Very cool, exploiting weakness in tower coverage is super fun. Not sure I've ever seen a reverse tower d game down, well done! Bonus points for ye olde jingle.

A very fun idea! I wish the battle at the end was less of a numbers game and more of an actual battle; maybe having a higher score would make the battle easier.
@OadT: Thanks! My voice + Audacity and BXFR works wonderfully. :) Yeah I need to figure a way to make it more clear. What I was going for is you are a guy standing in line that is fed up and decides face punching is the only option to get to the front, I'll try to think of something to add in the final hours here!
@LogGiant: good point! Just fixed this grave error now
Pretty fun! Loved that each of the idols gave new abilities and they were all pretty awesome. Satisfying to melt the Indiana Jones clones.
Fun idea, controls are a little weird at first but you get used to it. Love the music and that the planets twitch to the beat!
Made it to the end! Love the monster design, especially the googly eyes!
Pretty darn fun! The ability to pull blocks and tweaking the hit detection to not be so pixel perfect would make this even better; I found myself restarting a lot because I pushed a block too close to an obstacle. Love the monster costume design
Hilarious!
StoneWalker is frustratingly slow, game looks pretty neat, though!
Hate that you slow down when you get bigger, but was pretty fun otherwise! Wish there was the ability to dash forward or run. Love that you roll around as baby monster and the love that programmer art.
Pretty funny idea. I wish the first cutscene was skipabble though. Also I can't get past the straight away when he is 2 seconds away from his house where he runs fast on the straight away with one platform to the left, Dave keeps going through me! Is that bugged? I though standing in the middle would make him jump to platform, but nothing seems to stop him there.
A little confusing at first, but pretty fun! Wish you could pickup and drop the belt anywhere instead of having it warp back to starting position. Also feels like difficulty ramps up too steep when red belt poses come into play.
This is a great tower d, I'll probably be playing this a lot! Also very inspiring, I was amazed at how much you were able to accomplish in the 48 hours, it was pretty incredible watching you on the stream.
Frustrating, but in a good way. Also I like the levels that have hard mode exits; you don't get anything for them, but I gave myself some victory toots on the next level if I got it.
Great name, great game.
@Teren thanks! And whoops, that is actually an error with the text. Insomnia apparently gives me copy text dyslexia. ;)
@Blake_Lead oh I really like the idea of starvation! I was going to have knights and sickened peasants that would deal damage to the heads, but I had some strange issues on day two that only happened on web build that I really just spent way too much time on! I'm hoping to work on this soon and add some of these suggestion :) Thanks for playing everyone!
Fun and funny!
Loved this! Looks great and it's really fun. I hope this is worked on more! Some ideas of things you could add: function modifiers like add/subtract/multiply/divide, a mulligan card that discards and redraws entire hand, maybe have doubles restore a bit of health. Just a few ideas I had off the top of my head after playing :D
Neat idea, but I think it would have been a lot better without the fuel limit.
Very addicting and the music is really awesome! Wish the levels auto-advanced as you completed them, was a little confused as to how to change levels at first. This would break the two button part of the theme, but I was hoping the further levels would have more genome colors. I also get a memory warning from time to time, but usually runs fine.
I always feel a bit of nostalgia for web golf games; takes me back to good ol' Candyland Golf. I feel like this has a lot of potential to grow into something bigger (unintentional theme pun).
Fun and I was giggling the entire time playing it. You know you have something special when you see I GIF of it and you say to yourself "Oh I gotta play that!"
Fun, but hard! I wish the cannons at least fired on regular intervals so I could get a rhythm going, but the randomness makes it hard to aim. Really like that smoke regens the atmosphere and like that when ships crash you get more firepower. Looks great, too!
Love this! And love that it works with collections, which is something I never used on itch.io... until now! This will really help a ton with playing Windows entries in jams. Thank you!!!!
Very well done! Such a simple, but scary, concept.
Simple, but fun! I just wish it was a little more obvious that you had to match the size; like instead of matching the bar that is coming, have inverted it so you have to match your size to a hole in an oncoming wall.
Love that little dance he does!
Almost made it to the Airport, but there was a lady and her baby that I swerved out of the way to try not to hit. But I hit them anyway and flipped over. Love the look and pretty fun! I do get a bunch of dev console error spam when I hit anything, though.
Love it! Saw a few tweets of your progress and was wondering how exactly resizing would work and it is really well done and very creative use of the theme!
Controls were a bit frustrating at times, but overall an amazing entry! Very impressed at how much you got done and loved the stream!
@TheMightyTeam yeah that is a bug! What happened is you fell so fast that you fell through the floor. Fix would be to cap fall speed, but didn't have enough time! Was hoping no one would notice ;)
I was initially very intimidated by all the controls, but once I started playing I picked it up quickly! Also at first I thought I had to be on the near/on the silhouette, so I was relieved when I just had to match to pose to get it to continue.
