Good job! It works great here on my PC, I am very interested in how you could create this large number of units without crashing the game. You could make the source code available here on the game page.
On a post-compo version, you could add a high score screen at the end of the game.

I played the game online and realized that the UI was not right on my screen, it seems that some elements and part of the health bar are cut off. Nonetheless, I liked the message the game tell without being too heavy. Good work!

Great idea, and the sounds provides a great sense of emergency.
Throughout the gameplay, the narrative that stuck in my head was about maintaining social distance to avoid contamination...
