This game is so hard! I quite like it though, and spent a long time trying to make some progress
Very well done! I enjoyed the driving quite a bit, but the walking was a little...off. All in all, a great entry!
I agree with the above sentiments about repetitiveness, but still a great concept, and very pretty to look at! I'd love to see this fleshed out a bit more, and would definitely come back to play it.
Enjoyed this game a ton! Well done.
Great game! I love these types of things. I got to a little over 5k.
Very fun! The controls take some getting used to, but other than that I had a great time playing. Well done!
I really liked this game! It had the feel of the old new grounds games I would stay up all night goofing around with.
I enjoyed the simple graphics styling and I liked the music, though it did get a bit repetitive The camera angle left it hard to see a lot of the playfield, but other than that, this was a nice little game! Well done!
I had a lot of fun! I wasn't super good, and only managed to get a score of 169, but I enjoyed it a lot. Well done!
Like most the people said, it's very difficult. Once you get a bit of the hang of it though, it's very good!
Very good! I do echo the sentiment about the aiming, ut other than that, fantastic entry!
I would love too see this fleshed out into a larger release. Very fun puzzle game, and the levels were just the right amount of challenging. Amazing job!
@will-walters Thank you! And I agree completely about the sound. I originally did have separate sounds, but I couldn't get the other one sounding ok, so I scrapped it.
Thanks @gonutz! I didn't see the cover image part, but I've taken your advice now!
@d-studios Thank you for the feedback (and the advice, about the link and humour, which I've changed)!
I definitely think I spent a bit too much time polishing little features in the middle, instead of expanding and making the game a bit more fun. A good lesson for next time, at the very least!
Great game! I've not beat it yet, but I plan to keep trying.
I liked this quite a bit. My only real feedback is that it took a long time to get going, and until you did it all felt a little tedious. Once you broke that though, the game really shines!
Very cool game! Fun and challenging. The controls were a bit wonky, but other than that, very good entry!
Would love to play but the link is broken
I enjoyed this game a lot! Well done and good entry! Only thing I would say is that it was a bit confusing at first. But once I got it, I was good!
Very cute, and fun to play!
Super interesting experience. I'm glad I was able to play this. Would love to see you expand on it.
What can be said that hasn't been said? Amazing game, fun to play, loved the audio and visuals!
A fun and well done entry, good job!
This is actually great! Well done!
By far my favorite game of the LD so far. Well done. The sprites are so cute, and the gameplay is addicting!
I love the game overall. It's fun, looks great, and has some novel mechanics. The only issue I had was that the jump sometimes felt unresponsive, but it wasn't enough to detract from the fun I was having.
This game is great! I know some other people mentioned the pathfinding, but I noticed that sometimes the monsters would seem to get stuck in the wall, if they were trying to go through it, and wouldn't turn to me if I came around the corner.
The music and sounds were great, the atmosphere is moody, and the shooting is satisfying. Amazing entry! Thanks for sharing
I liked this a lot! Like the above poster said, the movement was a bit slippier than I'd like, but it didn't stop me from enjoying the experience. Well done!
I had a great time with this. Well done!
I liked this quite a bit! Funny use of the theme, and well made. Good entry!
Thanks @bart-huylebroeck ! I actually spent waaayyy too long trying to get the ragdoll physics to work, but I couldn't make it happen, so I scrapped it, unfortunately. The people meter and explaining that you can fart before a full meter are both ideas I wish I though of :)
Thanks @vizitas ! I thought about a second chaser of some sorts, but couldn't put together any ideas that I thought I would be able to implement in time :(
@mightymarcus Thanks so much! I'm glad you figured it out. I definitely could have done a better job of tutorializing, haha
@lawrence Thanks! I'm happy with how the chasing came out. A little bit slippery, but I think it works
@josefnpat Thanks! I'm glad you like it!
@abilean Hhaha, yea, they definitely get quick! Thanks for playing!
Thanks @antti-tiihonen ! And it's definitely not wrong to want more from farting games :p
(BTW, Loved your entry!)
