Grat idea! The graphics and audio are awesome
Great gameplay feel, I love the number and variety of levels.
Very creative idea !
I would have liked to see some score system
I really like the way this game answers to the theme!
The graphics and music are grat, the narrative is original and very well conveyed.
The first crashes are interesting, they left me wondering about if it was a real bug or not, and after multiple restarts I didn't felt annoyed, but curious to get to the end of it.
Great job !
Great entry !
Super entertaining and efficient, the theme is epic and the music really great. I love the variety of levels and the overall feel of the game.
Great job !
Really nice idea and concept, the music is really epic !
Maybe the player character could move a little faster, it is a bit frustrating in the beginning to move so slowly
Very neat game, the puzzles are clever and interesting, feels very smooth and polished.
Sounds and music are great and serve the atmosphere well
Well, I'm not really objective when it comes to cyberpunkish games :) That said, sound and visuals fit the theme
The gameplay is an excellent idea, it asks some focus !
Really nice game, the UI is well done. Could be a great finished game!
I noticed two bugs for the moment : when opening the ship panel, once you bought more than seven ships the panel is cluttered and it becomes hard to navigate (buttons surimpress one another)
The second one, is that for setting a route for the first time for a ship you have to open the panel two times to get to select the origin and destination planets.
Great entry, I love the graphics and the music.
It took me a little time to grasp what I was supposed to do without reading the instructions, but then it was really nice to play
Great game, very dynamic !
Amazing graphics and very fun to play!
Great atmosphere !
I really love the graphics
Great graphics and good music! I liked the plot and the idea.
However, when the puzzle was solved I got into the rover and there was still nothing on the sceen, and I wasn't able to find what I was supposed to do. Maybe it's a bug or a missing feature ?
Great art and sound! I like the vast array of weapons even if the gameplay is a bit repetitive
Nice game, and always cool to see some shadocks !
Very well done in 48 hours!
The game feels very neat and polished.
It's hard but fun! The graphics are really good. It would make a really nice 2 payer game
Nice work, lacks maybe a tutorial or a more complete interface. But in 48h time you did really good work with an ambitious idea
Really great graphics ! I didn't understood what's going on, but it was fun !
Nice game, hard but very fun to play.
I think that if you use WASD + arrows to control, it would be more intuitive to move with wasd and shoot with arrows (or maybe I'm too much used to the binding of Isaac)
The graphics are very cool and the music is nice too
Same problem with the UI, it took me a bit of time to get it.
Otherwise, nice and original idea, especially loved the sound
Excellent idea and awesome graphics ! This is one of my favourites so far.
Great game! The graphics are awesome and the gameplay is very nice
One of my favourites so far! Graphics and sound are well done and neat, and the gameplay is a brilliant idea !
The puzzles are challenging and that's great
Good mood and graphics, the gameplay is nice : some kind of galcon fusion with a twist !
I really enjoyed it. Finished it a first time, might try a second one to know other possible stories.
Well written and good answer to the theme! I like how the narration is constrcuted using files sent by the interlocutor
Nice and quite challenging !
Great idea for the theme! Well executed and polished. I really enjoyed it
The movements are little bit buggy and lack of smoothness.
The gameplay idea is good, but it takes a bit of time to grasp why marbles or the character can't be teleported.
Maybe some visual indicators could help (marks on the floor where there are walls on the other dimension for example).
Or maybe a visual representation of the other dimension could help ? (a mini-map for example, or a semi-transparent layout on top of the screen you can switch on and off)
Awesome! I love the crafting and exchange system.
Receiving and sending messages is very pleasing !
I noticed a bug happening after a while with the left arm of the character : it began to shake and I could not use it anymore
Great idea overall! The gameplay is challenging but intuitive
Very original and fun
Great game ! The graphics are great and the plot also, the gameplay is very nice.
The leaderbards work without problem
Smooth and relaxing :)
The level looks really nice, but it lacks some background music or ambient score. Playing can be a bit frustrating at the beginning as the character is really really slow (but it gets better as the difficulty increases).
