Nice fun game! Checkpoints were really welcome addition. I honestly was hoping more dashing trough obstacles when you are playing as drill and all. Over all fun game.

Nice fun game! Checkpoints were really welcome addition. I honestly was hoping more dashing trough obstacles when you are playing as drill and all. Over all fun game.
Really solid root game. Especially loved how you could get water from the rocks by cracking them open(the sound was spot on). Felt satisfying to play. Art was pretty and there was nothing unnecessary. I also liked the fact that there was this sort of story you told with the blobs of water and rock formation.
I liked the main fish and how you implemented the UI in it. I kind of wish your fish creature would have just kept on growing bigger and bigger.
Such a great idea, Well done and fun to play.
I liked the slow build up and it felt like new kind of stone structures appeared at right pace so it felt like I was crawling in somewhere new. Audio was good, especially when the music started. I really hoped there would have been some sort of conclusion at the end so I crawled in the darkness longer than I want to admit. Nice atmospheric experience.
Good puzzle game! Pixel art is charming and puzzles are simple and hard.
Very pretty game. I liked that there was this sense of progress as you would see some plants and following them you would see them more, at least that is how it felt.
Cool take on the theme! I liked the seal and interactions with it. got to day 7 by keeping the seal happy.
I liked the story and different attack styles were fun. Clowns are always A+.
Cool idea an has lot of potential. I created root themed game myself so I have a soft spot for root games, but your idea is fantastic! It is really hard and I had lot of trouble realizing why I was dying. It was also hard to see when the roots would get to the nutrient source or not. I hope you continue this project and would love to play it again.
I liked the idea and theme was fun. Final boss was super easy, but I like the concept a lot.
Good music! I liked the fact that I was able to prioritize what I should get on each level and I felt in control. For example; I collected almost every time all the fuel, because without it game would end. I also collected only the biggest crystal clusters and only avoided enemies. My run ended in level 16 with 2336 crystals where enemy got to me before I could find where I was. Nice game.
Great idea. Graphics were charming and once I understood how the drilling mechanism worked it was great fun to drill around. Did not get too far but could the drill maybe keep drilling when you hit the sealing? I had fun playing it, good game!
Cool game. I am not so good with the harpoon but the net was really fun once I learned how it works. It was fun to go full speed and jump like a dolphin over the ship. Overall fun game.
What a nice and horrible game! I liked it. I liked the slow build up and polish in the art overall.
Nice puzzle game. Had to restart many times until I learned the basics then it was all about trying to figure out witch route was the trick route and witch one was the right one. It would have been nice to have some way to understand or figure out how different potions work in advance.
To be honest I was little lost at the beginning, but once I understood what to do it was quite nice. Music was good and clear and game gave me points generously so I don't feel bad failing couple times. I really wished there would have been some difference between the left and right squares, but that was obviously the point that there was none. Cool concept over all.
Neat concept. I liked the idea to go trough historical event with the historical figure and it would be cool to expand that to other historical figures as well. Text was moving really slow tho.
Unique concept! It was fun to try to haul as much fish as possible and it was satisfying to see them get pulled up to the boat. Managed to catch the "big boy" after 3 tries as the net pulled it a bit higher every time before breaking.
Cool idea. I liked that the people living in the house were monsters themselves. It was really hard and I don't know how far I got.
I saw this on front page and as I had similar game idea I had to play this.
Well done game. I made a "more roots" build and had fun all the way to the end. Nice idea and well put together. Clean and finished look.
Cool and different art style and I liked the ending. It was easy enough to navigate around. Nice little mini game.
Cool orbiting mechanics. I could not land on a single fuel container but I managed to get to the anomaly. Zooming, map and other navigation helps were very helpful. I wish the map would show the area all the way to the end. Nice idea and well done.
I loved the music! Fun little abstract piece. Tutorial part was well made; info came with right speed and there was this sort of rhythm where the text told me what to do at the right pace. I feel like the game had this weird balance between serious and humor. The story was quite dark but the actual game felt more lighthearted. Nice simple game and it made me smile :)
Great puzzle game and nice concept. I had lot of fun. In the level 7 I almost gave up but managed to finish it all the way! Collecting water puzzles were the most fun, although the "only labyrinth" levels were nice breather.
Nice tree survival. I had trouble understanding what to do at first and what different buttons actually do, but once I got past that it was fun to play.
