds) and the platformer puzzles are really fun. Keep up the good work!
Hey, that's pretty good! Quite slow, but I love the floating egg-people. Keep up the good work!
Cool little game, can be quite frantic at first! Keep up the good work!
Really cool game with a nicely innovative mechanic! Really smoothly executed with a nice overall theme. Keep up the good work!
Out of interest, what engine did you use to make this?
I have no idea what's going on, but I love it! Cool little atmospheric simulation. Really like the music, keep up the good work!
Wow. This game was really quite impressive, especially since it's so deceptively simple! The cel-shading looks super cool too. Keep up the great work!
Sorry @abezuska, Mac, Linux and HTML5 builds aren't working properly for some reason :(
Nice game! Keep up the good work!
Nice little game, the different weapons are really fun to find and use! Keep up the good work!
Trippy. In a cool way. Good work.
Delectable game as usual.
@devpaul Thanks for the feedback! There's a good chance I'll end up using some of your suggestions in the future :)
Really nice game! Fun, fast gameplay, nicely polished, and the public leaderboard is an awesome touch.
As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't really matter if it's similar to another game; you should be proud that you managed to pull off such a great technical feat in such a small amount of time - that's what Ludum Dare's all about!
All in all, really love your game... and I wish I could make shaders as well as you can ;)
**Keep up the good work!**
Great little game, really quite addictive! I remember playing a flash game that's a lot like this.
Anyway, keep up the good work! :D
Certainly one of the most unique games I've played from Ludum Dare! I really like the combination of looking carefully for disappointed guests and running around, balancing them between tables. The music is also really nice! My only downside of this game is that in one of the levels (the third or the fourth one I think?) you get mobbed by two or three geese at once, which can be a bit frustrating :P
**Keep up the good work!**
Wow, I'm really quite blown away by this game. It's often very hard to find a Ludum Dare game with a good story, but this one definitely fits the bill! I was very immersed by the dialogue, the atmosphere was superb, the character design was brilliant, and the music was absolutely incredible. This is easily one of my favourite Ludum Dare games that I've ever played, and I've been doing this for a few years now!
That said, I felt there were a couple of things you could do to improve it. Firstly, the artwork was very nice, but it looks a bit odd if you resize the sprites so that the pixels are different sizes compared to other objects in the scene. Also, the lack of punctuation and grammar in the dialogue can sometimes be a bit irksome, and could potentially be a lot more emotionally-fueled with good use of it.
But these are just little things, and should make you no less proud of creating such a phenomenal Ludum Dare game. **Keep up the fantastic work!**
*PS: What program did you use to make the music?*
Great little game! Love the artwork and the writing, really kept me hooked. Keep up the good work!
It's certainly a classic type of game, but you pull it off rather well! Breakout-like games tend to be quite a bloated and unoriginal market, but I think yours definitely has enough fun new mechanics to pull it together quite nicely.
That said, there are a couple of improvements I would suggest to you: Firstly, as PowerSpark mentioned, this game would be super fun if two people could play at once. Secondly, I would suggest that you try making some pixel artwork for your next game - it's really quite easy to do, and can make your game look far more professional!
**Keep up the good work!**
Really awesome game! I absolutely love the jaunty music and the peaceful little planet. The grass looks super cool and I think you actually did a really good job with that car model ;)
Keep up the good work, I think you're on track to be a #1 winner this Ludum Dare! :D
Really nice little game! It's got a fun little atmosphere, it looks really nice, and it definitely fits the theme really well. As other people have mentioned before, the controls are a little wonky, but otherwise it's a really good game. Keep up the good work!
Really awesome game, wish I had the chance to play it with some of my friends! Love the idea; it's incredibly unique and provides plenty of different strategies for winning a match. The graphics are nice and the little nanobots have lots of character to them. The gameplay is also spot-on and the controls are tight.
All in all I really can't find any criticisms here... I think you have the potential to make #1 this Ludum Dare ;) **Keep up the good work!**
The game looks really nice, and I'm sure it's a lot of fun to play... but I'm afraid that I can't move my character! Pressing WASD or the arrow keys doesn't appear to do anything...
Let me know if you find out what the problem is, I'd love to play it! :)
I really liked this little game, it's got a nice little atmosphere and the hand-drawn artwork looks really quite fantastic. It can be a bit hard to get the hang of at first, and getting people to do what you want them to do can be quite a challenge, but it quickly becomes a really fun game :)
**Keep up the good work!**
Note: You misspelled 'Cthulhu' in the instructions at the top-right of the screen ;)
Such a great atmosphere you've created! I jumped a couple of times when the glass smash noise was really loud XD I really like the way that the features are presented slowly as you make your way around the room. My only complaint is that it's sometimes quite hard/impossible to read some of the writing that shows up.