It would be great to see a score/runned distance feature !
Nice idea ! I took a bit of time to understand how it worked, maybe it lacks a bit of clarity.
The sound effects and the plot are good, the gameplay is original
Great game, quite addictive and interesting to play
One of my favourite entries so far, great job !
Great entry! I loved it
I love your answer to the theme, the graphics and music are lovely.
The gameplay feels very repetitive, I didn't finished it
I really loved it, but I wasn't even paying to the score whatsoever
I really loved it, but I wasn't even paying attention to the score whatsoever
Very nice entry!
I love the sound of the sheeps, very cute
Nice idea, I love the atmosphere, but it lacks maybe a bit of sound. Switching the channels can become boring very quickly though
When I played it the first time I thought it lacked some music, good thing you uploaded the second version!
Very enjoyable, I like the upgrades
I noticed a few glitches when the sumo reaches the pinball bats
Great answer to the theme and original gameplay!
The graphics and sound are top notch too
Very hard to beat
Wow! hahaha
That's hilarious
I love the idea
Very fun little game, I especially like the sounds!
Great job on this entry!
The atmosphere is great and I really appreciate your work on the audio, the idea is very good also!
I took me some time to figure out this thing with the plane though
Great entry! Very well done, especially for 48 hours.
I didn't noticed any bugs, and it was very fun to play
Great entry, the graphics are very neat and the gameplay is very addictive
But I encoutered no production bottlenecks and I have been clicking rather randomly without much planning
Very creative and original idea!
The mechanics are vey well crafted and I enjoyed the atmosphere
Very neat game!
the end is glorious
I like your "seed" idea at the start!
Would be interesting to have the fish swim around a bit more.
Graphics and music are really good
A composition detail also : the big black masses on the foreground are maybe too visually invasive
I would be interested to see a more complete version of it, with the features you talk about implemented
Feels really polished and finished !
Really hard to beat also
Well, nothing to say, amazing entry!
The idea behind pushing crystals to move the camera is interesting but needs a bit of refinement.
The gameplay isn't very challenging, the graphics and audio are quite nice though.
Also, I noticed that the lifebar can prevent you to fall in the pit : it looks like it's part of the player sprite object and it shouldn't, it reacts as a solid
I really like the graphic style you chose, the gameplay feels really responsive.
It's a good thing that death is not that punitive, because the game can be very tough by moments. I was surprised by the teleportation to a random(?) level at death, I found it quite puzzling at first! (but not in a negative way)
It would be nice to have some background music to it!
Overall this is a very neat entry.
I really love the graphics and the idea is very original and interesting!
I found it very hard also, I understood how to paint but had a really hard time to guess where the obstacles were anyway, and I didn't really understood this thing with the number of blobs, but that's probably my bad. Maybe there was some kind of visual indicator of it that I missed
I didn't understood what i was supposed to do at first, I needed to read the instructions.
The mechanic idea is very interesting, but need a bit of refinement (the first time I won without even moving, and the second time it seemed very tedious)
The graphics are neat, and overall, good idea but not easy to grasp at first
I like your take on pong, it's simple and original!
But the first time I played I had trouble to figure out what was going on : weird how a simple idea can seem complicated when the visual feedback is a bit messy!
I like the visual style you chose, but I think it needs some more work to make it more readable.
Otherwise, nice job!
The game is very short, but 48 hours are short and it still presents an interesting idea.
I like the nimating and sounds you made, like in your previous LD entry you have a very strange and original atmosphere. The idea is very creative also
I'm curious to see what you will make from it!
Great entry!
everything is neat and enjoyable
Nice gameplay idea, i like how the current works
A bit of sounds would have been nice to add a bit of atmosphere
It's probably my bad but it took me a bit of time to understand what the white forms mean (the directions from where the wave comes from)
Nice puzzle ideas, it was nice to play.