@tmpxyz and @amigopadilha , Thank you for the feedback!
@manbeardgames I'm glad you liked it, but I'm sorry I missed you play it on stream (had to sleep at some point, unfortunately). I kind of hastily put the newgame+ mode in about 20 minutes before deadline so I didn't get time to balance it properly, and just went with numbers that felt right, but I think you're correct in that it's not enough of an increase.
The farts are just from my mouth :( haha
Thanks again!
@pkenney Thanks! I definitely could have used a better 'how to play' page I think. I'll remember that for the next Ludum Dare :)
@oliverlevay Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed!
Very funny entry, made me laugh the whole way through, and trying to figure out the way to throw things was a fun challenge. Well done!
I'll echo what was already said about feedback of sorts being important, but past that I really enjoyed this entry. Well done!
Fun game! The only thing I would say to the negative (like others have said) is the difficulty. I'd like to see a version with that more finely tuned.
I loved the art style, and the quotes in between. The sound effects were great, but could have used some music in there. Overall, great entry!
I enjoyed this quite a bit. Great entry!
I loved the atmosphere! As was said before, the "I stepped in something" sound got a bit repetitive, but I still had a lot of fun. The flares were awesome, and so useful that finding one was very exciting. Great entry!
The mechanics are fun, but it was way too difficult for me, but that's probably more my fault than yours. I liked the look of it, and overall, I would say this is a great entry!
Stressful, but in a fun way. Great game!
Great little jam incremental game! Well done!
Interesting concept! It was definitely difficult, but I enjoyed flying around and the pixel art was great. Thanks for sharing!
Had a very good time with this! An interesting amount of depth and strategy, especially for a jam game. Well done!
This type of game is exactly my jam. The design was super clean and presentable, and it was great getting stronger and finding more of the game each run. Very well done, and thanks for sharing!
Great art, and great music! The idea is solid as well, and I think with some extra time and polish this could be a fun little piece. Thanks for sharing!
I very much enjoyed my time with this one. It felt good to play, the art style was really cool, and it was cohesive from start to finish! Would love to see more.
Absolutely fantastic. The general mechanic is fun, the animations sell the movement, the controls feel nice, and the music is banging. Genuinely had a fun time puzzling out the best routes to make it to the end.
I like the idea! Other people have mentioned, but the floaty jump was a bit tough to get under control. Other than that though, I enjoyed the little details, and the art! I appreciate you sharing!
Good concept for a game! It was interesting to go from a fairly leisurely pace to trying to dodge all my clones. I'll second the feedback about the controls being a little wonky, but I know how hard that can be to nail, especially given 48 hours so I think it came out very well done. Thanks for sharing!
Took me a minute to get the hang of it, but I enjoyed my time figuring it out. The game over screen was pretty funny. Overall a great entry, thanks for sharing!
I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I found myself really enjoying the loop of just exploring around and finding things despite the lo-fi aesthetic. Well done and thanks for sharing!
This is a superb showing. I love the sounds. The collisions feel tactile. The gameplay is really frenetic. Overall really really good!
Actually love this. Hilarious and new. Thanks for making!
I love the sounds, and the text to speech! I do wish that I could adjust my mouse sensitivity (I was all over the place). Overall, a very enjoyable entry. Thanks!
Very good idea, and a nice implementation of it! Solving the puzzle was enjoyable, and overall a very good joke. Like some other folks said, the animations could be a little jarring, but nothing a polish pass wouldn't fix. Thanks for sharing!
Loved the animations! Hilarious and fun to play.
A fun little game! I didn't realize that the map was as large as it was the first time, but I had a better go of it on my second playthrough. Thanks for sharing!
As a concept, I enjoyed it quite a bit! The setting and art style are all great. Well done!
Like the others have said, the gun sounds are great. The shooting has solid feel, and the movement is doesn't feel too floaty, or too stiff. The mechanics are fairly basic (not in a negative way), but the gamefeel kept me playing. Great entry!
Controls too a while to get the hang of, but all in all I think it's a nice entry. Thanks for sharing!