Really hard game. Loved the atmosphere and the sounds. I sort of figured out how to keep your stamina and hunger up but did not find solution for health.
Interesting idea. You basically use your health to kill enemies. I liked it. Also nice way to interpret the Theme!
High Score: 46! I liked the color splatter effects. Movement was bit hectic and some yellow squares can spawn in places where you can not get them. Nice first game!
Nice puzzle game, made me take a pen and a paper to write down some info :) There was good amount of items to scan and clues were good; I felt smart getting something right!
Cool idea! I liked the atmosphere of haunted mines and the mood of the game as whole. The idea that you need to keep up with the mine cart if you want to have light is nice. Some feedback when you hit the ghosts or when they hit you would be nice, but overall cool concept!
Lovely art! I liked the simple sound effects and it was quite clear most of the time what to do. Game felt really slow and jump was floaty, but that might have been just my slow computer. Nice simple game.
Nice little fishing game! It is cool concept not to show the hook as I had to follow the numbers and depth meters. Little animations and sounds were also nice.
Great weird game. It was fun to play and looks great. Shame it crashed before I managed to buy all upgrades but it was fun until then.
Beautiful game! I love the rt style and the gray scale thematic. I tried it with keyboard and controller and with controller moving felt super good (Character moon walked to right all the time tho). It was nice to quickly teleport back to body. I got quite far before first death, and it was quite harsh. Otherwise nice idea and pretty game.
Really nice art and cool unique concept. I had hard time controlling the character and could not get through the night but I like the idea.
Nice idea! I liked the simple controls and the obstacles were easy to spot. Silhouette style works really well. Good simple descending game!
I liked the run animation a lot! It was also cool that you had another attack animation for run attack.
Cool idea. Played solo and it felt super fast. I liked the tentacles above forcing you to go down faster, but you still had some time to grab the walls.
Nice chill game! All the movements were nice and fluid. It was also relaxing enough so I managed to read all the info about the octopus!
Nice little digging game. I liked the way you pulled yourself up with a grappling hook. My game ended when I thought I made short enough steps in my cave, but didn't and I could not get up anymore.
Super cool concept! Loved it! Well written and interesting journey. I was super scared at first, but it seemed that you only lose one HP or sanity at time so I was little bit more brave to experiment. After 30 min of paying it I felt it kinda started to loop around between same 3 rooms(and eventually died in them), tho I made it to nexus earlier, and I think I could have gotten to a different area from there. I think it needs little less randomness with witch rooms come next so it would not repeat itself. Overall good concept and if you plan to do some post jam tweaking I am more than happy to play it again.
I managed to get it work! (This has to be my old computer just not working properly) I liked the game loop and it was easy to figure out what to do. It was fun to play. It unfortunately froze completely on round 9 but I got a good idea of the game by then and to be honest, I was not doing so well by then :) Fun game!
Loved it! My math brain could not handle it tho. I loved how precise it was and it was visually very clear. For some reason I did not read any controls beforehand, but it was easy to figure out fast.
Nice tiny game. Sideways movement felt a bit slippery and I figured out you have to jump first and then move to gain max height. It was fun to play!
Fun game! Concept was cool and the sacrificed characters were ADORABLE! Mouse movement was bit too sensitive for me but otherwise mechanics were fun and easy to understand.
Cool art style and crazy story! There would have been room for more / longer levels, but I actually liked how snappy it was. Right to the point.
Such a cool idea and well executed! I loved it and it was nice and easy to play. All different combos you could do with the cards were amazing and I had overall fun time playing it. Also HUGE props for including a tutorial. score.png
I love this game. I usually play Jam games just a once or twice but I know I will come to play this later more. Concept is simple and effective. You have enough options in the painting but not too much. Well balanced, cool idea. Chill nice game that warms my heart :)
I also loved the characters and the art style in the exhibition.
That was fun and interesting take on the theme! It felt strangely like some horror film where you are not quite sure who is going to be the one who survives... if anyone! Game play loop was satisfying. Story was also, while funny, also interesting :D Great game!
Cool artwork and style. I liked the overall feel of the place and atmosphere. The hit boxes were bit tedious at times but otherwise it was a very solid clean concept. Liked it.
Fun pet game. I did not know I was so bad at taking care of a rock XD. Such a good fast paced game where at least I knew that I was just delaying the inevitable end.
Art and storytelling are super great. I loved the small gameplay parts and wish there would have been more of them. Actual story went a bit over my head or what the 5 more times actually meant. Well made game!