It don't see how it fit the theme also, but that's not so much of a problem
you can click throw some food for the organisms, it is pretty basic and maybe too simplistic
you can get some information by hovering your mouse on the "?" sign on the topèleft corner of the screen
Thanks for your feedback, I'll try to make it clearer
Once they reach a determined food intake, they evolve by themselves
@egos : I just added the .capx file in the entry! ;)
I like your idea of switching layers to complete the platformer
Nice little game, I like the mood and the visuals
I rally like how jumping feels!
Great job
188.815 seconds!
Nice to play, I would like the turtle to move faster
maybe it could be nice to see a little bit where the food on the other layers is (it would allow to plan more efficiently the moves)
It's a detail, but I like the "nom" sound :)
Geat entry with a very nice gameplay and atmospher
I didn't felt like the difficulty level increase was very well balanced ; level six felt way simpler than level 5 for example
the puzzles are well crafted and interesting
really hard but very fun to play!
somehow the weird physics contribute to make it funny, I like how the guys explode on the floor also!
Maybe they jump to fast, it's technically impossible to not sacrifice most of them
I really like the way the rooms zoom out, really good mechanic idea!
The movements are a bit slow maybe and the inertia is a bit too exagerated, it makes it tricky to master the jumps and can be straighforward frustrating when you end up getting out of the screen
Good job for a first submission though!
I really like the audio and the screaming!
The graphics are nice too, the gameplay is simple but effecive and it fits the theme
I would have liked to have a longer playing time also
really nice idea, the game is fun to play!
It's really hard to get those cool sheeps on the top of the hill but I enjoyed it anyway
Great job!
Simple but very nice gameplay idea, the atmosphere is lovely
Nice twist on the snake game, would be nice to know when the bombs are going to explode
One of my favourite entries so far, would love to see a post-LD version of this !
The snowman models are very nice!
I found that reloading takes too much time, and overall the game lacks a bit of dynamism for a shooting game, and there is no real need for other weapons since the shotguns is a bit cheated :)
The graphics are nice, but I didn't sticked to the end to discover how the game was linked to the theme.
I found the movements of the ship not responsive enough, and the difficulty frustrating
Very nice graphics!
I also just kept pressing spacebar, there is some lack of gameplay and objective but it feels very polished, and it fits the theme perfectly
Very fun to play and very neat entry overall
I especially like the sound effects
Very nice entry! I like the changing rooms
Reminds me a lot of teleglitch
looks beautiful and relawing but the shooting part is frustrating
It looks gorgeous and learning to use the crane feels great!
I like the atmosphere and your take on the theme too.
However, it grows a bit boring fast as it lacks a clear goal and the possibilities are quite limited
Very fun to play and feels very neat
Nice job !
Great sounds and music, also the gameplay idea is good
I enjoyed it pretty well
Very weird entry and kind of unsettling
The controls and movements lacked a bit of fluidity to my taste and I don't ghet what the "blinking" mechanics brings to the game
Great entry with a very original idea
I especially like the music
one of my favourite entries so far, great job !
Simple and effective gameplay idea!
Very nice gameplay
Interesting take on the theme !
The gameplay feels dynamic and challenging, also, I like the fact that the difficulty and the level can decrease
I noticed that by letting the game run without moving or rotating for a while, the level scales by itself to the maximum one, which is a bit weird.
A score system and a leaderboard would be a great addition to it! And maybe also some hp/number of lives feature, as the game as it is now has no lose condition (from what I have seen)
Also, by the way, thank you for your useful feedback on my game ;)
The waves are a bit too long, especially the first ones
It's a bit repetitive but becomes more in,teresting as the upgrades appear
I like that you implemented leaderboards
Weird and fun :)
I like the idea but the gameplay is veeeeeery slow (and kind of boring)
Also, it's difficult to endoctrinate people because as soon as someone enters the "sphere of influence" and there is alredy some people in it, it destroys supporters without being converted, so the number of converted people always stays very low
@kyyrma : It's true that at start when the parasite is dropped it should be possible to restart quickly without waiting. Thanks for reporting the problem with the queen as I didn't noticed anything similar so far, i'll try to fix it ;)
@pkenny : thank you for the feedback! I perfectly see your point, and your critic is very useful :) I'll correct this in the post-LD version of the game.
