Nice game, cool style!

shayan-ebz78 2020-04-21 08:37

I actually enjoyed it, nice game.

Really fun, had a blast trying the game. Especially love the details of some of the feedback, like how the king would tell u when near a ice cream truck.

zack92 2020-04-21 08:53

nice i liked the music

son-dro 2020-04-21 09:06

gave me some good gta2 vibes there, also interesting way to solve the 'stuck with the car' problem by flipping :D

koro-games 2020-04-21 09:35

Nice work guys! Game is funny

lenny-rudeberg 2020-04-21 10:42

There's a lot of really good things in this game. Super fun, well done!

So very, very close!

This was a great game. Music was stressful enough, levels were just the right amount of chaotic, only thing I was missing was some kind of power ups perhaps.

PS: Kudos to whoever decided on the sound hitting a trash can makes.

snowirbis 2020-04-21 12:41

All keyboards are not QWERTY You have to setup controls like arrow keys for example This could have been a great experience

texz 2020-04-21 12:51

Nice, a little too repetitive for me but the idea is really good, and kind of really epic You should make updates later ! :)

moffkalast 2020-04-21 13:47

@snowirbis ah I thought we had arrow keys bound already. We can fix that for sure.

ttyana 2020-04-21 13:50

I just stop by a hole in the road and leave limo to explore it. Got fired for that misbehaving, lol.

Cool game!

chocolat-endive 2020-04-21 15:03

That was fun! I manage to get to the ending at the third try. The physics are hilarious, and the music is kind of "epic". Good job on this entry!

And the king should really do something about the roads.

dm2684 2020-04-21 16:21

Wow very nice guys!!!!

metalfist213 2020-04-21 20:12

I really liked your entry! The only downside I can mention is: my computer can't run it properly. My machine isn't strong enough... :( So maybe a little optimization wouldn't hurt. Literally my only complain. Great job!!

hannahelena 2020-04-21 20:29

love the detailed scene!

russ-moonbase 2020-04-22 06:38

I beat it! I made it to the tower. It took me a few tries after driving into a some holes. The king also asked for ice cream right at the end and I was saying to the screen "Come one king I just got ice cream for you 2 seconds ago". Overall it was pretty fun and it had the right amount of destruction that I needed. I also enjoyed the flipping cars mechanic.

The E and F buttons were a little awkward to hit when moving with WASD,

Was that a cymbal sound I heard when hitting the trash cans? haha

grizeldi 2020-04-22 12:41

Thanks everyone for the kind words

@metalfist213 We're aware of the performance problems, it's also the reason we chose to not release the already built WebGL version. We're aware of what's causing the problems, but due to being new to Godot engine, we're not quite sure about how to fix it.

@russ-moonbase From my experience E is a quite standard interaction key in various games. We could however maybe move the F interact to Q. And yes, that was a cymbal sound .

romarogov 2020-04-22 15:41

Game looks beatiful and plays fine, although it's annoying to exit the car every time you pushed from front :) Well done!

pythooonuser 2020-04-22 20:30

So many details to like! You can break anything :) The ice cream was hilarious. I tried driving on the sidewalk to avoid most of the obstacles, though.

poshdan 2020-04-23 23:30

Creative and fun, I love the aesthetic. Having to stop for ice cream is just about the funniest random thing. I can tell you had fun making this! Nicely done! It took a few tries to beat but I figured out the sidewalks are actually the safest place for a limo to be.

brylamare 2020-04-25 07:54

Lot of fun, reminded me of old PS1 GTA days. Great job!