I like the idea, but I got a little frustrated because I had a lot of trouble rotating the planet. I wish there was a visual indicator that an airport has passengers waiting instead of having to click and check UI. Also maybe this could turn into a puzzle game where you have limited turns and have to get everyone to their respective airports within a certain number of moves.
Looks great! An idea for this that you could make into a game: you are shown a world and you have to recreate it exactly and you have a time limit to recreate it as close to the original as possible.
A little bit too similar to Devil Daggers, but looks pretty nice for a clone.
Nice adventure game. Love when you ask yourself "can I go down here" and the answer is yes. Nice little bit of exploration. Controls are a little weird, I found myself accidentally picking stuff up and dropping it all the time. Also same for dialog, found myself instantly closing window and have to talk 3-4 time so I could read.
Love this take on the theme & some funny dialogue. I felt the tension from not wanting to talk to anyone every time I got spotted. Well done!
Fun game, I loved that you could destroy planets. Wished the laser beam ships had to be somewhat close to you to attack, no fun being so far away and getting sniped! I think I found a bug too where your movement doesn't work right if you play in windowed mode, thought the game was broke, but then relaunched in full screen and seemed to work as intended.
Nice little retro platformer. I wish it was easier to move around and attack, controls feel a little stiff and attack range feels just a tad too small. Love the look of the mouse and the enemies!
Looks amazing and controls pretty great. Love the simple visuals, the wall jumping works pretty well, and a bug's life is a nice take on the theme. Great job with this!
Wow, just wow. The look and the music and the creativity - a nice little adventure game. Great job with this!
Nice little puzzle game, wish there was a way to reset the level more easily. Also I really like the look of the spark.
Fun once I figured it out. It was not entirely obvious that inspecting was looking at that tile and also that left clicking on another tile was swapping it.
Fun! Wish there was a way to destroy rooms so I could build other things and also I couldn't drag workers to other rooms. Nice job with this.
Simple fun gameplay, very well laid out levels, perfect fitting music and sfx - overall a super polished enjoyable game!
Love the sphere wrapped look of it! I wish restart reset you to the last door you opened, I got pretty far and then I got some blocks stuck against the wall so I figured I'd reset and it'd be faster and then zoop back to the very beginning. Fun idea though, just needs that little extra polish! Hope to see a post jam update sometime!
I know it's probably a bug, but I love that when it resets the buildings and old meteors kind of pile up. Maybe that could be added as a gameplay feature somehow? Right now it just makes it super easy to survive. Looks great, nice and simple visuals!
A little overwhelming at first, but once I figured out what was going on I was hooked. Great job with this, a very fun idea and looks awesome!
I love tower defense and this adds an interesting element to it with the batteries. I just wish it ease'd you into the difficulty a little slower (ex. only 1 type of tower to start, low number of slow enemies). Would like to see a post jam update to this!
Took a little bit to realize what was going on and how to control, but it's like Risk for network packets which is a fun idea!
Looks great and fun idea! I think each coin affects the turning too much, maybe if it was toned down a little and if each coin had a different weight it'd be a little easier at the start.
Leaderboard wasn't working when I played, but I still played a couple times to get my time down to 30 seconds. Simple idea, but had fun. I could see playing this with more courses and a tournament mode similar mode similar to Mario Kart. Good job!
Love this take on the theme and also looks great! Jumping could use a little work, but overall controls pretty well.
A wonderfully polished, funny, and enjoyable jam entry, I could see this being one of the games in WarioWare series!
Fountains are usually good, I thought it restored health or something, but I'd die every time I stood in one. It wasn't til I saw a monster come from it that I saw it was bad. Maybe have it been like a den or cave instead of a fountain sprite. Also it'd be nice if you could destroy monster spawnners like in Gauntlet. I like the fog of war, but I feel like past stuff should have stayed discovered.
Fun, simple, and a great take on the theme! Love the leaderboard at the end and the hints of what to do a just enough. Awesome job!
I liked the look and I think the idea of an octopus sushi chef is fun. I didn't really get the combo system, it was kind of confusing how to get a combo. Also I think there are way to many keys for the game, could simplify it to like four buttons and directional.
Art looks amazing! I think the difficulty starts out too hard and then gets too easy once you get the right towers. But overall a nice little tower defense game :)
Always impressed what people can accomplish with pico-8, look awesome and controls well! I don't really like the take on the theme, though. It is already hard and then to make not being able to see it makes it all the hard to the point of unsatisfying frustration. I know it was only added to match the theme, but I think this game would do better without the visibility mechanic or figure out a better way to incorporate it.
I like the idea, I wish there was some sound effect when you click on the cat like a purrr to let you know it's good. The color change is too subtle at first to let you know that clicking does anything. I also think the cats die and spawn too fast, maybe tweak it so it gets harder after a bit instead of ramping it up so fast at the start.