@retrophantom : If you go all the way down and see the queen room, then you have to take the passage on the right, then bottom again, and you're there ;)
The six-pack plastic weapon is a cool idea ! I like your background story a lot
I like the sound of ennemies on death
Otehrwise I found it hard and a bit stiff, it would be better to be able to shoot on the left side of the turtle too, and I found the controls a bit weird
Great game!
It feels very complete and polished, and the gameplay is really fun
I like the music also
The little ticking sounds are great and very relaxing
I like the idea but the game is not very challenging overall, and the ennemies didn't seem to attack me even when they weren't turned into friends yet
yeah great great great great !
I had a lot of fun with this one
It would indeed be nice to have the whole house to draw shit all over it
What would be great too is to have other options to vandalize stuff up (like letting the water run everywhere and break stuff in total rampage mode)
Very nice idea, the controls just don't feel dynamic/responsive enough, and moving the skeleton by repeatedly lifting/dropping it takes a bit too long
The gameplay is very original and the graphics are nice though
Nice story and graphics, even if the gameplay lacks a bit!
Nice entry, I think it lacks a bit of scaling in difficulty.
Also, I finished it without finding myself once lacking energy, so there wasn't really any challenge
Nice assets, the gameplay feels a bit repetitive and it doesn't seem to have a lose condition from what I've saw
it seems that the player doesn't have any real influence on whether he wins or not
Great graphics and soundtrack!
I found the gameplay a bit confusing with this "shredding objects to parts" thing. The reload time of the weapon is also way too long
Otherwise, good job ;)
Great mood, music and graphics
Concerning the game itself, the screen is really little and I had no opportunity to try the game with a second player
Nice little game, lacks some difficulty or challenge
Also the music is driving me nuts
I noticed that some keys couldn't be picked up, I don't know if it's intentional, but in case it's a bug I played the game with Mozilla
Great entry, very complete and polished especially for a jam game!
Telenades are very fun to use
Doesn't run on Mozilla (error message : Assertion failed: Cannot call unknown function on_fatal (perhaps LLVM optimizations or closure removed it?))
Tried on Chrome also, and didn't worked neither
I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do, maybe a little explanation in the description could be useful ;)
The game doesn't work with firefox (we can see only the rocket on a blue background and it doesn't react to contorls)
Otherwise, it could be nice to be able to relaunch more quickly, because all the tokens are very hard if not impossible to catch without launching a lot of times ;)
The rocket looks nice, I found it tricky to control
The background music is very nice
Very nice game, there is quickly much to keep track of and I like how the difficulty increases (I completely dropped the homework after a while)
The connection with the theme is a bit vague but it doesn't really matter
I really like the satirical twist you gave to it !
Really good entry! I love the visuals
Great atmosphere, which led me to keep going despite the very tedious controls. I like the idea and the way you adapted to the "two button controls" theme, but I think it would gain to be easier to use, for example by allowing to scroll trough actions and moving directions with the mouse wheel, because otherwise I believe it will turn a lot of people away from continuing to play
Great entry!
Simple and efficient with a great attention to details! The sounds are especially pleasing
Beautiful graphics, souncs and atmosphere! I really liked the display ratio of the game, it makes it very cinematographic.
Also, original answer to the theme.
The controls felt very furstrating as it was difficult to control the beatle movements, and what we saw on the screen lacked clarity. On this last aspect, maybe the first person point of view wasn't the greatest choice possible.
It would have been easier to be able to fly only using mouse controls for example (left click to attack, right click to move in desired direction). Catching all the bugs seemed very tedious from the start and not really encouraging!
that was really fun!