That was fun and well polished experience :D I loved the use of same type of enemies with different spin on them and overall the game feel was very good. It was fun to play!
Cool concept! Graphics were pretty and it was nice spin on the tower defense genre. I wish it would have been longer and it seems to have potential. Good luck with future development!
That was super fun! Art was lovely and whole idea was cool. I loved how hectic it turned out all of a sudden. I could not figure out what to do with the "dry air" warning but maybe that is why my own plants tend to mostly die XD. I especially liked the watering can sounds and mechanic. Pretty looking compact chaos. Loved it. (also liked the little touch of putting the first plant between the watering can and the sink so the player will right at the start realize what kind of impact it makes to hit the plants XD)
I liked the main spaceship and the idea that you are saving dinosaurs. 3D movement felt bit awkward but overall nice idea.
That was very moving experience. The struggle to write down words was well implemented and the feeling of doing daily tasks just to keep your mind working was well done. There were obviously some bugs, and controls and moving felt bit janky but overall very cool and wonderful concept.
I must say that the art and voice acting was well done and fit for the funny "bad doctor" story. I would have loved some more interactivity and some feedback. Coughing and mumbling were hilarious also!
Cool concept! The idea of switching between realms and the fact that more you play, harder the "easy" realm becomes is super cool! Game was really laggy for me both on web and on computer. I have old laptop and for some reason it could not keep up with the game. Graphics were nice and moody also :)
@adrien-tremblay thank you for feedback. I am sorry to hear you had trouble finding the transmitters. The idea was that you would rotate around, and when the compass shows the most teal color you walk that way. When you reach the transmitter you hear a click and a beep to indicate that you reached that one and a new one will appear. This a bit obscure in the game at the moment and I have to see what I can do to make it more clear. Thank you for playing.
@raptor851 Thank you for playing and glad it was at least understandable after few tries :D
@suvi Thank you for playing and glad you liked it.
@dustya29 Thank you for feedback. It is a slow game and it turned out to be quite long for a jam game (I tested it later and took me 30 min to get the "good ending"). I was planing to shorten the game some, but didn't have time for that. However, I think you can get the main feel of the game pretty fast. Thank you for playing.
@sammot Thank you for feedback. I am sorry to hear that. Most of the time you have to circle around a bit when approaching the transmitter to get right to it.
@fosf0 I am glad you liked it :D
@mr-kitkat Thank you for the praise and I am quite pleased with the hair blending myself as well. Gamemaker for the win!
@sagiii Thank you for the feedback and I am happy you enjoyed it. And yes, this is definitely something I will have to do more developing with at some point.
@dirkinz Thank you for the compliment! Stereo sound is definitely something that this game needs, but it is beyond my skills at the moment.
@thecoconutdream Thank you for playing and yes, next time I should use stereo sounds to have clearer indications of directions.
@sofignedova Sorry you had hard time with the game but glad you liked some aspects of it :) High five...!? :D
@skruffye Thank you for playing and for feedback. The "something else" getting stuck near you is an "AI feature" that I should have ironed out, but I ran out of time. I could make so that you could throw a rock to distract hostile entities. I also have some other creatures that I could ad post jam and also other soundscapes but I will have to see If I have time and energy to do post jam stuff. (glad you liked the map :) )
@kabloosh Thank you for feedback. Yes, this kind of audio only experience really needs the stereo sounds or more so you could actually hear where everything is. I should have just made the length of the journey bit shorter.
@bastienre4 Thank you for playing and for the kind words :)
@uboretsky Thank you for playing and congratulations for beating the game :D
@ardorugus Thank you for playing!
@nullval Thank you for playing and glad you liked the atmosphere :)
@sine-nomine Thank you for playing, feedback and for the kind words. Traffic does not pose you any threat but originally I planned to have sort of an death wall where the cars go.
@coderaurus Thank you for feedback. Length of the game seems to be the biggest problem yes and if I manage to do a post jam editing, I will adjust the length a lot. Also, as much as I like the idea that you are helpless to do anything but stand there, I might ad some sort of distraction system, so you could do something for the almost endless sniffing. I am also sorry for what must have been a bug with the ending.
@sarah Thank you for playing and glad you liked the art :)
@daniel-dewaswala Thank you for feedback and kind words! I have to think what I could do to explain the core concept better. I am sorry you had hard time at the start. With my current system I don't think I could measure exactly how much you have left, but I had plans to mark at the end how close to the end goal you were if you die before that.
