I really love the graphical style of this one, it seems to me like the game wasn't that responsive sometimes where it would not let you collect any resources for some reason. The overall idea is really great and quite different.
i'd be stuck playing this for longer if it weren't for the touchpad
the aesthetic really pairs with the slow paced gameplay
I love the pixel art. Nice implementation of the theme. Got a bit confused with the icons, but great game!
@MerriGrape:
When resources reach inventory limit, it would not be able to collect more. Sorry I didn't make it clear.

Really fun and great idea! I found myself not able to collect a lot of the time then able to again seemingly randomly, though. I suppose this is the inventory as you said, but I didn't get what caused it to have free space again.
Love the time lapse. :D

Hmmmm, I'm stuck. My current set of resources does allow neither upgrading nor gathering more, but I can't find anything I could gather anymore (e.g. there are rock and trees, but I already have the maximum amount of wood and stone).
Moving in one direction shows me the same resource patterns again and again, so I guess the landscape is finite and wraps around?

A shapeshifting take on agar.io, really fun! =)
@GodsBoss:
Thanks for the information. I have fixed this bug in post compo version.
I liked the style of shape shifting to mine ores and switch again to chop trees, overall really nice I enjoyed it.
I like the aesthetics and the controls. Getting to level 2 seems a bit slow and it seems like there isn't much to do. Not bad in the overall.
This was a surprisingly relaxing game for being chased around by a giant monster constantly.

I really liked the art style and pacing of the game. The gather stuff, level up, gather more stuff, kind of gameplay is well done. There was definitely a lot of confusion for the compo version, though, and a lot of information to digest right off the bat for a game with such simple gameplay.
Overall, I still thought it was a solid game.

Good idea! love this game!
Oh hey I remember seeing this on the LD front page before. Feels pretty smooth, I like the transition when switching modes. I played both the original and post-compo and I totally agree with the changes you made. I cruised around for a long time wondering why I wasn't collecting any wood or ore for way too long...

I like the game. It's slow but fun. The graphical style suits it however the mage shifts were a bit unhelpful and it could do with a tutorial.
Nice take on the theme :)

Liked the pixelish shapeshifting and the 2d-minefraftish resource gathering :D nice one!
the giant monsters -- great idea for amping up the OCD terror :) 'MUST HARVEST MORE' 'ARGH GIANT EYE'. I found this game frighteningly compelling!
Nice graphics and nice idea =)
Not bad. Still a little confused as to the object of the game. Guess it's just to try and level up by collecting resources and upgrading inventory space? It was fun nonetheless and had nice art! Good work :)
This was quite a nice gaming experience :)
I played the original compo version and with the description provided above, I had no problems understanding and using the UI.

Loved it, just loved it! =)
Great game!!
Really well done, though I never found out how to kill a boss ;c
Resources get so hard to find that it gets boring sometimes, but love the feel of exploration, great music
I loved the pixel art and the sounds, fun game!
Nice work!

briliant
The post compo only is playable due to the shortcut
I think its better to only have 4-5 shapeshift and no sub categorie
Its a great game

Thats a very good idea for a collect resources game, very good. Just try to make level progression goes a little faster for the experience don't get boring fast too Also, try to implement some adicional challenge for the player while he tries to get resources to complete! But the game is very good and its mechanic can really has a lot of potential upgrades, good job!

I really liked this game ! The shape shifting is really smooth and logical. The music is calm and the graphical style is really cute. A good game :)

Nice concept and very cute graphics. It can be a bit repetitive, but progression helps by letting you discover new resource/creature types as you level up.
Good job!
Decently addictive game, haven't seen a gathering game like this before.

Hey, this is nice :D
It's really interesting to use the theme in this way, it feels like playing a pure essence of a crafting RPG game, good job!
Fun, original, good progression.Very solid.

Reminds me a great deal of the endless clicker games, but with a heck of a lot less clicking! Really neat idea, well executed, and fits the theme perfectly.

Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description

It's a bit confusing. How do I kill bosses? Why do 1/2/3 not work? Also, the Tab screen covers up my resource meters so I can't see what I have available to spend. Maybe I didn't get far enough, but there doesn't seem to be much of a challenge.
Good one!. The classes are well balanced and the different levels increases playing time.
(I've played the post compo version)

loved the use of theme and it was fun - gonna play again - great game
Great compo entry, the amount of content is amazing for a 48 hours solo work, the controls are tight and the concept is innovative, unique and theme-related. Aesthetics were pretty pleasant and I really enjoyed playing it, it's addictive and fun.