Very weird and great entry! I loved the use of stop motion
Really neat and polished entry! The gameplay feels great, I really loved the sound design
The hand drawn graphics are great! The difficulty is crazy also!
Really touching little game! i loved it
Great art and music! Original take on the theme also
The game looks nice, and I really like the graphics. I think the camera could be tweaked to make it way more interesting, because at the moment I end up with the player always at the top of the screen with absolutely no visibility of what is incoming. Having the big blue clouds almost at the center of the screen takes a lot of screen space for no actual benefit.
Nice entry! It lacks a bit of atmosphere, maybe because of the lack of sound, but the graphics look good and the idea is fun to play with. However, I found it difficult to get all the needed reagents for rituals, the ones which are the most needed are not necessarily the easiest to find
Nice gameplay idea, but I had some trouble to play it. I played the browser version, and it ended up pretty frustrating because I just couldn't get the change of direction right. Maybe I only have a bad timing though! Are you supposed to just click the left side of the screen, or to click on the left side of the moving ball?
@eeemmbbeeerr : maybe you reaches a number of branches too important, which caused the bugs! I dind't limited the number of generated objects properly for this build. I hope it did not wasted your experience too mcuch :(
@MorseAmalgam : thanks for your feedback! There are indeed a few bugs I didn't took time to correct before the deadline, as they were not game-breaking ones ;) sorry for the inconvenience
@edgeOfCode: what version were you playing? I wasn't able to test the OS/X build at all
@HuvaaKoodia : thanks for taking the time to give such complete feedback! I'll fix all these bugs as soon as possible.
@Pusty: if you clicked just right away, the trunk might have no time to grow properly! You just need to wait a bit for it to grow and then branch out from it ;)
Simple and effective idea, I like the choice of very simple and flat graphics, thet look pretty good. It lacks some sound effects, and gets a bit boring and repetitive after a while as the difficulty doesn't seem to inscrease (or maybe it does, but way too slowly to be noticed or challenging), and there is not a lot of evolution going on.
The assets look really good! Nice universe and atmosphere, it's also pretty fun to play and I liked the variety of levels you were able to propose for a jam game. Good job!
The idea is very charming! I started by killing them all though before realising it wans't actually the goal.
I like the tamagotchi-like feel of your game
Really polished little game! It feels quite finished, simple and full of details and tight feedbacks.
Really nice idea! not easy to play though
Really nice entry! I ended up playing way longer than planned! Seeing the stats at the end of my first try and seeing the building and interaction possibilities definitely gave me motivation to try again until completion
Simple, polished and beautiful looking! I like the idea, I would like it to be a bit longer
Nice art style! I liked the fact that you decided to go with an idea revolving around the moon to answer to the theme. However, I didn't really got the point of the game in itself so it ended up being frustrating to play
Nice to meet you, Gertrude the amoeba!
I played it with the WASD controls and it ended up being very easy to play
Simple and efficient, but the sound effects where a bit harsh
Nice idea! It was pretty fun but maybe a bit short
Very soothing and poetic atmosphere! I like the somplicity of it, and the story behind it. You also made a great and clever use of the "two button controls" theme!
Your link seems to be dead at the moment :(
zip zip - bi bap boop boop
Good game! The use of two button controls is very interesting. The graphics and the atmosphere are really good, it creates a nice and pleasing universe. But during the play I just focused on the "gameplay" part of the screen so the minion spawning and animations, which are really nice and polished, just felt like decor
Really nice and soothing game, with a well cafted atmosphere! It was a bit slow at the start so I almost left it, but then the rythm becomes better
The visual assets look very good!
Cool visual style and fun to play! However,I got plenty of errors flooding the screen, especially "Non-convex Mesh Collider with non-kinematic Rigidbody is no longer supported in Unity 5" when crashing my bus
Great entry! very creative
Looks interesting, I liked the audio choice
Really great entry! Great theme and very good style and atmosphere, I would like to see it pushed further