@awsumpwner27 Thank you for playing and I am happy you liked it :)
@ironcutter Thank you for feedback and glad you liked the UI :)
@lilkrit Thank you for playing. Yes, i wanted to go bit on the creepy side with this one.
@sulo Thank you for playing and for the feedback. I would be very interested to play it if you tried to make a version of your similar idea! There are great suggestion in the comments what could be done differently and what would be nice to ad.
Concept is too real :D. It was easy and fun to play and the idea is fun as well.
Sweet and beautiful short game. I liked the concept and taking photos was oddly emotional.
Nice idea! I liked that the tutorial part was simple and gave you just enough info so you could fight the boss. Art style is effective and pretty and cat sounds were sweet :D. I was having trouble timing my jumps and dodges and I felt I was sliding a lot. That could also be just my poor computer or internet lagging. Overall cool game.
What a pretty game. I found my self rushing trough the levels as I was in a hurry, because I was worried of my fox friend. It was well and interestingly done and while it was very simple it drove in the basic idea well. Great, bit sad but hopeful experience.
Nice little game! I loved that you could use the purple souls/ghost/things to block the reapers. Pretty art style as well.
Fun submarine game! I thin the visuals were really great and sonar system was really good. Especially after some upgrades the material searching was really fun. Also sound design was top tier and really nailed the dark underwater feel.
One this that felt bit weird was the torpedo shooting. I did not see clear indication of when I was able to shoot. I also thought first I would shoot where I point the cursor, as that was how the ship was moving. I also maybe bugged the upgrade system, as it would not let me upgrade anymore even when I had resources.
Overall great moody jam game!
Lovely art style! It took me a good while to figure out where to do what and I thought for a long time I was too zoomed in and did not see everything. Especially I had for some reason hard time to realize that you had to move your mouse to stir (that might have been just my smooth brain XD) But once I figured it out it was a cool little game to play.
I liked that you could just listen to the music to figure out when the cat would appear and go away and that made the experience more enjoyable. It was also fun that you had to use different methods to gather different ingrediencies. It would be fun to have some sort of collecting and stirring sounds :)
Overall pretty little potion making game :D
Wow, what a great game! I had so much fun playing this. I love that you start basically with an empty shot so I could arrange things just the way I wanted. The customers were super realistic in their behavior (if you want them even more real, they could even move items in the shop around and/or ask where specific item is, when it is right next to them XD). The way you told a story was also super charming. I first thought I had a thief coming to my shop first, but then my heart melted when it was my kid needing a help with their homework! I did not bring my parents (yet) to UK but I got my citizenship and was able to help my kid :)
I like how you balanced between super funny and super serious as this game would have easily become extra depressing story, but it was not! Great graphics and sound effects helped a lot to lighten the mood :D This was probably my best game experience in ludum dare this time around. Thank you for that!
grozeriesplease.png
Unique way to do this type of game. I liked a lot the later parts where it felt more puzzle like :D Chomping sound was pleasant to hear and art was nice and clear! :D Puzzling was fun to execute!
The puzzle where you go long way up and then have to push a box was bit irritating, as when I first got to the box, I basically doomed myself by eating a man at the wrong time. I think this game would benefit for not being restricted by time, as you actually had a button to press to shrink back to small.
Overall very solid game! Liked it :D
Lovely little farming game! I had trouble to figure things out at the beginning, but once I figured how the game worked, it was really fun to play! I liked the color palette and little rainbow worms were my favorite! Farming and putting things to wheelbarrow and sending it to store goods was super fun game mechanic and I had great fun doing just that :) (also music was fun and fit the color palette :D)
I had some troubles with the wheelbarrow, when it got stuck in my house and would not leave (I had to restart the game) Also one time the bird attack would not go away but no new birds would appear, so I was able to farm in peace forever.
I ended up not actually buying that many upgrades while still finishing the game. I was bit scared if the wheelbarrow would get stuck in the house again and I would need to start from beginning. I also did not fin I could do that much to the birds. I was able to shoo them away but they managed to poop on the roof anyway, and I found that to be bit frustrating.
Overall I liked the game and if you have plans to do some sort of post jam version, I would love to try it again!
