Pretty good game. I killed the first two enemies before that last wolf guy messed me up really quickly haha. I liked the different feel of the weapons and the leveling up of the enemies.
The visuals were very good.
I did forget what button switches weapons right after I read it. I wish there was an option to see the controls again.

Simple and fun fighting game. Fighters are difficult to pull off but you two did it. I like the powerups and enjoyed going a few rounds against the computer. Nice work!
This game is a really great idea with clever execution. The art, gameplay, animation, and soundtrack are all first-rate. I think this is one of the best games I played so far in this Ludum Dare. This team should pat itself on the back for a job well done!
My only critique is that the camera was kinda jerky for me and made me feel a little dizzy. That is something that might just be me but I thought I should mention it.

Really clever concept to fit the theme.
At first I was confused about when to use the shields and lasers but I started to get it around day 96 or so. I like the risk/reward idea of this game and how you need to think about if it's worth it to trade water in order to blow up some ships. Also I thought it was nice that you had time to add dialogue in the game.
I think I would have liked a little more explanation about when to use weapons and how the game works. I know many people skip tutorials but I would have liked a little more explanation.

This game feels and plays like a Nintendo game. I'm very impressed by the graphics, gameplay, and cleverness of this game. The game can be tough just like those retro games too!
I love how you can collect baseballs to throw at the enemies and it appears in the scoreboard at the bottom. It feels like a lot of work really went into the details of this game and I definitely chuckled a few times at the humor.

This game is great. It had me coming back for more. Once I thought of a way to destroy the enemies quickly a new type of enemy would come in and I would have to chuck bones at them.
The bones mechanic fits the theme of the jam as well as making the game fun to play. I will definitely be coming back and playing this game again. This is a great take on a tower defense game.

I thought the sound design and graphics were great. The game was simple to understand and easy to figure out the mechanics. It was a little difficult to shoot in some directions due to the controls but it didn't bother me.
It gets really tough in the later stages and I was running around the level trying not to get hit. Great job on this game. I will be playing this again.
I made it to nightfall! Simple game that was pretty fun. I mostly put my hearts into the archer and the mage and barely used my knight. No enemy really got close enough to give my knight any problems. Maybe in the future you might have some faster enemy types that could cause the party some problems.
I liked the concept of switching hearts to make attacks faster. The first time I accidentally killed my archer and mage but taking hearts from them when they each had only 1 heart left.
The art was great, the enemy designs were cool, and the sound effects were nice.

Sometimes I didn't exactly understand what direction the arrow was pointing because it was just a triangle. I think adding a line to it might help (->).

This game made me laugh out loud in a few parts. I love the effect that you can shoot someone's hat off and they comment on it. The voice work and music were great.
It got pretty tense for me after missing a few shots and then having my rival shoot my hat off. Simple game with a lot of replay value. I really enjoyed it!
This game was tough for me but I kept going back and trying again. The voices were great but I wish I had some more voices for when I did well. The music had me tapping my feet.
I hope someone else's Joe Disco kept the party going because my Joe Disco wasn't doing so hot. Overall fun game!
I beat it! I made it to the tower. It took me a few tries after driving into a some holes. The king also asked for ice cream right at the end and I was saying to the screen "Come one king I just got ice cream for you 2 seconds ago". Overall it was pretty fun and it had the right amount of destruction that I needed. I also enjoyed the flipping cars mechanic.
The E and F buttons were a little awkward to hit when moving with WASD,
Was that a cymbal sound I heard when hitting the trash cans? haha
The game looked great and I love the concept. It was hard for me to follow if my shot was on beat. I wish there was some way that I could shoot and see the beat at the same time.
The menu to select songs/start the game was very clever. I think this game is pretty good and would love to see what you guys do in the future.
Pretty fun game. I wish I had some way to see what building I'm clicking (maybe showing the mouse) and then dropping the building a little sooner. This game was challenging!
I had fun just dodging police and driving around. I'm impressed with the graphics and sounds. The game looked and sounded great.

I enjoyed the concept of this game. It took me a second to wrap my head around it but I got the hang of it. I only ever got 3 tracks to stack and I wanted more!
I had a fun time playing this. Graphics, sound fx, and length were perfect. It was a little difficult jumping due to the monster moving off the platform but that is something that can be easily fixed. I had a great time and will be playing this game again.
I had a blast playing this. The bounciness of the buster dunk and valiant foot were super satisfying (especially stringing those together with the dragon punch). I spent a long time trying to beat tutorial 4 but I was unwilling to give up.
I often found myself repeating the numbers of the moves out loud in order to get the timing right "4 - 3 - 1 - 2"
The art style fit the game perfectly and I like the nods to fighting game history.
I'm usually terrible at fighting games but this game made me feel like I could string together some 20 hit combo.