I found the game quite compelling! I've been someone on both sides of this kind of conversation, and definitely told the other person that I was busy, all while just playing some nothing games. That said, the 'nothing' games in this where were very well produced and interesting in their own right.
I loved the sound design, and the way your character typed in a realistic manner. Overall a pretty fantastic entry, and one that's not super comparable to other games in the jam. Thanks for sharing!
Enjoyed the game, but the sound design and UI presentation were top notch!
A very well polished game, and a good amount of fun. I really enjoyed the animations. The only issue I had was that it took me a bit to figure out HOW to type to kill monsters, as I tried to start every letter with a capital, which it seems like the game didn't register.
Thank you for sharing! This was a very interesting. Soundtrack is great, graphics are cute, loop is very good.
Very solid! I appreciate the existential dread this gave me about my own work/eat/sleep repeat loop...
It took me a minute to figure out the loop but once I got it. it was fairly satisfying. I like the concept of a nice RTS style game, especially in a jam like this. Would love to see an update with the features and sounds you wanted to do. Overall a good entry!
Hilarious, and actually really fun for the short bursts you play a jam game. The placing was a little confusing at times (like, sometimes I click, and it places or upgrades, but sometimes it doesn't? I might just be dumb). Overall a real cool little showing. Thanks!
The models were great! The sounds were funny (though it could have used a mixing pass). Took me a few to figure out what I was doing, but I had a good time. As someone who hates how dusty his apartment gets, I feel like this was made for me!
I like these types of games, so the concept hooked me! I love the visuals, and the gameplay was fun (once I figured out what exactly I was doin). Thanks for sharing!
I'm a sucker for a clicker game, so you got me already. I enjoyed the premise and the main mechanic! My only real feedback was that the ten seconds inbetween sentences at the beginning made it feel like it took a while to get started. Regardless, I enjoyed!
I enjoyed the movement quite a bit, though I felt the sword was a little awkward to use (or maybe I'm just extra bad). But overall a great effort! Thanks for uploading
I liked that there wasn't a crosshair. I think that would have made it too easy. I enjoyed the game though!
Very interesting entry. I don't think I've seen a text game on here before! It was evocative and really had atmosphere. Thanks for sharing!
This is tough! The visuals and audio are great though. My only feedback would be that the beginning text would be nicer if I could speed it up. Otherwise, great entry and thanks for sharing!
Well done completing an entry! I wasn't entirely sure what was going on in a lot of spots, but it's a good little platformer! Thanks for sharing
Amazing entry! The gameplay was a lot of fun (once I figured out exactly what I was doing). Having to keep track of both sides kept either from feeling repetitive. The art style was a lot of fun, the SFX worked well, and the music was fantastic. Thanks for sharing!
I loved it, even though I'm not great at the movement (I only scored a 60). The teleporting is fun, and when you're able to aim and get a tele-kill while falling from another one, it's intensely satisfying. I'll absolutely be returning to this one.
Very good entry! The controls were a little floaty, but once you got used to it, movement was good. The art and music were great. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the upload! I know it wasn't finished, but I think the core of what you were going for is a good idea, and I hope you work on it some more. I enjoyed trying to get the right ability pressed just on site of the monsters. The sprites were great as well, especially for this kind of game. Excited to see what you put out in the future!
The sound and the visuals were great! Gameplay was a very interesting, and took a few runs to get used to, but I had a great time. Collecting is very satisfying, and trying to keep track of everything happening and your orientation is just the right amount of mind-bendy. Well done!
Loved the art, and the gameplay was simple to learn, but fun to try and get the hang of! My score wasn't very good, but I enjoyed checking it out. Thanks for sharing!
I think this was a fun take on the theme, and humorous. A bit more feedback as you're interacting with the world would go a long way, I think. I hope you keep working on it after the jam!
Great game feel, along with some terrific audio. Enjoyed the main game loop as well! I'm not exactly sure what would be done about it, but if you don't move around, it seems like the game becomes a lot easier. Overall great entry though! Thanks for sharing.