Beautiful art. Found it fun to play and managed to finish the whole game! :D You had simple and clear systems and used those well in the game. I wish you could have seen more... maybe a trail of light or something, or parts where you would light up more area, like you light up some lamps.
Overall it was a pleasant playthrough and a well made small game!
Cool idea an pretty graphics! It is a neat experience and the water slowly eating away the drawings is really cool! I tried using a drawing tablet but for me it did not work. That is a minor issue. Drawing with mouse was fun also :D
@becher I have Wacom bamboo pen (old CTL-460 model) but it usually works with almost anything so I was bit surprised of it not working. I just downloaded the windows version to try it out but no luck there either. If it works for you I think the problem might just be on my end XD.
I had some flashbacks working in a warehouse XD forkingaround.png
Visuals are top tier and the basic gameplay mechanics are easy to learn and fun to execute! I loved that you could pack extra boxes on the palette beforehand so when the order comes, you have something there already! Upgrade shop was also nice. I was bit skeptical about the speed boost before buying, but it worked actually very nicely!
My only real problem with the game was the turning. So I have driven something like this for 7+ years and they turn on the spot XD So I had hard time getting use to having to move forward or backward just to turn. On the other had, it was fun to ram against the walls and not having to fear of breaking anything :)
Overall fun game and I had great time playing it! This feels like a game I could turn back to and play again(this could be really fun as a multiplayer even XD). If you have plans for post jam version please tell me, I am interested :D
Cool little game! Character was cute and all platforms were visually clear. I also liked how easy it was to see when color is about to change so timing jumps were really easy. Music was nice and upbeat.
As others have said, jump is a bit floaty. I found myself jumping way over most hazards. I also had some problems to figure out how and why the balls and spiky balls changed with the colors. Maybe I misunderstood, but could those be color coded as well? Biggest issue for me was that there are no checkpoints and levels can be quite large. I stopped playing in a level (I am sorry, I do not remember number) where you climb up, with same platforms on each side, only different colors. It was quite long way from spawn point and I ran there multiple times... and kept dying on the climb part: flipandswap.png
Overall it was a fun little experience. I pointed out I was jumping way over most obstacles, and I kind of liked how fast I was able to go. Especially some horizontal sections where I could just run and adapt to changing environment were really fun and in those I did not mind not having a checkpoint :) You made a good game, I hope I was not too harsh <3
What a cool game! I had fun playing it and I liked how simple and elegant the basic game loop feels. Difficulty curve ranked up smoothly and I felt all the time in control. Knockback on the enemies was great, as I was able to clear some room for myself, and at the same time, it hindered me from killing the goblins too quickly.
Art was great and opening cutscene war brilliant! I kind of was hoping that if I get enough points I could have saved the princess... (or maybe that was option if I would have played better?)
I honestly have nothing bad to say XD Maybe if I really think, the door seemed to appear multiple times on the same spot, but that it a really minor visual kink and did not stop me from enjoying the game :D
Really great atmosphere! Art is clear and pretty and music is hauntingly good. I also liked the particle effect, made me feel like I was in some sort of toxic vortex XD Controls were nice and idea simple and clear!
Minor annoyance was the fact that you kept loosing time while walking towards the walls. I am not the greatest with platformers and especially in tighter spaces I felt like I was loosing time but not moving anywhere.
Nice game overall! If you plan working for post jam game I would love to try it :D
COTCK.png Cool art and nice and simple gameplay! I first thought that the dagger attack gameplay was weird and unintuitive but after couple rounds I found myself liking it a lot. I don't know what your plans are but it would be nice to see further levels and maybe some improvements on the dagger fight system :D Overall nice short game!
Nice and solid gameplay! It was enjoyable to play. My favorite part were the sounds that felt just right. Every enemy had its own easily recognizable sprite and nice and unique style of attacking. It was not overwhelming and for me the difficulty curve seemed just right. I think you got lot of things here just right! Great job!
Only problem I had with the original was the fact that the game stopped for every 10 seconds. I played your post-jam version and loved it even more! Well done!
Wow. Great game and great concept! I like how you played with the simple mechanic that at least to me seems something that might have been a bug in another game... but not here :D When I managed to get to the last step first time, I was like "oh no, I can not do this all again in 10 seconds" But you made it to be done in manageable steps.
I had great time with this game, maybe best one so far I have played. Art is great and music and atmosphere is great as well. Well done game!