It took me a second to figure out what I was doing but I got the hang of it. I think the game design is very good due to it only taking a few seconds for me to figure out pink passengers need to be dropped off at the Pink Bus Top, Blue Passengers at the Blue Bus Stop, etc. You didn't need to write a long how to guide for the game which is great.
I love the sound fx in the games and the simple "Hello" and "Thank You" made me laugh.
The camera was kinda zooming in and out a little too much for my liking but that's something that you can easily fiddle with in the future.
Overall I like this take on the theme!
I like the concept of a sort of puzzle game on rails. This is my first time hearing about the TIC-80 and it's pretty cool that you made a game on it.
I wanted the game to last a little longer but that is just a minor gripe.

I like the art, humor, and audio in this game a lot! I laughed out loud often. Especially when the kid became an adult and he said something like "Where did this hand come from?" "Stop touching me"
I like the sound fx and it fits well with the art style.
I'm not quite sure why I'm an Uncaring Brainless Neglecting Parent in the game but I think after a few replays I can level up haha.
I also want to reiterate what PeachTreeOath said above about the day night cycle: It is really innovative and I hadn't seen anything like that before.
This is the best game I have so far! The graphics were great! The design is really well thought out!
It fits the theme perfectly. I'm someone who usually doesn't enjoy puzzle games but this game had me hooked. I will be coming back to play more.

This is a really clever take on the theme. I never would have thought of having a survival shooter on a doughnut.
It took me a second to realize I didn't have a weapon but I got the hang of the gameplay fairly quickly. The shotgun was super tough to use but I like the challenge.
The laser/fire beam going across the doughnut really created a lot of tension but was also a great way to get rid of some candy canes.

At first I didn't read it properly and kept grabbing at all the sushi so I ate 34 pieces of wrong sushi haha. Once I figured it out I realized this game does have some depth to it and requires a bit of skill to grab the right sushi in the middle of a bunch of wrong sushi.

The graphics were simple but pretty awesome in my opinion. I enjoyed the puzzles and trying to figure out to get my band mates to play longer. I got the first aid kit to help get the bass player to play longer but I could never figure out what to do with the lingerie. Not sure what I was doing wrong but I still enjoyed the game.
I haven't played a point and click game at a Ludum Dare. Pretty fun
Fun concept and any game with ragdoll physics is gonna make me happy. Super tense gameplay when your health is down to almost zero and you're trying to guess the ninja's next attack direction.
First thing I want to say is that the art is great! Every scene in the game was fun to look at and I looked forward to seeing what comes next in the next scene or next world.
Something that really stuck out to me was the ability to click on something before a certain animation happens and you can get the better crystal amount. I loved that. The gameplay turned into twitch gameplay for me -- "I gotta tap on this before that cat appears to get more crystals!"
UI design was also fantastic. The quality is top notch and I had a clear idea what my next upgrade cost and what it will do.
It took me a second to realize how the worlds interacted with each other. However, even an idle game layman (like myself) can figure it out and there is a deeper strategy to it. It took me a long time to finish all 3 worlds but I saw that it can be in a much quicker time.
To sum it up: - Fantastic art - Groovy track - Amazing animation - Deep strategy - Twitch click gameplay - Interesting connection between the worlds with the crystals
First the graphics are great. Second the camera and movement is super smooth. I could move around the level easily and turning the camera had everything rotate! Nice!
It took me a second to figure out how to build the towers but I got the hang of it. Nice design and nice gameplay
I like the RTS feel of the game. I haven't played a game with RTS movement at a Ludum Dare before. cool idea. Tough but fair gameplay. I'll need to spend some more time with the game cuz I kinda just sent all the firefighters to the same spot.

Awesome idea. Controls were super tough but I don't imagine this game is suppose to be easy. Loved the graphics and the sound. Idea of merging with other cars of the same color is great. Nice work!
Fantastic graphics, great music, easy to understand gameplay, great UI design. The shadow mechanic is very cool and create quite the challenge for me. When I first started the game I thought to myself "Oh the screenshots show a rover but I'm just a box?" then after a few seconds I figured it out. Very cool idea to upgrade the rover.
I spent a long time looking a the wheels haha. The bounciness and turn on the wheels looked great.
The controls were a little hard to turn around. I thing that was the one difficulty I had.
Overall a great job.
I have no idea what I'm doing but I like that. I was aiming for the pools most of the game haha. I realized later I needed to stay up in the air. The cover art alone sold me on this game.

