The torpedoes were a bit hard to control, especially considering how the player flew around like crazy the whole time. It was also hard to tell what happened when the city got hit (did I lose a life?). However, I still enjoyed it quite a bit, and the audio did set the mood nicely.
If an apartment gets hit by a bomb, it is destroyed. If you lose all of them, you lose automatically, as if you'd lost all your lives.
Torpedoes are quite tricky. If you fly close to the ground you'll see a blue circle appear; this is a 'crosshair' for aiming torpedoes.
Also if you hold shift, you move at a slower maximum speed and gravity doesn't take affect, allowing you to do torpedo runs.

I love the oldskool vector-graphics look! I found the game way too hard to control to really get into, though.
I had a great difficulty lining up any of my shots and would often find the enemies on top of me before I could do anything about it.
I would say, everything needs to move slower. You may want to double-check that your game logic is framerate independent.

I liked the controls and mechanics, they were pretty cool, it was irritating that you die in one hit though. Also it's difficult to aim the lasers, and even harder to aim the torpedo when you're being lasered yourself. Enjoyable though!
Reminds me of Tron.

I certainly had fun with your game. The weapons were kinda hard to hit but otherwise a good concept. Good job.