Always impressed with network entries and compo on top of that! Funny idea, wish there was some music or sfx even though it would probably just sound like a fart factory.
Looks great and controls well, although difficulty kind of drops off when you have all the gun upgrades.
Funny take on the theme, although for the life of me couldn't figure out how to transfer calls. I really like the indicators for each of the incoming calls and the dialogue was very entertaining; definitely helped me to keep playing despite all the annoying ringing.
Love the idea and looks fantastic! One idea for a gameplay feature I had was to add was that in later rounds you should to steal stuff out of other customers hands or something because they are all gone and they could steal stuff from you.
Looks great, but no real reason to move once you have all the upgrades. You can just sit there and spin in one place to turret everything. I don't think you should be able to shoot through the sun and maybe have an easier way to move around.
Love the sound effects, I got stuck and couldn't get past the second room where I need to weigh 3, but really like the idea of gaining and losing weight.
I really like the dash and the art is nice. Shooting feels like it is slightly off center, not sure if that is intentional, but I was expecting it to shoot right where my mouse is. Wish there was something I could get with all this ore, some upgrades or something, and wish there was some end goal.
Fun idea and best chuddling poop sound effects I've heard. I didn't know you could overfill the bowls til I did it accidentally, I think there should be a medium fill state to indicate that adding more food to the bowl helps. Also I think it'd help to know when a cat is about to die, maybe have them flash red before they explode into blood.
I like the procedurally created dungeon, but there wasn't any real reason to explore. Would like to have seen some powerups or health items to make you want to explore the dungeon.
Graphics look good, but the jumping is the strangest of any game I've ever played. The frustration of trying to nail precision jumps with floaty controls really gets to you.
Reminds me of good ol Smash TV, nice job! I wish there was an indicator to tell when you were under the effects of oil, I was slipping around on an early level and thought I was totally glitched out for a while there.
Great take on the theme, loved the weird music and look of things.
The jump feels very strange. Also chaining together precision jumps may work in 2D, but in 3D it's absolutely dreadful.
I like this idea, but I wish there was less categories and instead of text maybe icons the described which categories get a +/- for each decision. Would like to see a post jam update of this!
I like the idea, but the game was just completely broken as I couldn't see the window cracks unless I was full screen and even then it would game over even though I had a full repaired window.
@Apace Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I need to work in 3d more, it was my first time dealing with ragdolls and had some issues with model imports that ate up a lot of time. A lot of stuff got cut and the robot arm didn't get replaced because it was the one model that seemed to work with the punching animations without looking too janky, but I agree that it's not exactly clear what needs to be done and not much else to do other than run around and punch people. Big props to @sethb & @evanricard for making things look good and @joe-garofalo for all the music and sounds.
Looks great and very funny, just wish there was more to the beat-em up aspect and if there were stats attached to the clothes or something.
As soon as I figured out how to move by shooting the other direction, I was hooked. Also finding out that you start on the right side of the screen was a little confusing, but the actual gameplay and controls are solid! Great job - very simple, but very fun idea and well executed!
Nice job! Looks great and controls well, I wish there was different enemy types that were weaker to certain things. Also I've never heard of TIC-80 thought played with PICO-8, but I'll have to check it out.
I like the idea of a racing rogue like and the game looks great. However instant death on touching wall, not being able to accelerate, and making braking a limited skill just really made the game frustrating instead of fun. The fun of a racing game is going fast and in this you are just trying to snail around carefully to avoid death. Now if you added contact damage that wasn't instant death that could also deal damage to enemies, there might be something to that, but then I'd still want full control over my car.
Very addictive combo! I was having trouble until I started fortifying my base instead of building all around, which I liked. I just wish there was a subtle click sfx when you clicked on the base so you knew when you were getting money.
I liked the different guns were like different clubs and I like using tab to be able to find the ball. I think the ball needs to have more weight to it so it's not always sliding around everywhere, should be points on the hole where that ball stays still. Also I was just guessing where the hole was, maybe so indication of what direction the hole is? Or even just like a flyover camera at the start of it to show you where the hole is in relation to where you start. And the mouse sensitivity felt a little high.
Very impressive entry! The music, the look, the controls, the gameplay - just all around awesome job. Looks great and is such a fun and hilarious idea - I especially like the look of the Last Action Pizza Hero. I wish that when you went into the creation menu that it slowed time even just a little so I had a chance to make an item before zombies got a swing in. Also I wish there was simpler items to make that only required 2 ingredients and maybe did less damage. Food for thought :)
Looks great! I wish it was a little more forgiving for messing up later, like make if you mess up an obstacle you get pushed back 1 unit and you have 3 spaces before you get game over, and if you are on a streak you regain your lead on the enemies. Also maybe a penalty for pressing the wrong button, because I got pretty far just mashing all of the buttons at the same time.
