Is this a game with a message? About the inevitability of doing stuff other / more useful than procratinating? 😁
Loved the typing mistakes and "no, i can't write that" moments.
And I am looking forward to reading more of your description, so I can play it again with that in mind 😉
I loved this game, it gave me "Emily is away" vibes, which i really like; the little games are a great touch to entertain you while you wait for the messages without breaking the game pacing
SFXs and graphics are awesome and it's a really polished game considering the time costraints
Good job!

I found myself kinda frustrated with this about mid-way through, then really liked it when I shutdown the computer. It really established a mood with me. Even if the friend is pushy :-)
Also, I ran into a bug where the dinosau--person game kept spawning me directly next to a hazard, so I died instantly before I could jump.
@games-by-tom @zsharpfire Thanks for the feedback, glad you liked the game. I'll be sure to finish the description once I have the time.
@vgel The browser game bug is something I unfortunately only noticed after submission time. The player's running speed accelerates while playing, and I simply forgot to reset it at death, which leads to continous acceleration until the player is so fast he hits the first obstacle every time. Per rules of the jam, I'll fix it as soon as rating time ends.
I'll make sure to also check out all your games when I've got time. Uni keeps me quite busy.
@eyedromeda : you actually are allowed to fix bugs, as long as you are not adding a new feature and add a note with a change log -> https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/rules * (see chapter "Additional Notes for both the Jam and Compo") *
@games-by-tom Thanks for pointing that out. It's been fixed now.
I found the game quite compelling! I've been someone on both sides of this kind of conversation, and definitely told the other person that I was busy, all while just playing some nothing games. That said, the 'nothing' games in this where were very well produced and interesting in their own right.
I loved the sound design, and the way your character typed in a realistic manner. Overall a pretty fantastic entry, and one that's not super comparable to other games in the jam. Thanks for sharing!

Hey, your game feels really nice! The visuals and the sound set the mood quite well! A bit more to do would be nice, but I guess that's the catch, that I don't really have something to do, I just don't want to go for a run :D
Really like this game, also I hate Alex and I know an Alex and they made me start running rececntly. I don't know what really to say about this game but it felt very familiar. Great job :)))))
Unique and interesting compo entry! I like minigame-based games, but this one has a neat little storyline that is somewhat relatable. I personally hate running and prefer other forms of cardio that aren't so taxing on my joints, so it really did feel annoying to get the messages from Alex about it. However, that was not a bad thing; in fact it was well-crafted because it made me *feel* something. And ultimately, shutting down the PC felt almost exactly like when I shut down my PC for the night.
Absolutely fantastic. I simply cannot believe that this is a *compo* game. Perfectly polished and ludonarratively sublime.

Hey! I really enjoyed your game, it was like that slice of life movies. I am also exited you made it in Godot since I am also trying to do staff there :) and the typing effect was perfect. Well done! My favourite game so far

Very well made game, it's impressive how much stuff is there while still following a narrative. I liked the backtracking on typos. Very original entry. Good job!

Wow, I tried using Godot to make a game with a text chat with similar mechanics a few years ago, and I'm really impressed how you managed that, paths between dialogs, typed deleted words and all, that's amazing! I just read the source code, that's very smart, good job!

This is a really unique entry and a surprisingly compelling one. The mistakes in typing give so much character to it. Also, it wasn't fancy but the sound design was on point. Overall really nicely polished!
Really interesting take on the theme!

Viruses are very commun and everyone needs to delete them from his devices. It's really necessary to check your Mac for viruses from time to time, otherwise it could end badly. If you don't understand anything, you can take a look at this source on the website [setapp.com](https://setapp.com/how-to/check-your-mac-for-viruses) as it may be helpful for you. I hope I have helped you with this issue.