It took me a second to figure out the mechanics of the game "Hey what happened to my ball? Oh it depends on the room? I'll just ram these enemies then!" went through my head. Art was great, gameplay was fun, overall design is fantastic. The different enemy types like the triangle were challenging.
I did get a little dizzy from the camera movement but it did look cool.

This is an really interesting concept. It's sort of a mix of baseball with golf and the continents(?)/islands(?) are the holes. I thought the split screen was a really innovative idea to get the concept that you are hitting the ice cube far.
Also just when I thought, "Oh I guess the gameplay is mainly just this one loop of aiming and hitting." The world started spinning and it made the game more of a challenge. I know there is more stuff that can be added to this game to give it more variety but it's a game jam so I'm not going to harp on it. I think it's in a pretty good state.
Music is fantastic. Very epic. Graphics are great.
Five stars for innovation on the controls. I never played a racing game where the mouse buttons controlled acceleration, reverse, and braking. Great idea!
I think the turning had just enough slip to make it a challenge but wasn't too frustrating. I didn't feel like the car was skidding on ice and every turn was possible.
Music was also pretty catchy. I left the game on while I was doing some laundry and I was rocking out to the song.
My only negative was I missed a checkpoint and wasn't sure how to complete the race. I tried driving back to a checkpoint but nothing happened.

Super difficult but incredibly innovative. The way the controls moved the legs is really something I haven't seen before in games.
Damn vampire helicopters I hate when those show up haha. Great graphics and animations. I liked the sound fx too. Controls were pretty hard for me to get used to but I think that's just a fine tuning thing. I'm still trying to defeat that helicopter.
Jeez this was fun! This game is exactly in my wheelhouse -- racing and destruction. This is currently my favorite game of the jam. Destruction derby meets crazy racing
The car physics were great I think. I could turn my car well and it was easy to backup if I hit a fence or the side of the road. I've made car games in the past and I know the fine tuning on car movement can be tough. Great work.
The number of AI cars was awesome! I loved going up against so many cars.
Let's talk about the particles, lighting and graphics. All of those were superb and when I saw a car explode I said "Damn!" to myself out loud haha.
My two small critiques were the camera was a little tight on the car and its movement felt kinda sharp. I also didn't realize what lap I was on until lap 4 when I saw the counter. I guess that's more like real life so no problem.
Loved this game. Keep up the good work!
It's a simple game but I had fun trying to challenge myself to last as long as possible. I think it fits the theme perfectly because you will inevitably get hit by a police car or run into a barrier. It's a good game for a challenge.
I did spawn into a barrier or the police cars spawned in a way there was no way to get past the barrier. However, I wasn't too worried about it and just restarted.
Wooo I loved this. Super fun and tense. I got 6:13. I love the rock, paper, scissors strategy and troop placement aspect of the game. I tried so many different ways to maximize my damage by trying to place troops so that they could take out two or more units.

Nice controls. I felt that I could turn pretty easy. I did get stuck quite a few times and that ended my game. Driving animations with the jump was nice.
Gameplay was a little sparse but I can see the start of something here. City layout was also nice.
Wow what a challenge this game was! I spent a long time on the road crossing level trying to time it well but I was on a countdown clock. Talk about nail biting.
Those green cars really got me.
I like the variety in the levels and that platform level will haunt my dreams.

I wanted to do a review after I beat that Lucky Red Panda. Took a lot of tries for me to get the timing right. Stalagmites and stalactites were a deadly combination for my exorcist crew. Shout out to the squirrel squad for coming through for me.
The thought and design that went into this is pretty astounding. At first, I thought it was just about placing attacks on a timeline and seeing how much combo damage I could do. However, I also had to worry about where the ghost was going to be at a certain point in time based off of my attacks. Now you have me thinking about time and space. Damn! I feel like I was playing 4D chess and winning.
If I were to describe this game it's a mix of old school Final Fantasy, a fighting game, and being a video editor.
Also big ups to the art in the game. All of it looked great! The attack cards and the ghost death were my favorites.

Simple and fun game. I played for quite a bit just to keep the boss happy and so I could explore more of the office. I love the references to The Office.
Also the graphics and animation were great. I loved how the player character moved.
Simple gameplay with lots of style and some great humor. I really enjoyed it when I missed hitting the comet and the reporter started running around or her eyes became circles. The news headlines made me laugh.
Art was on point. All of it looked great and I really liked that the city getting destroyed was an indicator of how well you are doing.
2 minutes and 23 seconds on my first try. My strategy was to fly around with a machine gun attached and reign death from above. Took me a second to figure out how to upgrade but then I got it.
I like the graphics and the music was super chill even though I was taking out all the enemies. Great job!
I wanted to see if I could get to 20 and I did it!