Keep up the good work :D
Really nice game! The idea is really unique and I think you pulled it off exceptionally well! It's really fun to play, if a bit slow, and it's incredibly satisfying to see your little planet grow and develop from a barren rock into a grassy paradise.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the music. I understand that time is short, but if you added in just one more instrument, like a violin or a drum, it would have been far more intersting to listen to. But that's just a small thing, so don't worry about it too much :)
Overall, definitely one of my favourite games this Ludum Dare. **Keep up the good work!**
Fun game! A little hard to figure out at the beginning, but once you get rolling it's really quite fun!
As Clickmation said, the noise when you click on the map is a bit too high-pitched, but other than that I really don't have any critiques.
**Keep up the good work!**
Why is this game so addictive?
It's a bit of a shame that there's nothing to do, but I'm still very impressed that you managed to put together your own engine in such a short time, so good job!
You should probably remove yourself from the audio category by the way, seeing as there isn't any audio :P
Anyway, keep up the good work! I hope to see you next Ludum Dare! :)
Still can't see a link :P
This game is oddly fun and pushing the poop into the fuel chutes is strangely satisfying.
Nice job, and keep up the good work! :)
Nice job on the game! It's quite simple, yet feels very polished and satisfying to play. Oddly enough, my favourite bit of the game is the HUD design -- it's just so smooth and professional-looking, I really like it :P
Keep up the good work, I hope to see you around for another Ludum Dare! :)
Really, really good game. The sprites are absolutely beautiful and well-animated, the music is awesome, and the gameplay is sublime.
I don't have much else to say about it, other than nice job -- and keep up the good work! :)
A surprisingly solid game, in my opinion -- I had a lot of fun playing it!
The gameplay mechanics were simple, yet polished, and using the numpad to type in the recharge codes was unexpectedly fun. (I think more games should use the numpad, it's really interesting control scheme :P)
My only criticism would be that it's a little on the easy side. I think making the power bar a bit smaller would fix this, since you would need to do the reload minigame more often, and it would really push the player's skills to the limit :)
Keep up the good work, I hope to see you again next Ludum Dare! :)
It's definitely an interesting game with some unique core mechanics. I feel like if the coding was a bit more polished, it could certainly be at the top of the leaderboards this time!
That said, it's still a pretty good game, and I had a lot of fun playing it. Keep up the good work! :)
A surprisingly solid game, it's really quite fun to play!
The weapon felt really satisfying to fire, and destroying enemies with it was a lot of fun. My favourite thing about this game has to be the dog enemies -- their running animation was really smooth and nice to look at.
Some of the graphics seemed a bit odd, like the core having strangely smooth, un-pixelated lines, but other than that I don't really have anything to complain about!
Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing what you make next!
The game uses a simple yet time-tested puzzle that's both interesting and entertaining to solve. The little back-story and theme you've got going on is the icing on the cake -- it's really quite funny and unique, I love it!
Overall, the only improvement I can think of is fixing the wonky click-to-place interface.
Good job, and keep up the good work! :)
A fun little game, and a good job for being made in such a short time.
That said, there are certainly a few things that could be done to improve it. The most important and simple to fix of these is the spawn-rate of the enemies. There needs to be some kind of curve so that the game becomes progressively more difficulty. It would also be nice to see the enemies taking more hits to kill the further you progress.
On another note, the control scheme is a bit of a pain to use. I know you posted exactly the opposite on my game, but you could really benefit from using a mouse-based control scheme! It would make playing feel a lot more flexible and far less clunky because you would be able to accurately change your direction in an instant.
Now, I know you also wrote the opposite for this as well on my game, and I guess it's simply a matter of taste, but I feel that your game could also easily benefit from an *'exposition dump'*. Context in a game can make even the simplest of gameplay mechanics and graphics mean infinitely more -- leading to a more satisfying, fantastical, and enjoyable experience for the player. For example, you could just be mindlessly killing monsters, or you could be hero saving an ailing kingdom from a scourge of murderous goblins... given the right context ;)
All in all, despite all my criticism I really did enjoy the game, and I feel like it could certainly be one of the best this jam if you had spent more than 8 hours on it :)
Keep up the good work -- I hope to see you around next Ludum Dare!
Really quite a strange game. The colours, the music and the ambiguous storyline make it all feel like some kind of fever-dream -- not that that's a bad thing.
I had a lot of fun just soaking up the atmosphere for this one, it was certainly a very interesting experience. My only real complaint is that the ending feels quite disappointing. A little picture to show what happens next would be nice, but I understand you probably didn't have enough time for something like that.
Anyway, nice job on the game. Keep up the good work! :)
This game is really rather good in my opinion. The atmosphere was phenomenal with the haunting background music and the incredibly unsettling clicking of the monster's legs constantly reminding you that you're not alone.
