on the web version, the music didn't work. :/ AWESOME concept though! I just loved the idea and could tell how easy it was to create levels. I want to imporve the game myself! (Can I?) 9/10

I don't know if the warping was intentional, but it made it very hard to play. I cant say how hard it was though because of the warping... good game though. 8/10
Is there a Jar I could run?
What synthesizer did you use to create the music?
The beeping at the "To be continued" scared the shit out of me.
LOL the only download is for windows, and the screen shot is mac!
Daniel, did you extract the game from the RAR?
D: The green circles kept showing up right after my green power meter ran out!
Wow. This game was great! The level design was really good. It reminded me of my philosophy where you teach the player how to use a skill, then have them use it. The ambient strange audio worked very well. It might have been me playing it half asleep at 11pm, but the second the audio started, I was pulled into the game. It was literally the only thing I could think about. I've gotta try that in one of my games! That S thingy is pretty hard though, I had to give up and get some rest, but WOW great work. Best rating I've given so far. The graphics were a little lacking, for next time, I would recommend using the tile system in Game Maker, to add more artistic depth as they demonstrated on with the platformer on the keynote. That's all above and beyond polish though. I would be happy to see this game place. Great job!
It was so much fun killing all the people! Great game!
Gets dizzying after a while.
WOW. This was alot of fun to play. I bookmarked the web version :3
I can't get the game to run past the opening animation :/
So it IS possible to enter Ludum Dare without any traditional programming experience! 5/5 for innovation! It was pretty fun too!
:D python + pygame! You know you can 'port' it to exe anytime you want, as long as you don't change the game itself. That's completely within the rules. It was pretty fun though.
It runs fine and all, but sometimes I can't see my wizard. Sorry, but no rating from me :(
Too bad your gun doesn't explode when you get too much pressure...
Why isn't this on the GB?
Reminds me of Tron.
I don't understand how to play. :(
I love how much time you spent on the art! It looks really good.
No mac :(
I'm horrible at word games. It was fun though. I liked the idea of having to reuse letters, that doesn't seem to be common among word games.
I couldn't get it to run... :/ The crash reporter seemed to work though.
I think 4 was the number to shoot for. Very interesting. Good job!
I'm not quite sure how to play it.
The music was neat. I could tell you took recorded samples of you making sound effects and cut them together. I've been wanting to do something like that for a while now.
I had the same problem as feyleaf. I did get to play a game though. It was pretty fun. I guess the losing sound was the glitch at the end ;)
This has gotten one of the best ratings I've given yet! Its really fun to fly from planet to planet. I keep forgetting the sun is a yellow line, and I end up crashing into it D:
Thanks! Remember, you can shoot yourself while sliding!
Thanks tequibo, I'll publish a 32 bit version for people on 32 bit systems.
Yeah, sorry everyone about it not working in 32 bit systems. When it was written it was made for x64, I read that you should use x32 anyways. Until I can get the packaging to work properly, if you want to play it, a manual install of python and pygame for 32 bit is necessary.
Dax, you can press R to restart the level and transform yourself back into human form!
Sorry cosmo. I'm assuming you have pygame installed. I have never heard of Ubuntu either. I looked it up and it looks like its Unix distribution. There is a pygame download here http://pygame.org/download.shtml is pygame isn't installed.
This made for a pretty fun game! The particle effects were good, but the level graphics weren't as polished. Good fun game play though!
Sometimes I would clip through walls, and it was kinda confusing. I liked the music though, and the game seemed well polished.
The bots were really hard to control without getting them in a line. It was fin to play though. I lost two games. :(
I'm getting the same error as edg3... :(
Dosen't work Win7 63 bit Java 1.7:

This was one of the only games I've played all the way through. Good job on the game play. The graphics (even for pixely) were lacking, but graphics is only s bit of what I rate you on. The music had loads of wrong notes, but I'm not sure if that's intentional or not, because it does create a different mood then some upbeat music done in a major scale. Good job overall!
One of few games I played (or could play) to the end!
Was I the only one breaking all the pots looking for rupees?
Neat way to do a tower defense, I would have liked to be able to rotate the world to get to some of my turrets on the other side, but that also might be a challenging game mechanic. Good job!
Wow. I was really in a trance when I was playing this game. That's a good thing ;)
Fun!
no idea how this has to do with evolution... It was really fun though. I played until the egg cracked. Great job!
I tried playing, and it ran, but not very fast. My fps was less than 1. Win7 64Bit Ok graphics card. (Can run tf2 at 60fps)
:D Another slick game! That's 3 (including me) so far! Pretty fun to mess around with. Not sure what I was doing, but it still was pretty cool. Great work!
:D yay! another slick game! If you want it to run in 64 bit, try including the 64 bit natives too. You can enter these in the Kongregate contest too. This was pretty fun. I haven't seen that many platformers like this. I don't see how it fits the theme though...
How the hell did you get Mr. Bean to voice act?!?
Pretty fun I liked looking for all the different birds. The only negative I have, is that the "Place Trap button was a little annoying to click. Maybe right click instead?
I like the technique you used to make the ground 3D. Very nice effect.
D: I had no idea if I were hitting the guys. I lost with only 50 points... :(
Very nice use of the theme!
Pretty good. I like how original your use of the theme is. I tried on chrome, but it didn't work, and as Waynetron said, it worked fine on firefox.