Cool game idea! I had trouble to understand how the checkpoints worked first, since there was nothin to indicate I could interact with the one further on I just went past it multiple times XD. Timing was tight.. from 3 to 4 it was super tight, to the point that I was not sure if I made it the time I actually made it. Graphics were pretty and clear and character control was good. It is a good jam game! :D
Art is amazing! Love the style and storytelling. You are also talking about important stuff through game witch is always cool. Unfortunately as others have said, bugs make it bit hard to play. I managed to play it to the end eventually!
I liked the point you had timer go down only when you move, so I was not in a hurry while I was standing still, but There was very little time to move trough the screen. I believe that with minor tweaks to the gameplay this would be a lot smoother experience!
What a nice little game! Art was pretty and clear. Gameplay was simple and well self-explanatory.
I found it very hard to make all the moves in time. I found myself hoping that most or at least some blocks would be already on the right spots. When ever I saw 3 blocks in a wrong place, I already knew I would not make it in time. Maybe sort of difficulty curve would be nice? Drag and drop could be also improved a bit, since I was in a hurry, I would often think I dropped the block on the right square, when in fact this did not happen XD
Overall nice concept and something that would be a cool simple time killer game if tweaked a little :D
@snappypath and @holy-doggo01 Thank you for your kind words!
@deltamain Hahah! Yes, I found it hard to manage as well, but I was already too deep in the development and time was running out. I am glad you liked it anyway and at least the idea is interesting :D
@arcticlion I was actually hoping some critical analysis as well so tank you for that :D The wall of text tutorial is something I do not like myself either and if I would have managed my time better, I would have been able to make it more clear. And yes, the ability to toggle attack and movement things was MEANT to make the game more clear, not more tedious. It is something I have made some plans already to change to be more clear and easy to use. I wonder what you mean by enemies not being that clear? Thank you for your feedback and kind words!
@thebutterapple24 Glad you liked the art! And yes, there is A LOT going on bud glad you liked the experience in the end.
@coderaurus Thank you for your comprehensive feedback and encouragement! As a whole I agree with you on all the things. I want to do some extensive tweaking on the pilot commanding system, make it more streamlined. I have also been thinkin getting rid of the whole replying to the pilots system, or at least have WAY more time to reply than 10 seconds. Also a little pop up text or something would not hurt, telling what difference your choices have made (it was something I was planning but completely forgot to add XD)
@cerka @substain Glad you liked it :D
@morepixels Thank you for kind words and while I can not hope for amazing, I am hoping for a good playable game XD I did not code anything for "game over" state as I was running out of time. So not surprised about the error :)
@kaech I am sorry I got you waste time searching for the level. The ending of the game was scraped together on the last minute. I put the "area clear" button there just so players could stop playing when they want XD I plan on changing the objective of the map to something more clear, (like get from A to B or destroy specific target) So it is easier to see when mission is completed. Pilots basically get small stat upgrades or downgrades, but those are not indicated at all atm. Glad you liked the art and idea!
@archie-evans Thank you for playing and feedback! I was thinking about letting you write your own encouragements (as that would be cool!)but I lacked the time and skills to do so, so I decided to just use buttons. I feel bad that it appeared to you as misogynistic as that was in no way my idea :( I drew the characters fast on a last day and I usually draw female characters so I naturally just drew them all as women. (To speed up my proses even more I also just did one character and tweaked them to make 4 "unique" characters) I wonder if it would be considered a bugfix to make some of them male to not send wrong kind of signal? I am truly sorry this hindered your experience :(
@barret Thank you for playing and encouragement! And congratulations on beating the game with Suzy, as she is piloting the slowest machine!
@resacagames Thank you for your lengthy critic! Much appreciated! And yes, basically I was running out of time and I realized that I had to make it possible to end the game somehow. Now I have multiple better ideas to go for but at the heat of the moment "area clear" system was all I was able to come up with XD Glad you enjoyed the game!
@cannibalgirl Thank you for your encouraging words! I am glad you liked the visuals, as I feel like that was the one part that I think I did pretty good. I am planning to do a post jam version with minor fixes, but I have also some ideas to add multiple missions and ability to assign pilots to specific 'metal cans'. We just have to see what I have time and inspiration for :D
@daylonwilkins Wow yes! That would be amazing! Also so much more work, but amazing idea and definitely something to look into :D Thank you for your comment!
@crotonyl-alcohol Yes, I agree. 10 seconds is a bit too often to get distracted. Thank you for playing!