That said, I agree with the others: the game definitely needs a HUD or some kind of visual indicator of how much light you have left. I also think that the occasional squealing noise is a bit unnecessary, and actually serves to break the immersion a bit.
I feel like your game could also do with a bit of graphical flair. You should check out the latest official Unity post-processing stack -- it's super easy to use and with a bit of tweaking can make everything look a whole lot better with effects like motion-blur, bloom, chromatic aberration and the like. Check out a few examples here.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtoJ_CoRSyg
Anyway, keep up the good work. I hope I see you around next Ludum Dare as well! :)
A really interesting game, there's definitely a lot to it. I don't think I ever fully grasped the mechanics, but I definitely enjoyed myself!
The powers were a nice touch (reverse time was easily my favourite), and the story was pretty interesting and unique, even though I never got to end. The best part of the game has to be the music though -- it's rare to see music of that quality in a decent Ludum Dare compo game. Good job!
Overall, my only suggestion for improvement would be clearer instructions on some of the more complicated gameplay mechanics. Keep up the good work, and I hope to see a project from you next Ludum Dare! :)
I didn't expect this game to be so fun until I started playing it! The potion brewing mechanic is a very interesting hook that keeps you on your toes throughout the game, and the music and graphics are pretty damn good as well.
My only complaint is that I didn't realise that the potion recipe had changed, so a little message or some kind of audio/visual cue to tell you that the recipe has changed would be a nice addition.
Anyway, nice job on the game. Keep up the good work! :)
Game of the year, every year. Also don't make a strategy game next time.
Fun!! I scored up to about $1500 before quitting out. Always taking the least rewarding delivery seems to consistently keep you alive with an easy-ish route. Love the ASCII graphics, the post-processing and little jiggle animations really make the visuals pop despite their simplicity! I'm eager to see you make a game in this style but with more mechanics!! c:
"YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!"
I had a lot of fun with this game! It's a surprisingly strong foundation for a stealth game with the hiding spots, the noise-making patches, distractions etc. I was surprised!
The voice acting was a lot of fun, it got a smile out of me. *Especially* the guards.
The drone mechanic was really neat! It has a lot of potential I think, but I found it unnecessary to use. It also broke on the second level because of the ceiling.
Really great little game though, I enjoyed it! Would've loved to play a third level. Keep up the great work!! :D
Really great entry!! I enjoyed this little game. Keep up the great work!!
'Chaos' is about right! Honestly it was really fun to see everything move around, I had a good time with this one!!
I'm loving the pixel art by the way, it's simple but clear and cute! More than gets the job done
Keep up the great work!
I LOVE the funny egg man!
Honestly though, that's one of my big takeaways from this little game. I can't put my finger on it, but the design of the stupid comedian guy lives rent-free in my head.
Really enjoyed the game, I'm looking forward to your next project! Keep up the awesome work!!
This is a pinnacle example of a Ludum Dare entry... VERY impressive work in such short time, I found myself playing for a good 20 minutes or so! I'm actually a bit in awe that you managed to make it proc-gen all within the Jam period :open_mouth: (and maybe a little bit jealous...)
Also I'd like to shout out the art! It's so simple, yet feels so fresh and clear and really gets the job done. Excellent work on that!!
Keep up the great work!!
Really fun time, and very interesting idea! To the best of my knowledge, a unique one too! I had a lot of fun with this, planning all of the routes was oddly relaxing and I really vibed with it. I was quite impressed with the level of polish, too!
I had a good time with this little game, and I look forward to seeing what you make next! Keep up the great work!!
Fun!! Getting the truck rolling and then hanging on for dear life was excellent. I didn't get far enough to see if the shotgun ever came into it. It reminded me a bit of Little Big Planet, which is great!
Minor nitpicks are that WASD should allow you to move, and having to load the boxes onto the vehicle every time was a bit tedious. Other than that, loads of fun - thanks for making it!
Keep up the great work :D
I LOVED this!! I'm always impressed when someone does a solid, open 3D environment in a Ludum Dare entry. I was certainly not disappointed! I loved wandering about to deliver the letters, and I found myself exploring a lot more than I thought I would. You made quite a captivating little setting for this project
Keep up the awesome work, I'm looking forward to what you make next! Good luck!!
Great fun!! Once I realised you have to give away the items you use I was like 'OOOH THAT'S SO SMART'. Very cool idea, very well executed! I only wish there was more of it! I really dig the artstyle, too. The sketchy hand-drawn look fits and looks amazing!
Keep up the great work!! :D
What a fun little game!! I really enjoyed the difficulty curve, it gave me something to work towards! Playing a few times and getting better on each run was a good feeling... That's what you want to see!