I had fun chucking some guys out of the ring. I wish the sprites were different colors so I could see if I was picking up the enemy or they picked me up.

I feel like I've said this a lot for other games but it also applies to this game -- super innovative and pun (pun intended). I had a great time playing this and loved thinking about the puns.
I did wish the puns came quicker or there was some timer. It was a little easy to choose the right pun.
Super impressive game and also one of the best I've played this jam. Excellent art, mechanics, puzzles, and easy to understand gameplay. You really knocked it out of the park with this game!
The titles were clever as well because I got a clue about how to solve it from the title.

One of the best games I've played in this jam. The car controls well, the graphics are great, level design is amazing, and sound is awesome. I especially love the teleports and boost pads that appear in the later levels. I played all 10 levels.
Graphics are amazing and I thought the camera handled pretty well. I knew exactly where the dog was at all times and the camera smoothly followed the dog.
Graphics were on point. The art style is so good and really matches the gameplay.
I did find it a little hard to understand if I got my sheep in the correct spot. That was my only small problem.
I thought the van handled pretty well. I could turn well and slow down in time. The turning is pretty sharp but it didn't hamper my experience. The package vision lines were a super cool mechanic and really easy to understand where to go. I loved that idea.
Graphics were great and I liked the colors. First person view was a little hard to move around in and pick up packages but that's my only small nitpick. I might have preferred just staying in the van and launching packages from it.
I say this is a pretty solid entry.
I laughed pretty loud when a car hit me from behind and shot me into a house. I always enjoy a game that has some sort of wild damage mechanic.
I got Pilotwings flashbacks from playing this and that's a good thing. I thought, "Oh this is a chill delivery game with me flying around and just being careful not to hit the ground." and then all of a sudden I'm dodging incoming fire! Cool idea!
The controls were good and I think it's difficult to fly with a keyboard but you pulled it off. The level looks great as well.
My one thing was it was pretty hard to drop packages off without coming to a full stop.
Sorry to all the people and cars I destroyed in order to serve some people. Great artwork, awesome song, and pretty fun gameplay. I wish I could reverse a little better but that's a very small gripe. Overall, excellent job!
I don't know if I can expand on what others have said but this is one of the best games I've played this Ludum Dare. Graphics are top notch, the sound is awesome in both versions of the city, and the gameplay is super tight. I really love the fast movement around the city when hit the pads just right.
I also recommend going into this with no spoilers. I was really surprised by the the turn it took (in a good way). I want to try all the upgrades.
One of the most unique takes on the theme I've seen in this jam. Also the gameplay being simple and addictive made for a fun experience. I got 8 on my 2nd playthrough.
I lost my pants so I tried to guard my shirt as much as possible. My strategy was to also rush the opponent right when they entered the field.
Animations/graphics were excellent!
I had a lot of fun playing this. I played it 2x already and I want to come back and try again. It is super satisfying to knock packages on the ground into the truck. Wasn't quite sure if that counts but I had fun. Really launching the little packages at full force into other packages.
The game mechanics are simple as others have said but also something that makes me want to come back and play more. Good job!

Amazing punch mechanics, juice, and super fun on top of all of that. At first I was like there is no way I can get to this guy on top of the platform and then I spammed the punch button and moved up to the top. That was fun. I like how the puzzle solving involved punching and drop kicks haha.

The controlling 2 trucks idea is pretty unique and this game is challenging! I stopped paying attention to one of my trucks and it ran into a tree!

This is the funniest game I've played in this jam. I laughed out loud when I put all the crops in the truck and then as the truck I took off at full speed and lost everything. I had a super fun time.
My only small problem was my harvester and truck getting stuck on objects. I really want to smash those white fences!