@baylock Thank you for compliments! And yes, I think the main gameplay needs more variety and hard work. And don't worry, I will always play and rate every commenter's game (if I am able) :)
I could not get the attention of the ghost :'( otherwise a great speed dating game! It works really well and is fun to play! I also tried to get the attention of the bug but had no luck. Everyone else fell for me XD
Great game, cute graphics and chill music :D
Cool shooter idea! I especially enjoyed the fact that everyone (enemies and the player) followed the same logic. I would be at 0 HP but I had still time and could just grab next health item. Cool idea that came to my mind that you could even have items that postponed the timer, letting you live longer with 0 HP. I found the difficulty curve to be a bit steep but I am not used to playing FPS so that might be also it XD Really cool idea and solid execution!
Cool game! I struggled at the beginning multiple times as I was not used to the controls and had to check them multiple times from your page. When I figured this out it was pretty cool to jump and dash forward. I did not feel much change when gaining batteries when my battery storage was full. Sound effects were nice and they gave a cool robotic feel to it all. Overall good jam game!
Fun game! Graphics were pretty and the atmosphere was surprisingly very relaxing :D It was also nice that you did not penalize staying in the closet so I had time to read the task and figure out where everything is :) I had some tiny problems interacting with the closet where it would not let me go inside and so make the mom get me one time, but other than that, nice little game!
Pretty graphics! Gameplay was smooth and I liked the storytelling between the levels! Tutorial was well woven into the game and everything was very clear and easy to understand. Difficulty curve was also well balanced.
The movement felt bit slow and while I was happy that if you did not break all barriers in 10 seconds they stayed broken I felt like it took a bit away from the remembering the order part. These were minor thing, I really enjoyed the game! Well done!
I must say that the theme of the game is a bit too dark for my taste and especially the screaming voice of the ghost felt too overwhelming compared to other sounds.
However, gameplay was pretty smooth and the basic loop was interesting and fun to execute. Also the graphics were well made and it was really clear to see what is what. I think it is a solid game jam entry! Well done!
What a pretty and relaxing game! I had great fun playing it and so did my kids. Our best score: jumintheline.png We found a bug where you accelerate all the time and basically fly forever XD I could not make it again, but restarting a game got rid of it. I wish you would start bit more zoomed out, or maybe it could zoom as you speed up? Also some sort of indication in the environment of how fast you are moving would be nice (on those rare moments when you don't see any blocks)
Overall we had fun playing! Great game!

Fun game of minigames! My favorite ones were the one with wires and cleaning the water tank. Funniest was hitting the lamp with the broom XD. The ending text showing what killed you was nice touch. I am bit slow reader and English is not my native language, but your minigame info was clear enough that I did not have trouble figuring out what to do, even with strict time limit.
Difficulty seemed to ramp up quite a lot at some point and I just could not keep up (witch was the idea I assume). The green timer was also bit too much same color as rest of the world, so sometimes I had to really look for if I missed a fixing place (I am a bit color blind so that might not be an issue for others) I had some tiny issues with the ladders. Your horizontal speed is so great (witch is good when you want to go fast to next fixing point) that aligning myself with the ladders was sometimes just tiny bit tricky. (Also I want to mention that I did not use jump at any point.)
Overall I liked it. It was fun to play and graphics were nice and moody. :D
Cool little space flying game! Nebulas were beautiful and useful. I managed to land on one planet, but I am usually not very good at these type of games. I found myself wanting planets to have some sort of gravity so when I boost just little too much, I would not just fly away XD
Nice game! Graphics were fantastic and set the mood very well! It was also very clear what enemies were hostile and what were not (witch was really great at the boss). Also the tactical element that the shield enemies added was nice, as I could use the hostile phase in my advantage! Music was great and fit the game perfectly. Also the end boss was superb! Kept dying for dumb mistakes but beat him at the end! Yay!
One minor thing was that I felt like you did a cute main character sprite but I could not get a good view of her since the shotgun was rotating on her face XD
Great ludum dare entry!
Really nice smooth movement! Also the graphics were clear and cute. It was enjoyable to play! It would be nice to have a indicator for when the world is about to change. There could also be some visual and sound indicators of if you hit the ghost or the box. (Death animations for the ghost would be cool too)
Game closed on me both times I reached around 100 points and when I had about 20 health left.
Overall fun little shooting game and I had a blast playing it! :D