I feel like the game could've done with just a tad more juice - some screen-shake, shiny flashy bits, or some touched-up art. But in the spirit of game jams of course, none of that's truly necessary!
I really enjoyed my time with Zero Gravity Delivery... Keep it up guys!!
I couldn't get enough of the physics, honestly. Swinging things around on ropes will NEVER get boring! I really enjoyed my time with Sadmazon, despite how bad I was at it
Despite my skills being less than desireable, I really enjoyed the difficulty curve of the game. I felt like I'd get better every run, which is fantastic!
Overall, a great little game and an excellent Ludum Dare entry. Keep up the awesome work guys!!
PS. Keep it up Blaise, absolute legend
First and foremost, I just want to say - the fact that you pushed on through all of those shitty situations (power outages, broken computer etc.)... I genuinely have a lot of respect for you making it in the end!! That's awesome. I'd have given up three times over.
Anyway, the game! I was mostly focused on the aesthetic when I was playing, which I find to be simple but somehow captivating! The dithering on the spaceship, the shiny gradients on the text... It gave me an oddly nostalgic feeling and I'm not 100% sure I can put my finger on why. Either way, I really enjoyed it!
I had a good bit of fun with USPS, and I'm looking forward to whatever you make next time! Keep up the great work!!
Fun little game! Mastering the controls went deeper than I thought at first. Some good retro vibes got me going too with the aspect ratio and them there pixels.
I had a lot of fun, keep up the great work!!
What a great little game!! The driving controls were quite difficult to get a handle on but I found myself having a really good time with the learning curve after a while of getting used to it!
To me, it could have used a touch more on the UI/feedback side of things. It's a little difficult to fully understand everything that's going on with your packages etc.
Otherwise, another awesome Ludum Dare entry! Keep up the great work!!
You know, after this experience I'm a changed person. I'll never look at a delivery box the same way again...
Honestly though, I had a great time with this! Puzzle games are popping off this jam!!
Good vibes and a fun time, I'm a happy chappy. Keep up the great work!
Lovely graphics, lovely feel, and oddly nostalgic somehow?? This is what a good Ludum Dare entry looks like! A couple of people have already shouted out, but the animations make me very happy from a dev perspective.
I had a great time with this one, keep up the awesome work team!!
Surprisingly solid and functional for a full-on 3D environment! Loving the take on Death Note, it's been a good while since I last considered that story. Ryuk loves them apples...
Overall, a fun little game with a cool art style!! Like one of the other commenters mentioned, Light seems to look very feminine to me - posture, body shape and face. If you modelled him yourself, it could be beneficial to practice modelling some bulkier characters in the future!
In any case, keep up the great work! :grinning:
Great little game!! I had no problems getting it up and running myself, and really enjoyed it until my glorious death 2:42 in!
Now I'm a bit of a simp for zombie-themed games, but I thought the atmosphere was done really well. Great work on that! If you'd gotten around to the weather and footsteps I'm sure it would've made an even better impression.
My only bit of advice I'd like to give is that using Comic Sans as your font is- well... It's a bit too much of a meme. There's lots of REALLY nice, licence-free fonts you can grab for yourself online (from DaFont or a similar site). Give them a go!
Keep up the great work!!
My word. The sprites may be simple, but damn are they effective!! The thing that really caught me about this game was how it looks - cute and blocky! I really enjoyed that aspect.
Overall, a great little game! Keep up the good work @ryegame!!
I found myself having a surprising amount of fun with this one! I really enjoy how short and quick the levels are, and getting the '?' blocks feels very satisfying. I finished with about 350 coins :D
Keep up the great work!! c:
THE ENDING IS SO GOOD.
I had a lot of fun playing this one. The visual effects are very impressive! The character controller was nice and smooth, too. You've definitely got some good tech to build a bigger, more complex project off of!
The bit where you see the room full of crates like yours was a good, creepy twist. Excellent atmosphere across the board, and as I said... The ending truly is priceless C:
Keep up the great work!! :D
Great little game!! A can tell how much care and effort went into this, and I just want to say - this absolutely blows my first-time entry out of the water. It's quite an ambitious project for your first experience with Unity 2D, and I've got to say it's paid off!
It's obviously got a little ways to go, some polish would do it wonders, but this is excellent. You should be proud of yourself!
Keep up the awesome work @ludovics!!
Honestly I have NO idea where or why the Tower of Ruina stuff comes into this, but it looks like you had fun with it so I don't really mind! It was pretty fun having to dodge Roland's attacks with my mouse, so I had a pretty fun time with this little game!
Keep doing you my guy, keep up the good work!!
Fun little game!! I enjoyed it a lot!
Sorry to hear you had troubles getting whitelisted, hopefully that's not a problem next time.
Looking forward to whatever you make next, keep up the great work!!