Dragon animation was amazing. The firefighter coming down and you taking control is a nice touch.
I think I found out who sent the unknown message and beat the game (I don't want to spoil anything for others). It's reminds me of the Choose Your Own Adventure books but with a much more modern and fun way to do the story. I had a great time playing it even though I got a few bad endings.
One small thing I would have liked was a way to advance through the text messages so I could read them versus all the messages coming it at once.
Overall, nice work. This could turn into a fun thriller in the future.
Wow that was nerve racking even by level 3. I saw the yellow cat and I was like "Oh that cat is my rival. I just need to not hit the yellow cat" but then I realized I'm controlling 2 cats! Also the pop ups were annoying, hilarious, and a great mechanic.
I never seen a game like this where you control the direction with right or left mouse clicks. That is super innovative. I was getting so stressed trying to move the cats around with the clicks. Really great game!
I only got 6 points because it took me a bit to figure out what to do. I spent the first part of the game smashing trash cans and I loved how the cans changed shape when you hit them.
The truck controlled well and I liked trying to go full speed and then flinging the packages behind me. Graphics were really good!
I remember playing You Call The Shots in a previous Ludum Dare and I was wondering if you guys made a new game. This one is great and the idea is super unique. 5 stars again.

One of the best games I played at this Ludum Dare.
Fun to ride around and I pretty much held boost the whole time. The camera angle was unique for a driving game. I like getting a whole a view of the city. The seagull stealing the food definitely made laugh out loud.
I was confused about why my orders were wrong. Could just be me not checking the number correctly.
I think the story idea for this is one of the most original I've seen this jam. I've never seen a story like this. I also liked that there wasn't a timer and it was just looking at the person's glass head in order to see how much time was left.
I thought the cars popping out of parking spots was a fun idea.
The vehicle was pretty difficult to control and I think it could use some tightening up.

I thought the aiming while moving the car was pretty easy and nice. Great work on the controls. I played both levels and I think the road level was my favorite. "You get a pizza! And you get a pizza! And you get a pizza!"
I would like the camera to be not quite so tight on the rotation of the truck but it didn't hurt my gameplay experience.

I had a great time with this. This game actually made me laugh the hardest when it ended. I love that idea a lot. I also felt like I was super good at this game but I think it was the roll/dodge being so awesome. Excellent work all around and I can't wait to see your future stuff.
Also the scientist says, "Upload the virus. I got the idea from an old movie." Is the movie Independence Day? If so, +100 points!
Took me a bit to wrap my head around how to play the game but overall I enjoyed it. It plays well and I had no hang ups with the gameplay. I think I was a little confused about how to make a burger and how to shoot the burgers when I finally did make a burger. I love shooting the burgers and the targeting worked well.
Graphics were super nice. Jumping and shooting were super smooth.

Music was fantastic. Art was on point. Shooting the bad guy cars was great. I think my only problem was the left right movement was a touch sensitive for me so I crashed quite a bit. However, that didn't detract from my overall game experience. I think this team did a nice job. I had fun driving my truck around.
This game is very fun and has some great juice in it. I got to wave 4 but then I couldn't use my keyboard anymore. I like how I can choose to start the next wave.

Super innovative game and some great humor. I was launching coal packages left and right. I did get a little confused about what to put inside the packages at first but eventually I got the hang of it. The artwork is great and I liked how the packages hit the goblin on the head.
At first I thought "Oh it's just dodging cars" then it became "Oh now it's me dodging cars and yeeting packages at hospitals." then it became "Oh damn! Now it's me jumping cars and going full blast!" Super fun game and I love the graphics, writing, and sense of speed.
Super well designed, great upgrades, and some nice looking levels. I liked how I was a tower defense on wheels taking out bugs and delivering the goods. I got a Starship Troopers meets Dune vibe from this.
The missile turret was super fun and probably my favorite from my playthrough. I'll need to come back and play again.
My only problem was it was a little difficult for me to know where I was going for package delivery.
Overall, this was great and one of the best games I played.
Simple and fun! It took me a second to get a hang of the game play but I had a a fun time throwing boxes into those houses. My one wish was there was some sort of visual feedback when I hit a house.

I think this was pretty innovative game. One of the most innovative that I played at this jam. I really would like a pill that let's me eat all the cake I want without the health consequences haha. This is almost like a card game where you have a hand of cards you need to use strategically.
The writing in this was pretty clever and funny. Getting all the writing, artwork, and programming done for this in 72 hours is impressive.
One small thing with the game was that I was confused about if I was doing a good job or a bad job until I noticed the meter filling up.
I'm looking forward to the other future modes. They sound pretty funny.
I love a truck game! I laughed out loud when I just started launching food into the back of my truck. I also want to say the sounds of the car were nice and really sounded good when I sped up or skidded.
I think the turn radius was a little too much on the car and I wanted to go super fast but too many buildings were in the way.
Overall, it was a pretty nice effort and I look forward to trying any car games you make in the future.
Graphics were great. The frog riding the bicycle had some really great animation. I also laughed out loud when I missed a house and heard "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!"
The aiming was really difficult for me to get a hang of. I did like the pedaling controls.