I love the style of this. Now I wanna make my own ASCII game!
I win! Really fun. Well designed as a game. Good job!
Don't see how it fits the theme, but it was still fun!
I'm not booting up IE9...
I'm not sure if it takes a while to load, but It just stays at the title screen. Win7 64bit
:D I love the GOL! Nice original idea.
Played till the end. Almost won. D: Good game!
Pretty neat. I got to 30.
Pretty fun! Great use of the theme! Worth downloading Love2D if you aren't on windows!
It just plays the music and all I see is a large white rectangle covering most of a black background. Win7 64bit
Ahhh really hard! Fun though!
I get how to play. I reccomend putting "Its like Plants vs. Zombies" in the description somewhere, because that's how I thought of it. It was pretty easy though... The graphics were really good. Nice and slick looking. I loved the background track too. Nice and atmospheric. Good job!
I liked the mood it cast. If you were going for a creepy kinda tentative mood, you nailed it. Good job.
Ehh.. so much text. I really want to know, what software did you use for the strings? I've been looking for a really good atmospheric string synth for a while, and haven't been able to some up with anything. I'll check back here, so you can post a comment netting me know.
I really liked the music. The game had a cool concept, but I agree that it needs some challenge. Maybe adding options in the dialogue?
The game isn't working for me. I see a large gray box, and below it is a number and a button. I think the button switches modes or something. I tried it on chrome and firefox with the same results. I'm running Win7 64 bit. The game looks pretty neat though, you don't see many networked games in LD.
Pretty neat. The sound at the very beginning caught my attention. More games should do something like that, it lucked me in. It was a little confusing at first. I found myself playing with the map on all the time.
Best use of the theme I've seen so far! Great concept.
Wow, I don't ever want to sleep too stressed out irl now. That shit is creepy.
This is a very interesting idea for a puzzle game. Good job!
The ending... That's a neat concept for a game...
Fun game! I liked how the title screen lead directly into the game. I wish I could have seen my score after I finished though.
What a fun crawler! And it did work for me Win7 64
Fun game. I also agree that adding fighting in the game would make it much more fun. Once you figure it out, it gets easy.
That was pretty fun. The concept reminded me of PaperMario 2, where you con flip between worlds. It was kind of annoying though when I would flip worlds and fall when I was sure I wouldn't. having to start all the way over again was somewhat frustrating. I finished though. :D
I swear, there aren't that many earthquakes where I live.
It was pretty fun to play. I liked mars the best. I felt that it was a good fit for mobile. Also, getting a play store account is worth it, google has done a good job putting out a professional tool. Being in a group though, you might want to consider putting it up on one person's account, or making a group one.
Wow! That was the most fun I've had playing a LD game in a while! I have saved the game onto my desktop it is so much fun. I liked how you had to build the bridges before you came over, that was a very nice mechanic. I do have a few things I would change though. Some sort of pathfinding to get from one planet, to another that is indirectly connected would be nice. As long as it doesn't break gameplay, it would allow the player to manage their resources better. It was also confusing about what color I was. It seems to change with how many players there are, I would stick to just one for the human. Over all, fantastic game, I would love to see this perused later.
A fun mobile game. I would get rid of the countdown, and make the fuel and oxygen counting down shorter so that the game plays faster, and you keep your players engaged. Some more game elements would be cool. Fun game overall!
All I get is a gray screen :/
It was a pretty cool idea for a game. It would be cool to see other mechanisms in the game too.
There are some really near ideas going on here, it would be cool to see the game after some more work. I really like the spring jump mechanic, and this game has the best application of the theme I've seen so far.
I like these kinds of puzzle games. Good job!
Yea, I need the DLL too, Win7 64. Is nomoj Esperanto?
Interesting game. I wasn't sure what I was doing, but I wasn't half bad t doing it. Oh, and nomoj means "names" in Esperanto.
I loved the white noise in the background, it did a great job setting the mood. I couldn't get past the second house though...
Not working for me on windows 7 either.
It's cool to see a platformer, there doesn't seem to be many of them this time. I wasn't able to get to the second world though, I got one of the portal shards, then I couldn't find any others.
That's a fun platformer. I couldn't get past the beginning part of the second world though, Jumping through the spikes was too hard for me.
Oh no, not another one of these control-two-things-at-once games. I'm horrible at them :P It was still pretty fun, I got pretty far once, so I'm pretty happy about that. The music was great.
It's a little weird how space is shoot, and mouse is aim. And if you don't want the hud to move around like that, update the camera before you draw it- I had the same problem.
Very fun! It reminded me a lot of spore. When the music stops at the end, it really creates a cool mood.
A fun puzzle game. The music was fantastic.
This was pretty fun. The controls are tricky to figure out though.
Very interesting. I could only move in 45 degree increments, which was a little frustrating, but I was able to get over it. It was pretty easy once you figured it out, the red and blues are switches that you can use to get to the greens.
This was pretty fun. I would like to see more enemies, they would be fun to fight off.
Pretty fun. I liked the vibrato on whatever that was for the music. It suited the mood well. The music was a little repetitive, but I didn't mind.
Pretty fun, I like the particles. The game had good polish for a game jam. I played it for a while but couldn't figure out how to damage the portals though, shooting at it didn't seem to work.
